To whom it may affect; Dr. Ho's is a total scam! Please, please do not call any toll free numbers. This is a phishing scam! I had to cancel my credit card and chargeback erroneous charges with my bank after cancelling my order within 24 hours. I was suspicious of the call and called Dr. Ho's with my concerns. I called several times, each contact had a different excuse. Then they told me that Dr. Ho's takes no responsibility for any toll free numbers that you call. Plus, the toll free advertising states that you can't get a better deal anywhere else which is completely untrue because the best deals are on the Dr. Ho's website itself which makes these toll free advertisements completely fraudulent which means that Dr. Ho's is now a con artist, unfortunately.

Placed this order on March 2, 2012. I was told a full refund if not content within 90 days. I waited almost 3 weeks for the unit to arrive. When the unit arrived, I tried it ASAP. It actually hurt (stinging effect) and felt like needles in my neck. They want you to use batteries. My batteries which were A quality only lasted approximately one hour. As a senior, I cannot run to store on demand for batteries. I decided to return the item. It only cost me approximately $13 to return within 2 days. Note it took them almost 3 weeks. I was told I would get a complete refund. Which in my case was not true! They said they would deduct another $40 for shipping and handling and whatever they insisted on. Please be careful when ordering this unit as they make promises and do not hold unto them! I was even sent a paper for full ref.
