I started with Dr. ARK as I’d like to call them, a little more than a week ago, I’m now down 4 1/2 pounds, and the food noise is at bay. I’m on the lowest dose of Semaglutide, 10 units and already feel better. I was with another company a few months back, and there was never correspondence from the company as to my progress or failure. Dr. Ark is always texting to see how things are going and they promised my meds would be there in 3 days and it was! I was also able to use their affirm payment plan which made it much more manageable for a retired person. And, this company had no lowest fees with no surprises once you got through the qualification form. I must have filled out 25 forms with various companies, only to discover at the end, the prices were exponentially higher. In conclusion, I’m grateful to Dr. Ark and the ARK company for finally finding “my people!”

Worst experience ever. Communication is awful. I requested Zofran only be sent if I was able to get a script of other medication at requested dosage. They charged me and sent it anyway. It has been a couple of weeks of trying to find out if they will prescribe what I asked for and I think a few days should’ve been adequate. Now I have to try to get my $1500 refunded. Wish me luck because I am going to need it!

I filled out the questionnaire. Was contacted immediately with pleasantries and information. Every question and concern answered. Because, I started my process with another company I was worried about. The team assured me that they will be with me for any and all questions. They said will not charge my card until approval of the med and as soon I put my card you guys charge me the full Amount and my med not get approved. And I text multiple times to get my money back. Very disappointing. Please not call this place.

I am and was, I'm more than impressed with Parker, my go-to guy for my order. He was very knowledgeable and encouraging during the process. The only thing that I was not happy about is it took over a week to get the medication from when I paid for it. Today was day 1 of my plan. So far I would recommend Parker but as far as the product, I'm not sure yet. And I have not been compensated in any way to complete this survey.
