They treated me like a queen!!! Best company to deal with!!!! Will only buy from them for all the time I'm on my meds!!!! Don't mess with others!!!! Ark is the best customer service I've ever experienced!!!!

I paid 3 weeks ago, still nothing. Fraud. I requested a full refund, had to report fraud with my credit card company. Repeated requests. Proof of payment. Still nothing. Huge mistake. Fail fail fail.

The staff is very nice. The process was quick and easy and I received my meds is record time. I’m referring all my family and friends to the Ark Health! The questions were easy to answer. The physician wasted no time getting my meds ordered and shipped to me! I really love being a patient at Ark Health!!!

I began taking tirzepatide provided by Ark, after being on the same medication 6 months prior. I noticed very shortly after beginning the medication for 2 months (prescribed by VialsRX Pharmacy) it wasn't working. They said that my body had to take time to adjust. Well after 2 months ... I believe they are a scam. I do realize that this medication is a compound, obviously not to the same specs as the compound I was taking prior. I did look up this pharmacy In Houston Texas and they are not approved by the Better Business Bureau. This pharmacy, Vialsrx has many bad reviews. I still point to Ark as the scam, since they employed this pharmacy.

My experience with Ark Health has been awesome. They respond super fast to any concerns you may have and the app makes it more convenient. I had my phone consult with doctor on Sunday and my meds were here Thursday. The meds arrived well packaged with very detailed instructions. You can't beat the price compared to others. I look forward to continuing my weight loss journey with Ark Health.

I should have asked more questions before starting this, Ark was extremely quick to approve, there were no questions about what meds I was on or my medical history and it was approved. They must get paid by the numbers that sign up. I tried and should have asked where the meds were compounded. When I got my vials I looked up the pharmacy Vialsrx in Houston, TX, there are a few poor reviews, and the BBB does not endorse them. I received it yesterday and am afraid to use it because I am concerned about the process they used to make it and wonder what's in it. I feel I just got scammed out of 545.00. I canceled any further shipments.

After trying another place for compounded Tirzepatide and not ever being able to contact them for refills and then paying again and still waiting for a refund on unshipped medication, I found Ark. The process was great from start to receiving my 3 months of medication. The price was way better too. And the people I communicated with were all so supportive and nice. Definitely recommend them. I’d rate them 5/5 stars!!

I put my order in and waited patiently for my shipment to arrive. It took seven days to get to me which I think USPS is fault you UPS as I saw the track from tracking that it went from one city to another city then to Minneapolis and then back out Wood of Minnesota Minnesota and then finally back to Minnesota and delivered to me. Just an FYI.

This is a great company to work with. They have a super quick response time and fast shipping. Everything is also reasonably priced and there are no hidden fees. Everyone who I have spoken with is super helpful and friendly.

Everything transaction went smoothly. The staff answered any and all questions quickly. The product is a bit on the costly side and that's the only reason I had to cancel. The text reminders were very helpful!

I had a very disappointing experience with Ark Health. I signed up expecting legitimate medical care and access to a doctor, but that never actually happened. Despite dealing with a full week of significant pain, I never had any real contact with a doctor at all. Instead, I was simply sent medication along with what appeared to be generic, copy-and-paste instructions. There was no real consultation, discussion about my symptoms, or opportunity to ask questions.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Their chat support is completely useless and does nothing but stall. You ask one thing, and they answer something totally unrelated. It’s clear they don't even read the chat history, as I was asked the same question three times in a row. A total waste of time and a complete lack of respect for the customer. I do not recommend them at all. I’ve already canceled my service and won't be looking back.

Customer service from the beginning to the end was nonexistent. Dropped them before the 3 month mark was up. Told them to cancel and yet they sent another shipment and billed my credit card. Even though my next ship date was 2 months away. I didn't like their product or the lack of checking in. I gained 9 lbs in 6 weeks.

Great company to work with. Filled out my information on Friday. Approved on Saturday. Received order on Wednesday. Website was easy to navigate. Questions were answered quickly. Will be starting my shots this week. Will update on weight loss.

My experience with Ark has been great. Super fast shipping, reasonable pricing. When I requested an increase in dosage for my Tirzepatide, they complied. If I were new to GLP1 usage, it might be tougher because one on one counseling doesn’t seem to exist. But for my needs, it’s perfect.

Curious and kind. Ships very quickly within 5 days. Price the same no matter what dosage. 1 month supply is $225. I used the 5 mg mostly and since May 26 til March 26 I’ve lost 45 lbs. I’m back at my pre pregnancy weight and happy.

I haven’t been on the medication long enough yet to probably give a true review. The only thing that I would have to say that’s negative is that it’s been very hard to communicate with anyone. It takes a long time to get a response back through the chat and I did not know that there was absolutely no phone support at all. It would’ve been nice to speak with somebody and be reassured before I administered my first shot.. Time will tell him the coming weeks, but I’m very hopeful that this will be a great weight loss journey for me.

I have had a great experience with ARK health, communication has been great, medication has been shipped and delivered in a very timely manner (2 days from initial request). There have been no hidden fees or upcharges, price has been exactly the same as my dose has increased.

Be careful with this company. You can only communicate through portal!! I was charged for an additional medication that I don’t even know what it is for. I will be cancelling future orders as I feel it is sneaky once they have your payment information.

I started taking 2.5 of tirzepatide on Monday. It hasn’t done anything for me.. I’m still starving. Not very happy. I wasted a month of injections. I was on Mounjaro in the past. When I got off was on 10.5

I really love Ark Health. For the first time I’ve finally found a place that sell the most inexpensive Tirzepatide and they don’t charge membership fee. You can upload your weight so you can keep track of how much you lost. If your card is declined you can update it and get your prescription within a couple days. Their customer support is really great. They will fix the problem quickly.

So far so good, only one shot so far, no nausea, service was very good, was kept informed and short time getting product. I have used before both only 3 months. Filling the syringes took some thinking but not too bad. I will be saving $100.00 a month. That is a winning for me.

This is a legit product. I have taken Ozempic in the past but because of the cost I had to stop. All the weight I had lost I gained back. I am now paying an affordable monthly fee and don't have to worry about my insurance. I have noticed a huge difference in my appetite and cravings. I am on the way to be healthier and happier.
