The medication came quickly and I took my first injection today. I had a few questions regarding mg/ml/units and they explained it very easily. Turn around time for my questions were about 30 mins. I am impressed with Ark Health and look forward to working with them on my weight loss journey.

My experience with ARK has been very good. I referred 2 friends and they also have been very happy with the product and the customer support. The customer support for me has been great. There hasn’t been a single time in 4 months that I quickly haven’t received a response and help. They are helpful and kind even when I have been spicy lol.

The product is excellent. My only issue is that it took 10 days for the shipment to reach me. The shipment originally had the wrong zip code on the shipping label. I have been using the product for six months and have lost a significant amount of weight. I would definitely recommend Ark to anyone I know!

They are very attentive and I can definitely feel and see my progress using Ark’s **. My sweet spot seems to be 7.5 mg. I’ve been on my journey for a year and started at the lowest dose, but tolerated the medication very well. I lost 25 pounds in a year and I know I could not have done that on my own. They offer a very fair pricing scheme with optional payments through Affirm for 6 months with no interest. They also combine their medication with vitamin B12 as an added bonus. When I got my last dosage bottles of Tirzepatide, I was a bit confused on how much to draw into needle. I called and the young lady was very helpful and I was very appreciative! Thank you! Although I have some experience getting used to the medication, constipation, indigestion, sleeplessness, anxiety, etc., I'm am sure the medication may not mix well with my other prescription medications, I’m making it work and I’m pleased that I have lost 20 lbs so far!

I would like to start by saying the customer service communication is 10 out of 10. I was told my medication would come in one to three days and it came about 28 days after I ordered it, which then messed with my medication cycle. These things happen, and it wasn’t ARK’s fault as much as the pharmacy’s fault. I am pleased with the medication so far.

Crappy service and communication, they are thieves and will take your money for nothing, they are scammers and you will never get your treatment. I advise everyone to be aware and go somewhere else because they are thieves and will take your money with no treatment! Stay away if you want to keep your money. I gave them 1 star but they deserve none

I've only been on this for 2 1/2 months. So far I've gone down 35 lb but it seems this past couple weeks I've got stuck and nothing seems to be happening. I hope that I'm able to hit my goal within the next 3 months. And after that what do you offer for maintenance?

Cannot say enough about Ark, it was a few weeks before I got my order due to the lab being so behind. Ark kept in touch with me letting me know the situation almost on a daily basis. If I texted them I would get an answer very quickly. I will definitely be using them for as long as I need to.

You know, as a company, you used a pharmacy that cheated the public, look at their bbb rating, I was not the first to complain, it is a true reflection on you that you used a fraudulent company, you can check my claim with the bbb and the pharmacy, they know this place is fraud, is that what you want the public to know. I received a 3 month supply, pharmacy said they sent 6, now being charged for another 3 months I never received. This company trying to to scam.

Easy process and very discreet. All the information was very easy to fill out and the doctor process was super easy as. Customer service made it very simple with any questions that I had throughout the process. Overall happy with the service and happy I found them as it seems not All companies are as easy to deal with as Ark was. I’ll definitely be continuing my treatment with them.

I understood my Rx would be shipped overnight and that was not the case. I was due for a shot before leaving for vacation and texted asking about my order - was told they would ask for management to expedite - it did not arrive in time and was delivered while I was out of state. I had to find someone to come pick up the delivery so it wasn’t stolen.
