My husband loves it. He thinks it's perfect but I thought it would be just a little firmer than it is. It arrived on time, it arrived brand new in perfect condition. I wasn't sure how the whole buy off internet without trying it out thing would go. But also knowing that we could return it if we didn't like it also made that choice easier. Since my hubby loves it I can deal with it being just a little softer than I would've cared for. But all in all, it's a good mattress!

The mattress arrived in a box in December 2016. We placed the mattress on the bed, cut away the wrapper and it unfolded. It came with a trial period of 100 days and if we didn't like it we could return it. We've been sleeping on it over 3 years and like it much better than the former foam mattress we had. It sleeps much cooler, has no odor and is still flat and firm - no indentations from body weight or raising and lowering the adjustable bed.

We love our new Tuft and Needle mattress. We bought one and liked it so much we bought two more for other family members. The delivery was fast and the set up was easy. The only down side we could see was the excessive amount of plastic the mattress was wrapped in. Wish they could figure out a way to ship without the plastic. Other than that we are very happy.

My Tuft and Needle mattress is still supportive and comfortable after two years! Each night it is a pleasure to go to sleep on this mattress. It has not lost its resiliency, its ability to support my 180 lb. 5 foot ten inch frame so that I can just drop off and go to sleep within minutes. I love this mattress and the price for it was phenomenal for the quality.

I was able to test the mattress at a local showroom where there was zero sales pressure. I had looked at 3 other mattresses elsewhere and decided on T&N Mint. They made it very, very easy. Then when two weeks later a sale popped up, they honored the sale price and refunded a portion of my money plus sent me two free pillows. It did take about a week to get used to my new mattress but since then I am absolutely loving it. I am a side sleeper and have no more hip pain.

This was a mattress delivered to my house for free. It was compressed and easy to put on the bed and let it expand. I had a fusion on my spine 2 yrs ago and this bed is very comfortable. Easier weight so I can lift for the fitted sheet.

It is hard as a rock and light as a feather. It slides off frame and I put two pads on it to try and soften the pain and it did not help. I have to take pain pills and sleeping pills to get any sleep on sad excuse for a mattress.

This mattress is so comfortable and had the perfect amount of give and firmness. It is soft and doesn’t smell like chemicals when you first unpackage it, unlike some other out of the box mattresses. Moreover, I’ve had the most amazing sex on this mattress. Hey, beds are for sleeping and... other things.

I hate to give a bad review, however as like others I read reviews and carefully research before purchasing the mattress and during the 100 day period reach out to the company with concerns of new lower back pains, they stated it is expected as your body gets used to the mattress. Then of course we passed the 100 days period and now 7 months into sleeping on the mattress myself and wife have endured severe lower back pains and neck pains, visits to the doctors, MRIs done, was advised to stop sleeping on our mattress. We did and 2 days later the back and neck pains seems to start going away. Slept on our couches 2 weeks, no pains. Returned to sleep on Tuft & Needle mattress, very next day lower back pain, no kidding, but provided us with obvious proof the mattress is the culprit!

Contact their customer service again, they said, "Well... you're past the 100 days, take some photos and send to us to see if there is possible defects." Did as instructed, 1 hour later get canned email reply, stating they see no defects and nothing else they can do for us, and suggested we list it for sale to someone to purchase (yea like we would sell this to someone just so later they could experience back pains). So disappointed in this company. They know it is hurting people. They know the 100 day thing is just marketing, scam, I'm sure they have had testing done and know people start having issues after few months.

If you're thinking to purchase this mattress, know this, the company is possibly paying for the positive review to outweigh the negative reviews. On Amazon, I have watched whenever a negative review is posted immediately after 3 positive reviews are posted to counteract any claims in the negative reviews, my assumption paid positive reviews. So for us, we lost money, the mattress will go to dump. I highly recommend NOT to buy this mattress. Read the negative reviews, these are not paid for surely.

My bed turned to mold underneath it. I called them, they asked a couple questions and recommended that I paint the plywood underneath it. I did. They sent me another bed. Well more mold. Now they blamed my house. There is nothing wrong with my house. This mattress makes me sweat when it's warm. I guess. So if you never sweat this mattress will work for you. But I have never seen this in my 50 years of sleeping on a mattress. I contacted them they told me to pound sand!!!

The showroom experience for Tuft & Needle was very good (Scottsdale). The buying experience was simple and easy. But once my wife and I started sleeping on this bed I started having back pain, and I’ve never had back pain before. I thought I just had to get used to the mattress, and went past the hundred day review period. We went from an expensive pillow top mattress that was 20 years old to the Tuft & Needle. I really wish we would’ve returned it before the 100th night, because my back pain has gotten significantly worse with this mattress and I’m going to have to toss it in the dump and go back to a traditional style mattress for sure.

Found the most comfortable mattress in just a few minutes online, took no time to get set up. Sleep like a baby on this mattress — it’s supportive with just enough softness on top to ease into dreamland.

We have 2 XL Twins on adjustable bases. Where our Tempur-Pedic beds started breaking down within the first year, our Tuft & Needle is still like day one after 2.5 years. When I get in bed it’s not heaven. It’s nothing and perfect all at once. We both bounce out of bed without pain. The only downside is the adjustable bed. I have mine in an extreme position and the bed doesn’t conform in the shape. It kind of rides on the peaks like it’s ready to take flight. Looks stupid but works fine.

For $575 this is the best mattress I’ve ever had. It’s a fraction of the cost of Tempur-Pedic but feels just like one. I’ve never owned a mattress that’s nice.

It's like sleeping on a cloud. My wife and I do not notice movements from each other during the night. It is most likely the best mattress we ever owned.

I’ve only had my new mattress one year when I bought a new bedroom set and for now, it’s comfortable. I bought a bed with drawers that sit under the mattress so the board makes it a bit stiff. The mattress helps me stay comfortable.

Best mattress I've ever owned. I have degenerative disc disease in my back and have never found a mattress that is comfortable until this one. I highly recommend it.

When I got my son a memory foam bed, I was a bit jealous. When I saw the signs for www.tn.com I decided to look into it. I felt that the hundred day trial was very fair and didn’t worry about how it would get back to them. It was very easy to set up and I put it on a simple black frame. I will say it is firm, But not so much that I hurt in the morning. In fact I think this is the best sleep I’ve ever had. It does take some time to get used to because I’m used to a pillow top. But I’ve had it for six months and I can accurately say that it’s a great mattress and very supportive. I thought their idea of giving it to charity was very clever but I loved it practically from night one.

We purchased this mattress based off of the great customer reviews & the high quality & comfort Tuft & Needle claimed on their site. After sleeping on this mattress for a year now, I am 100% DISSATISFIED with it. I have experienced neck, & major upper & lower back pain since owning it. It’s impossible to sleep on your side without pain. The mattress is very firm, equivalent to sleeping on the floor. I’m 5’10, 150lbs. The foam hardly compresses down. I am sure that this mattress has created all the back pain & issues I am experiencing. I contacted Tuft & Needle much later than the 100 days, so I knew they wouldn’t offer a refund, they sent me a free foam topper, which did not cure the problem. Don’t waste your money on this mattress. A $600 piece of junk foam.

My husband and I purchased a Cal King mattress and we thought what everyone else thought watching and reading your ads. Little did we realize that if we take off the cover to wash you better watch out! FIBERGLASS EVERYWHERE! I read how you were supposed to clean the cover, take it to a dry cleaners so we went a week without it. New Year's Day, I started breaking out in hives and started to swell. I just had a C-section and our 3 week old sleeps in our room in a bassinet next to our bed. When I went to my Dr's office Tuesday morning to get checked out, I went into anaphylactic shock and an ambulance had to take me to a hospital. It wasn't until Wednesday when I decided to wash my sheets in our room just in case that my husband realized everything was covered in fiberglass strands! My husband has reached out via email to your support teams. Let's see what Tuft & Needle do to make this right!

Purchased the Tuft & Needle Mattress during a Black Friday Sale they were having and I believe It was on sale for about $450. After going thru a horrific experience with a Saatva Mattress I decided to try out another "Bed in a Box" online company. I had just got rid of my Saatva Mattress and on Black Friday saw this deal and it seemed too good to pass up. I made the purchase and the Mattress was on my doorstep in about 3 business days. I took the bed out of the box, took it out of its compressed seal and let it fill up. I wasn't going to be home for a few days so the bed had ample time to go to its original form.

Well after coming home I was extremely excited to try out my new bed and I went to lay down... I knew immediately there was something wrong as my body actually sunk so much that I felt the wood in my box spring. I actually couldn't believe That I pretty much went through this mattress. There are only three reasons why this may have happened, The memory Foam cannot support my 250 lb body, The mattress was defective, or this mattress is pure junk. My guess it's just crap. You pretty much get what you pay for. I could see this bed being fine for children or maybe a college kid but this mattress is no better than throwing a sleeping bag on the floor. I called up Tuft & Needle and they set up a time to have it picked up. There was no fuss with the return, the rep insisted that we exchange it but there was no way I was dealing with that again.

My Tuff and Needle king size mattress has done more damage to myself than the what was expected by their online advertisements. Yes, I'm the one that ordered the king mattress and I'm the one that didn't return it within 100 day window. I happen to be a side sleeper and now have pain in both of my shoulders and hips. Acupuncture and Chiropractic visits haven't relieved the discomfort. So now have appointment scheduled to see Orthopedist on August 8th to see if there is anything possible to help with this daily discomfort. Please readers if you're a side sleeper DO NOT order this mattress, it possibly could be OK for back sleepers.

Excellent, well built, very comfortable mattress. I was very apprehensive to order a mattress online but when I saw the 100 day trial I decided I had nothing to lose. The stores in my area only offer 30 days and with my prior experience 30 days is not enough. Not only is this the best mattress I have ever slept on, it is the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am 66 years old and after working in the medical field for 44 years before retiring, you can bet that I have lower back pain. This bed molds to my body every night and gives me the best sleep I have ever had. No more back pain when I wake up.

The delivery was a bit late but I would still recommend it to a friend or family member. Also it was a little bit of trouble to get inside. Very helpful to know that I have warranty but I have yet to need to use it. I feel like the warranty should probably be longer but I would definitely still recommend this. This company is very polite and helpful in finding what the customers need. I find everything very easy to find and the employees have great manners. The product is very comfortable. I've slept great and never had any serious problems. I love the texture and feeling of the mattress itself.

It was quick and easy and the delivery guys were helpful. Very efficient service that even took away my old mattress. It was less than two days before since I bought my mattress that it was delivered and set up. I have a very extended warranty on my mattress. It protects me if it gets damaged in some way. Or if it gets infected with the plague, that warranty has got my back. The service at the store were very kind and helpful. The delivery guys were very considerate and efficient. Excellent mattress. Good back support, and good size. Bouncy but not too bouncy. I sleep so well every night all because of this mattress and I wake up and feel like I'm in a hotel.

The shipping of the mattress was surprisingly quick. It came a lot faster than I expected. The guys who brought it in and set it up were very polite and respectful of my home. They did a great job setting up the mattress and it didn't take them very long to do. The warranty on this product put my mind at ease about purchasing it. I was relieved to know that I have the opportunity of taking it back in exchange for another mattress if I do so care to. I liked that in the warranty I felt like I had a lot more freedom, but it also put my mind at ease.

Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Not once was I transferred over to another representative. The lady explained pricing and all fees associated with purchasing this product. Any confusion or questions I had, she had answers. The price for this mattress was well below my budget which was really surprising considering the fine quality of these mattresses. I rate the value of this product very highly. The mattress I bought is unbelievably comfortable! I have never had a better night sleep!

The delivery guys were great. They were very professional and put my new bed together in no time flat. It far exceeded my expectations. The warranty on the mattress was by far better than my previous "high class" mattress was. I've had it for 3 years already and it's still as comfortable as the day I bought it. Everyone at the store was very professional and courteous. They made sure I didn't wait too long, and they constantly checked on me. They even offered refreshments. The price I paid for it has been worth its weight in gold. I don't think I'll need to buy a new one for years to come.

The site offered free delivery with my mattress and I got it within days of making the purchase. I was so excited to see that truck pull into my driveway! I knew a good night's sleep was on its way! I had a year's warranty on my bed. But after sleeping on it the first night I knew the only way I would need to use the warranty was if something went drastically wrong with the mattress which nothing did.

I had nothing but pleasant experiences with those at Tuft and Needle. They were making a sale and I wanted to buy, so both ends were happy. They are a little on the pricey side, but any quality mattress is. They are not the cheapest, but definitely aren't the most expensive either. I'd rather spend money smartly on this than waste money on a mattress I can't sleep on.

The mattress was delivered to my house in the predetermined time. The delivery men carried the mattress inside for me. They were very nice and professional. I had no complaints or issues about delivery. It has a very good warranty that covers all the basic problems that may occur with a new mattress. Fortunately I have not had any problems and have not had to use the warranty. I have had no problems with the warranty, service, delivery, or any monetary issues. So, I haven't had to use customer service except for one call to confirm the delivery of a payment. That call was helpful and incident free. For the price I paid, I feel as if the quality is a good value. I sleep good at night knowing that I paid a fair price for a quality mattress. It is made of good materials and is constructed to be a competitive product.

Delivery arrived when expected, and was in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend to anyone in current need of a mattress. Also great mattress quality. A one year warranty that covers just about every kind of damage. Would recommend to anybody who makes warranty a priority in the selection process. Very pleased with the entire process from the man who made the sale to me all the way to my delivery. I would recommend to everybody looking to buy a mattress soon. The first thing that comes to my mind when a mattress is the word, "cheap", and my recently purchased mattress, however, was high quality, and will be buying it again when I need another one.
