Shortly after purchasing a hybrid latex mattress, my side of the bed began sinking. I contacted the company and was told I had to send photos and measurements, which I did. I was promised that a replacement mattress would be sent to me. It never was! I called and emailed and contacted them on their website and was assured I would get a replacement...never did!

A couple months went by and life got me busy, including my fiancee having cancer and I once again, contacted this company on the replacement. I was told I had to send them photos and measurements, which I reminded them I already did that! But I sent them the original email with the pics and measurements...and never heard from them!

Yet again and again, I emailed them and they said that materials were on backorder but I definitely was getting my replacement. Another email and I was told that new orders were being fulfilled first. ** Then they were MIA yet again. And btw, don't waste your time calling or leaving a message on VM because 1. No one picks up the phone and 2. No one calls you back!! Fast forward-fiancee had a bone marrow transplant and chemo and I've had 4 surgeries in 3 years and again, I have been busy with all of this. I never got my replacement mattress!! They do not honor their warranty and they lie! Avoid this sham company.

Idle Sleep Group will not respond to any phone calls, emails, or letters. The founder, Craig Schmeizer of **, will not respond either. He can be reached at his phone number, **, but he seems to not care about customers at the moment. Anyone have any luck contacting the founder, Craig Schmeizer, at **? Let me know. Thank you.

I bought a mattress and adjustable frame last year and I needed to contact them because my frame broke. The frame is supposed to have a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. I have the paperwork to prove it. The mattress is still in 100% satisfaction or return for money back/replacement guarantee. I sent several emails, but since I didn't get any response I tried to call them. They are gone. MIA!!!! The number sends you to a heating/cooling company. My warranty means nothing now. I have a broken frame and I can't get it fixed... or replaced... or my money back. I'm not happy. They could've at least let their customers know they were going out of business or set up where the guarantee could be honored. Something! These beds and frames were not cheap. Not expensive, but not cheap. There should be some kind of protection from stuff like this happening. I feel like I've been scammed. I want my money back or a replacement.

Okay, last year, I ordered the package, which was a platform adjustable bed frame, the gel foam mattress, and two free pillows. I did the easy finance option, which was $12 a month, even though I have paid $20 a month, and at first, it was great. Quite an upgrade from the cheap crappy mattress and box frame I'd been sleeping on. But, I really still think the bed is too high and the fact that only the head raises, it always felt like I was unable to stay from slipping down the bed. Anyway, I actually decided I'd sell my platform frame, and had tried to look up the website to see the actual price of that part of it. And, they are gone. I am not going to continue to pay for something that doesn't even exist anymore. The mattress, I really have had no issues with. Still much better than my old one.

I decided not to detail my experience as it is basically the same as others. This company is a scam. Mattresses are not as described, but more importantly they do not stand behind any of their policies beyond the sale. I too “returned” my mattresses to find Idle will no longer respond to any communication. They shut down chat and have no number listed. I filed with BBB and they never got a response from Idle.

After a ton of research and reading glowing reviews, my husband and I purchased an Idle Sleep hybrid mattress in March 2021. By the beginning of November 2021, we realized that the back pain both of us have been experiencing is likely due to this mattress. It was never a terribly comfortable mattress, but we thought, "Okay, give it some time." The dang thing is already sagging. On top of that, this mattress DOES NOT breathe. One of the reasons we bought this mattress was the 18-month trial period. So we hopped on the computer to start the return process and realized to our shock that Idle Sleep apparently no longer exists. The company's website is down, the phone number doesn't work, and the internet is full of angry consumer reviews. This was not a cheap mattress, and now we're stuck with it. It's infuriating.

I purchased my mattress in May 2021 & didn't take me long to realize it was of poor quality. It made my back pain worse & begin showing indentations in mattress after 2 months. I have sent multiple emails without response! Their phone number "no longer valid" & so is their online chat. Have yet to get speak with someone or receive a response from them per email. They're fraudulent! Feel taken advantage of & would not recommend to anyone!!

I would rate my experience - 0000 if I could. I purchased the item and after 2 weeks called to return it. Was advised to wait 30 days to break in mattress. I did. Many months later after multiple calls and emails sent still no response and no money back. Last time I called I got hang up on abruptly and rudely. I called Affirm but they won't do anything either so I just got to keep paying until the loan is satisfied. Worst experience ever. Return policy is a joke!!! Do not buy from from them. They do not honor their own terms.

Looks like I am not the only one taken for a ride. I also am in the same boat as all the other reviews in here. Purchased a crappy product with the best return policy in the industry and then they disappear on all of us.

I purchased a medium hybrid mattress from this company in June. Relatively quickly I realized this mattress was not of good quality as it had massive sinkage! I contacted the company and the answer was to send me a topper. I'm sorry isn't that if something is too firm? Regardless, I let them know I wanted to return it and get a refund. They straight up told me they no longer accept returns as they will not provide a return label and they will not have someone come pick it up. They asked me to donate it! Donate a used mattress during Covid? Good luck.

How do you send back a 125 pound spring mattress anyhow? NO SENSE! I have heard Load up stopped working with them as they weren't getting paid. I have since filed a dispute with PayPal and was denied because Idle Sleep told them I needed to return the mattress!! Um ok. I then filed a dispute with PayPal Credit. Was originally awarded a refund then 2 days later it was denied. Idle sleep had 2 billing cycles to respond. They must have responded with another lie. I shouldn't have been denied as this mattress is defective. I have no idea what Idle sleep told them?!?!

I have been emailing Idle sleep company for a month with zero response. I want this horrible mattress and my 1500 dollars back. I feel like they are holding me and my money hostage at this point. I have sent PayPal so much proof that this company is ridiculous so I don't know what else to do? I hope you find this page before you send them any money because you will not be satisfied. BUYER BEWARE!!
