It used to be that I could fill a card with play points for $30 and my son and I could casually play for hours, and have tons of fun, sometimes leaving with points left on the card. Now we play frantically for 1 hour not wanting to waste any "time" to enjoy the moment for $20 and the card expires. As my son says "What a jip!"

It that really just got about 15 minutes each to play even though I paid for 45 minutes on each card. I will never come back to Chuck e cheese again.... Omg not the working man that's for sure....

Other than the bad service this company is just for the money. What happened to the three life games for one token? These games have been modified to one token one life. Bad service. I would not recommend this company to no one.

I recently visited this establishment. I arrived at approximately 7:15 for my granddaughter preschool graduation. I went to the counter to place a good order and to get the 4 kids who were in attendance their play cards. I returned and her present (Pandora earrings) was gone by approximately 745-8:00. I was just about to take her gift to the car. The managers were no help. I'm calling corporate on Monday since they are closed on the weekends but this is ridiculous.

When I was younger I went to Chuck E Cheese and thought it was so fun I went there all the time. Now I'm trying to relive those moments but I can't because the service is terrible. The pizza is left over from other customer's plate and for like 100 tickets you only get one plastic toy. A lot of people really don't like this place and I'm one of them and I would not recommend taking your kids to this awful place.

I gave my son a birthday party there. We were shorted everything. I paid for the highest package for 15 kids. None of the kids got their Dippin' Dots or the party bags. When I tried to tell them that I didn't get those item they wanted to say that I was lying and there was nothing that could be done about it. Still until this day no one has contacted me in regards to this matter.

I am a grandmother with 12 grandchildren, have gone to Chuck E Cheese, gone Birthday parties, and given At least ten there. This time was the last. Here is what happened to the end. I was asked if I’d like soda when pizza served I said yes. Soda came after already eating pizza for ten minutes. When they brought it finally they brought a pitcher of water. I was asked would I like cups for adults I said yes. They gave me six. Being I paid for 8 (booked party for ten) only 6 showed up. I took the nonexistent kids cups and had 2 sodas honestly. However when I went to pay at end my bill was higher than it should be. I questioned it. They said they gave me 6 cups. Added a charge of $ 15 and some change. I explained the adults drank water from the pitcher. How else could they have any without cups. I instructed them to check the cups still on table. They were rude and I was overcharged.

The cards for my package for star did not have 30 done. Had 20 done. Had 25 my guests were asking why. I said I don't know. Hate those cards. Kids don’t know how to use and will scan by mistake losing the games paid for. TOKENS can be seen and kids loved them. I don’t like how they sing happy birthday to all the parties at same time. Can’t even hear your child’s name. No personalization. So sad this business no longer what it used to be. The only thing the girl who served our party was sweet and amazing. Goodbye Chuck E Cheese. We will not be back as a paying customer. Do not recommend!!!

Would of had many more there but it just wasn’t fun for her. Bring back Showbiz and everything that came with it (including the characters Mitzi, Fatz, and Billy bob). My experience in Chuck E Cheese in West Islip was terrible because they charge more in 200 dollar in my bill then they don't want to give me my copy bill. The cashier answer me that is the quantity on my bill. Then went to my house, I check my bill and take my calculator and the real quantity was 600 dollars. They charge 830 dollar. They stole my money. That was the first and last time to celebrate my son birthday on Chuck e cheese. I never back to Chuck e cheese.

We did a drop-in party after having spoken to someone early in the morning. Once we arrived, Cheryl set up the table for us and got us set up right away. Everything was great until the table/party next to ours took over our table. They started by taking the chairs, sitting at our table, and taking the cups and the goody bags. Lastly they started placing their presents on our table in turn STEALING our only present and an envelope (which turned out had cash in it). The manager Cheryl clearly saw as the other party RAIDED and took over our table however, she did nothing. She stood there and watched with another employee as they did what they pleased.

One of the ladies of the other party was so sure that they did not take the present, they had us walk over to their trunk to look. An employee also came along to witness. The child who brought the present pointed out the bag instantly. We had to literally grab the present from their trunk! Then, they had the tenacity to ask the child (8 years old) what was in it, where she bought it and other questions of the like. In the end, they would not leave Chuck E Cheese and insisted on getting physical with us because we accused them of being thieves. If anyone asks if Chuck E Cheese is a safe location, I will bluntly say NO.

The other party was supposed to end at 7:30 pm. They did not leave until 8:15 pm. Note that we did not start our party until about 7:30 pm. so having only been "enjoying" ourselves for about 30 minutes, we were at the point of just leaving. Another manager named Elora convinced us to stay and deeply apologized for the situation, something that Cheryl never did. I was speechless. Elora had more compassion and sympathy for the occurrences than the other manager or any of the employees who witnessed the atrocity. Elora attempted to make up for the bad experience and was very friendly and checked in on us from then on until we left. If Elora had been there sooner, I am sure she would have prevented the salutation from occurring in the first place. I was told the other party would have an attendant. That attendant should have said something when they crossed the line, or at the least alerted the manager.

Will I ever again have a party at Chuck E Cheese you may ask? No, I will not, unless Elora is there the whole time. I will also not recommend Chuck E Cheese to anyone while incompetent people are employed. I will tell everyone to speak to Elora should they plan a party at the Concord location. Elora is a competent, understanding and compassionate employee who cares about the customers. I will also warn them of the incompetence and bad management my family experienced from Cheryl.

Took our 2 daughters and 3 year old granddaughter for a fun evening at the Katy TX location. As we sat down to eat my daughter went to get another piece and seen plastic sticking out of pizza crust. It was baked in tight. We all felt sick. Here we had tokens. Was hungry now felt sick like we had plastic in our throats. Horrible. Management said it was from the dough wrapper and they missed pulling it out or something like that. I didn't really care? She offered to refund Pizza and we can pay for our drinks and tokens lol. I explained how that didn't seem fair. She did end up refunding our money for a ruined evening and it will be very hard to ever want to go back. Makes you wonder how many times you ate plastic. She didn't seem all that concerned or disgusted.

Maybe I should have kept the pizza and shipped it back to the main headquarters. Luckily I took some very clear pictures in case someone wants to see them. I think this location needs a health inspection visit because she didn't seem all that surprised. She kept receipt. Stapled it to the refund but I'm sure the charge is on my debit card. Will add that info when it post.

Tables weren't being cleaned. Just a around horrible experience. 11-14-17 had two orders only gave us one of the receipts. Spent over 50.00 on one order. The other 6.00.

I still have not seen the return. I was then told they could not fix my food.

I Anna ** visited Chuck E Cheese on August 21st. At about 8 pm Ford Road in Canton Michigan. I brought my kids out for a family outing. We have been coming to this Chuck E Cheese for a long time through birthday parties here for the kids and my kids currently are involved with the Chuck E Cheese V.I.P. club where their cards reload every week. Me and my family came to this location tonight and had the worse horrifying and embarrassing experience that a family ever could go through and the service that was given was poor rude assaulting discriminatory threatening frightening, confrontational, criminalizing and in violation of my civil rights and amended rights. I order food and patronized at this facility tonight and I and my family was mistreated badly over a cup of ranch dressing.

After ordering food I specifically told the cashier on duty that I cannot have tomatoes sauce and I requested for some ranch with my food. Well when the food came out that's what I had. I told my daughter to go up to the counter and ask for a cup of ranch while I fix everyone plate while the food was hot and she did go up, waited in line patiently for assistance and she talked to a different cashier who had orange wavy hair and asked for a cup of ranch dressing. Mind you my daughter had been standing there for a while before getting served. The young lady said to my daughter when she asked for services she was told to hold on while she finished filling out her paperwork then the girl walked over leaving my daughter standing there without notice when she was next to be helped and went to assist a line of customers for toys.

I walked up and asked why she did not get the help she needed and was overlooked like she was less important as a customer and all she needed was a cup of ranch. I asked for a cup to get some from the salad bar or could someone get her some from the back because my daughter food was getting cold from sitting and waiting. And I said I paid for this food and not for it to not be enjoyed by my child. And the young lady replied "Whatever. Okay hold on. I'm about to go get it girl. You doing too much." I felt as a customer with a response like that from a cashier was rude sarcastic and sound like a problem going into the wrong direction provoked for it to become confrontational. I said in reply "Who are you talking to." She said "You we were going back in forth." I told her she need to watch how she address people and to not be so disrespectful and to check her attitude.

She gave me the ranch and told me "You need to check yourself. You got your ranch don't you." And she said that to me several times as I was walking away and I told her she was a waste of time and she was yelling blurting out words as I was going back to my table with my daughter and next was her threat. She says "I will call my momma. I got a momma too." I told her "Call your momma and if she come up here I will drop her like a bag." The girl ran to the back. I ask the door greeter for a manager. She said management went outside. I was trying to file a complaint on the embarrassing experience and how it made me and my kids feel unwanted and uncomfortable and still could not get a form of help from management. So we were finishing our food to get ready to go I tried contact the police in regards of the threat but my phone was dropping the call.

It would not go through while I was inside Chuck E Cheese so I went outside to my car to get a pen and a notebook to write down names and corporate contact information and management not once came to resolve the problem. Did not know what was going on between the two of us. She just reacted listened to what her coworker came to the back and said to her and then went outside, called the police and made a false report saying I had a gun with a bag of bullets. For the police to come out. My kids were told to get out the car age 6,13, and 15 with their hands up. They were searched like they were criminals and they had about 10 cop cars out on us for a false allegation that was untrue and never said my car was search. No gun or bullets were found and I was banned from Chuck E Cheese for 1 year. Hit with a ticket and a misdemeanor without true and probable cause.

I feel management did not acted for the customer nor was properly trained for a situation like that nor assist in any kinda comforting way. I felt she made matters worse and if I had a gun why will I sit to wait for the police with my kids. A lie was said on me and I totally disagree with how we were attacked and mistreated. We never got a chance to enjoy our visit. I feel something should be done to both management and the cashier. They stretch customer services and it was not recommended. I feel that lack of communication which led in an uncomfortable situation was unjust and they should be reprimanded for their action of humiliation... It was wrong terrifying for me and the kids. And we were told by the police that the same story I shared with you all when they asked her she did not deny that she was confrontational with me. She did not deny what statement I made to the police was untrue.

I feel that I was harassed because she was frustrated because she was by herself running the front by herself without help and all responsibility was left on her and she was angry and the first small situation made her react out of anger. I don't appreciate what we went through and plan to bring this horrifying experience to the public eye because no one innocent deserves be stripped of their sanity and identity by the authorities over a cup of ranch dressing and I plan to take legal action. This is really bad for the business of Chuck E Cheese. I would never spend money with that company again after what my family went through and would not recommend no one else there to support that location or the company because if they get away with this it could happen even worse to another family. Chuck E Cheese is always in the limelight for something. If it is not shootings, kids getting hurt by their machines at their location.

It is not really as kid friendly with the attitudes that are given to customers during time of assistance... Chuck E Cheese need to better train their staff get involved and sat a strict policy for staff. Also I requested the cops to pull the video in defense of my complaint and the cameras do not work. No audio and that would have proved who was in the wrong and show proof they need working equipment. This is not fair to react on one side that made a complaint like it's true when it's not and there are always two sides to a story. People who works for this company needs to understand integrity and respecting others and doing the job correctly. This really looks bad for Chuck E Cheese. It's not really a place where a kid can be a kid... These matters need to be addressed and some associate need to be fired... This matter should not be looked over like it's not important.

I visited a Chuck E. Cheese's in Greensboro on Friendly Avenue and it was horrible. When I walked inside, my niece with me, it was extremely full, kids walking around unsupervised, a putrid smell around the "Chuck E. Cheese's Marathon Runner" or something similar, that smelt like a rotten diaper, no employee going to spritz or anything like that around the area. They were everywhere, not even playing any game whatsoever and was everywhere when you tried to play. On the floor, running around, and one kid climbed over our table. Really didn't like that part. The parent didn't pay attention at all, but the main thing I would like to complain about is the new play card things going around. I feel like it took the fun away from Chuck E. Cheese's, crouching below the slot to see how many tickets you get, and plus, the Munch's Ticket collector was still open when cards were there. The card machines were slow, some didn't even work.

It was also weird that tokens were still available but kids ran around with tickets squeezed in their fists when tickets weren't even coming out of the games. We usually go to Rocky Mount Chuck E. Cheese's, and they are changing to that way next Wednesday. I couldn't hear myself breathe, and one ice machine wasn't even working while no employees were attentive to that. Many games were out of order, and the game we ended up playing, actually two games, gave little to no tickets. It also said we were supposed to get two; but it was halved to one. Didn't like that part either.

People were rushing a lot and weren't slowed or anything, I was bumped into by many grown adults wearing little to nothing and irresponsible kids, and why do you sell alcohol and beer in a children's atmosphere? Kids already are climbing over tables, so the spot of beer would be like the sight of a deer to a lion, they would automatically sip. When we first walked in, my niece told me she smelt beer.

Some adults wore very short clothing, one even in a nightgown, including some kids, so I'd suggest you have a policy that clothes shorter than the ankle and inappropriate clothing be prohibited, on a strict rule, and people wearing very short dresses, shorts, or even that one woman in a nightgown, lace nightgown; pretty much lingerie, and not let them into the doors. Same goes for kids. Kids had their mouths on the glass where you see the prizes, which was unsanitary, and no employee alerted the parent, the parent was not attentive, and pretty much it wasn't much fun. I kind of would suggest to have a customer count; maybe strict at 20, cause I could've counted a whole city in there, maybe 11 generations.

I really wouldn't suggest that Chuck E. Cheese’s, to the reader that's scrolling, but, I think they should investigate on this. I didn't have a nice time, only played three games that were pretty much unsanitary, including the rotten dirty diaper smell at the Chuck E's Marathon Runner. I'm sorry, my experience really took the E out of Charles Entertainment Cheese, and I'm really disappointed.

CHUCK>E Where A Kid Can Be A Kid. Chuck.E.Cheese is a children's gaming lounge that has awful food. I have had some very bad experiences there and I can really point out one. So to start off, I had walked in and went to get some game tokens but realized the entire floor was extremely sticky. This was because a young, 1 to 2 year old child had spilled his extra large cup of Orange Crush all over the floor. I stepped in it and nobody that worked there cleaned it up or even seemed to care at all that there was soda all over the carpet. That's another thing, why do you have a carpet under a soda machine that gets slightly spilled on every time someone gets a drink. That's just going to ruin the carpet anyway.

So I had to get someone out to clean it and I walked over about 3 steps away from the soda machine (because, you know, why not put the sticky soda machine area right where I can order my disgusting pizza and game tokens) and I asked if anyone could clean up this giant puddle in the middle of the floor that my Js just stepped in. The woman there said, "Yeah. Wait a second" rudely and just ignorantly walked away. It took 15 minutes because I know how hard it is to grab an unwashed previous 4 year old child's puke filled bucket and mop the floor, but I'll give them credit because the cook ended up coming out to clean it up, so whatever.

After the horrible service and an angry 10 year old at the time I decided I was hungry so, my dad ordered pizza and bread sticks while me and my 3 year old brother played in the game area, which was all dirty and most of the games were sticky. So after 25 minutes of token spending and no tickets, me and my brother were starving and tired out so we decided to sit down and wait for the food. It ended up taking 45 minutes to get food that I never had and never will again.

At the end of our adventure to Chuck-E-Cheese, the food came and the waiter was rude and just came out with a tray and walked away. I took a bite of the pizza and turned out it had no sauce and was ice cold. Oh and the bread sticks tasted like they've sat in someone's car all summer with the heat on and extremely stale. Poured in salt and dipped in I don't even know what it was. It was like a olive oil like substance.

I do not recommend going to Chuck-E-Cheese and hope you never do even though I still have to with my 5 year old brother but now we just play games. The service is very bad and food is probably 8 years old sitting in the back corner of the kitchen cabinet if they even have one. The worst thing is the sanitation though just based on my many trips there this was just one of many stories that I can tell. Just don't go to the bathroom (I don't even know where or if they have that either. I don't know). Just saying. I rate this a star out of 5 and you know why.

Well almost an hour pass and I haven't seen her when to the front to the registers she was working register and the ticket booth by herself.

I look around for any other employees to help me know if she ever put my order. I found an employee and ask for the manager. She came out like 10 min after I ask her. Short story I got my food almost after 1 hour 1/2 some of my guests didn't eat, left early since they came out of town and it was Sunday. They only had an hour to enjoy the party. My party was almost done by 9pm since we got the food so late and always looking for my hostess for my stuff. Never again will I book any parties there. I had my son's 3rd birthday party at the Chuck E Cheese in Hicksville, NY at 11-15 Hanover Pl, Hicksville, NY 11801. At the end of the table where we were seated, was a coat rack & area to leave your belongings. I parked my stroller in front of the coat rack. I was taking some pictures and set my camera down on the tray part of the stroller on the top next to the handle. When I went back 10 minutes later, my camera was missing. Other people from another party were also putting their coats on our coat rack. I reported this to our hostess who notified the manager. He said he reviewed the security video & did not see the moment my camera was stolen then later said the camera doesn't reach that area. He told me I could fill out an incident report and I would be contacted by their "Corporate office".

The woman I spoke to from their corporate office said she reviewed the video & they also couldn't see the area where my stroller was. She then proceeded to tell me that even if they did see the incident, they would not be able to tell me who did it or confront the person who stole the camera. I said "so, where's the justice in that?" She said they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. My mistake was not calling the police. This was an expensive camera with pictures from the time my son was born until now. It's very disheartening to know people do this where there are children & it more than likely was another parent. Hold onto any of your valuable belongings at all times. Including your kids since it seems like their security cameras are limited to certain areas of their establishment.

How safe are the areas where children play. No protection of corners on games in case of trips by young children who may not have good balance when walking. Grandson tripped over his feet and bumped his head on a corner of a basketball machine causing a knot to be formed from the incident. My suggestion would be to cover all bare metal with some type of soft protective foam to prevent children from hurting themselves, or put age limits on certain areas of play.

Poor management and employee. Once I paid your host could wait to walk out for her break. For the price I paid for a birthday party and the way we were treated is poor customer service. Your ticket machines eat the tickets. Games with cards take more off than what it cost. It shouldn't take 10 mins for someone to come check your hand to leave... More training is needed at your Muskegon facility.

My husband and I took my 2 year old granddaughter to Chuck E Cheese yesterday in Humble, TX. Needless to say she was very excited! The front service, food and game attendant were satisfactory. My complaint is about the mascot. This lady dressed as Chucky came out from a door to walk into the kitchen. All the kids saw Chucky and ran towards her. She just lazily strolled to the kitchen, not waving not hugging not even acknowledging the kids all around her! Well, I understand if it wasn't her "ON TIME" but when it did come to the show time where Schick E dances with the kids. She didn't show up or come out of the kitchen. When she finally came out. Again the kids wanted to hug and touch and love on Chuck E. Again she lazily strolled with not a care in the world and ignored the kids! This was very disheartening to see theses babies disappointed. THE MANAGEMENT WILL BE HEARING FROM ME TODAY IN PERSON.

The games are no longer any fun. Granted the prizes were just cheap plastic worthless trash, but the kids enjoyed picking things out. They have taken that away from the children. Not worth the ridiculous price for barely edible pizza and overpriced games where the kids can't even pick out 20 prizes. Not returning ever.

Every games the 3 year wanted to play had no tickets. The ride with Chuck the rat had no pictures to come after the ride was finish. The wings were boneless but they were fried super hard. The bad part I end up walking to counter to talk to someone about one the machine not having any tickets. My three year old son ends walking away from me. So that was acting super. Lost on what to do about so I notice my son gone so I'm running around looking for my baby. I ask the person who stamp your hand when you first come in can she help. She just stand there. We would be there for over 2 hours and play everything in the place at least twice and still have 15 or 20 tokens to spend and the ones that give lots of tickets. We would get 300 something or sometimes over 400. They have cards now. We weren't even there for an hour and had already spent 20 dollars on the card. I added an extra 5 dollars. We didn't even get to play most of the games twice. And we only got 160 tickets. It's a 50-minute drive and now it's not worth it.

My son's gifts was wet. This was the worst experience. I spent almost $500 for nothing. They brought pepperoni pizza when I asked for cheese. It was going to be 20 minutes if we waited. So there was families that had no pizza because the host was nowhere to be found and on her darn phone instead of helping. My son never got his 1000 ticket that was advertised and we never got the 100 extra tokens for booking on Sunday.

There was some problem with it as a pending transaction the next day but the deposit of $50 was withdrawn from our account so I assumed it was booked. I thought about last year's birthday party that I booked online. When we got there, my daughter's party wasn't on the list! That manager made it happen anyways. So, I went there Thursday night to verify the party was booked & to avoid another debacle. It wasn't booked! The manager told me they're booked up for Saturday & to book it for another day during the week. So, I could spend another $50 to book a party that's not guaranteed to happen & disappoint my daughter all over again!!! Not happening! I told him the deposit was already paid but he told me I'd have to call the birthday party hotline to get that money back. I'm still waiting for a call back from their automated system.:-/

The other issue is that COLLEGE STUDENTS are now booking during the week for their parties but the manager didn't know which night! I don't want my kid around that many "adults". That's why I used to feel like Chuck E Cheese's was a safe place. I'm FRUSTRATED, ANNOYED & SERIOUSLY P'D OFF! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

My 4 year old daughter and I visited the Chuck E Cheese location on Dowlen Road in Beaumont, Texas last night 5/24/16. We have been there before, once for a birthday party and a few times on our own. I have always been satisfied. The staff is nothing less of courteous and helpful. Once the ice cream vending machine took our money. I reported it to the lady at the counter, and she offered me a replacement ice cream. I explained that we had already put more money into the machine and received an ice cream, and she immediately gave me my lost money back.

My daughter and I usually share a salad and a mini pizza. The salad bar is always fresh, and in my opinion, the pizza is really good. We receive our food in a reasonable amount of time. Just one gripe: the chicken nuggets are disgusting. I definitely won't be ordering them ever again. We have never had any problems with the game room, and have always had fun. We have had no problems redeeming our tickets. It definitely is more crowded on the weekends, as you would expect. We normally go on weekday evenings for this reason.

Although I mostly have been happy with Chuck E Cheese and will definitely visit there again, I did have a problem a few weeks ago. Somehow my daughter and I were incorrectly stamped with different numbers as we come in the door. When it was time to leave, the staff would not let us out the door because of the different numbers. She rudely asked with a raised voice if I had paid for my food and that I was not allowed to get anything since I didn't pay. I looked around and there were 2 other ladies at the salad bar with the same color plates (who happened to be **) and nothing was said to them as they filled their plates. As a matter of fact, nobody was confronted in my party except me, and I happen to be the only minority. I told her to charge it to the party.

I was with another lady in my party who had just filled her plate (same color plate as mine) and they said nothing to her and continued to rudely confront me about my salad. I find it very insulting and highly discriminatory that I was the only one confronted, moreover confronted in such a rude and demeaning manner.

I spoke to the manager and she informed me that this was not the first complaint they have had today, with the same employees. I questioned the manager about this and he stated that they indeed, do sell beer at this site. I do not know how this could possibly be enforced since no one even checked us or stamped out hands when we went in and most of the employees were in the back, totally unconcerned about what was going on in the arcade. I do not, for the life of me, understand why a children's arcade would sell beer and advertise it clearly at the tables where children can see it. Party platters were so small and discrete not like as advertised at all. Floors were dirty trash, barrels full, games broken, salad bar disgustingly dirty and refills sat out on cart unnoticed and at room temperature for 2 hrs you could see in through food window to kitchen area and it was such a mess - food all over, floors did not look sanitary. There were dead bugs in the tunnels and liquid dripping out of them onto the little ride in fire engine and the kids area - 3 machines were broken.

Not what I expected from a children's entertainment chain as far as I'm concerned not worth the money. I saw stressed out and lack of employees that would just stare at their phones instead of taking care of place. I understand it's a lot of work keeping up with mess and games and kids but that's what the business is so you need to hire more people or more competent people to manage locations and compensate them accurately to make them want to do what they need to do to make it a better. Our food was a half an hour-45 mins late, there was a fight between parents on the play floor, parents of other children completely took over the games and other kids calling my daughter's guest names, half the games and ticket counters were broken, and finally a toy my daughter brought in with her, a princess anna doll, was stolen right off our party table. I complained numerous times to my party host and I was told that she would let management know of all the issues but that she doubted anything would be done and she was right, absolutely nothing was done.

I paid close to 300.00 for my daughter and her family and friends to enjoy themselves and we had to worry if their tokens were stolen and if they were being bullied. The fact that besides my party host, not one employee took control of the environment our kids were in was a disgrace. My daughter cried herself to sleep that night cause someone was mean and stole her toy. I will never bring my daughter back to Chuck e cheese and after this display of ignorance both the public and employees neither will the families of the 20 children that attended her birthday party.

After handling monies and scratching private parts, these people shouldn't be preparing food!

My daughter and all the rest of the family will not attend another Chuck E Cheese party or Chuck E Cheese company, due to how they treated us... They are not kid responsive to make kids happy and the adult Hugo seems to be racist in my opinion, I really hated my experience... We took our classes of about 55 students on a field trip to the Chuck E. Cheese in Bowling Green, Ky and was very disappointed that none of the teachers got to eat free with the amount of paying kids! We feel that if we are bringing that many kids there then at least the teachers should get their meal free. Chuck E. Cheese is supposed to be so kid friendly but yet food prices are inconveniently expensive for adults to even bring kids to eat especially when there are many other kid friendly pizzerias with play zones that are way less expensive! The menu prices needs to be evaluated....$7.00 for a salad bar with nothing but veggies on it and almost $9.00 for just a 1 topping personal pan pizza is ridiculously expensive!! There are no value meals such as pizza and salad combos or wing and salad combo, etc. The service was good once we got there, but we're disappointed that not even a discount for meals was offered with that many paying kids eating!

My son loves Chuck e cheeses and wanted his birthday party there. His father and I set up the party at the i240 and walker location. The manager didn't seem like he cared at all and clueless to their policies, but we planned it anyway. The bill was literally $700, which is absolutely ridiculous. So when we get to the party, we and his guests of thirty children had to wait an hour just to get our table. Once we finally got our table, the kids got their tokens and took off. We never got his cardboard cutout for him, his pizza didn't show up till thirty minutes before they closed. He never received his ice cream, super hero outfit, 1000 ticket voucher, pinata, not to mention terrible customer service.

An employee told me "whoever is paying for that party was stupid" and that this place is a rip off. Little did she know it was me she was referring to. After talking to the manager about how unhappy I was and didn't think the party was worth $700, he basically told me "too bad" and "pay up." So after I gave up and paid him, he honestly told me to "get the ** out." I am completely unsatisfied and disappointed. I want a refund and these employees fired. If you hate your job, quit!

I went to Chuck E Cheeses for my 5 year old daughter's birthday party. When we entered, the place was crowded! If an accident happened, nobody would be able to move. It took over an hour to get our food. The food was burnt and it tasted horrible! When I made a complaint to our hostess, she said, and I quote, "It's not our problem." My daughter wanted to play some games. We placed our cup, where we held the coins, on the side of the game, but when I look at the cup again, there's a child reaching in it, stealing coins! I made a complaint, again, and again they said "it's not our problem." My daughter also wanted a little souvenir cup. It's purple and yellow with a star dangling from it. But, right after we paid for it, I noticed my daughter's hand had flecks of yellow on it. The cup had peeling paint! I told my daughter not to drink out of the cup. We had to sit there and wait until the party was over. My experience was horrible.

While traveling in South Carolina I stopped at the Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in Florence, SC. After waiting for 15 minutes to be acknowledged by a server, I placed my order and waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes with no update for the reason. I was waiting for a pizza and some wings. The only contact I had was with a nasty, smart mouthed young lady who grabbed up the order number card, stuck it in the condiment holder top and slammed it back on the table and said, "That needs to be in the holder."

While I waited and waited what I witnessed was one server (male) and the door attendant (female) exchanging inappropriate flirtatious statements across a large space. Finally when my food came out, the server said, "The guy messed up your order," and all but ran for the kitchen. I felt the underside of the pizza box was cold and when I got back to my room I opened up the pizza box and found a cold, cardboard looking round blob and 6 wings in the foam carton that had to have come from a pigeon, and the little blue cheese dressing container was upside down and all over the inside of the container. Both items had to be put in the garbage. WOW!!!

Reading the other reviews on the site, this place must be one of the worst run restaurants in the U. S., has the worst food, and has management that does not care. I contacted them and got a response of, "Here are 20 tokens." Yeah!!! Right!!! Like I will ever step foot in their businesses anywhere ever again!!! I contacted the Better Business Bureau of the Coastal Division in SC and will continue to press the issue on every website I can find until I get my refund for a cardboard pizza and pigeon wings!!! The receipt has a number of 10071 and a code for a survey of 046 002 100 110 310 518 07, but that is all I can find for a reference to the order.

We got out of the movie around 9:30 and made it over to Chuckie Cheese (Portsmouth Blvd. Chesapeake, VA) around 9:40pm. Understandably, Chuckie Cheese's closes at 10pm, but this is the one thing that my son wanted to do the most for his birthday. Once we were stamped in, I asked the young lady at the door if we could still get food. She replied, yes. Once at the food counter, the employee working told us that the ovens were already off because they were about to close. Then, I said OK, we will just purchase tokens for the games. The cashier asks for my I.D. which I had to send my daughter back to the car to fetch because I have never ever needed ID at Chuckie Cheese.

By the time my daughter got back to the door, then the lady tells her just come back and ID me. At this point, I gathered my family members together so that we could go elsewhere and so we went to Dave & Busters instead. It is bad enough that we live over an hour away from any Chuckie Cheese establishment. Worst of all, my son witnessed every bit of what happened. He had lots of questions and I feel like there was no concern shown for my son. My family and I should never have been allowed to enter the door if we could not receive customer service at that time.

Would like everyone to know how horrible CHUCK E CHEESE is in making their customers happy and how they LIE!!!! My nephew had his sons birthday party there in the 3414 College Ave. Lemon Grove location. My daughter 10 yrs old was there along with around 25 adults and kids for the family birthday. My great niece is 8 yrs old was feeding her tickets in the feeder. She has long straight hair and her hair got caught in the feeder and my daughter saw her. She tried to go and hold her hair from not eating anymore but couldn't so she left her and grabbed her grandma. She saw that her granddaughter was crying and in fear and so was my daughter. She tried to hold her hair so it doesn't yank anymore and she couldn't ...

Finally the manager ** came and tried to stop the feeder but couldn't, at this point my daughter and all the guests and the whole Chuck E Cheese customers are all looking and frantic watching her hair get eaten up if it wasn't for her grandma holding the hair from the root it would have taken a piece of her scalp off.. Finally **, figured out to unplug the machine to stop it. **, had to cut my great nieces hair all the way to the top of the root. It was a big chunk of it. All the kids are frightened and watching this especially my daughter. My niece which is the little girl's mom is 6 months pregnant and she is witnessing all these and is frantic. She had very bad abdominal pain that night from watching her daughter go through - all this was very stressful!!!! So they right away turn the ticket feeder right back on without inspecting the machine before they let other kids use it.

They need to train their employees on safety issues. **, just didn't know what to do, she didn't get quick assistance, if grandma wasn't there holding her hair it would of been a lot worse. So **, from Chuck E Cheese called and left the mother a message to check up on her. The mother couldn't speak because she is 6 months pregnant and had pain due to what she had experienced in her eyes. So I called **, she was very understanding at first then she took all info and said she is going to review the video and call me back. I kid you not I spoke to her on Thursday the day after the incident had happened, never heard back from **, from corp. I called the next week on Thursday at 9 am and left message for **, to call me. Didn't hear from her, so I called at 2 pm and finally got a hold of **, and told her, "Is this the way you guys respond back to your customers, you don't return phone calls or respond back to the incident?" I told **, "I left a message but you never called back till I just called you back." ** said, "yes I did get the message," so I said, "how come you didn't call me back," and she just said sorry!!!!

So then **, said she cannot speak to me because I wasn't the parent of the child. I told her, "it has taken you guys this long for ME to call you guys back to tell me you still can't talk to me about this incident, this had happened since last week and I have to call you back. You won't do it to tell me that you need to talk to the parent that's ridiculous management!!!!" Had informed **, that my niece is 6 months pregnant and she can't have stress once again. But she didn't care and had my niece call her and all they can offer to her was 2 free pass to Chuck E Cheese which I didn't think you need passes to go to Chuck E Cheeses and a gift basket which she NEVER EVER received!!!!

Really disappointed in the service we got at the Chuck E Cheese Lemon Grove and the corp of Chuck E Cheese!!!!! We had spent 500.00 that night on my nephew's son's birthday. Like one time one of my kids went to play a game then when she wasn't looking somebody stole her coins my child had 5 coins in the cup. When she told me someone took her coins that made mad. When I went to report they said they can't do anything about it. That just made me angrier.

So 1 year later, the same thing happened again but let me talk about what happened at the front register when I showed them a online coupon and the manager refused to use it. And the worst thing was she didn't look at it. OMG, so I had to pay the food price then when my 2 kids went to play a game, someone stole our coins. Then when we went to our table, we saw some coins dumped on the table then I found out that they stole 40 coins, we had 100 coins. So I went to report that they stole 40 coins but guess what, they said it's not our problem. And the worst thing was the manager was not caring about what I said. She didn't even look at me and then I told my kids what they said. Then I saw that my kids were very, very, very mad. So then when I left I said that we'd never come to this Chuck E Cheese location ever again. How do you feel about that?

Let me start by saying we have had other birthdays at Chuck E. Cheese's and they were okay. I had a party for my 3-year-old granddaughter. The first thing that bothered me very much was that as I walked in with my arms full of party stuff and plastic containers, I had to stop and wait almost ten minutes until Chucky was done singing right in the main walk area with 20-30 kids singing along and I could not even get by. It should be in another area away from the entrance so you don't have to wait for the singing and all the tickets to be picked up. I knew it was not going to be a good day after starting out like that. Then I ordered food for the adults. I told my waitress to bring the food for the adults as soon as possible. I had to remind her every 15 minutes, "Where is the food?" The waitress kept saying, "It's in the oven."

About an hour later, we finally got some of the food I ordered. The waitress was nice but she had no clue on how to organize or construct a party. She kept asking me what I wanted to do; I don't know how they organize their parties or what schedule they use but I had no clue of what to do. I was depending on the hostess to run the party. Then it was so crowded in the place. I was actually very scared that in case of an emergency it would be a disaster, let alone find my guests. The aisles in the party were so overcrowded with people at the ends having an unscheduled party and all their people, the mothers with their strollers in the middle of the aisle. No one could even get by. I had to ask them to please move the stroller so my kids can get in their seats. It was so loud I could not even hear Chucky or what he was saying. My granddaughter was so scared she did not know what he was saying either and she was terrified. It was so loud. I could not even see her while I was videotaping her. I had to hold the camera up in the air and try and get some footage.

After we finally got the kids together, which was a feat in itself, we ate the cake and off they went. No one said anything. I asked about the ice cream and the waitress said, "Whenever you want." What? Well, normally you eat the ice cream with the cake, so I had to go and scream to get all the kids back to the table as I was bussing the table myself because no one else did and my grown-up guests had to stand and eat the $300 worth of food I bought because no one even attempted to accommodate my grown up quests which I think is pretty rude. After they ate the ice cream, I remembered the pinata, and asked again, "When do you do that?" And she said, "Whenever you want." OMG, why didn't all this happen at once cake, ice cream, gifts, pinata? Then the kids can go and play at the end of the party. I came here so I did not have to do any or much work and I never sat at all.

I was too busy chasing and yelling and cleaning up my area. My granddaughter had to open her gifts while all the kids were playing because I was not rounding them up again to watch her open the gifts. It was so unorganized. There was no one giving a clear direction of the party timeline. The kids' cups and plates all were the same. No one put a name on any of them, so I was asking 25 kids, "Is this yours?" They kept going over to the other seats and taking the other kids' coins as well as kids from other parties. I did not know whose cup of coins or cups of juice was whose. Not to mention the kids just drank off any cup they found because none of them were distinguishable. It was so unsanitary it was just so ridiculous. A little organization would have prevented such a mess.

Also in the ride area, kids were hopping on the rides already in progress that my other guests paid for, they were stealing coins out of my guests' cups saying they did not have any more coins and neither did their mother. OMG! It was worse than a zoo. They need to have a more efficient area, where no one is able to be in the party section that is not in the party. They need to make it quieter so the kids can hear Chucky and the waitresses' instructions, hear him sing and give the child the recognition that we pay for, after the party is finished, i.e. pizza, cake, ice cream, pinata, gifts. Then the kids can go play after everything has been done with the party - Plexiglas in the area, or something different so people can leave their stuff and not worry about anyone taking it.

Make sure the waitress keeps kids out that don't belong there. I brought my $1000 camera and was afraid to leave my table. And there should be better communication with the waitress. I will never go back. It was not worth the 600 dollars for that headache and service. I would like to know if the building capacity was even known by the employees that night. Because I could even scream at the top of my lungs and no one could hear me at all. Also, I made a complaint about this party on the website a few weeks after my party and no one got back to me or even apologized for my experience. Word of mouth goes a long way!

I have to start by saying that two years ago, we had a great experience for my son's birthday party at this same Chuck E Cheese. This time was literally the worst birthday party I have ever been to. Sad enough, it was one that I threw and I am embarrassed. Chuck E Cheese allows unscheduled parties and allowed these people to bring in outside food and fill their personal cups at their fountains. Disgrace. A real slap in the face when you spend over $500 on a party.

Secondly, our party hostess was not very good. Sweet girl, however, did not know how to run a party. I myself was a party hostess at a very similar establishment when I was 15 years old and we had excellent training. We ran the show, announced everything that was going on and kept everyone abreast of what was going on. My party hostess basically made us get off our table at 6:30 when our party didn't end until 7:00 because she wanted to go home for the night and we were her last party. It was a scramble for me to find out whose drinks where whose and move them to other tables so she could go home. I have nothing good to say about my experience and I am sorry, I wish I did.

I brought this to corporate's attention and the district manager reached out to me and sent me a 3D place mat (which I should have received at the party and my hostess forgot to give me and a 1000 point ticket for prizes, 300 of which was supposed to also be given at the time of the party). Wow! That is my compensation. I wasn't really looking for anything, but that made it even worse. They just gave me what they should have given me to begin with. I also received a a very unprofessional typed letter, not on letterhead or anything, stating they are sorry for my experience. I am sorry, they also offered me to redo my party and they would only charge me for 4 kids. Really? Most of my check that day was made up of the 22 adult drinks I had to buy (should have just brought outside cups like the unscheduled party) and all the adult food that I should have brought in from outside.

So needless to say, I will never be back to Chuck E Cheese. Think twice about spending this kind of money at this type of facility that does not train their staff well. We just had my son's birthday at Bounce U for the 2nd year in a row and it was great!

As I was enjoying some TV time with my young son, we saw a newer commercial for Chuck E Cheese. These commercials are made to grab children’s attention. I was mortified as I watched and listened. I work hard to teach my son proper English. Throughout the entire commercial, I lost count of how many times the word "funner" was used. Funner is not a word and I think it’s horrible that a commercial directed to grab children’s attention with a lovable mascot feels it is okay to let our children learn words that are not even part of the English language.

I have 10 kids, so I have to visit Chuck E. Cheese’s on occasion. With so many kids, I try to utilize the coupons issued from Chuck E. Cheese’s that I find on their website or the numerous coupon sites available. This has never been an issue and I have been going to the Jacksonville, NC branch since 2004. We showed up for my son's birthday yesterday and had several of the coupons to use, but my husband was immediately told that they would not honor any coupons and was given the vague excuse of corporate blah, blah, blah. I asked what that meant and my husband told me they said something about corporate is different and their restaurant doesn't honor coupons.

I asked to see the manager ** and he then tried to tell me that yes, they didn't honor coupons since people could Photoshop their own - hint, hint, hint. He looked at me like I was trying to pull some business on him and pointed out that there was a printing date on the coupon from 2007. He then showed me what he called a legit coupon, but it was basically the same coupon with 5 extra tokens. Really? I would go to the trouble to make up a coupon for 5 extra tokens?! I couldn't believe what he was implying and I said I was very surprised that they would choose that we go away rather than honor our coupon when we would still end up paying $100 for 3 pizzas, some drinks and tokens. This place is a rip-off and they use kids to suck their family dry! I wish I had never introduced my kids to the Chuck E. Cheese’s brand. I guess their rat mascot fits them to a tee since they are definitely rats!

We went into Chuck E Cheese in Savannah where I asked the manager how much would it costs for pizza, running the Chuck E Cheese band, medallions, blow crowns, and walking Chuck E Cheese balloon for three kids. We paid a huge amount and was told it was not a problem because it was the slow period. We purchased $50 worth of tokens in addition. The shift changed and they set the area up for a birthday party at the area we had paid for. The kids walking balloons were up only to be told they weren't our balloons. Instead of allowing the kids to go ahead with the balloons, the new shift manager asked if we were going to put them back and I said no because we paid for them. He was nasty and rude and instead of giving the boys their balloons, he refunded $34 and had me escorted out completely humiliated.

I gave tokens to the kids that were there because I had so many, I thought it would be nice to share. I have over two cups of tokens which I refused to use because I will never darken the door of your establishment again. I know three walking balloons were a great deal cheaper than $34 and the humiliation I suffered. I have informed my friends of your establishment when asked about birthday parties which have been quite a few. I am very disappointed in the fact that we paid around $200 to be treated so awful. My son got sick on one of the rides and I was given a bunch of paper towels to clean and scrub on hands and knees, not only what mess my son had made but anyone else. Chuck E Cheese should be ashamed of how they treat 4, 6, and 7 year old kids.

We attended my nephew’s party tonight at Chuck E Cheese (Willowbrook). As we (my husband, children and myself) approached ** (the employee in Houston, TX) at the counter and had given him our tickets to redeem for the prizes, we presented him with 572 points and he told us we had 252 points which would have brought my 3 children to 84 points each. After he noticed I caught on, he told me that he accidentally pressed the % button. I was very patient because people make mistakes right? Then one of the prizes that my son picked did not work and he told **. ** replied with a rude tone, "What do you mean, it doesn't work?" At that point I became a little disturbed but yet remained calm. To top that, my five year daughter old pointed to glasses that she wanted to redeem her tickets for in the display and he went to the back and came back and said he had no more.

Moments later, a Hispanic lady and her children came up and asked for glasses as well, and he used a key to open the display and had given them the glasses. I gathered my family and left immediately, and asked the greeter for the manager that worked that night. He told me the manager’s name. After leaving and calming down, I called ** and informed him of what just happened and he did apologize and offered to give my children each a pair of glasses to make up for it and said that he would talk to ** and mentioned that, it was not the way they act.

However, seeing as in customer service and management, you are taught to diffuse a situation as well by giving the customer what they want and etc. I am wondering if I was done the same. I appreciate ** offer but I am not concerned about the free gifts and it goes way pass that. I am curious about how many other people have he discriminated against.

Chuck E Cheese's rude employee - I had just had my $50 umbrella stolen from my table when I had stepped away. It is top of the line umbrella that I had for 11 years. So I asked the female working at the entrance where the lost and found was in case someone returned it. Just wishful thinking but of course not in the area of this location. I told her someone took my umbrella and she laughed at me. She stated and I quote, "At least, you are wearing a hat." She, I believe, is trying to be funny I call that being disrespectful. Now really, how rude is that. I mentioned this to the manager in charge at the time and explained the situation. I was really livid. She apologized for her employee at least and I found out later she observed the whole situation and sent her home. Good for her.

I was attending a dual birthday party for my nieces (2 and 8) on Saturday, February 18, 2012. The party was for 7:30 PM. When I arrived at 238 SW Military Dr. in San Antonio, TX, two other guests for the same party were ahead of me (including the 8-year old birthday girl) getting stamped. When I made it to the party area, I was told by the birthday girls' mother that our server for the party, a Ms. **, had asked another server if she would switch parties because she did not want to serve us because we were Mexican. What happened was two of our guest were speaking Spanish on the way in when Ms. ** was speaking with my sister who had booked and was paying for our nieces' party. What angered me was that my 8-year old niece heard the comment, I later found out. So, I confronted Ms. **; she denied she had said those words and went to get a manager, who never showed up. Ms. ** was MIA as well.

It seemed like 20-30 minutes had passed before another server took her place. We did not see a manager until our new server had to bring us our massive number of tokens for the party. My sister approached him, Mr. **, about the incident but he simply brushed it off by saying that he knew she did not mean anything by it. No apologies from him either. We saw another manager, Mr. **, who came with the $380 bill. Again, my sister approached him with the incident. Still, no action. He said he would get her to apologize to us. She never did. I've written to complain to the corporate office about the matter 3 times--no call back. Corporate is supposed to call you back within 24 to 48 hours. What I wanted was an apology, a better explanation for the ignorant comment. I mean she should not assume that because you look a certain way and are speaking Spanish in Texas that you must not speak English. If that had been the case, there were over 25 guests at this birthday party that are bilingual. By the way, the location of this Chuck E. Cheese is in an area with a mostly Hispanic population.

If Ms. ** has such a problem serving Mexicans or Spanish speaking customers, then she should live elsewhere. I reside in an area of San Antonio that is more diverse than the south side, where this Chuck E. Cheese is located and I often hear Spanish, Chinese, etc. spoken in the upscale shops and eating establishments and I have never witnessed someone assuming they don't speak English. Most do. I'm so angry that we were brushed off. We did not want to make a scene and start trouble. What were we going to do, cancel our nieces' birthday party? You can't cancel a child's birthday party. We went on with the party for this reason, but we were angry and frustrated with everything the entire time and even more so now for being brushed off again by the corporate office. I feel like we should have been listened to and treated better by management because this party was expensive and we have booked so many parties there in the past amounting to thousands of dollars. Personally, I will go elsewhere for my children's birthday parties.

How is that fun for kids? There were no tables and way too many people were inside. There were no ice or straws! I'm surprised their even open! It's gross!

My kids had their birthday parties in Chuke E Cheese. For whole almost one year they collect all their tickets to get the biggest price. We invited to another birthday party in Huntington beach CA. So since they had lots of paper which shows different amount of tickets that they have won, one employee add them all together for 3892 tickets and with her handwriting wrote to another ticket. Of course she signed her name and put #406 which may be her extension. But when I took that to Torrance 90505 branch of Chuke Cheese, they didn't accept that and told us we have to go back there which is one hour from our home. I spent more than $300 for my kids to collect that amount of ticket that was cheaper for me if I go to Toys R Us and bought that price. Now my kids hate Chuke Cheese and they don't want to go there. I still keep that handwriting. I can scan it and mail it to you if it will help but I need an email address.

It's been a long time since I have been to Chucky E. Cheese. It has gotten very bad. People don't watch their kids and are very rude. The food was cold and we had a hard time finding a seat. The empty tables had garbage all over them. It was the worst time and we spent well over sixty dollars. I believe you have lost several customers. I think I should receive a refund, and I believe there should be rules to follow.

My wife and I had a birthday reservation for over a month in advance, to be held on September 18 at 1:30pm. We arrived at 1:10pm on September 18. However, we were told that we were not in the computer.

After about 15 minutes of pleading, and asking them to re-check their systems, we we told that we had a reservation for 6:30 later that evening. After another agonizing 15 minutes of anguish, as guests were arriving standing in line behind us, we were told that they found our reservation, and in fact, it was at 1:30 as we had said previously. But because we were too unruly, and loud, we were not allowed to have our party, and were asked to leave immediately. I asked if I could at least wait inside to redirect our guests to another venue for the party, and we were told that we needed to wait in the parking lot, and to immediately leave the building.

I went to Chuck E. Cheese for my son's 3rd birthday party and the waitress accidentally dropped a pitcher of juice all over me and two of my guests. My phone was damaged because of the juice. The manager on duty, Stephanie, was beyond rude to my guests and I.

She offered to comp my dry cleaning but offered very little to help for my son's birthday party. She ended up calling the police, stating that she has the right to refuse service to anyone and that she no longer wanted us there. I became very angry that she cancelled my son's party and demanded corporate's number. She refused to give me the number, until the police asked her. She told the police and myself that she would comp the party.

Money was taken off of my card by Chuck E. Cheese and they are becoming very difficult to work with. I would like for them to reimburse me for the money that was taken off of my card and replace my phone as they stated they would.

Several weeks ago, I submitted three pictures for the Chuck E Cheese kids online photo contest. I checked for a few days and was given the message that they were not on yet (although it was past the 48 hours). So I tried again a few days later. On March 20, my computer ran for an hour - I was still waiting and had to log off. On March 22, I searched for my photos (via my email address) and the search ran for four and a half hours. The search ended and up popped a picture I did not even submit. I contacted them and asked if any of my pictures were even there. And I complained that I received a picture of a child who is not mine. I asked them to contact me as I was concerned over the validity of the contest and the fact that I was being given a a picture of someone else's child. I then received an email from them saying to contact questions@eprizefulfillment.com. I did this on March 22nd and was promised an answer in no more than three business days - I am still waiting (this is April 3rd)!

When he went to pick it up the cell appeared to be missing from the office when he was told it was there. Carlos gave him a number for corporate office in new york. Numerous calls have been made in the past five months and we have been getting transferred from person to person that is handling the case and it just feels like a rollercoaster getting just tossed around and nobody is doing anything about it. I booked a birthday party for March 1st, 2008. I booked online and recieved a confirmation. The website nor the confirmation said we would be told to leave after the 90min time they allow. We were expecting to be able to stay and play. I paid $200 for a birthday party for my daughter and could not believe that I was told to leave.

I submitted a complaint on the website and the General Manager called me on May 11th, Mother's Day. He was so rude I couldn't believe it. He just ranted how I was told that even though I was paying so much I would have to leave after 90 minutes even though just walking in the door, anyone else could stay as long as they wanted. I finally told him that I couldn't believe he would call and be so rude (and on Mother's day no less) and said I would be contacting the coporate office and filing a report with the BBB and Consumer Affairs. He said go ahead. Never before had I paid so much to be treated so bad!!

We didn't get to use all of the tokens we got with the party package. They overbooked the number of parties going on at one time and due to the lack of space, some of my party members left because it was so crowded.

When we pulled into our driveway that night and went to take our son out of the car we noticed small yellow paint chips on his car seat. My husband and I were trying to figure out where they came from and noticed that they came from my son's cup. I am very concerned especially with the recent fisher price recall due to the lead paint.
