They really helped me. No pressure selling, no game playing, and no rate switching. They have the experts and the reps that have/will guide me from cradle to grave with this home sale. And now, I actually look forward to the next purchase.

If there were zero stars I would give it. This is not a "veteran" friendly organization. They are just another bank with the word "veteran" in the title. They are not following the VA's requests on how to treat veterans that are experiencing hardship. Although I am on a repayment plan for past due mortgage installments, they continue to report to the credit bureaus that I am delinquent and bombard me with endless calls about my account being delinquent.

I was blown away by the professionalism and amount of care that Veterans United loan team provided. Before I went to Veterans United, I was working with Navy Federal and the moment I had an issue/road block with my loan process that prevented me to buy the home immediately, I was immediately cut off and told that I was not eligible and come back when I am. However, Jay ** (Loan Officer) took the time and looked into my case and explained the reason in full. A few months later after I fixed the issues I was able to closed on my home without any issues. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the outcome and I can't ask for more. Definitely 10/10 stars!

Sam and his crew and phenomenal! I love the text capability, follow through and knowledge! I haven’t been unhappy with any staff and they make the process effortless! They’ve stuck with me despite one time the interest rates not being low enough and another time I cancelled on the final push of a cash out refinance due to advice from my financial planner. No matter what they care, ARE NOT PUSHY and make sure I’m knowledgeable about my decision. So that’s why I keep coming back to this team to support me.
