I don’t have to work. I get my money from veteran's affairs and just because I don’t have enough to work. Have much work history. I have the money and credit but since I don’t have 6 month of work history they would not give me a loan. So if you're retired like me don’t have to work if you want a home loan!! I’d definitely don’t try to get a loan here! Because that only thing they care about!

Today was by far the best experience I've had with Vanderbilt mortgage, my husband recently passed away, Emily and Erica were great at helping figure the best route for me. I'm always very nervous about calling but the ladies today were amazing.

The representative Jessica was very rude and ignorant on the phone about me making payment arrangements on my account....I was very upset because without loyal customer like me since 2013 she would not have a job..... Where is the respect for the customers....I have had several rude representive in the past also so Vanderbilt need to give their loan representative more training on how to communicate with their customers on the phone because the customers are the reason why they get a paycheck...It was just so unprofessional...

I want to share my personal experience with Vanderbilt Mortgage. I have been with them for 4 years now. I had a unexpected life experience twice, and Ms. Melanie & Ms. Alicia saved the day. These two ladies were very personal and understanding to my situation. They were in my corner to help me get on track and save my home. Life sometimes throw curve balls.... but I can honestly say Vanderbilt mortgage came to the rescue!!!! I won't let you down Ms. Melanie. You were very polite and understanding.

Definitely try to go through Vanderbilt Mortgage to get financed. The dealer we went to suggested them and somebody else that they said is the fastest. Everything went smooth with Vanderbilt. Most of it was digital, and uploading the documents was really easy. Communication was extremely easy as well, and I got my home faster too.

We had a pretty easy experience. We just submitted the application through the mobile home dealer that we were going through and they called us. Vanderbilt was fine. The process took a month from start to finish. This was not on Vanderbilt's part but the dealership's.

I went through three different companies and Vanderbilt was the one that treated me the best and approved me within a 24-hour period. I would recommend them to anybody that's trying to get approved for a loan. My first payment is due next month and I'll be paying online. Communicating with them was very easy. They were awesome.

Vanderbilt answered all my questions. They've given me details of everything that I needed to know. The reps are very kind, informational and professional.

Vanderbilt assigned somebody to my account and any time I had problems, I'd call them and they took care of it. During the whole time, I was able to contact them. They'd get back with me in a couple of days if they couldn't answer it right then. They worked with me. The only thing that I dislike is the percentage rate. But that's the difference between a house and a mobile home.

The rep at Vanderbilt was awesome and very helpful. She answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner. The process went through smoothly. They asked for the information and when it was provided, there were no issues. They were competent. I've already recommended them to several people.

My fiancé and I are looking into buying a house and we’re both very young, and the lady we spoke with wanted the best for us and explained everything good. So I appreciated her. It’s not the greatest time to buy but she gave us some financial advice. We started looking at the beginning of February, and we moved in this week. We were, at first, thinking we were gonna be able to only afford a single-wide. But we ended up with a big, double-wide for the same price almost. We didn't have to move but it would be better for us to have moved so I'm glad we did. This is our first loan we've ever taken out and Vanderbilt’s reps were helpful, informative and easy to work with throughout this process.

It was an eight-month process to get the land and the home and all the utilities. I closed back in March. Vanderbilt didn't ask for all my information upfront. They asked for one thing a week and it seemed to draw out the process. It took a better part of three months to close. But we were still waiting on a land plot to get approved through the city and that was one of the reasons it was taking so long. My first payment isn't scheduled till August. They sent me an email containing information on how to make payments, but I haven't set it up yet.

My experience when Vanderbilt first called me was really good. They told me that we were approved for the loan. The rep was sweet and she explained everything that we needed to do to get the loan process and everything to get started on looking for our home. They also kept calling to check on us to see how everything was going. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do. They did a great job.

From what I've had to deal with, everything's been fine. The communication with the rep was good.

I had a lady call me and she really took the time out to explain everything to me. She let me know their part in it and how they can help me. If I have any kind of problems, I can go to them if I need to speak to someone instead of doing it online. I can do it online as well. They have a website where you could do your payment or you could search your loan process to see what's going on. Then if you don't understand, they also have a representative that's there to help you with any kind of need or questions that you have. So that is also a plus.

It was good with Vanderbilt. The employees helped me through everything.

The process with Vanderbilt was easy for newbies like us. It's something we would recommend to other people because of how easy it was. They gave us what we needed to do. If we had any questions, we had a person to contact throughout the entire process. If we did something wrong, they would give us a call or they gave us one of their direct numbers and we called them. They're very good at breaking things down. There were a lot of questions that we had no idea how to answer, but they helped us through the entire process.

Working with them was very fast. The person who attended to me was very courteous and respectful. I love Vanderbilt. They are the best.

The rep was polite, business-like and answered all the questions we asked him. My wife did most of the communication and she seemed to like Vanderbilt. They did a good job and the process didn't take long at all. I was satisfied with everything.

Vanderbilt Mortgage reps stayed in touch. If I called them, they never answered. But if I left them a voice mail, they returned my call within 45 minutes. I'd refer others to them.

They were helpful with keeping us up to date. They worked with us and called us. We were pleased with them. We recommend them cause it's not the first time we've been with them. The first home we had was with them and I just hope that this time, they keep it instead. Our first loan got sold to six different companies before we got it done.

In the beginning, my experience was rough. It has been a long process. We're not even in our home yet. There was a lot of miscommunication. They would tell the home seller one thing, and my sales representative and I had to figure it out. At one point, they had to go really high up in Vanderbilt just to try to get answers. It was really confusing for us all. But towards the end, they got better. Once we got to the right people, everything was great. They're definitely a good company. Overall, it's been a good experience with Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt Mortgage was great. They had the mortgage done quicker than what they said they were gonna have it done. We are very happy with it. No matter what I needed, the rep was always there to answer my questions.

Our Vanderbilt experience was good for the time that we did all our paperwork. From application to approval, it didn't take no time. The process was pretty smooth. The guy that represented Vanderbilt is a nice guy, made us feel welcome and he answered all our questions that we had for them. I questioned everything he told us about the company. It was good. I'd tell others that Vanderbilt would be the wise choice place. They do a good job.
