The application process worked out really well. They made me feel comfortable and I understood what they were saying. So, I was pleased. I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to make a payment for a couple of months to get me straightened out financially. That helps people who are trying to get a round paying off the things from the previous situation.

My experience with the loan officer was good, but it was a long process. It felt like it was never going to end. Still, I'm satisfied with Vanderbilt, and I would refer somebody to them.

Anytime Vanderbilt Mortgage needed any information, they let us know. We got it right back to them and they let us know when they received it. It was great. I would recommend them 10 times over and give others the name of our loan specialist because I didn't work with anybody else and she was prompt and on top of everything.

The process at first was slow, but it was both on Vanderbilt Mortgage's and my part. We've done what we could have done. And it all worked out in the end. The rep always checked up and gave me information. He kept me updated.

The communication with the rep was perfect. Everything went smoothly. A friend of mine asked where we bought our home and who we went with and I recommended Vanderbilt because they were looking for a home.

It was good with Vanderbilt. The reps were friendly. Providing the documents that they needed was a little difficult for me because I've never been through something like this, but they understood.

My experience with the rep was okay. But there was some information that he couldn't get that I had to provide for him. The process was pretty quick.

Vanderbilt was easy 'cause I had all of my ducks in a row when I got there. All they had to do was take my old form that I went with and plug it into their system. The rep was pretty good and the process went really quickly.

The loan process with Vanderbilt was long but it was alright. They could be a little clearer in what they wanted. It was confusing in a couple of aspects, but we got it cleared up. Just make sure you get everything clarified upfront.

Vanderbilt Mortgage has the best of what we have to put down for a down payment than anybody else. The process was time-consuming, but that's not their fault. They were always there to help. Any time I had a question, I would call, and there was no problem at all. I highly recommend them. Our credit is not good, but they still got us the best rate that we could have possibly gotten. I worked with June and Josh. June sent us a personalized card to say congratulations and that she was so glad that she got to work with us. That meant a lot. It was handwritten from her. With Josh, anytime I had a question, I could send him an email, and he would respond immediately.

Vanderbilt was easy to deal with and their reps were very nice. The home that was being manufactured took a little long but it got out there on time. It was getting the gas company to come out that took some time.

Vanderbilt made everything very easy and smooth for me to go through. When the house was under foreclosure, I called them, and they instantly gave me a date and time that I had to come up with a certain amount of money to get it out of foreclosure. They didn't take and give me a week or two. They gave me two, three months which is wonderful. The team was marvelous. If I got into a snafu or forgot a pin, I called them up and got answers right away. Nobody gave me an attitude.

The other lender went I to did not approve me for a lot, and it was supposed to be like an HOA loan, and Vanderbilt approved me for way more than what they were gonna approve me for and did it a whole lot quicker. The process was real easy. They were on top of everything, and called me any time there were things that needed to be done or give me an update on everything. My loan rep was phenomenal. I couldn't ask for a better loan specialist.

Vanderbilt was nothing but great and the process for our home loan didn’t take time. They were easy to work with. I took them everything that they needed and they didn't ask for anything extra. Working with them was a lot better than working with a bank.

My 16-year-old has been hard to please and she liked the house, so I decided to go with it. It's five bedrooms and two baths, and there are four of us living there. I had the flex room turned into a bedroom and I had carpet in that one bedroom instead of the wood floor. The home buying process was very easy and went smoothly. I was very pleased with Vanderbilt and liked working with them. It was a very good experience. People should give them a try.

I was told everything upfront. They were quick and effective. I've already been telling people about Vanderbilt. I've told them it didn't take long for us to get approved and so far, we haven't had any issues.

It was excellent with Vanderbilt Mortgage. They were right on it. They were the ones making sure I was okay. I got texts letting me know what was happening. I believed in what they were doing. They talk to you like you're a person and not just push numbers. They listened to what I had to say. I wasn't about to pay $1,000 a month mortgage, and they adjusted. The first payment is gonna be April the 15th. I don't like to have things on the 1st of the month. But the 15th of the month, they can debit my account and it's much easier for me to keep up with. All I need to do is to make sure the money's there.

Everybody that I talked to was very nice and very helpful. They addressed my questions and concerns in a pretty good manner. It was pretty fast and effective. My rep was Amanda and anytime I'd call, she'd answer the phone and immediately answer all my questions. Vanderbilt is a good company with good people, and I recommend them.

Working with the reps was straight and to the point. They explained everything very well and gave all the options that they had to offer at the time. The documents were easy to be provided but the bias against self-employed was a little bit unfair. None of my personal stuff was used. My business had a name change and we've been profitable for the last two years. Everything has been handled and taken care of, and our money to purchase a house has been through my self-employment. For some reason, we got treated unfairly.

We got COVID and we had to get our credits ran again to hold the mortgage open for an extra week. Getting your credit hit again hurts for so much longer that what it used to. It stays there and it was for no reason. They could have said they would pull our credit again but will get rid of the one that they pulled. There oughta have been some way not to compensate, but to do away with the old credit check. We had not bought any cars, motorcycles, Jet Skis or boats. Nothing had changed but they couldn't take our word for it. And then, we were forced to be in there within that week. They wanted us to come up there when we had COVID to do the closing.

Vanderbilt does mobile homes and that's what I needed. My loan rep was really attentive to me, and in touch with everything that was going on. He made the process easy.
