Tomo Mortgage is great!, The service team is wonderful, the communication is great. Whenever I have a question, they will answer it as soon as possible. They follow up on the whole process, and I feel taken care of all the time. Also, I compared several mortgage companies, Tomo offered the best rate! No application fees, saved 1400$, they compared the bank rate online, and offered the best rate from the bank rates. I am so glad I choosed Tomo Mortgage.

During our home search we also sought financing. Our search came up with Tomo Mortgage, which up to this point, I had never heard of. I chose them based on some reviews I read and I am glad I did. After talking to 3 or 4 mortgage companies/lenders, Tomo beat their rate by enough that when I told the local agent I was working with prior he said there are either hidden fees or they have something he doesn't. They were professional and helpful. Now, our experience wasn't without issues and delays, but they reached out to us on a number of occasions letting us know WHO was causing the delay before the culprit themselves did (surveyor delays, title delays, etc.). Highly recommended. Normally, I'm against online business like this when I could instead support local, but between the price, the transparency in comparing rates and guarantees, it was a clear winner.

I was a little hesitant to try an online lender for my investment house loan. I am not that familiar with Tomo Mortgage but decided to go with them based on the positive reviews from bankrate.com. I closed my loan in just under three weeks time, and came away very impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and friendly service and attitude. They have a dedicated loan adviser and an application adviser that walked me through the whole process from start to finish. This was very helpful!

Our daughter recommended Tomo Mortgage to my husband and I. At the time, we had already begun working with the lender that financed our existing home. Additionally, we’d never heard of Tomo. However, after a troublesome issue with the other lender, we decided to listen to our daughter and call Tomo. Boy, are we glad we did! First of all, the customer service is outstanding. Every single person we interacted with was top notch. They listened to our needs. They stayed on top of everything, and were extremely responsive. Never had to leave a voicemail. Tomo Mortgage is not as big and established like some of the others but they have great rates and their communication skills are top tier. And if you are looking for a quick move in they will deliver on both time and date. But what I love the most about them is that they don't collect most fees unlike those other mortgage companies which was a big plus. I would definitely recommend them because I've personally use them.

I don't normally write reviews but I'm happy to support Tomo. By far, the best rate (by 0.5%) when I was rate shopping. I had to call them to make sure it was a real company because I had never heard of them. The process was easy and seamless, they provide an easy online portal to submit documents and access updates to the loan status. When I had questions, the Tomo team was extremely responsive to phone calls and emails when I had questions. We closed on time. They will be my go-to for the future and I have already referred them to my family and friends.

Tomo offered great rates, promotions and a fairly easy initial approval process. My loan officer was really great to work with! Exactly how you want them to be. Friendly, proactive and informative. The experience with my closing specialist was not great. I repeatedly had to ask how things were, only to be told 3-4 days before multiple attempts at closing, that there was something they've known about all along that is an immediate stop.

From start to finish the easiest mortgage I have gotten, and this is not close to my first. Best rate from the start. Everything done on-line. I was ready to close in < 30 days, and when the buyer made a mistake I was able to extend the rate lock at the buyer's expense. I couldn't recommend Tomo (and Aaron **) more

Got a better rate and better service with Tomo than with the bank with whom I have a 30 year relationship! I had never heard of them before. They get you through the close and then flip the mortgage before you make the first payment.

Delivered as promised and house closed on time. Randle was professional and worked diligently to deliver great service. Even with limited time, we were able to still close on time. Was overall happy with the service and would recommend to family and friends.

Stay away at all costs. I had to hound these people if you're throughout our entire process. We almost lost the house we were going for. Also they went back on the rate they quoted me once it was too late for me to go elsewhere. If you're looking for the most stressful experience possible, look no further than Tomo mortgage. They are also great if you like babysitting because you will be holding their hands making sure they do everything on time. Special shout out to Sean ** and Paige ** who were especially unhelpful. Just when we thought it was all over, they never even paid our insurance company. Lots of wonderful surprises on the way if you work with this crew, NOT.
