PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Started off at $3500.00. Ended up being tricked into designing documents to get a loan financed for over $5000 that went to the Tax Group. To sum it up. They swindled almost $11000 dollars out of me over a 3 year period and still need someone to do my offer and compromise with the IRS because they want more money that they will not get from me. Basically all the did was my taxes. TERRIBLE.

After 3 years no results and in debt to this company almost 20 k and still getting wage garnishments. I provided all information necessary and after 3 years no result. They even scam you into getting a loan to pay for services that they didn’t provide. I repeat do not use this company.

They are making cold calls trying to say that you owe back taxes and please call back if you don’t! When I called them and asked not to be contacted because I don’t owe taxes the guy laughed and said that he would make sure that they call back. I wouldn’t trust them to pick up my trash!!!

The Tax Group Center failed to provide the tax services they agreed to. I terminated the service agreement and they generated a mutual release agreement. The agreement required that I would be refunded a portion of my money on or before 120 business days. It has now be 144 business days and they still have not issued my refund. I am currently filling in small claims court to get my money returned. Never use this company, no matter how convincing they are on your initial inquiry.

I reached out to Tax Group Center in 2020 to negotiate some Rex debt with the IRS, they collected 10K from me. After collection of payment, I stopped hearing from them. I filed a complaint 1 year ago, they reached out and promised to rectify the issue. Then never heard from them again. This has been the worst service to have ever received, I feel that I have been conned. I would like to either complete the job, or get a refund that would have been better to put towards the irs dept.

Tax Group is a complete fraud. They collected handsome fees up front ($ 5000). That was years ago and since then I have not received anything. I have asked them to let me know what progress if any they have made. I have asked them to forward any communication on my behalf. But they simply have not done anything. This is a total scam... Last time when I put negative comment I got a phone call and guy promised to look into my case and inform me.

Tax Group Center is a complete scam. They charged me for a fee before any work started. When I had second thoughts about the service and requested a refund, they just pulled me along via email saying it's being looked at. Even their customer service guy said I should be getting a refund. That never happened, throughout the 6months this been going on, I had intermittently follow up on my case. The response was always the same. Such a scam of a business.

I feel so blessed because I found this Tax Group Center,, They saved me 100k and really I thought my life was over for good.. After college I really did not know how to balance my finances and found myself in a lot of trouble for not filing my taxes for 5 years. At the time, before covid, I was making pretty good money. I started receiving notices that I owed almost 100k and I freaked out.

My situation was out of hand. Felt for many years helpless and defeated like I would never have a normal life again. I found Tax Group Center searching online for someone to help, saw some really great reviews, sounded like my exact situation so I called them. So glad I did. I did not even know the extent of my troubles. It took a day for them to investigate and know the whole situation. Then they provided me the strategy to get missing returns done so we could get me all caught up. That took a few weeks at the same time they started working on collecting financial documents so they could resolve my case once the returns were completed.

TGC really came through for us. Took over for a terrible CPA that ruined us. Got our tax returns in order and then resolved a large debt for an affordable amount. The wife is happy. Happy wife happy life!

Received a settlement with the IRS that saved me a lot of money and relieved a lot of stress in my life. I owe it all to this company's great work. Thank you I could have not done this without your help!

Lifesavers! Tax Group Center literally saved my life. I was falling apart. No job, 3 kids and I thought we were heading to becoming homeless. The IRS was sending letter after letter. Thinking about losing my home and everything was causing sleepless nights. I searched the internet and found Tax Group Center's website. I took what turned out to be the greatest decision of my life. They did all my missing returns and knocked my debt down to something affordable. Kept my house, my family and restored my peace of mind and my outlook on life and my family's future. I rarely leave reviews but I am so impressed with the results and my experience working with this company I was compelled to write one. I have a family and when you have the stress and worry of supporting a family during these tough times with gas prices and groceries going through the roof to add a tax problem with the IRS to the list was another level of stress that was unbearable. Sleepless nights, my wife was worried and the IRs is just relentless with notices almost on a weekly basis.

I was referred by a friend that had a great experience working with this company. The results he mentioned sounded too good to be true. I was skeptical but called for a consultation. I like what I was hearing and was told it could take a while but if I followed their instructions (do past tax returns, provide financial information) that I had a good chance of settling my debt for some big savings. So now we are 6 months into this and I am happy to say I am very happy with the settlement and the experience I had working with this company. Highly suggest you reach out to them. My friend and I both had great results!!

Had an excellent experience working with this group. Resolved all my tax problems in a timely manner. Only wish I hired them sooner because I was so stressed out for a few years. I definitely recommend Tax Group Center.

STAY AWAY From TAX GROUP CENTER - save your money. We had a very bad experience with Tax Group Center Inc., especially with Jennifer **. She is rude. All she cares about is collecting payments. She was unsympathetic, to our situation. She did not explain clearly the entire process. We sent many emails, calls to her staff asking questions about the process and updates in our case, they never answered. It was also hard having to deal with so many people in different departments and no one taking responsibility for the process.

NIGHTMARE. That's the word that comes to mind when I think of the Tax Group Center. I hired them to help me with a Notice I received from the IRS regarding my 2018 taxes. Everything Tax Group Center asked me to do I did promptly, but they dragged their heels from the beginning. It was my understanding that the IRS forms Tax Group Center asked me to complete and sign would be transmitted to the IRS on my behalf, but they never were. Six weeks later, I found this out only when I got a letter from the IRS saying they've received no response. My attorney at the Tax Group Center wouldn't talk to me. I was told when I signed on with the company that if I didn't like my attorney, that I could get a new one. This wasn't true. I asked to change attorneys, and they said no. My biggest and most costly regret of the year was hiring Tax Group Center.

Spoke with Tina yesterday. Today I called to inform her that I needed to give it better thought. She flipped-sided me and said "You are just trying to get out of paying your taxes altogether." Well sweetheart, you couldn't be more wrong. If you truly had 20 years in the business then you would have known that an OIC IS because you know that you owe taxes, you just don't agree with the amount. All these 1 star ratings are on here for a reason. That also scared me. You claimed that you spoke to me yesterday for an hour...What's your point? You absolutely refused to go over a complete plan to which you would charge me your high dollar rates.

I gave them power of attorney, but never stopped tax levies. I got at least 5, this last screwed up on paperwork causing major tax levy. Try and contact them for over a week and they bring up payments. How can I pay if levy's cost me money. Now major levy going on and they are more interested in getting paid. I keep losing money but they want me to pay them for doing nothing. I had to call and get paperwork fixed and 4 weeks later and they haven't done anything. I am finally taking care of it myself, I will never recommend them ever. I can't believe I feel I lost money I paid them along with levies they never stopped. Find somewhere else to go.

This company looks good but they will rip you off. I owned a small business and for some reason my secretary stopped paying my quarterly taxes. I was contacted by IRS and I set up a payment plan. I fired the secretary and am not sure but I think she embezzled the money. After checking their references I retained the Tax Group Center to Help me. I sold my business for $140,000.00 and paid Tax Group 2,500 dollars to help me get these back taxes cleared up. They called me back and said the tax amount I owed was large and I would need to pay them another 5,000 dollars to get it done, They called again wanting another 5,000 dollars because of several years of back taxes plus they needed to file my taxes. They kept calling wanting more money. I was in panic mode thinking I owed IRS at least two hundred thousand dollars. I was scared they were going to take everything I had and put me in prison so kept giving Tax Group the money they ask for.

Please! Please! Please! Do not use this company!!!! I contacted them in August to help with my situation. The representative was very attentive and sympathetic. He advised that I needed to pay them $7,800 immediately so that they could get me out of collections as soon as possible. At this point, I knew I was in collections but my salary was not being garnished--the very situation I wished to avoid. Two weeks later, one of their representatives called to advise that I would probably be in the same situation when I filed 2019 taxes and that for the small sum of $2,500 they would include this year in their negotiations. Just 2 days after that I was notified that my salary would be garnished for that pay period. I immediately called, and their representative, again very attentive and sympathetic, assured me that they were going to work immediately to stop that situation and had no idea who would have called me to ask for more money.

This was a long road and Tax Group was there every step of the way. They answered everyone of my calls, attorneys didn't have a problem answering questions...even if i called 10 times per day. Secretaries and all apart of the process was pleasant. I even went the extra mile to have them do my actual Taxes along with the OIC. Great work Tax Group Center!!! You have changed my life and i know there are so many people out there wondering who to turn to, my highest recommendation would be the Good Guys over at Tax Group Center. :)

I have always paid my taxes through payroll deductions. Just never filed my returns. Ever. Well after 40 years of not taking care of business I called the Tax Group Center. With less than perfect record keeping on my part they were able to get my tax problem solved. And the outcome was jaw dropping. Both IRS and State taxes in the end cost me $114.00. All done. My tax worries are gone. Thank You to everyone at Tax Group Center. If you've got tax issues you've been afraid of dealing with for years. I can tell you from experience these are the people to call for help.

Long story short was promised something that didn’t happen! Cancelled my account last month and only wanted the “bill analysis” (it was laughable at best). I was charged at least 30+ times $35 each for leaving a voicemail. This company is a scam and I’ve wasted $1500! I just received the bill analysis yesterday (8/13/19) of weeks of broken promises! Read Everything you sign with them!

I contacted tax group center and got a quote for 1,500.00 to resolve my tax issues. I paid the balance in installments of 300.00. When it came to the last monthly payment TAx group took the 300.00 OFF my card without contacting me first, and acknowledgement. When I went to make the payment they had already taken the money a different process like the first two payments. After, receiving the 1,500.00 I called for an update or progress. Tax group wanted an additional 1,200.00 to handle the same problems I had when then charged me 1,500.00. I then continue to ask for an update the agent I signed with was unavailable, so the receptionist gave my phone call to a woman representing herself as "owner". I was explaining to her my concerns when she started screaming at me. She refused to give me her name then she hung up. So, they didn't return any of my phone calls for 6-7 weeks.

I contacted Tax Group Center to handle an issue with IRS. The agent Robert ** guaranteed that Tax Group Center could help me with my IRS issue. He drew up the contract, charged me $1,500.00 for everything. After I paid two month installments the last and final payment they withdrew the monies off my debit card without notifying me first and without my assistance. After, then I asked for an update and no update was provided. Then TAX Group Center tried to charge me more money for the same issue I had. I never got assistance or relief from my IRS. Fresh Start program. Or filing my taxes. I asked for a refund and got nowhere. No one returned my phone calls to this date. Lance **, however wanted me to fork over the entire amount and settle for $75.00 refund. At no time did Tax Group Center do $1,500.00 dollars worth of work. Today I still have the result of them not even calling trying to resolve this issue with me June 13, 2019.

I've spoken with Ladd at Tax Group Center and he was able to straighten everything out for me. Updating my rating because Ladd was able to completely correct everything for me. Everything is good now with Tax Group Center and I no longer have any complaints about them. Than you Ladd for all your help.

This place is the biggest joke. Do NOT I repeat Do NOT give them any money. They write up a bunch of B.S even after you ask for your money back THE NEXT DAY AND THEY HAD DONE NOTHING and say they did this and that. They want to charge Top dollar prices like a top notch law firm and the owner needs to have his ** arrested for fraud and then his ** beat for taking people's hard earned money. Dont know how they're in business. Save yourself the stress. Go to another person or company. They are a scam and rip off. Their salesmen once they have your money you arent getting it back and you will get nothing.

These people did nothing more than tact 4500 from us. They did nothing to resolve our back taxes that we couldn't of done with a phone call. They just called the IRS and asked how we could resolve the back taxes and then sent that information to us to sign. We have asked multiple times for information on what they saved us and yet we hear nothing. Once the agreement was made with them and the IRS there isn’t anything you can do but go with it because you have given them the power of attorney to represent you. They won’t answer emails nor phone calls. They just ignore you and disappear.

Do not give any money to these people. It is a total scam. I was told by them that they could reduce my back taxes to just a few thousand dollars for the 2 years I was behind and the current year. I owed around $20,000 not including the current year. They charged me $3000 and sent me a bunch of paperwork to fill out and send back to them. After that was all done they said they needed another $1750 to take care of the state taxes. Then a month later they needed another $3250 to take care of the current taxes. Three months after that I got a letter from them saying they set me up on a payment program with the IRS and I owed the IRS a total of $33000. That is all they did. I could have done that myself with 1 phone call for free. They stole a total of $8000 from me.

There were some tax issues I had to clear up and after I looked around a bit, the Tax Group and the insignia looked good to me. They advertise and they look legit. It was easy to enroll and they did help me. But the process was hard. After I had turned in my information, trying to get them to reply took a little bit of time. They did get back to me now and then. But it was not as fast as I would have liked. It was just the customer service. They should step it up if they can. But outside of that, they really did a good job. They came through for me and they did what they said they would do. I understand too that they had to go through things and wait for responses. If you're thinking about it, it may not go as quickly as you think but the company does get results.

Updated: They will constantly lie to customers and lie on social media to cover up the scandal... Below is my response to the message they are trying to tell the public!!! Do not use this company. Myself along with other victims are filing and or have filed a claim with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). That’s how serious this is. That is a total bold face lie!!! I have all emails to prove your company did not do anything with my case!!! The refund amount is the payment I made for a tax season of which we are unable to file for currently!!! I will be more than happy to show all my emails online to other customers and or potential customers. Your company stole money from me since July. Never reached to the IRS until 11/30/2018 after being under contract with me since July. Never reached out to the State!! Never communicated with me regarding my options!!

Under no circumstances should you hire TGC to work with the IRS for you. I'M GOING TO START THE PROCESS OF SMALL CLAIMS COURT for MY $1500 BACK. I express to the Attorney in the beginning, that I've read the reviews on their CO and I'm scared and I don't have my money to be taken away from me. He reassured me he could help and I was qualified for Innocent Spouse Relief. I sign a contract, paid upfront fee & auto monthly payments. I was reassign to a team of women. Meantime I'm calling & calling for results, no return calls or emails. Months go on, poor communication and more documentation requested from me again. Finally the attorney returned my call and stated I'm not qualified? WHAT??? I just got scammed out of $1500 when I could have paid the IRS... The most important thing to do and is contact IRS directly. THIS IS A SCAM...

The government charged me with a lot of back taxes that I didn’t feel I owed. I saw Tax Group Center's information on the television and they were the first one I saw so I went with them. Enrolling with them wasn’t very difficult. I just called them up and paid the $1,500. Every time that I called them, they would call me back if they were on the phone. Most times, I got through directly and my experience was great. They were very comfortable to work with and they were quicker than I was on getting them information that they needed. So it seemed like they were always the one that was waiting on me instead of the other way around, which was absolutely perfect.

I had gotten a lot of money from different places and it increased my income. I won a car, which I ended up selling. And my son got in trouble, so I had to take the money out and it was an early withdrawal. It was all added up to the income for that year. I make $25,000 to $30,000 a year, but that year I made $150,000 and I ended up owing $30,000 to the IRS. For two years, I had been paying the IRS and had gotten my debt down to $15,000. I just couldn’t see any way out. Then I heard about Tax Group Center. I didn't really think they could do anything, but they had gotten my debt down to $6,000. For me, it was a miracle. They would’ve brought me down lower than that, but they couldn’t waive out that I had a land that was paid for. I wish I had called them when I owed IRS the $30,000.

Tax Group Center saved me and got me out of a really bad debt. I was getting a lot of literature from different companies and the Tax Group Center caught my eye with some of the things that they could do. They had me set up on a little installment deal where I pay a little bit at a time. They gave me a chance to represent and do a good job. They put me back on the right track and didn’t give me a hassle with anything. The money that I paid for the fees was worth every penny.

I made an early withdrawal on a retirement account and I had to pay some penalties on that. I went through the process of trying to look for a tax service and I managed to come across Tax Group Center. I enrolled with them and they helped me straighten up that matter through a compromise. Their service cost me $1,200 but it was worth it. Everything has been taken care of and right now, I’m just doing my little probationary period. I have a five-year waiting period for everything to clear up and I haven’t got a response back from them yet.

I liked the way the reps from Tax Group Center talked when I first talked to them. I signed up and they helped me cut my tax rate and got my debts paid off. Working with them has really helped me tremendously.

I didn't like the service that I got from Tax Group Center. They didn't follow through with the calls and when I had a problem with my taxes, I had to run the lady and the other guy down to get information. It was like I was doing the work and I was depending on them to help me. Tax Group didn't solve my problem and I had to pay. I'd never use them again and I wouldn't recommend anybody to them.

I got divorced then I filed my taxes and bought a house. When I paid over $11,000 in taxes, the other party got a return for 7,400-some dollars. Tax Group Center was the only tax resolution company I knew so I sought help from them. They've been working on this particular problem for about two years now and so far, I'm not too happy with my experience because it is taking forever to do anything. Also, they've charged me as much as the tax is worth. I just paid them another 1,200-some dollars and they haven't gotten back to me yet.

After some pretty serious communication issues with the first and second attorneys that were assigned to my case, I got Ron **. I was looking to get a settlement but he was only able to negotiate a payment plan. (I came to find out that these are more likely to be the outcome as settlements are much rarer and harder to negotiate. I believe this would be true for any of these types of companies.)

I was trying to pay some back taxes and I went with Tax Group Center to settle some of them. Their enrollment process was great. They were very thorough and I could depend on them to call me back on any particular item. Their tax guys did a great job and I was thoroughly satisfied. They set me up and I got a lot of things off my mind.

I’ve gotten a couple of years behind on my taxes. And then I was incarcerated for six months and it turned my bill into an ungodly amount with late fees and at that time, I was making hardly any money at all. An attorney I know here in Dodge City referred me to call Tax Group Center, and I called them and the gentleman that I spoke with talked to me like a human being, and understood what I was telling him. For some reason, I forgot to pay my retail sales tax. So now, I'm trying to get it caught up with them. I got a lien against me on it, but I’ve worked out a payment plan with Tax Group. I had a bad accident in March 16th and had a spare tire blow up on my face and put me in the hospital for a month, but since I got out, I’ve worked with them and set everything up on a payment plan. The process took longer than what I thought it would, but they helped me out, and we got everything settled with the government, and everything worked out all right.

I went to the Tax Group Center to try to get rid of my debt. They gave me a set price of how much I have to give them and then I had to give them all the information about what my debts were. The negotiator was completely rude though. She knew I was calling and would put me on hold and she wouldn’t steer me in the right direction. She was very annoying. Also, she thought I had called too much and was asking too many questions. Furthermore, the lawyers changed in the process and I felt like I was just bugging them. They didn’t have time to talk to me and it was very difficult. Communication with the person they’re working with would be a valued asset to their company so the client has a better understanding of actually what’s going on.

I had a fine experience with Tax Group a long time ago. I found them online and I made sure they were legit. Everybody was having a good experience with them so I called and they turned out to be good, got things moving and it worked. I went through a divorce. The negotiator called and set up a plan that I could afford. What I only had to pay was my half since they helped me fight and I didn’t have to pay my ex-husband’s stuff. Everything was done and clear. I would use Tax Group again if I had to.

Tax Group Center provided reconciliation of some previous tax years for me. The program got me out of the bind that I was in and put a plan in place and I’m in year two of four. But they were going through some changes at one point and I had three or four different reps and we had to almost start back over again. Other than that, working with them is good being that there’s a plan in place. Times have changed the course and I would like to at this point, go back and revisit some other plans. The biggest negative I have is that I’m limited on the amount of money I can make.

I owe the IRS some money and Tax Group Center took care of me. I paid them $50 and we were good. The only bad experience was the state taxes. We had a deal with the state, but then the state, in about six months, raised it back up. It is what it is and they said the state is hard to deal with. But as far as in the process with Tax Group Center, it was all very good and everybody was polite.

Enrolling at Tax Group Center wasn't that difficult as I knew I had to get a lot of paperwork for them. Still, their processor was great and he was beautiful. I had one at first, but then they changed him with another guy. Their company gave me a good start after I completed their program. They helped me out incredibly and gave me a big discount.

You will regret the day you gave this company your money. They don't resolve ANYTHING. All they are good for is creating a sense of urgency, hounding you for money. Then after paying them they find a way to ask you to pay additional monies while NEVER performing any tax resolve AT ALL. I paid $7,000 3 years ago AND STILL haven't received resolve on ANY LEVEL!!! They are PURE SCAM ARTIST!!!

I reached out to Tax Group for help with my taxes. I went on the web and from what I saw and read, they were good. And the enrollment process was good. They dropped a lot of money and I just had to pay $100 from 30 something grands for arrears and taxes. It was a five-year program and I gotta keep filing. Tax Group did my federal taxes and that went great. And now they’re doing the state. I called Dean, my negotiator, and he said he’s gonna look into it and get back to me and he never did so I'm having a problem. It’s been a while and I'm waiting for information from them.

I needed help with my personal taxes and the worldwide web made me choose Tax Group Center. Things worked out well with the enrollment process and my interactions with my negotiator. I'm done with the program and I would recommend this company. They satisfied my need and I was very well pleased.

I owed the IRS money, so I sought help from Tax Group Center. Somebody referred me to them and the enrollment process was easy. The program has been done for a while. The interaction I had with the negotiators that they assigned to me was good and they were there when I needed them.

I owed debt taxes and I sought Tax Group Center's services as I’ve seen them on an advertisement. During the enrollment process, I gave them all of my credit card debt information, then I had to pay a fee and I had to take a debt class too. The person I dealt with was very nice, helpful and patient, and I appreciated that. It has been five years since I started the process and I’m done with it. Tax Group got me down to a very low amount so I was very happy with them. Now I have peace of mind. I will use them again if I have to but I'm hoping I won’t because I got everything under control. I’d like it if the cost was lower but everybody has a price.

I had a little tax debt with the IRS and needed to deal with it. At that time, Tax Group Center offered a compromise and their program saved me a lot of money. Times were hard for me then, with the divorce and all the big tax debt, but they did all the right things to do a negotiation and IRS accepted it and it was done. The Tax Group representatives kept in touch with me and let me know how things are going and what they were doing. While it took a couple of years to get it completed, it worked and they did great.

It was luck of the draw that I got Tax Group Center back in 2014 when they helped me. They did the paperwork for my finances and offered compromise for the IRS. When I enrolled with them, I had several phone conversations and I had paperwork that wasn’t too difficult for me to fill out and provide. From that point on, they handled everything else. I’ve just about completed the process sometime this year and everything went well. I dealt with the tax attorney from Tax Group Center and there was also the person who handled the paperwork and my experience was good from the beginning until the end. It went relatively smoothly, the follow up was good and I got what I paid for. The cost for their services was reasonable based on what I had to have done and I would recommend them.

Tax Group Center helped me get square away all my back taxes. Also, they let me pay out for the downpayment. Their reps were very nice and helpful and they kept me abreast of all the things that were going on. Working with them has had a big impact in my life.

I had done an offer to compromise a couple of years before and it had gotten screwed up so I decided it was time to get professionals to handle it. Tax Group Center was the first one I came across that sounded reasonable. Enrollment was simple. I did it online and they called me. I just gave them the info. They set up the original offer and at this part they made a mistake.

I had to get some IRS matters taken care of, so I sought help from Tax Group Center. I was in a situation and they were very persistent, and they seemed to be the one to bug me the most. They sent an email asking for a power of attorney and authorization to get some documents from the IRS, and I did that. Then, once I signed the documents, they sent it back.

I spent an enormous amount of money for Tax Group Center to take care of our taxes. They were supposed to be getting my husband’s taxes straightened out where he had a large sum of money and back taxes and they were supposed to be working to try to get a payment plan for us to be able to pay these taxes.and they fooled around for several years. When they weren’t getting any money anymore from us they just pushed us to the side and didn’t worry about us. I called my husband's taxes. They didn’t file my husband’s taxes like they were supposed to and they said that he wasn't on the list which they had been filing all these years that they had been joking us around. I think it was like $30,000, and I fired them at that point because I couldn’t take another minute of it.

The IRS sent me a notice stating that I owed a bunch of money when I know that I really didn’t. I heard Tax Group’s ad on the radio and I decided to call them. At that point, the whole IRS scam thing was barely starting. Tax Group was the first company that I heard about that was helping people like me who were in trouble and getting everything all squared away. The first thing to get enrolled with Tax Group was them taking over everything. Instead of the IRS coming to me and sending me notices, Tax Group spoke on my behalf. Tax Group would relay what the IRS said. I only paid $400 to retain their services and they took care of everything.

I was trying to settle some issues with IRS and with the state and Tax Group Center helped me out. I called them and then I explained to the first person who I talked to what I needed to do. He said that they could help me but I gotta come out with some money. I agreed. And then I was told that I needed to come out with more money. I asked where was the guy I was talking to in the beginning and they said he was no longer there and another person would be helping me. In that process, I got all changed. But they went ahead and helped me out at the end. They settled with the IRS.

Tax Group Center helped me with my back taxes. I talked to them, they said they could help and we went with it. Everybody that I talked to was very helpful. They did a good job and did what they said they were going to do. They got me out of a vine and they were good to me. They called me back when I called them and everything went smoothly.

Everything was smooth during the enrollment process with Tax Group Center and I am actually grateful that I had the opportunity to go with them. They were very supportive and they kept me calm when I was going through crisis. At that time, I felt like my life was lost. I felt like I was suppressed and there was a lot going on. I owed so much and with the interests, I actually thought I was gonna die with the taxes over my head. When Tax Group started working on everything, the IRS stopped doing liens or taking my check. When I actually got the debt relief and gained complete forgiveness, my life was completely changed. It was a burden off my shoulder and I was the happiest man in the world. I felt like I got my life back. It was a very big deal.

My tax problem originated from a divorce a couple of decades before and I was so ticked that my ex walked away with everything. So I let it fly and the thing had been dragging on for a long time. Initially, I had very good interactions with a guy negotiator in Tax Group Center. They promised me that the money that I had already paid would be sufficient for everything. But when it got down to the end, there was no negotiating. He had a support lady who threw an extra $800 at me and I had to pay out of pocket. I was not happy.

My federal tax was pretty bad. Tax Group Center had a lot more to offer than the other companies, and the enrollment was simple. I told them my story and they broke everything down. They told me what help I needed to do to get started and how many payments I would make. It was 45 months and they took it from there. Every movement they made, they made sure I knew about it and what was coming up next. They were really thorough. My rep was also top dog. She told me every move that I was making, things that needed to get done and things that she needed for me to get to her. She made sure that I knew in advance to give me time to get it.

I haven’t paid my California and US taxes, and I looked up Tax Group Center. A very helpful young man got all my information and talked to me about what I needed to do. I did what he said and in the long run, I was paying everything and he got the payment reduced so that I can handle it. I paid the amount that he brought me into and it was all taken care of. He really impressed me. He was very good and guided me the whole way through it. Working with the Tax Group took a big load off of me, and I’m in good shape now. And if my friends are having tax problems, I would tell them that Tax Group is a good place to go.

In July of 2016 I contacted the Tax Group Center about taking care of my tax issues. I was greeted quickly and discussed the details with a consultant. We discussed price and I began paying monthly to get my situation resolved. I was told that everything was in progress and if I get any letters from the IRS to pass on to The Tax Group and I did. Well months passed by with no word from anyone with Tax Group. I then began to think it was some sort of scam, so I called to ask for my rep. He said "don't threaten us, we are busy with many cases". He said I would hear from the attorney shortly. I explained that's all I want to do. I waited another 3 months. Hear nothing from them, I called again, only to learn that my attorney was busy and will give me a call when she returns. I waited another two months. I heard nothing.

The Tax Group has sent me 6 letters in the last two days, all of them threatening asset seizure, wage garnishment, and bank levies if I don't pay a state income tax debt. NEWS FLASH, Washington State does NOT HAVE STATE INCOME TAX. This so-called company is phishing for info, and aiming for $$. DON'T GIVE THEM A CENT! THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE. I don't know how people like this sleep at night, freaking sociopaths who don't care about STEALING people's hard earned money. Shame on them!

They will not return your phone calls after you have paid them the money owe them. It's always the same thing. They will get back with you in 24 to 48 hours. Well they don't. They tell you at first they can get your taxes down, take your money and in the end they don't help. I spent $2900 and they didn't do any but send me paper work to fill out and send to IRS. You don't have to have them to do that for you. I'm going to come and put a review in every week till someone calls me and tell why they didn't help.

You all have been so good to me. You all help me out a whole lot. Thank you all for helping me. If I need your help I will come you all. I will let other people know about you all. I will let them know how good you all is.

I couldn't work anymore and we had to close the business down because of illness. But social security didn't leave us enough every month to do what we needed to do. Tax Group Center seemed straight-up, so I sought help from them for the taxes that we owed. Enrolling in their program was easy. My negotiator was wonderful and I was very comfortable with him. He was very straight-up in talking and I could get a hold of him any time that I needed to. The program worked fine. We paid them so much every month for 17 months. Then Tax Group Center had an agreement with the IRS wherein we would pay off the taxes that we owed with a monthly payment that we could afford. It has been eight months now since we finished with the program. Tax Group Center was terrific and they really helped us.

I was contacted by The Tax Group, and discussing this subject is sensitive and personal. When I was transferred to the “Tax Relief Assistant” from the original call canvasser, I asked about the Tax Relief Company and where it was located. The man refused to give me the information telling me he needed my information first so he could see if he could help me. RED FLAG! I told him. "If you’re a legitimate company then you shouldn’t have any problem giving me your address" and he just hung up! So be wary and my feeling is they are scammers and phishing and are not legitimate at all.

My experience with Tax Group Center was the worst experience of my life. It was the most hellacious 15 months and I honestly do believe that was why I developed cancer because I was stressed every single day for 15 months. It started out wonderful. I called Tax Group Center and I went ahead and I gave the 2000 dollars. The guy I dealt with told me that they would be doing state and federal. And he said that they would hold my hand and walk me all the way through. I felt very comfortable for the first two months. But then I was freaking out because we were going to have to file an extension, which I don’t want to do. He was going through all that part of the process, and I wasn't aware that we've had to file an extension for it. And then they sent it from California to the Idaho office. And I started working with the Idaho office and I swear, the lady up there hates me as bad as I hate her. But it was okay.

The first time I called the Tax Group Center, they originally set me up on a payment plan and I had to comply with the payment plan for two years. After two years, I was able to have my case reviewed again and that's when I employed Tax Group to resolve the issue. This time, without the taxes being resolved, the IRS had made an exorbitant amount through penalties and interest. The Tax Group Center already had my information at that time, but what happened was, the company had changed hands. When I asked their representative, I followed the protocol. In fact, I may have only even get it for a year on the payment plan but in order for the IRS to consider an offer, I had to be on this payment program for a year or more.

I would give them less than one star if possible. We have been lied to by this company. They have dragged things out so long. Each time making it our fault and charging us more money. They never did resolve our tax problem. They would say they called and asked for papers and I never sent them. Not true, I would send papers then call to see if they got them. I could rarely get a hold of a real person. They would not call back. Our last conversation they hung up on me. Please don’t use this company. They cannot be trusted.

When I first called, Tax Group Center was the cheapest. They sent a form out of the whole bunch of pages that they needed me to fill out. At that time, I was working on the road so, I couldn't get it back to my agent quickly. I didn't have time to get the information that he wanted, so he blew me off. They closed out and said that I needed to pay another $500. However, I was three months in, so I had to keep on going because I didn't want to start all over again with another tax company.

I used to have a tax debt that hovered over of me for a lot of years. It was a lot of money. I was out of it all at once for a child that I raise and calls me dad. Her mom would charged me to file them and then turned around and file it herself. When the audit came down I bought the brother back. All the refunds I had gathered in those previous years cost me carrying that one daughter that I had at that time. I had to pay back so I was stuck. I didn't make the kind of money that I needed to make in order to pay that debt off.

Tax Group Center did a beautiful job for me. I had some delinquency with the IRS. I went with TGC and they called me back in intervals, asking me certain questions. I was doing some part-time work and they were asking me about my income. The two negotiators I dealt with were superb. Whenever I had a question, I called and got answers. IRS then called me, sent me a letter saying that some of my tax had been forgiven. I got a lesser balance and was able to pay them off.

Somebody mentioned Tax Group Center to me because I owed the I.R.S. some money. I owed $17,000 and I ended up paying $100. The fee I had to pay them was $1,500, to be paid over a year span. I wanted to pay a $100 and I had paid a $100. I said, "Wait a minute. So, you just throw 17 grand away?" Something's wrong here. He says, "No. I got the paperwork." I called the I.R.S. and the I.R.S said, "You wanted it." I recommend Tax Group Center to all the people out there. They were terrific. All of their people are the best and they took care of me. They took a load off my mind.

I needed help with my back taxes and Tax Group Center pretty much did everything for me. Their rep was really nice and she explained a lot of stuff to me. I was happy with the service as well as the people I spoke with. They were always nice and professional. The process took about a couple of months, and it was a little quicker than I thought it would take. Tax Group Center did what they said they were going to do and they got me out of a bad situation.

Tax Group Center helped me get my taxes reduced. But the enrollment process was ridiculous. One guy I talked to was going to set me up but then I had to talk to two other people before I get to talk to somebody who was going to help me. I asked why and they gave me a runaround excuse. Also, I had to call three or four times and it was somebody different before I talked to anybody. Then when I finally got somebody who was able to help me, I had to call her several times before I could get an answer. Even so, she got me out of the situation and I don't owe any more money to the IRS.

It's been five years since I worked with the Tax Group Center. I had back taxes that I needed to settle. During the enrollment process, they asked for a bunch of stuff, which I faxed to them and then I had to get some things notarized. After that, they reached out to the IRS and they made an offer. I owe them around eight thousand and Tax Group got it reduced to a hundred dollars. Then they took my first return that following year and they said that as long as I don't owe any taxes for the next five years then I’m alright. For the most part, their negotiator answered when I called. I had one person whom I dealt with, and then, the actual case went to a lawyer, whom I have spoken a few times. It was a painless experience.

Working with Tax Group Center has been a horrendous experience. Their team lied about contacting the State to verify the amount I owed. They lied about the amount I owed and used scare tactics to influence my decision to sign up with them. They did not uphold the contract I signed, would not comply with mine or my lawyers' request for documentation and would not return my emails. Tax Group Center took 6k from me and did not provide any services as stipulated in the contract. This is a scam and nobody should be victimized like this.

Tax Group Center took care of my taxes for me several years ago and the experience with them was all right. I hadn't paid some taxes for a period of time and got behind. I worked with a team of lawyers in Calabasas, California and several different guys were working on it, but they cleared it up. They did a good job but it was like pulling teeth for a couple of years. I had done that before with another lawyer and it was a little bit easier. Nevertheless, Tax Group Center came through for me and we got it done.

I had a tax liability which I had concurrent with an emerging mental health problem. I was unable to get any of my taxes filed for years which resulted in penalties and interests. I worked with a couple of people in Massachusetts to no avail, then I got to the Tax Group through an advertisement and decided to give them a try. They did a great job for me. They did the Offer in Compromise for the federal taxes and that was forgiven. Then with the Department of Revenue, I got a payment plan for a while and they settled for what I was able to afford. I had to provide Tax Group's reps with my medical records since medical documentation in my case was the key, and as many of the communications that I had, including as much paperwork and unfiled tax returns.

My federal and state taxes were due and the two companies I was working with closed down. I signed up with Tax Group Center and the process was easy. They explained everything, and their negotiator was very nice and I felt very comfortable with her. She was always there for me and if she wasn't, she would call me back within 24 hours. However, they were only able to help me with the federal taxes. They could have tried a little harder and helped me with my state taxes. But they were there for me and now I don't worry as much as I was worrying back then. Tax Group is a very good company that you can trust.

It took Tax Group a long time and a lot more money to get my taxes reduced, but they got it done. I sent them $10,000 and they got started on it. Then another $5,000 and $6,000. And they were done after a three-year process. They reduced my tax from a $170,000 to $17,000. But there were some communication issues. They wouldn't return some phone calls that I had and I had to push on them to get something done. I wish there was a better communication. But they've executed the job and I have recommended them to a few people.

I was trying to pay my taxes and I was paying $600 a month. And every time I get the statement, it was a few dollars more than what it was the previous month. I called the IRS about it and they explained to me that it was because of the interest charges. So, I immediately started looking for a way to get around it because I’ll never pay the darn thing off. When I called Tax Group Center and I talked to Jonathan, I liked what he was talking about. He was mild-mannered and well spoken, and he was right to the point. I was really confident with him because I felt like he was giving me everything that he had. However, the collection person was really rude and shrewd on the phone about payment.

I've been trying to get started with somebody but I couldn't because I had too much debt to pay out. And then I explained my situation to Tax Group Center and we got started with 210 a month for the whole year. So, hopefully, the job gets done. Once I got all of the questionnaire, paperwork and how much I owed, federal and state, they’d help me in the process.

The way my ex-wife and I had filed taxes before was somehow tied in with her family’s limited liability partnership that she was involved with. We filed jointly which made me involved with it as well. We had a bunch of exemptions and we never had to pay any additional income taxes. But we never got a refund either. It was all done through her parents’ corporation. But we got divorced in July and although there should have been some leniency because we were still on that same system until July, halfway through the year, I ended up having to pay a lot more money than what I had. I didn’t have $1,000 lying around so I called up Tax Group Center.

I was very satisfied with TGC till last tax season I received a call stating I still owed 2000.00 to TGC for back taxes. After paying and several weeks I found out it was for last year's tax return which I have done for 35.00 at a local tax preparer. I never received a request for my tax return or any other paperwork. I requested a refund and haven't heard from them.

The first time that I used Tax Group Center, I qualified them against some other companies that advertised the same thing - tax help or tax relief. I looked into how long they've been in business, how many people are staffed there are ex- IRS people, how well did they know the ropes and what they were going to charge for the mess that I was in. The second time that I used them, I didn't even call anybody else and I went straight to them. There are so many companies out there that after you wrap up thousands of dollars with them, they don't get you that good of a deal, but Tax Group Center got me a great deal the first time.

I had problems with the IRS and I was recommended to Tax Group Center. I had an $85,000 bill for IRS which I really didn't owe and they got it knocked down to $17,000. I could've gotten it knocked down a little bit more, but they were able to negotiate a reasonable deal and compared to what I was going to have to pay, I'd never get it paid off. So I was happy with it. It's great that I don't get threatening letters from the IRS and I don't get garnished for anything else. It's a relief off my back. Tax Group has been fantastic and a great help. And if people are into the IRS like I was, I would tell them to call Tax Group because they can definitely help.

I owed $30,000 and Tax Group Center was supposed to take care of it. I want to know if my case is closed but I haven't got a response yet. It had been the whole year. I called and asked them a few questions and they said they're supposed to call me back. I paid them what they asked me to pay but every time I call them, they don't respond. They seemed awfully busy and I haven't spoken to anyone within the last three months. The last I heard from them is they've done my taxes and that I’ll get $200 something back from the IRS this year. I haven't seen it, though and I haven't got a response from Tax Group Center to find out the status on whether they accepted it or not. I haven't got any paperwork on it either. So I'm not too happy with that.

We were behind on our taxes and we hired Tax Group Center in 2008. They did an awesome job then. In August of this year, my husband started getting garnished from the state of Oregon for the taxes that Tax Group had filed. It was about $45,000. It's ridiculous and I don't know how they got that high. We didn't even owe the federal government that much. In the end, we settled with Federal.

Over a 20 year period, people were fraudulently using my social security number to work and I had no clue this was going on. So, it was really affecting my life to know that there are people garnishing my wages and trying to take all my money. I was unable to get anywhere in life because all my money was being taken by the IRS and they were charging high interest rates. It just wasn't fair. When you're dealing with the IRS, they throw every single excuse in the book at you, so no matter what you throw at them or no matter what you show them, they're not going to believe it. They're just going to keep going. They think they're above everything and they don't care.

IRS said I owed them big money for years but I didn't. It got to the point where the IRS was becoming so nasty to me. I got an attorney and every time IRS called, I told them they need to call my attorney. Tax Group Center dealt with the problem and we ended up with a settlement. I paid the settlement and it's been quiet ever since. It stopped all the harassment. Tax Group Center said the IRS was being very aggressive, but it worked out good and everything's fine. I always tell anybody I know who has a problem to get a lawyer since it makes a difference and I recommend Tax Group Center. And if the IRS barks again, I'll call Tax Group Center right up and say, "Hey, we're back."

Tax Group Center was good at first when I had David and Ron. David was really nice. We got along really good and I liked him that's why I stuck with him. But then he's gone. They changed and it all fell apart. Now I can never get a hold of anybody. And they hang up on me all the time. When I try to call back and talk to somebody, they put me on recording. I call them, they don't ever call me back. I'd call again and then click - it won't get me anywhere. It's like they're tired of hearing from me. It's like one of those companies that you pay them money and you don't hear from them anymore. I had to call and call and call. Luckily I was able to get with Mindy, my attorney, and she talked to me. But when I would want to talk to have somebody else's assistance, I would leave a message and call back and try to get somebody else to talk to, and they would just keep on clicking.

The people at Tax Group handled my problem very good, and I got it solved right away. I had a little problem with their customer support because I was with three different people, but once they got me with only one person, then she was okay and she took care of me. I got through Tax Group already, and I am free of debt. I already referred one of my friends to them.

My taxes got jacked up so I called Tax Group Center and they took care of everything that I needed concerning my taxes. They did tax preparation for me in 2012. I've already completed everything and everything was great. Tax Group is cool and I would definitely refer them.

I had an unfair amount that I was being asked to pay by the IRS. I sold a bunch of properties and they assumed through a cost basis and I didn’t. After giving the most documentation that I could, it still seemed a little high so I went in with Tax Group Center. It was a little tedious in the beginning but once I was more pronounced about my business involved and started to press the issue, they got the job done and I was completely satisfied. They saved me quite a bit of money, so I would give them an endorsement.

I had been dealing with another company out of Chicago that took my money and didn’t help me with anything. Then I found out that the US Attorney General’s Office had shut them down. Tax Group was the third one I had tried since I tried another one that the Federal Government shut down as well. Somebody from Tax Group Center called and I didn’t believe that they could help me. I thought it was going to be the other group and disguised it. The person I spoke to was Dean and he was awesome and helped me every step of the way. They got everything settled for me right away and I’m okay now. They're very honest and really helped me. When Tax Group said they’re going to send something out, they did and it was a good experience with them. They were fantastic and awesome.

We're still going through Tax Group Center's services. My husband chose them and they're good. I've spoken to a lot of people there and they are friendly and knowledgeable.

I spent $5000 with another company to fix my problem with my income tax which I still have. They took my money while they were going bankrupt. Tax Group Center gave me a call and I needed them. The negotiator helped and listened to me because I took things out on him but he made me feel I could trust him. Tax Group Center was wonderful and their negotiators stayed in touch with me. They let me know what they were taking care of, how it was going to be taken cared of and that I had nothing else to worry about when they got done with me. I was pleased and impressed that they took care of me when I was just taking my money. For a few years, that monkey was on my shoulder and I feel wonderful now it is off my back.

Several years after retirement, I accumulated quite a bit of IRS debt and no matter how many years I tried to pay it off, it kept growing. I saw that Tax Group Center might be able to help me so I signed up with them. Their service was geared towards an offering compromise. It was successful and I got excellent service from my negotiator Josh. Tax Group took a huge burden off me just by not having to deal with what the IRS was going to do to me. I'm very happy I chose them and I have recommended them.

I was having a hard time with the government and they take money from me in any way. They're garnishing my Social Security and if I'm working, they take that money too. I'm in debt for about $200,000 and it just never goes away. All the money that the government has taken, they’re just applying it to the penalties and that keeps going on and on. I have about $30,000 that I can sign over to them. Tax Group already got $2500 but I got them on hold until it's time. I'm just waiting till something big happen for me, and then I could really get rid of them.

Tax Group was the cheapest and was willing to work with me with the payments where I didn't have to do it all at one time. The first negotiator was great. I was going through my Federal taxes. He helped me out and always did what he said he was going to do. They helped me with my Federal taxes but they claimed that because they helped me with my state taxes. But they got over on me on that because they've lied and didn't spend things. They just kept giving me the runaround. The only reason why I went back to them was that they did me good with my Federal taxes. But for some reason when they called and asked me for another payment to get my state taxes done, after they got my money, I never heard anything. I had to keep calling back. I got really disappointed with them and left it alone. I ended up having to pay all of my state taxes back. Other than that, as long as it's the Federal taxes, they do it and I referred some people to them.

I owed more than 10,000 and all the ads say, “If you owe more than 10,000, give us a go.” I didn't shop around that much, however, when I spoke with the owner of Tax Group Center, she seemed like she knew what she was talking about, so I went ahead with it and everything turned out good. They helped me file all the paperwork necessary to set up a plan with the IRS and paid a small percentage of what was owed. I had to give them all my financial information as far as what I possess and my monthly bills. Then they put all the paperwork together for me to sign and submit to the IRS. It allowed me to get back to my life and not worry about where I was going to come up with the money to pay the outstanding debt that I had with IRS. They did a great job and they did everything they promised me they were going to do. I've told several people in a similar situation about my experience, what it cost me, and what all it entailed.

Tax Group Center helped me with tax issues with the government and saved me thousands. It took a long time but they were efficient and professional. They got the job done and my experience was good. I would recommend them.

I had tax problems with the IRS and when I heard about Tax Group Center over the radio, I contacted them. Because of my situation, I didn't have the finances to pay what the IRS was asking for. I felt very good and comfortable working with Tax Group Center. The rep was very good with what he did and he handled himself well. The process was kind of long but everything went well. They resolved my situation through back and forth communication and ended up settling it out of court. So, I have no more worries and concerns about that. Tax Group Center took all the stress off my life.

I moved out of state and didn’t do my taxes for a few years so I was behind on taxes. So, when I came back to Texas, I went to the Tax Group Center because they would help over $5,000 while all the other ones have to be $10,000 behind. They helped me out with the IRS to get me situated and it saved me $2,000. Not a massive amount, but it would’ve gotten a lot worse had I not went through them. To the State of Arizona, I owed 2,700 and they wouldn’t take any less, so I was set up on a payment plan with them. To the IRS, I owed 8,000 and they got it down to $194 which I had to pay for a period of time. Also, anytime I had issues, all I have to do is call their reps and they would help me take care of the situation.

I owe the IRS over $15,000 so I seeked help from the Tax Group Center. When I talked to the initial person, I felt pretty comfortable. We had a compromise where I'd only have to pay $100. Eventually, Justin, the negotiator, told me that the IRS was going to take a couple refis for a couple years, but I wasn’t too sure what years and how long it was going to be. But other than that, he was wonderful and did a really good job. Call support was good as well. I would refer the Tax Group Center.

I heard a Tax Group Center advertisement on the radio and I didn’t know if they’re legit or not. I took a shot and saw what they are. I had them provide services for my IRS taxes and I felt really great about their service. The negotiator was very good to me. She discussed what they can and can't do. She was also able to do everything she said. When I had a problem or question, I called and they returned my phone call. They told me how long the process would take and everything they said was correct. They handled everything like they’re supposed to and in a timely manner. I highly recommend everyone to use them because they did a great job for me. What people explained that they couldn’t do, Tax Group Center did and I was very pleased with them.

I paid Tax Group Center $3,000 for a compromise plan for my back taxes but I ended up doing them myself. I was going through a lot of stuff and I wanted to pay someone else to take care of it. But Tax Group Center kept messing up my paperwork and I had to file it three different times. It was ridiculous that I had to redo it for them and file it myself. They couldn’t even get my name on the paperwork correctly. And I got a worse deal than I could have had because of the mistakes they made on my paperwork so I'm not real happy.

I had some old taxes that I had to pay and I want to fix them. I called several people and I landed on Tax Group Center. I'm on disability now. I couldn't see the money coming in for me to pay it so I tried them. Their rep was easy to work with. When I told him what my issues were he already understood. Their service worked good for me. I ended up paying about a hundred and something dollars. I like to speak with one person but something happened to the guy who initially signed me up. It did make me a little bit concerned because I don’t like to talk to a bunch of people about one issue but it all turned out okay. It took some months but they had done everything in a timely manner. If I hadn’t been working with Tax Group Center, I'll be trying to pay $10,000 worth of taxes that I don’t have and I'm glad that’s behind me now. I sleep well at night now. I'll work with them again if I have to and I would definitely refer them to a friend.

Tax Group Center did a good job. They are the best. I needed help with my taxes and they were willing to do without any money down. Everybody else had to have so much money out. At first, they kind of did. They needed to have $2,500 but I'm never going to get my taxes done with that. What was nice was that they called me back and said that maybe they can work with me. They lowered it down to $500 and then I can start making payments. They were working on my personal account and going back and figuring out on what and where I stood. We had to keep going back years because I couldn't get it straightened. They were really patient. It all worked out and it was good.

Tax Group Center did a good job. I had 10 years worth of back taxes and they got it down to $38,000 and got it settled for $100. Initially, they offered me a payment plan wherein, they didn't mind taking three or four payments to get the money together to do the service. It turns out, they were better. Before this, I had settled with JK Harris. Then once the figures came around and the IRS audited me, they came up with a reason to deny me. So, I owed them all that money all over again. JK Harris didn't even want to even lift a finger to help but Tax Group Center was good with me all the way until the IRS said they'll seize my refund and audit me. That’s another reason why I stuck with them. They promised to back me up all the way until we’re finished. It was excellent.

Tax Group Center never finalized on what they were supposed to be doing with my taxes. They were good but when it came down to finalizing my tax, I got a letter and no information went into my statement of payment so I ended up losing all the money I spent with them. I got a phone number to call the IRS and every time I call, I left messages. I never got a return phone call and I wanted to make the payment with what they were asking me to pay. There was no information where to send the payment. Then I get all the information back from the IRS saying that I still owe taxes. So I lost a lot of money with the Tax Group and also I still have to pay the IRS. I lost all the way around. This was 2015, and I still haven’t heard from TGC now. I tried contacting them and nobody’s giving me a call. Do not use Tax Group Center.

I’ve had the best experience with Tax Group Center in helping me with getting the IRS off my back. Initially, I had a bad experience with another company. With TGC, everything was taken care of. They put in an offer compromise which the IRS accepted. TGC kept me abreast on everything with letters stating what they were doing and that there were no problems with putting in the paperwork. It worked out great and I haven't had any problem since. In fact, I've got a tax attorney that I gave TGC's number. I filed bankruptcy and he was impressed with how everything was handled by TGC. He's probably given their number to his clients now.

Tax Group Center was great. They've made everything that I needed for them to make and they got the job done. I needed help with my personal income tax and Jason, TGC’s representative, informed me on the process. I found that it was affordable and he got on it right then and there. Everything he promised, he delivered. After a year, I am debt free from taxes. TGC’s negotiator contacted my creditors with me on the line and he was able to stop my payments right then and there. He told me to take my time in paying. Since he understood my financial situation, he didn't want to put a partial burden on me. The payment plan that he gave me was great so I was able to pay my debts off early.

My aunt had given me their info to call them so that they can help with my son’s tax problem. My son is out of work and he needed help. They charged me $1750.00 and I had paid them in increments of $250.00 and my last payment was suppose to be $300.00. I never heard from the person that was suppose to help me until I had called in April 2017 and spoke to the tax attorney Jennifer ** for the first time. She didn't even know who I was. Then I needed help to amend my son’s taxes. She wanted to charge $400.00. I told her, “No. I can't pay that.” She said, “As soon as you can take care of that then we can help you.” After that conversation I had made up my mind to pay off on the fee agreement and not contact them anymore.

I owed back taxes and I worked with Tax Group Center for individual tax reduction. However, I wasn't happy with their services and I did not have a good experience. I kept getting shuffled around and my interaction with the customer service was not good. Initially, I had a gentleman that was the tax preparer. I had talked to him the first couple of times and then every time I called back after that, I got his assistant. Then later on, even the assistant wasn't able to call and he pushed me off onto some other lady. So, I ended up being associated with them for a couple of years just because they didn't fully explain everything.

Tax Group Center does our taxes every year and we've had really good results with them. They know us by now and we feel comfortable with them. A few years ago, they helped us with an offer in compromise. It was a lot of paperwork but worked great. For this last year's taxes though, we had a couple of mess-ups by the preparer. She wasn't paying attention to our address and I had to get that straightened out with them. Other than that, they've been really great. I would recommend them for anyone who has any problems or needs someone to do a reasonable price tax return for them.

Paid $800.00 to get my state taxes resolved. "Offer in compromise" six months later and no progress in my case. I contacted Mr. ** through emails and phone calls and he never returns my call... So I end up let it go. Sad but it's okay.

Tax Group Center helped me in resolving the IRS issue. I had owed IRS and they assisted me with everything that I needed. I had called the negotiator a couple of times and the interactions I've had with him was great. His expertise was good, too. They did what they were supposed to do and everything came out perfect. Right now, I don't have to worry about the IRS anymore. I got all that taken care of. I'll start getting myself some income tax there now. But, it's a wild plan to start getting it. When I was talking to a friend, she asked about them and I gave her the number of Tax Group Center. I told her how great of a job they all did for me.

The IRS said I owed them money. They said I did something which I couldn't have done because I was locked up in prison when that happened. They said they were also going to charge me money just to see all the filed tax returns for me. I went with Tax Group and they kept me informed like they said. Every time that one part got done, they’re performing something else. In addition, the paperwork wasn't that much - 30 pages to fill out. It cost me $100. It's $1,500 to Tax Group but the IRS wanted $5,000 and I didn't know what it was for, but the Tax Group resolved it and did a good job. I will recommend t6hem.

My experience with Tax Group Center was not very good. The process was so slow and took so long. It was actually my ex-wife who hired them, and we got divorced. She thought that she would go to California, towards the Calabasas, but she can't get it done, so that was the mess up there. Furthermore, after I got divorced, my ex-wife had information that she wouldn't give to me and everything was always a mix-up. There was no communication whatsoever with Tax Group. I've given them $40,000 in all and they've not completed their services with my taxes yet.

I was in business and after 2008 it hit the bottom. I owed the IRS some taxes and I needed relief. Tax Group Center worked to reduce the amount that I owed. But in all reality, the amounts that I paid the Tax Group would have been equal to that which I ought to pay in taxes, so it's balanced off. I still had to pay, but their service resolved the issue. Towards the end, they told me one thing and then it ended up something else. But overall, it was a great experience and if I had to do it again, I'd use them.

I was trying to resolve some back taxes with the IRS with Tax Group Center's amnesty program and it's been at least two years and they're dragging their feet. I initially owed the IRS $13,000, which it's about $14,000 now. Tax Group said they could knock this out real quick. When they came up with a negotiation the first time, they said I needed to send the IRS this much money, but to not send it yet. So, I waited and was just left in limbo. I've talked to Tax Group this year and they said the IRS took too long so we got to start all over and that this will be resolved in a couple of weeks. They told me to send them this much money. They broke it down in payments and they're taking them out of my wife's Social Security checks. Nothing's happened. No phone calls returned.

I had some financial problems with the IRS and got a random call one day from the Tax Group Center. I'm glad that I answered. I was kind of skeptical at first about paying the fee upfront before the job was done but everything worked out fine. The Tax Group Center gets the job done and they solved my problems with the IRS. A friend suggested I seek help from Tax Group Center because of IRS and their threatening letters about trying to take your property and garnishing wages. I used their services for my business back taxes. I wasn't up to par with my taxes and they helped me settle it with the IRS. I had two people work for me from Tax Group in Calabasas, California. They read me the terms and conditions, gave them an initial payment of about $700. Then they stopped all threatening letters. From there, we went to several hearings. They represented me in several hearings. We came to an agreement with the IRS and they accepted our offer and compromise. It was upfront compromise. There’s still a couple of years of payments, or a year then, we settled.

I have early Alzheimer's and I was supposed to pay some taxes back and I did not. My sister contacted Tax Group Center for me. They touched base with me to explain what they were doing. I have paid those taxes off and I should be free and clear now. I wrote their name and phone number down in my phone book and I give their phone number anytime someone asks.

I was trying to resolve some tax issues with the Federal government. I tried a different company before but they took my money and didn't do anything. When I went to call and tell them they only did the Federal and not the other half, they were nowhere to be found. But they made it look like they can't cancel it so I went through with it.
