I was with a debt relief company and they transferred me over to Reach. The application process was kinda weird. It was done over the phone and I never signed any papers. It seemed like a strange way of doing it. Also, I wish Reach could chat a little bit more.

Everything went great when I worked with Reach. Working with the rep was awesome. But the interest rate is kinda high.

I would just call Reach Financial and they would answer my questions. I always felt like I got the right answers and we paid them off with a balance transfer. It was a little tricky, but it got done. So, I no longer owe them anything. I owe them money to somebody else, but just not paying the interest on it. The one thing they do not tell you is that they make these deals with your credit card companies and they make a settlement for these amounts. And as soon as I told them I would pay it off, they made settlements for all those amounts very quickly. When I went to pay them off, they didn't tell me that I would get a bunch of tax statements saying that I owe money to the federal in taxes for the money that was forgiven. No one tells you that. So, I just lost my job and now I have a $1,100 tax bill I have no way of paying to the government. And I'm a very poor person.

The application process with Reach took about an hour and it took that long because I was very skeptical. I had so much debt and I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. I regretted it afterward for the mere fact that I added credit cards. I put credit card debt on to the consolidation. After the fact, I realized that I didn't have an APR on that until January of 2024 so I pretty much put an APR on something that I didn't have an APR on to begin with. That stunk. After I got off the phone, I felt I was taken. But it is what it is. Their guy was nice and he did his job well. He knew what he was talking about. He was very patient because I had a million questions. Kudos to him for that.
I still have ways to go. But it's nice to have my debt consolidated. The only problem is that I'm always on such a tight budget that one of the cards that I had consolidated on there, I had to use again. It's like I'm beating a dead horse type of thing. I'm reverting right back to where I was. I'm a single mom and I pay for my daughter's college tuition.

Their APRs they offer are ridiculous, and designed to keep one in debt. Predatory lending for sure. If you encounter any sort of hardship, they are ruthless in their reporting to credit bureaus. Avoid at all costs.

I filled out the form and Reach said it would take about three days and everything will be paid off. But it took two weeks and nobody told me what was going on. Nobody sent me an email and called me. I was kinda left in the dark until I saw one day that my debt was paid off. I don't even know when my payments are gonna be or what's going on. I haven't been receiving emails if my account is up to where they would automatically withdraw all the payments. Other than that, getting the required documents over to Reach was pretty easy. Half the time, somebody stayed on the phone with me and was explaining things to me. That helped a lot.

Credit Karma told me I had outstanding chances for a loan through a company, but I didn't get approved for it. That was when I came in contact with Reach Financial, and they came through. They had the loan based on my debts and where I owed money to. That made it really easy 'cause all I had to do was plug in the balance, the account numbers and they were paid off. That's what I'm paying back for now, which is great.

I managed to go through everything with the help of someone that was guiding me through the application process. But getting the right documents was convoluted and a little difficult. But it might have been on my part because I was in a rush to get things finalized. Other than that, they were pretty lenient with a lot of things when it came to my situation. They did everything that they could and they were kind about it. I enjoyed the process. It was pretty fast.

I received a letter and got into a financial bind. I got in touch with Reach Financial and they helped me out. The application process was nice, easy, and painless. I was looking for a way to consolidate some loans and stuff that I had. I found out about Reach Financial and we pieced everything together in the best way for me to consolidate everything and get everything going. They took care of all the accounts so it was pretty smooth. The application process to fill out and to get everything done probably took 30 minutes in total. I had to go through a phone call with an advisor and then someone who helped me piece everything together. I submitted my application to them and they emailed me back. They needed me to verify something so they emailed me back and I emailed them back the next day. It was pretty quick. Reach Financial has been helpful. Any problem I had, we ended up solving and figuring them out. I had my first payment to them this month.

If anybody is in debt, Reach Financial can give them some good terms, and the best part about it is, they can change their payment date. That's, to me, extremely beneficial. I was able to compare rates with other loan companies and it was easy to find that they were the best match for me. The process could have been quicker but I was figuring out finances on my end. Working with their rep was a good interaction.

The application process online was very easy. Once I was approved, it was seven days to receive the funds. I had the payments go directly to my credit cards. That way, I didn't have to worry about it and I got half a percentage point off the interest rate as well. They had the best rates and lowest fees.

The process with Reach Financial was fairly smooth. The longest part of the process was just entering my information, my name, and my billing information. I did everything online except for one thing. For whatever reason, while I was deployed, one of my payments didn't go through. So, an employee reached out to me and was talking to me, trying to figure out what was going on with that. He was very courteous and kind. I am not too savvy when it comes to financing and how that works, and he was able to explain their entire process to me, how it was going to work, essentially like the left and right limits that I could go to. He made everything clear and answered all of my questions.

The online portal gives you a lot of easy to read information so I like that part too. Everything was fair with the rates and term and seemed to work out great.

The process was straightforward. I clicked on the advertisement then there were some prompts that I went through. Someone contacted me, and we talked about what I was trying to do. He took some initial information from me. When I voiced concerns about having some trust issues, he said things that made me feel more comfortable about giving him my information. Then he connected me with the next level financial advisor that closed the deal. The phone conversations with the two gentlemen took 45 minutes to an hour. Then I had to link my bank account. That took another 30 minutes. The process took an hour and a half tops. I never heard of Reach Financial before. I wasn't sure who I was talking to. There was some hesitation on my part. But the advisors were helpful and very professional. They explored a few different options that I could do. They explained things very clearly. They knew what they were talking about.

Getting my loan was really easy. The process was just under half an hour. They addressed everything I needed when I called. Hopefully, it has been a good experience with them. I feel better that I've gotten to consolidate some debt that was stressing me out. Now, there is less money going out every month as I pay off this debt.

The experience with Reach Financial was simple and straightforward. I e-signed DocuSign and the lending process took 15 minutes. My personal experience was very pleasant. I got an unsecured loan and the interest rate would make it better. But it is what it is. Some of the AI algorithms evaluate a lot more than just a credit score.

Their application process was very easy. Everything was very simple, yet I didn't feel like it was a scam. It wasn't super fast to the point where I had doubts. But it was perfect. They were also very easy to work with. It was a very positive experience.

I borrowed some money from Reach Financial to pay a few of my credit cards off. I did it online, and I set the payment date as the 25th. I haven't made first payment yet, but it’s gonna be electronic each month. Overall, Reach Financial did what they said they would do, and I’m satisfied with them. I never thought about going into debt to get out of debt, but one bigger payment is a lot easier to handle than five smaller payments. I would recommend it again.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Reach Financial. The rep asked some questions, filled out the whole form for me, then sent it in. I just had to fill out the online portion. It was super easy to do and understand.

It was a simplistic application process. Everything was clear-cut, clearly thought out, and easy to use. They always gave me updates on what step my application was in. They were super good at communicating. Working with them definitely freed up stuff like budgeting with different things. There are a lot of random debts that I got to consolidate. Now, I'm not worried about 18 different payments. I'm only worried about one. It was a painless experience. It was nice to finally have someone that made it easy.
