I was the one who called to find out about my monthly because Reach Financial sent me an email and I received it, but it was good. The rep explained everything to me and they understood everything. All was good.

Once my loan was low enough, National Debt Relief transferred what was left of my debt to Reach Financial and I just paid a monthly fee. I recently just paid it off and dealing with Reach was very good. The rep I spoke with was very helpful and it took less than 30 minutes. I've been trying to get my credit report up and it’s been positive.

I ended up in the hospital and when I got out, I was off work for a month with no pay. I called all my bill collectors and explained what was going on. Reach kept sending my payments through and every time they did, I got an overdraft fee. That slightly pissed me off. Once I get them paid off, I'll never go back to them again. I was up to date on my payments and I was just letting them know that I might be late on this payment a little bit because I was hacked. It didn't matter but that's fine. I just don't deal with them anymore. We gotta have a little empathy here somewhere but they don't. It's all about money.

The rep from Reach talked me through what I needed to do and I did the process. It took a couple of days and it was a pleasant experience. I had a bunch of credit card bills, and I was paying a bunch of credit cards every month. They helped me consolidate them. It’s been good so far and I haven't had any problems.

Reach Financial is excellent. They have a lot lower interest rate than the other personal loan companies. With them, I was able to refinance higher interest rate loans and combine them with a lower interest rate one. The process is fast.

Reach Financial is understanding of clients whenever they have a financial hardship they need to work around.

The application process with Reach was fast. I sent some papers and the loan was there on the same day. The communication was good and the reps were nice. I will recommend them and the company.

I'm on a payment plan, and I'm coming to the end of it. I pay interest, but that's part of the penalty for being a little in debt. The payments stop in September, and I'll be glad when it's over.

I called Reach Financial and did everything over the phone. They were super nice. They treated me royally and worked with me step by step. If I didn't understand something, they would repeat and stay with me. They weren’t pressuring me. They helped me, and I didn't have to worry about anything. They asked me the date I wanted the payment taken out. I got my sister-in-law to do it with them. She's very pleased.

It's been great with Reach. Everything is posted online and I'm able to see my account whenever a deduction is made. I'm with National Debt Relief until the account gets paid off, which is almost done. Reach gave me a loan for a certain amount of money to pay off the account. I am very happy and impressed.

It was a quick and easy process to get started and from application to approval was almost immediate. Also, everything was very clear and easy to understand. There was no question on when payments were coming out. It was clearly on the website and I could look it up and see when they were being pulled out. I contacted them once to ask a question when I paid it off and I still had a remaining balance and they were quick in responding to my questions. Working with them got me where I wanted to be much faster.

I would just call Reach Financial and they would answer my questions. I always felt like I got the right answers and we paid them off with a balance transfer. It was a little tricky, but it got done. So, I no longer owe them anything. I owe them money to somebody else, but just not paying the interest on it. The one thing they do not tell you is that they make these deals with your credit card companies and they make a settlement for these amounts. And as soon as I told them I would pay it off, they made settlements for all those amounts very quickly. When I went to pay them off, they didn't tell me that I would get a bunch of tax statements saying that I owe money to the federal in taxes for the money that was forgiven. No one tells you that. So, I just lost my job and now I have a $1,100 tax bill I have no way of paying to the government. And I'm a very poor person.

The application process with Reach took about an hour and it took that long because I was very skeptical. I had so much debt and I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. I regretted it afterward for the mere fact that I added credit cards. I put credit card debt on to the consolidation. After the fact, I realized that I didn't have an APR on that until January of 2024 so I pretty much put an APR on something that I didn't have an APR on to begin with. That stunk. After I got off the phone, I felt I was taken. But it is what it is. Their guy was nice and he did his job well. He knew what he was talking about. He was very patient because I had a million questions. Kudos to him for that.

Their APRs they offer are ridiculous, and designed to keep one in debt. Predatory lending for sure. If you encounter any sort of hardship, they are ruthless in their reporting to credit bureaus. Avoid at all costs.

The rep I spoke with was fabulous and he went through the detail of what I was going into. He was so knowledgeable and upfront and gave me the opportunity to tell him what I would really like to do.

My experience with Reach was awesome. They were very good and knowledgeable. I was very happy. I got an affordable rate for my loan.

I filled out the form and Reach said it would take about three days and everything will be paid off. But it took two weeks and nobody told me what was going on. Nobody sent me an email and called me. I was kinda left in the dark until I saw one day that my debt was paid off. I don't even know when my payments are gonna be or what's going on. I haven't been receiving emails if my account is up to where they would automatically withdraw all the payments. Other than that, getting the required documents over to Reach was pretty easy. Half the time, somebody stayed on the phone with me and was explaining things to me. That helped a lot.

Credit Karma told me I had outstanding chances for a loan through a company, but I didn't get approved for it. That was when I came in contact with Reach Financial, and they came through. They had the loan based on my debts and where I owed money to. That made it really easy 'cause all I had to do was plug in the balance, the account numbers and they were paid off. That's what I'm paying back for now, which is great.

Everything went smoothly and quickly in my experience with them. When I had questions and I emailed them, they got back to me the very next day with the answers that I needed. I also like their online portal. It's really self-explanatory and gives a lot of information. They're a good company to go with.
