My loan officer was awesome and he made himself available. He handled everything and it was easy to communicate with him. He gave me information as far as how much I would be saving during the refinancing. There were certain documents that he had to send because of my state and he was very helpful with that. Also, the website where you upload the documents and things of that nature was to the point. It was a very smooth and easy process.

The guy who was assigned as my agent pretty much did everything and he let me know what was going on throughout the process. He stayed in contact and when I messaged him about some questions, he always got back to me rather quickly. He did a good job of communicating with me and he made the process really easy.

My experience with RateGenius was fine. They were advertised on Credit Karma and I didn't look at any other companies.

Signing up was extremely quick. I spoke with Sonny and he walked me through the process. I got a call within hours regarding an offer and the process took a week to complete. I'm comfortable working with them. Sonny saved me almost $200 a month, so that's great.

I would definitely recommend RateGenius if I knew of somebody who needed to refinance their car.

The process with RateGenius was easy. They sent me the link where I could log in and see the transaction and what I needed to upload. My agent was also very nice and quick on everything. They did two loans for me. The first loan took three days to get processed and the second one didn't take longer than two days. The rates and terms that I got were excellent as well. On the first loan, the agent was saying that she got me a good deal but I'd be paying a little bit more. Then she asked what I was looking for, so I told her what I was looking for to be able to pay a lower payment than what I was paying. She went beyond that and found me somebody with a lower interest rate and with extra incentives that I didn't have.

Whenever we were doing where they sent the stuff to e-sign, it was a little confusing there. I had to make a couple of calls to figure out exactly what was going on there. But their customer service was fine and I was happy with the rate.

The service at Rate Genius is absolutely terrible. The worst experience I have ever had. I started an auto refinance in November and was told it's a quick and easy process. It is now January. My calls and messages don't get returned, there's like no communication and complete disorganization. I had more than three people messaging to tell me to complete paperwork that I already completed or to tell me that I got an offer and to call in when I already accepted an offer. There was paperwork I needed to print and send in...but my address was inputted incorrectly and that took almost another two weeks to fix that.
