Patrick was excellent in providing help and answering all my questions while refinancing my truck. He was very knowledgeable in the process and what we would have to do to complete the process. The whole process was very quick also.

Explained information and options with thorough detail. Was able to do call backs as needed with my schedule that didn't require going through a bunch of automated prompts. Quick turnaround on paperwork. Able to get interest and payments down without extra hassle per unnecessary information given. Would recommend to friends.

My experience was a little spotty. The initial guy was pretty good but he was off for a few days and had a secondary step in his place. That's when a lot of the misinformation started. I kept getting them the information they wanted but they kept wanting to change the information facts that they wanted. At one point, they even told me that I didn't send them what they requested even though I verified everything step by step with their emails. They even misquoted the rate they initially promised. I was infuriated with them until they were able to put me with the lender I needed to deal with.

The rep was knowledgeable about everything. However, he was trying to push his own extended car warranty on to me and I didn't want it and he wouldn't stop. But the application process went very well. They could make the process even better by making sure they ask for all the information they're gonna need. 'Cause I had to follow up two times to give them more information. But everything else was fine.

Customer service was good and my rep was very pleasant. He was very clear with everything. Everything was done in less than two weeks. The rate and terms were good.

RateGenius was the second number I called when I started that journey. They were the ones who initially got me approved but not for the rate that I wanted. So, I stuck it out a few more months, called RateGenius back. But once everything was finished, it got iffy. Everything got finalized at the end of December. The rep sent me a message, “Your first payment will be due February 1st.” Turned out it was January 2nd, a few days after it was refinanced. And I was over 17 days late on my first payment because there was a miscommunication. So, the wording of when my car would actually be due was not correct. And even if it was on his end, he wrote 23-1-2. So, it is correct for the way that he wrote it, but at the same time, it was a few days after the car was officially refinanced. And it was very confusing for someone who has dyslexia. That is something that needs to be worked on if that's a way in their company to spell out the month.

The guy I worked with during the application was absolutely great. Our communication was good. He made it very convenient for me to understand the process and why everybody else is reaching out to me. He kept informing me on what was needed and what wasn't. But I uploaded all the information and some other people in the office didn't get it. That created a problem. Other than that, I got a lower payment arrangement and I'm not paying so much high interest. Working with RateGenius gives peace of mind.

The communication was not good. I was told that it would just be really simple. I'd have to do one thing and they would take care of everything else. But it turned into three trips to the UPS store and printing off all these things. Also, nobody would get back to me for days at a time, so if I wanted any update, I had to reach out. Then, they would say they need to have certain papers filled out but I only had received the papers two days before and I hadn't had them for the week they think I had had them for.

Everybody has been very nice. The gentleman who helped me through the process was so helpful. He was there for me every second of the day. I've never had anybody that confident and nice, but not smarmy. He was so professional and he had a sense of humor. Working with RateGenius is going to be easy and painless.

I had a good experience with them. They got me a lower rate than what I had. The guy that I talked to was also really nice.

I had a very great experience with them. I spoke with somebody and she helped me through over a two-day span to make sure all the paperwork went through. Everything worked out very well. Rates were better than what I had.

The application process was pretty easy. It took about 10 business days. The gentleman that I dealt with seemed knowledgeable and made the process easy.

Talking with the rep was fairly easy. A couple of times, I got asked for information and I provided it multiple times. Other than that, it was fairly simple. With the online portal, submitting the documents was very straightforward. There were a couple of times where I was told the link was available to upload documents but it wasn't yet. There would be days where I have a very busy day for one reason or another so I wouldn't be able to complete whatever it was that needed to be done that day. But Rate Genius was fairly straightforward, very simple and communicative. If I ever had any issues, it was usually quickly resolved. I would use Rate Genius again. It is what I expected. There was a 50 bucks processing fee, which is not bad.

RateGenius seem to fit my needs best. Signing up was fairly easy. They were pretty quick. The process was expedited.

My experience with RateGenius went pretty smoothly. The only thing I noticed was that they were rushing me, and it was their end of quarter. I realized it's all about their goals and not mine. Other than that, the sign-up process seemed pretty simple. I got documents I signed and I sent to them via UPS. They sent me a label. I had to go to the UPS store to drop it off, though. I'm just glad it got done really quickly.

At first, RateGenius had a rate that was a bit higher. So, I kept looking around. They called me back and said they found something better, which I chose 4%. They were good. They followed up. It was almost like they held my hand. They made sure I had all my paperwork and took care of everything. I'd recommend them.
