I have never dealt with a company that cares more about their customers then Rapid Capital does. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. I would highly recommend Rapid Capital to anyone who is currently researching them. You will not be disappointed. I know that they win my vote for the best customer service available.

Did my first deal. I grew up in Queens New York and had a few different companies that I was speaking with about doing the transfer with. Rapid was one of them and they offered me more money and a card that I could use for everyday expenses until my court date. This really helped as I was in need of some walking around money and couldn't pay for the things my family needed.

Got my card prepaid and funded before my settlement went to court. Was very happy with the advance funding that Dan was able to get for me after we went through the numbers and talked about the best way to change my annuity and get me some money now and also getting me a card that can have set amounts of money to be spent each month so I don't go over budget. Rapid Capital Funding was reputable so we went with them and everything in the enrollment process went like it should. At this point, we have already completed the process. We received all the money on a card that they sent us and so everything is good. The reps were pretty good. A nice girl helped us along the way. Jonathan was the first person that my sister, Candice, spoke with and then we worked with his assistant. We got a great deal from Rapid Capital. We definitely didn’t wanna be in the spot, but it’s good to know that we had this choice because my sister and I had the same settlement. So, if I have to do this in the future, I’m gonna work with them too.

We were referred by a friend to Rapid Capital and they offered us the highest amount so we went with them. Mike, the guy that we dealt with, worked with us day in, day out and helped us with some advance money because we were having really hard times for a while. He was able to go out to us, his president’s office and get us the cash to bridge the gap before our hearing date because there was some waiting time with the court date. Other than that, they helped us with the money that we needed upfront so that took a lot of pressure off of us while we’re going through our struggles. The expectation that they set was about a month or two. Apparently, the time frame depends on the judicial system as to when they can get you in front of the judge in Alabama. They did it as fast as they could which took two months and it met our expectations. I would recommend using Mike and Rapid Capital.

This has been the best experience that my daughter has ever gone through. These other companies in the structure settlement industry that we spoke with were nice but the in depth knowledge of how we can do our transaction and still leave us with our payments was really and truly amazing. It was nice to be treated with a lot of respect and told that we could call any time day or night. It was also great that you offered to come down and visit our family and assist with getting to court. Only bad thing was that our representative told us that he couldn't recommend any financial advisers to discuss our transaction as it was a conflict of interest and we had to go out and find our own advisers. A little support in that category would really go a long way but besides that we are very happy with the final result and the outcome here.

He treated me right and would call me every single day to check in on me to make sure that I was okay and to see if I needed anything. I would usually just say, "Hey I'm okay. Certainly went above and beyond what is normal asked for when doing a deal. The buying or purchase price was 1500 more than the only other offer that I got and I get money on my Rapid card. I wasn’t able to complete my deal with Rapid Capital due to the type of annuity transfer law that prevented it from going through but because I had such a good relationship with Jen. She allowed me to keep my Rapid card and she didn’t cancel and I don’t have to pay back the money that I spent.

Customer service was excellent. Leslie provided me with all that my family needed to know for purchasing and for us to sell our settlement rights. It's not an easy decision and the price is fair but the service is terrific and you gave me a credit card that I can't overdraft on. Needed money to repair my truck and was out of work until it was back on the road. Ended up being a better deal to buy a new truck cause the Rapid Capital girl got my truck fixed before my court date but it broke again so with the check I got it went to a new truck. Really happy with the truck and am able to get into work now without a problem. 5 stars for the help with the old truck and the new truck.
