Priority Tax Relief was great and Jacob ** was such a great help for me. He is such a great guy and really came through and helped me with all the problems I had. I 100% recommend this company to anyone who is trying to get their taxes done or anyone who is stressing out about their taxes!

They work with me to make sure I was a satisfied and happy customer. They communicated promptly and listened to everything I was getting resolved with the IRS. I would recommend them to anyone in this debt situation. Their lawyers really know the IRS guidelines and can get right through to the IRA. We had an error made by Turbo Tax for our 2022 Tax return that caused us a tax deficiency over $5000! Priority Tax Relief is using their professional talent with working with IRS to help us have to pay back this large amount, but much less. Otto was very detailed while working with IRS agents and explained the process thoroughly.

I initially contacted them since Turbo Tax messed up my return with an auto filer. They offered help to amend the mistake, but I went with another group. They still charged me without providing any service then ignored me as I’ve asked for a refund since I don’t want to utilize them. I think it’s just a simple rip off.

Otto helped me in solving my owed taxes for the year and resolved in settling my debt to a zero balance. He walked me through the process of contacting the IRS and representing me on my behalf. Once I hired them they took it from there. The fact that I no longer had to talk to the state and federal authorities was a huge weight lifted off of mine and my family's shoulders. The tax had changed over a couple of years, and I didn't know about it. I talked to someone from Priority Tax Relief and that helped me out. He was very understanding and was telling me I was not the worst one that he ever helped. It was too easy for him and that made me feel a lot better and comfortable that somebody could help me out. This is my first year with Priority Tax Relief and so far, it’s been good. I have his number and would give it to anybody that I know is struggling with their tax.

I was thinking that Priority Tax Relief would assist you with the amount of money that you owe the government, but it wasn't what I thought. I was under a misconception. When I went to file my taxes, they said I owed all this money and I had no idea I owe thousands of dollars. I'm thinking that it was relieved. They just put it on hold, which I don't understand. The amount of money that I paid Priority Tax Relief was the amount of money that I was paying the government anyway to try to slowly get rid of it. I'm still paying the government. Priority Tax Relief's customer service was great. Their price was ridiculous though.

I had a missed filing for 2021 and due to that missed filing in conjunction with the collection’s department of the IRS being shut down during COVID protocol, whenever the collection’s department fired up the collections department, it was already at the three-year kind of amnesty payoff period. I was starting to get threats from the IRS. They were gonna take my assets, my property, and all that other stuff. So, it caught me by surprise. I saw the counsel of a third party to help me combat what the IRS was trying to do and that's at which point Priority Tax came into my zeitgeist of sorts.

I was delinquent on 2016 and 2017 taxes. I was able to get a second mortgage on my home and pay a portion of it, but I still have a $7,000 balance. The IRS kept hounding me and threatening me with liens. I saw the 1-800 number for Priority Tax Relief and called. The young man was extremely helpful and nice. He was very informative and considerate as well. He spoke to IRS for me. He thought he could get all of it deleted because I can't afford the payments. He was able to keep them from threatening me with filing liens so I'm gonna try to pay it out as best as I can. The price was a little high though. He needed $1,900 right away before he could do anything at all.

I needed help getting the back taxes paid. I set it up with Priority Tax Relief all over the phone. They got everything situated. They emailed me the stuff I needed to fill out. They were generous. They worked with me on making payments. I said I wasn't making much at the time. I was always upfront. If there was an issue, I always communicated, and they always communicated back with me. They were always on top and let me know about everything. And any time I found out about something, I let them know.
