1st off I’m gonna say I thought this was another BS letter trying to get scam me. Let me be clear Chris ** and Priority Tax Relief is the truth!!!! He did everything he said he would!!! He got on the line with me and the IRS and I got all the info I needed!!! Thank you Chris. Because of you I know what the terms that were used. More understanding now. They do everything in regarding to tax help. Thank you again Chris **. 🤗 All of this was fixed by one simple phone call!!!! Without him asking for any money!!!! That's how you know they are legit!!!!

I paid a lot of money to this company and every time I call, no one knows my case. I am very frustrated with the service and continuous calls. I need to make up now that I am in the garnishment phase. Very Frustrating to have this happen. It is also expensive for this to happen.

Well I was looking for a Taxes company that's would be helpful and Understanding in helping me solving my back taxes with the State of California. Looking for over 2 hours and all of them had their rating and reviews, seems okay. Still was not sure, so I called my niece Leilani asking for recommendations on Taxes company and she said one of her clients, she's a Flight Attendant for a major airline. Jacob answered my call and very skillfully guided me through the tax relief process. Together we called the IRS and went through an identification process and then the agent reviewed my personal tax filing and payment history and said I have filed and paid on time for all the years she reviewed, and I had a clean record except I needed to file my 2023 return. Jacob took the opportunity to ask about my business returns which was also clean. After our call and Jacob's review of my personal financial situation Jacob's advice was to file and pay the amount shown on the return and request a first-time penalty exemption. Jacob is an honest, straightforward professional who is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him and Priority to anyone!
