Jacob answered my call and very skillfully guided me through the tax relief process. Together we called the IRS and went through an identification process and then the agent reviewed my personal tax filing and payment history and said I have filed and paid on time for all the years she reviewed, and I had a clean record except I needed to file my 2023 return. Jacob took the opportunity to ask about my business returns which was also clean. After our call and Jacob's review of my personal financial situation Jacob's advice was to file and pay the amount shown on the return and request a first-time penalty exemption. Jacob is an honest, straightforward professional who is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him and Priority to anyone!

Had been unable to get through to IRS and speak with anyone regarding a Tax Levy placed on my Federal Employee pay check before being able to set up a payment plan. Had spent days and hours on hold attempting to reach and IRS representative that could help me as a Federal Employee. We had an error made by Turbo Tax for our 2022 Tax return that caused us a tax deficiency over $5000! Priority Tax Relief is using their professional talent with working with IRS to help us have to pay back this large amount, but much less. Otto was very detailed while working with IRS agents and explained the process thoroughly.

I initially contacted them since Turbo Tax messed up my return with an auto filer. They offered help to amend the mistake, but I went with another group. They still charged me without providing any service then ignored me as I’ve asked for a refund since I don’t want to utilize them. I think it’s just a simple rip off.
