My customer service experience was good. I haven’t had any need to really call on them for anything. It’s one and done. I was very happy with Priority Gold. I’d recommend them.

I was skeptical about keeping my money in the bank because there was the possibility of losing it or the government taking it. So, I decided to put my money into gold, and Priority Gold offered me four silver bars just for purchasing gold from them.

I did the required minimum distribution for 2024 through Priority Gold, and I’ll almost need to do it for 2025. The agent was very instructional about what I currently have. He told me that some of my coins were foreign, and if I went all American, it would grow faster. I allowed him to change from foreign coins to American, and he did that.

They did what they said and that is getting harder to find nowadays. As they will say anything to get you to sign or buy from them and when they get your money, they are long gone to the next person to get theirs as well. So, it is good to have someone working for you for a change.

It was very pleasant in talking to James ** where he kept the explanation of the terms and what is expected of me as a client. Also Yolunda ** was very helpful regarding paperwork. I requested some earlier paperwork from my rollover IRA. I will be looking forward to receiving via snail mail. I have been very happy with the professionalism all around and would recommend Priority Gold to anyone interested in preserving their wealth in these upcoming turbulent times.

Very excellent service both in speed and accuracy. Changed to Priority because of reputation and Metals offerings. The paperwork process was quick and easy to roll money from my Roth IRA to buy metal. He beat the price from another bullion dealer to buy for my IRA. He also followed up to make sure the process was completed. Very professional and thorough.
