I had an outstanding experience with Priority Gold and was impressed with the level of service I received throughout the entire process. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through everything carefully, explain my options in a way that was easy to understand, and answer every question I had along the way. Communication was excellent, and I always felt informed about what was happening and what to expect next.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Scott at Priority Gold. From the very beginning, he was attentive, responsive, and extremely patient throughout the entire process. He always took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and made sure everything was explained clearly before moving forward. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I always felt like my questions were taken seriously, no matter how small they were.

Working with Scott made investing in gold far easier than I ever expected it to be. Going in, I honestly thought the whole process would be complicated and intimidating — a lot of jargon, a lot of fine print, a lot of things I'd nod along to without really understanding. That wasn't my experience at all. Scott took the time to walk me through everything from the very beginning, step by step, and never made me feel rushed or like my questions were too basic. And I had a lot of questions. Every time I reached out, whether it was a quick text or a longer phone call, he got back to me promptly and explained things in a way that actually made sense. He never talked down to me, and he never gave me the feeling that he was just trying to move me along to the next thing. He genuinely wanted me to understand what I was doing and why.

I just spoke with Max at Priority Gold and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!! He is the best I have had a call from from anyone!! He has excellent customer service skills and giving all the information I needed to get ready to invest in gold and silver. He was great and informative on all the options for me to have Such a great person to represent the company and makes the company a priority and great image and you feel heard as well. I would not like to do my gold and silver with anyone but Max!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE! He upgrades the company and HE DESERVES A RAISE FOR SURE!!! Lawerence **, was extremely helpful starting from the beginning of our conversation related to Gold and Silver investments strictly guided to rebuilding our savings, but this time not in cash, which in my opinion is on a respirator. He explained the Gold and Silver market and buying strategies, leaning to actual ownership of the silver mineral bars. We plan on starting small then gradually increasing our purchases in larger amounts. He described how the Gold and Silver hard market might even come down to bartering, which I concur in that theory.

I’m not of the age where I can roll any accounts over, so it didn’t make any sense for me to take a tax penalty, but they did provide me a bunch of good information on precious metals. I thought the gentleman that helped me out was very knowledgeable and shared with me the ins and outs of everything going on with the economy and the world of precious metals. I can’t wait until I get to the point where I can utilize what they have to offer!
