Priority was one of three companies I was in contact with. The salesman Anthony was knowledgeable but not pushy. He didn't have a stereotypical sales pitch. No fancy or slick talking. Just basic info followed by answers to any questions I had. He informed me of a few lawsuits from another company I was considering which helped me choose Priority Gold. The paperwork process was quick and easy to roll money from my Roth IRA to buy metal. He beat the price from another bullion dealer to buy for my IRA. He also followed up to make sure the process was completed. Very professional and thorough.

I was satisfied with Priority Gold's service. From what I gathered, they seem highly regarded. The setup process with them was straightforward, making it a "one and done" situation as I haven't needed to contact customer service since. While I can't speak to the costs involved, I would give my experience five stars for being straightforward and satisfactory.

They did what they said and that is getting harder to find nowadays. As they will say anything to get you to sign or buy from them and when they get your money, they are long gone to the next person to get theirs as well. So, it is good to have someone working for you for a change.

I wasn't an easy sell, because I became cautious dealing with other precious metals dealers.
