I would like to thank Orion for all the help they gave me when I was transferring my IRA's to another account. They walked me through the whole procedure without any problems. I would especially would like to thank her for her help. I would definitely use this company again for my needs again.

I just want to say if you're looking to buy gold or silver and don't have a clue who to go through, Orion Medal Exchange is your company and Blake is your guy. :) The company has integrity and that's hard to find nowadays, they really cares about you and take the time to answer all the questions and I had many because I didn't have a clue concerning anything about buying Gold and Silver but he explained how the process worked, he made me feel like a family member taking a lot of time with me to make sure I understood when was the best time to buy.

I came across Orion Metal Exchange, Orion Precious Metals, after two failed attempts at other gold dealer “experts”. These outfits were not familiar with STRATA, where my precious metals resided. Orion, on the other hand, was a savior! New STRATA, their requirements, their staff and procedures. First spoke with Blake who made me realize I made the right call. I then spoke to and communicated with Griselda, who manages the IRA side. She was stellar. Took care of everything. Worked with STRATA, coordinated the transfer of precious metals and payments. Amazing to me was learning Orion’s vault is near STRATA’s vault meaning no overnight transport, etc. just a direct transfer. Orion was so fast and connected that I received my funds from STRATA in literally no time! So glad I found the great people at Orion! What a difference!

The recent price per ounce in precious metals had my interest. So I contacted Orion by random ads. I called and talked to rep Beau. First I was asking inquiring about what Beau felt would be a good blend of precious metals in a portfolio. I had a $50,000 IRA that I was thinking of moving to a Gold IRA. I told Beau I would like to think about it before I decided. I ask him to give me a week. He called me a week later and I decided to go ahead. He also included me in on a promotion for some free coins. That's what did it for me.

Beau my agent was professional and easy to work with. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend working with Orion Metal Exchange as times are very uncertain. Fiat money is volatile and with the inflation, having your money in real assets in Silver and Gold is a hedge against the coming recession.

Orion is the only precious metals company I have found that would work with me to establish a new IRA account with a maximum opening contribution of $7,500. Most other companies will only work with existing IRA's and have a much higher minimum purchase. They guided me through every step of the process and were very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Orion Metal Exchange has been good to work with. Blake, Charles and Grizelda all have been. I’m just trying to teach myself. It’s a whole new journey for me. I’ve never explored this part, but I kind of rushed into something that I didn’t have knowledge of. You have to take a crash course in Gold 101 so that you understand the language when they're talking, because I always feel like it's going over my head, and it still is today. Also, it is very important that before you do any transaction, to make sure that you get a quote in writing so that you know what you are doing before you make any decisions.

I had some silver coins that I needed to sell. Orion responded quickly. The whole process was very seamless and timely. I didn't have to keep asking the same questions. I didn't have to constantly call back or respond. The whole experience was great. I've only had one transaction and if a need comes up, I will deal with them again.

I spoke to two different people at Orion and they were pretty straight-up with what's going on and telling me what they suggest. I'm very happy with it. I'm working with the same two people pretty much all the time, Gieo and Griselda, and we've talked about next moves, what should be the next thing to happen, and as far as taking advantage of everything. There's a good plan in place for several years down the road and even for the next things to do that makes sense as far as the market on the metals is going.

The rep took time to explain some things to me. He took me to the website and showed me the prices on there. I went and compared those prices to some of the same items elsewhere and I saw the value. Once you make a decision to go in a certain direction, you need to find help to accomplish that, and Orion did that.

Giovanni, the rep from Orion, was awesome. I had a concern that I brought up and within 24 hours, it was taken care of and resolved. I sent an email and I realized there's a five-hour difference between me and the West Coast. He was on the phone the next business day and took care of it, and I'm very happy so far. But I have not received my precious metals, which is one of my concerns. Chase, my bank, couldn't read the actual stamp. Orion probably wired it and the machine didn’t pick up the signature. So, I called Orion and they said they would physically mail it to Chase. If I transferred X amount, I would get a couple of hundred dollars worth of coins and Giovanni said it would take up to 14 weeks for the complete process. He was gonna order them and then he would have it. So, I would need to be at home with the signature and he would give me a call when he got word that they would be sent out so I could be on the lookout.
