The rep took time to explain some things to me. He took me to the website and showed me the prices on there. I went and compared those prices to some of the same items elsewhere and I saw the value. Once you make a decision to go in a certain direction, you need to find help to accomplish that, and Orion did that.

Giovanni, the rep from Orion, was awesome. I had a concern that I brought up and within 24 hours, it was taken care of and resolved. I sent an email and I realized there's a five-hour difference between me and the West Coast. He was on the phone the next business day and took care of it, and I'm very happy so far. But I have not received my precious metals, which is one of my concerns. Chase, my bank, couldn't read the actual stamp. Orion probably wired it and the machine didn’t pick up the signature. So, I called Orion and they said they would physically mail it to Chase. If I transferred X amount, I would get a couple of hundred dollars worth of coins and Giovanni said it would take up to 14 weeks for the complete process. He was gonna order them and then he would have it. So, I would need to be at home with the signature and he would give me a call when he got word that they would be sent out so I could be on the lookout.

I purchased some silver New Guinea coins from a company that is under investigation and did some bad things to a lot of people, including myself. I called a lot of people who buy and sell silver, and I happened to talk to Jake from Orion three times. I told him about the situation the first time and he said that they could definitely buy my silver back. He was extremely professional. Never pressured me to sell it. Just told me what he could do. I sold everything I had purchased and it was very simple. He connected me with the IRS representative they had. He talked to them and they sent me a DocuSign, and it was done. Within three days, I had the money in my account.

I researched the other metal firms and found Orion to be reputable, responsive and professional. Very good service. Delivered just as promised and had no trouble at all. Would recommend Orion and plan to use again. Their website has the price you'll pay and they did not try to sell me things I did not want. In other words, no hassle. With the ”election” of Joe Biden we decided it was time to exit the stock market due to possible steep downside risk under his “leadership”. This was my second time ordering from Blake ** with Orion Metal Exchange. I was in a bit of a bind and in a hurry. The reps were very responsive and helpful, but I was more interested in gold bullion instead of coins and I would appreciate it if they added that to their portfolio. The mark-up for coins is a little higher and I want to minimize my overall cost of metals. If I go with bullion bars, it’s cheaper than coins.

Jacob was very informative. He answered some questions of things I was curious about, just in talking to me. Also, the options are superb and it was a great experience. Service was excellent.
