I have had a very positive experience in working with every member of my team. I feel very comfortable with the decision that I made in converting to your company. All the individuals that I have spoken with are by far the most professional and knowledgeable people to do business with.

Orion Metals is very helpful in every way from talking about gold, helping with transfers of money, to setting up and buying your gold to get an account open and started. I worked with John and Gloria, without their help I would not have my Account or Order.

I like that they work directly with the bank where I have the precious metals IRA. When I opened the account I was able to start out with a lower minimum than other places. When I make purchases they have good recommendations without being pushy and I can do it all over the phone and sign documents online, completing the purchase in one day.

I was appointed POA for an elderly relative and subsequently charged with the task of liquidating a traditional IRA that contained precious metals. In this form of investment, we couldn’t easily take distributions that would have been of help. The company, Strata, that oversaw the account was very difficult to deal with in terms of communication and access. They offered no real help in achieving the goals we had in mind with the account. Fortunately, Orion came to our rescue and walked us through every aspect of the process. Every member of the Orion team was knowledgeable, diligent, courteous, accessible, responsive and timely. BUYER BEWARE: As a new precious metals investor in 2020, I purchased silver and platinum coins from Orion Metal Exchange based on their recommendations and assurances that these coins were “highly popular with collectors and investors globally.” I was charged steep premiums — 34–46% above spot — justified by their claimed desirability and collectible value. In total, I paid $225,870.60 for 3,375 oz of silver and about 104 oz of platinum, including $22,792.95 in silver premiums and $40,792.71 in platinum premiums — over $63,000 in markups.

Our account manager answered questions; if he did not have the answer immediately, he got it quickly, giving me greater assurance in Orion Metal. Once the process began, the manager stayed with me throughout every step. Orion Metal followed up with emails once the order was completed.

I just want to say if you're looking to buy gold or silver and don't have a clue who to go through, Orion Medal Exchange is your company and Blake is your guy. :) The company has integrity and that's hard to find nowadays, they really cares about you and take the time to answer all the questions and I had many because I didn't have a clue concerning anything about buying Gold and Silver but he explained how the process worked, he made me feel like a family member taking a lot of time with me to make sure I understood when was the best time to buy.

I came across Orion Metal Exchange, Orion Precious Metals, after two failed attempts at other gold dealer “experts”. These outfits were not familiar with STRATA, where my precious metals resided. Orion, on the other hand, was a savior! New STRATA, their requirements, their staff and procedures. First spoke with Blake who made me realize I made the right call. I then spoke to and communicated with Griselda, who manages the IRA side. She was stellar. Took care of everything. Worked with STRATA, coordinated the transfer of precious metals and payments. Amazing to me was learning Orion’s vault is near STRATA’s vault meaning no overnight transport, etc. just a direct transfer. Orion was so fast and connected that I received my funds from STRATA in literally no time! So glad I found the great people at Orion! What a difference!
