When their rep called after my attorney authorized the amount requested they gave me a much smaller offer, called and said it was approved and 24 hours later after the phone rep rushed me I'm still waiting for the money to hit my account. Worst company and customer service.

Don't borrow from this company. Very high rates, hidden fees IMO, they charge over $100 just to mail you a check. There are tons of other funders to consider. Choose ones that have their complete numbers upfront. Look at Redwood Funding; Walraven Funding; Ocean Funding. etc.

Don’t do it. They lure you in by giving you at least 2,000, then hit you with outrageous fees of 6,000. Run the other way. They’re abusing their position to take advantage of people in need, overcharging while pretending to help. They’re pushing people toward homelessness through fraud. My case is being wrapped up, and they’ve refused to give me any money because they’re not truly helping anyone. Consumer services are a joke, and these women have terrible attitudes.

I wasn’t going to write a review, but after just a few minutes ago I guess I will. First, thankfully my attorney is awesome, she warned me about their HIGH interest. I was able to go an alternate route. I just got a call, 4 days after I submitted my application. After letting the guy know I decided to go another route and saying THANK YOU, he hung up on me hahaha! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. So yea, I guess I dodged a bullet here.

These people are aggressively delusional and they're statistic or satastic. How to draw people in by false advertising about a loan or how you're approved is insane. If you have a $350,000 case and it's not settled, they'll give you $2,000 if you're lucky $4,000 how their fees work are completely atrocious. They're 300% overly asking for fees. They're really not organized and the manipulation of this business is about to be sued by somebody who is the power and time to deal with somebody who's aggressively trying to take advantage of the situation on people that need money desperately.

Everyone should stay away from these people, they speak with forked tongue. They actually deserve zero stars, their memory is non existent and they forget everything about a conversation that they had 3 days prior, what they really need to do is sell cars for a living, go with the Lending Group. Big Jim will tell you the truth and he doesn't forget conversations and also keeps excellent notes.

I went to Oasis because I was in need of a loan because I was working on my way to being homeless and here I am still waiting in an response but all of a sudden I keep getting these hacker calls from a bunch of scammers and no answer yet. I thought the process was fast. What Is the hold up.

Hi I would like to say thank you Oasis. You really came through for me and my family when we truly needed you..Also the customer service was awesome too and I would refer family and friends and would use them again in the future if I had to..

It really is outrageous. I just got an email, I applied for a loan. I reluctantly signed a DocuSign thinking it's done. Then, these people ask for medical records? It's less than 10k that they ALLEGEDLY approved and the interest can be as high as 300%. They drag their feet and boy do they lie. According to the website, "48 hours" is all it takes. Then, they give two options. ¹ Western Union or ² Bank Transfer. Since the loan is in my name, but our accounts are in my wife's name, I did not want to cause any delay, so I go chose Western Union.

They are not a good company to do business with…I applied for a presettlement loan through them I received the paperwork to sign but the format of the paperwork is misleading….I understand there are fees that come with a presettlement loan but on the form it shows the amount funded as it states on the form then shows the fees after so when the amount is deposited into your account it is not the amount shown on the contract. I received less….The amount shown on the funded field of the contract should be the amount shown after the fees so we the client will know exactly what to expect in our bank accounts…That needs to be fixed or redone…Plus I think their fees are out of control….I regret doing business with them….Not a good company and misleading.

I called Oasis on a Wednesday. I had $1,500 in my account on Thursday, they worked really quick to get the money I requested. The representative was also very helpful and pleasant. They get a 5 out of 5 for me.

I was told after being approved for a loan that the money would be in my account early in the morning and after calling 4 times and being lied to twice I finally was told that it would not be in my account until after the weekend. I asked them to cancel the loan and I was told that I had to take it. Oasis left my daughter and I stranded and although I informed them that we were going to get evicted if the money wasn't available for me to pay the courts, we still didn't receive the money. Thanks for nothing Oasis. I didn't mind the interest rate because I know that if you borrow money you have to pay, but if you advertise that you can get the money out in 24-48 hours, it shouldn't take an entire week. Now that I have lost my apartment, I don't need the money now or next week, because it's too late. Once again THANKS FOR NOTHING OASIS.

Absolutely horrendous. Did not call lawyers for pertinent info, did not return calls, left on hold 30-45 minutes at a time, I gave them info which was then completely botched and inaccurate, I was actually told they got my lawyer's name wrong so they assumed it was another lawyer because they had worked with him in the past. Complete waste of time on a guaranteed 9/11 settlement.

Oasis worked fast and promptly to help me out through my ongoing case. They kept me afloat through hard times and I was able to get caught up on bills. They didn't give me what I asked for to cover everything but it helped out just when I needed it and I'll make it by. I truly appreciate their service and would and will use them again.

This company is bs, they know you have funds available to cover whatever you take from them and they want to make you wait 30 days, I been dealing with them for months already. Just because I took twice in a week they denied me. In which the advertising is showing that you can get money anytime you need it

They are asking for almost 8 thousand dollars From a 2500 dollar loan more so 2200 loan charges added when funds were sent. I definitely wouldn’t go this route, be patient. Try to take all your settlement every penny.

My loan was denied, even though I met all the qualifications, I have a lawyer, was severely injured in a slip and fall case to the point I needed surgery on my ankle, I have a plate and screws. So when I did call back I was told that the company didn't feel comfortable providing me with a loan and to call back in 30 days, what changes in 30 days except my bill accruing. Oasis you don't need to be in business as a loan or pre settlement company 'cause how do you determine who to give a loan to, I see why you have 2 stars. Goodbye. Not reputable at all. Have the day you deserve.

This is my second time applying for financial assistance with Oasis. I was hospitalized after the accident, and bills got behind. Oasis was there when others denied me. Now I’m being evicted in two weeks and need to finance for a new home!

I applied with them and asked for $2,500. I was "approved". On Thursday, Oct 12, 2023 they called and said the funds would be in my account between 11:00am - 12:00 (EST) on Friday, Oct 13 or I could do Western Union and have the funds that same day. They said it would be $1000 instead of the $2500 I asked for. On Friday, Oct 13 I called three times to hear the same thing. "It's in our Funding Review Department and we are not sure if and when the funds will be released". I asked if they were open on the weekends and they said no.

Tried to get loan from Oasis Financial. Advertisement was great but the 3% interest turned out to be monthly compounded. There was also a $200 fee added to the amount I took out that I had to pay interest on. Also, FedEx cost about $129. Why? I called around my friends and asked my lawyer who recommended Redwood Funding group. All went well and was pretty cheap.

I can tell you they are the best. You helped me at a time that I needed a Miracle. My mom was being released from hospital and we had no where to go. Do to we just sold our house. No money for a month. Oasis was right there with there big wings and helping hands. They got me money so I could get a hotel room for my mom and I. But also called me back to make sure I was OK and then called again to make sure I got the email I needed to walk into Walmart to pick up the money and then again to say is the cash in your hands. Jennifer and Mario you are the absolute best. I thank you so much. A time that I thought that I was freaking out and not going to make it. Like angels of God. Thank you. You can't go wrong with them. They go above and beyond. Thank you.

If you're considering doing business with Oasis Financial, think again. Their loan approval process is unreliable at best, and at worst, downright deceptive. I speak from personal experience: after promising me a loan, they abruptly changed their minds and left me in a desperate situation, causing me to lose both my house and my business. What's more, their underwriters seem to only approach loans that are guaranteed to be a success, completely ignoring the fact that emergencies often require a more flexible approach. Trust me, don't make the same mistake I did by relying on Oasis Financial. Look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and reliable financial partner.

Oasis is nothing but a bunch of lies smh. I filled out 3 applications and was in a very serious car accident December 16 with a Tractor Trailer. I'm injured and in pain. My car was totaled. All I asked for was $3000 to pay bills. They didn't contact me. I called them to find out the status of my application and they said the director said no **. TAKE YOUR LYING ** COMMERCIAL OFF THE AIR BECAUSE EVERYTHING THAT COMMERCIAL SAYS IS A BOLD FACE LIE.

Even if you are approved for a loan, you have to pay it back at a very high interest rate and various fees associated to the loans - over 50% of the original loan amount. Excessive fees and interest rates.

Like most I was not very familiar with these types of loans, so I basically went into this with blind faith. Unfortunately, the first organization I used lacked any semblance of customer service, so it was very refreshing to speak with a live person, who had my best interest at heart. I cannot say enough about integrity, knowledge, and customer service. I would highly recommend Kassi ** and Angela **. Both are extremely professional and will go out of their way to see that you get the best service possible.

Hello.. This is VERY serious. PLEASE DO NOT deal with Oasis! They do not care about your situation. They only care about lending you $ a couple times. Once they lock you in with the very high interest you are Doomed!! When you need them again for an emergency then they all of of sudden don’t feel comfortable lending. That is the answer they give the customers. I regret ever using them. To see if I was witnessing this I asked to borrow $100 $200 $300… All denied with the reason of the underwriter saying they didn’t feel comfortable. I’d bet my settlement that if I’d request $20 it would also be denied. They look for people that are desperate and then take advantage of them. Forget all about you. RUN RUN RUN!!!!

I tried 3 times to get funds, they gave $ to the person who was in the accident with me, and now I am homeless. They're in jail. They are a joke. I will never call them again because they have left me stranded.

New customer. First it was waiting on my lawyer to sign documents, then it was my application was completed, then it was I'll have the funds the same day, then it was there's nobody in the funding department now, today I have to call me because my case just hit the funding department today, what a ** joke. Don't waste your time people. Now I'm stuck broke on the holidays after being "approved" **. The representatives are rude. Never again.

I am the victim of an accident. I was told by my lawyer to call Oasis Financial or Oasis Funding. They are the biggest he said. I wanted to borrow money to pay for my rent while I was injured. Boy, using this company is a mistake. They charge fees. They add those fees into the amount you pay interest on. The interest is calculated monthly! It adds up to like 80% a year. They charge like $135 to send me a Fed Ex check. It's only going to the next state. It's like I live in China that they charge so much. I switched to Redwood Funding Group. None of this **.

50% the first 6 months according to a NY Times article from 2017. Also fees and compound interest. They are way too costly. Tried bridgeway and redwood funding. Those guys had cheaper rates and more upfront about things. Redwood also had no fees or compounding.

I’ll send other to you. Thanks for everything. Customer service was good. They answered all my question and got me approved for the amount I asked for. Even emailed me to see if I needed more but at this time I didn’t. The only thing is interest rate should be lower at this time of cov-19.

Had a very great experience with Oasis. They have helped me very very much. And I would rate this company with 100%. And I would also recommend this company to everyone. The people are very very friendly.

They were very friendly, kind and considerate, compassionate and understanding to my needs. Yes I would recommend them to anyone. They may getting along very easy. It wasn't no hassle, no complication that explain to me step-by-step what the procedures was, what was expected of me, what were they going to do for me. It was easy.

Before I tell you my personal experience and what they do I want a take a moment and give you some advice I learned by my experience to this whole situation. First off, My advice to you is do your research before choosing this company. And Secondly, do not believe anything you read on their website. It's all false and do just look for good reviews hoping you'll find one good review to convince you to try. Which leads my last and final word of advice. Read the bad reviews and take them to heart especially if your settlement is in the lower end or harder to prove and I will explain later why. I see that this site has IS mainly good reviews but if you go to BBB website and their website you will see one bad review after a another.

I would like to say THANK YOU to the entire team at Oasis. I needed assistance to get out of a unforeseen hardship and the process was easy to apply and quick approval response. All communication was professional.

I took three business days to process a loan I was approved for to payment because of human error. I called multiple times to prevent and received less money than I signed for. I feel as tho I was preyed upon.

I’ve been working with Oasis Financial for a few months now and they have been great until today, they left me and my eight year old stranded on the side of the highway with no heat in my vehicle. I requested 10k to get me a decent vehicle and they only gave me 5k so I got stuck buying a used car which is now broke down! They told me due to the recent request I can’t borrow for thirty days now. I’m stuck now and have no ride.

Very easy process. Customer friendly. Quick to deliver your advance cash. Interest rate on the other hand, as if I was a credit criminal. Extremely high. I bet Oasis would have double or triple the clientele if they came down to earth with interest rates on advances. And I have good credit.
