U.S Claims is unprofessional, Vince was absolutely the most unprofessional person I've ever seen. He doesn't return calls, keep you updated. They are very very slow process. I feel sorry for the people that have to work under such an incompetent person. Try to find pre settlement funding elsewhere.

I have two separate lawsuits, my DUI lawsuit is about to settle, the one that I requested a settlement for was for a road-rager two years prior. They ended up giving me 3k, and put it against both of my lawsuits. One of my lawsuits were going to settle for 25,000 which will be paying off the 3K they let me borrow., Just waiting on a release. So I requested additional funds for my first lawsuit., Which is well over 25K. They said no because I still have the outstanding 3K in my lawsuits. Were both included when I borrowed it. I did not approve that., And I will be getting the 25K settlement within the next month, they want the 3k paid off before I can borrow money from them again. This is the second time I requested for additional funds and they specifically told me to call back when I had more procedures done which I had about five procedures done.

So basically they don’t understand their product because why would I borrow more money from them, when my settlements coming will pay off their settlement and I’ll have money., It doesn’t make sense. I don’t like the way that they just come up with the numbers, the first question they ask you is how much you want to borrow., Where I believe they should be telling their potential clients how much they can borrow. There’s a super lack of transparency and their product doesn’t make sense. What it seems is that they want people to borrow right up to when they’re about to get their money for no reason.. Which is kind of funny because how are they gonna make money on their interest if that’s the way that they do business and treat their product, because the lapse of time doesn’t even amount to the cap. So I’m only gonna be paying back maybe four grand and it caps at 6k.

Now mind you, my cases are the strongest you can have a case be. Both admitted fault, both admit, malicious, and criminal activity. My lawyer say I have great cases, but for some reason, this funding is kind of like a one shot deal and I wouldn’t expect to get a large amount from them even though it says that you can. For the product that they’re trying to sell they're too guarded over their underwriting, especially when there’s no credit check at all. When I borrowed the 3K initially that was barely enough to cover anything that I needed to cover. I actually still had to borrow some money here and there so it’s not really a lucrative thing for you to get things in order until your lawsuit comes, they’re not gonna let you borrow a lot of money.

So number wise, if your case is worth $60-$100,000, they’re only gonna let you borrow an insignificant amount of money, so don’t plan on getting 5K from them, and this is coming from experience because I have two cases that are worth more than that. It’s kind of a false advertisement. I would like to see a testimonial of somebody that got a decent amount maybe even above 10K as borrowing against a $50,000-$100,000 settlement. By the way, my first case that’s worth more is about $250,000., My letter of compromise is $1.25 million. They should just take down shop because their pointless service. If you do need a little bit of cash while you’re waiting for your settlement, you could do a one time thing, but my advice is advise your lawyers to give them very little information and don’t give them any information, especially if you have multiple cases.

Our attorney's office has been trying to contact these guys for a week to pay off our loan and they're nonresponsive.. Just racking up their fees. I wouldn't use these guys. Everything goes through a cellphone.. They don't pay off other loans before moving forward with opening another either so we've been accruing fees on another loan as well. This screams scam to me. Some guy from their "sister company" called on a Saturday and blew serious smoke about being able to get more money that following Monday.. Haven't heard from him since. **AVOID**. I'm not adding a screenshot of the deposit but I will say we got it at the beginning of June.

Updated on 2/22/2021: So after Ii wrote the first review I found out a little more information. Turns out that Via had sent an email to my lawyers that morning. I dont know how it worked out that my lawyers didn't receive the email to this morning. They immediately contacted me. So I contacted USClams to try and get things situated and to see where things went wrong. The manager on duty answered and I immediately knew he had an attitude. We literally got into a shouting match. I mean this has ruined me from ever wanting to get another loan. However we did come to terms and hopefully my loan is getting processed as we speak.. All I have to say is ohhh my. Not one of my best experiences dealing with a company at all.

Original review: These people do NOT care about what you're going through. About what your situation is. I received 1 successful loan. 3 months later I applied for another one. With the lender Via.. I emailed her first very early to get the ball rolling. After a few hours with no response. I decided to call and speak with her personally. She confirmed that she received my email and was in contact with my lawyers for an update on my case. After waiting all day I contacted my lawyers to see what was the hold up. She completely lied. She Had not been in contact with my lawyers. No paperwork, calls or emails.

I lost a whole day waiting on a Friday thinking my loan was moving forward when in fact it had not even been started. I was in a serious car wreck May 2020. I haven't worked in almost a year. I needed this. I contacted her boss who was uncaring and unapologetic. Especially at first. His first response to me was that Via was one of his best employees and this had to be a miscommunication. Then after that stated "my apologies." I should CALL him on Monday Morning. That's it. I will NOT be doing business with this company again. And I suggest you think twice before you start business with this company.

My experience with US Claims is limited, we have funded one client through them and everything went smoothly, our client was very pleased with the process. However, we have worked with Jason ** for many years and cannot say enough great things about him. We have worked with many funding companies over the years but Jason's level of care and attention is unparalleled, really no one even comes close. He's not just "business" motivated, he is people motivated. He is hands-on with our funding requests from start to finish. He is extremely responsive and he follows up after the job is done to ensure the firm and the clients were happy with the process. He is an asset and US Claims is lucky to have him (as are we)!

My experience with US Claims was very good. There was a lot of hesitancy and stalling on my lawyers behalf and Irving was patient and steadfast in his pursuit to get my loan processed. My calls were always returned and he really worked hard to help me get my loan. I would gladly recommend Us Claims to my friends.
