Josh ** has been an awesome person to work with the past few years. I have accumulated a very nice amount of metal with his help and guidance. Josh guided me with my limited resources to purchase silver and a small amount of gold. As I have watched the market I am pleased with his advice. He promptly answers questions in a way that this novice to the metals market can understand. If finances allow this next year I won’t hesitate to call Josh for advice and purchase. Noble Gold assisted me in converting my traditional IRA account into a precious metals backed account. The transfer was complicated as my bank delayed the transfer for weeks... We found that our values are very much aligned. We like that we pay only on the purchase of our metals (front end) and not on the sale (back end), i.e. we pay less up front and get 100% of our selling price. My experience with Noble Gold was unbelievably disappointing. I worked with **, who flat-out lied to me about the pricing and completely took advantage of my trust. She told me one thing during our conversations, only for me to later discover that I was being charged 15% over spot price — something she never disclosed upfront. When I confronted her about it, instead of taking accountability, all she wanted to do was argue, deflect, and give me excuses like “spot price is before they take it out of the ground,” which has nothing to do with transparent pricing. Even after all the back-and-forth, she finally admitted they charged me around 11% — still outrageously above industry standards from what I’ve since learned.

I do not recommend Noble Gold. I was a customer, and they prey on their customers rather than provide a service for a fee. Noble Gold claimed they would not charge fees as a second tier support to my Traditional IRA at Equity Trust but in reality, this is not true... grossly not true. They purchase Precious Medals for you at approximately 20% above current Spot Price and then sell the Precious Medals at approximate 20% below current Spot Price when you request a Buy-Back (cash out). Translation... They absorb the first 40% of YOUR GAINS and call it "no fee." I recommend you go elsewhere!
