I have worked with Mandi ** of Noble Gold for a few years. He is the most down to earth person and thoroughly understands the market. When I started on this journey, I spoke to several companies and Noble Gold won my business because I didn’t have to listen to any stupid sales pitch. We have kept in touch over the years and he will always respond to any questions or concerns. He deserves way more than five stars on every front. This is my second time dealing with Noble Gold since 2023. On both occasions I have been treated with respect and understanding. In 2023, I was a newbie to the Precious Metals market. I appreciated the patient explanations and education that I received from the sales rep. Fast forward to 2026 and a much more experienced customer. Michael ** listened to my needs on a much more complicated transaction (conversion to Roth with a PM IRA) and was able to fulfill my requests. I could not be more satisfied with this company. Highly recommend to both new, and experienced precious metals buyers.

As a new widow, I was suddenly responsible for finances I had entrusted to my husband for 44 years. It was scary, but I "knew" precious metals were the only way to survive the wobbly market of '22, so as soon as funeral expenses were covered, I invested my life insurance in gold. Then when I had a handle on my other investments, I rolled over the IRAs into silver mostly, as I had heard a prophet say silver was "anointed". Later learning the reasons why was reassuring, so as I liquidated stocks, I invested more in silver before prices rose very much. Micah **, new to the firm, helped me determine which combinations of bars and coins would work best for each purchase, and held off the buys until the best prices were available. He even helped me create an investment summary to reassure my skeptical investment counselor son-in-law of my wisdom, though I doubt he will own any metal when stocks hit the fan. But I'm glad I do!

I have had the most wonderful experience working with Senior Sales Associate Steven ** and Noble Gold. Steven was beyond knowledgable with all of my questions about setting up my IRA and purchasing metals. He also has been so personable, patient and kind as I went through the process. My pension holders took much longer than they promised me to release my payout funds into the IRA but Steven was monitoring it with me and helping me every step of the way. He was always available and I enjoyed our conversations so much. I was so happy when Steven called me today with the good news that my funds were now available. Right away he was able to go though the purchase options and advised me on the best plan and after a short amount of time, I now I have exactly the metals that I have been so anxious to acquire!
