Working with Noble Gold turned to be a very good learning experience. This was my first try at purchasing precious metal of any type. Steven walked me through the process and answered all my questions along the way. Steven explained how pricing for precious metals is done. He explained the different types of precious metals. Steven is the pure professional that not only understands his products but also loves his job. Steve was easy to talk to and always understood my questions and answer them completely. Steven made my decision to buy easy. The actual purchase was fairly simple and painless. I could see Steven firmly believed in the KISS {Keep It Simple Stupid} principal. Noble Gold has a very strong asset in Steven.

Mike was great to work with. He made recommendations and suggestions which were helpful for someone new to this. He took time to explain the jargon in this business. Mike was out of the country when we spoke and to talk was difficult mostly for him because of the time zone differences. The only complaint I had was his phone would cut out regularly for 5-10 seconds throughout the conversations. Then he would have to repeat himself. He explained it was because it was an Internet phone connection. For future conversations I would choose to work with him in the states. I look forward to working with him again.

As a new widow, I was suddenly responsible for finances I had entrusted to my husband for 44 years. I have had the most wonderful experience working with Senior Sales Associate Steven ** and Noble Gold. Steven was beyond knowledgable with all of my questions about setting up my IRA and purchasing metals. He also has been so personable, patient and kind as I went through the process. My pension holders took much longer than they promised me to release my payout funds into the IRA but Steven was monitoring it with me and helping me every step of the way.
