It was a easy application. Most situations give you a song and a dance. My only problem when you apply for a loan your credit score goes down and it impossible for you to qualify and that’s not fair so you a subject to fail that cause you to file bankruptcy and creditors made a fortune on high interest rates of this debt consolidation program. I am not happy at all....Very very unsatisfied. I was laid off work 3 weeks ago due to this pandemic....I just started working yesterday 8/7/2020 and won't receive my first paycheck for 2 weeks. I applied for this loan because I need food and personal things and because I didn't have any food, I then got turned down for the loan I applied for which I think is unfair.

Was not happy with the decision not to give me a loan. I have used payday loans for a few years & have always paid back on time. Now you turn me down because you see or don't see my history. I am on a fixed income & got a little behind. I can't get any help trying to keep caught up.

Simple process to file the request, easy to understand. The only downside I have is the lack of information about if I was approved or not. I did everything myself online so I don’t really have a review. Also it’s kind of annoying that you make people fill out the review. It should be a choice not mandatory, along with making them write 200 characters when they don’t have a review to give just to move to the next. And even though I’ve met that character requirement it still won’t let me move on to the next step.
