I recently completed work with David ** at National Gold Group to switch out my gold and silver coins for my Metal backed IRA. David was very informative and patient. He walked me through the process and explained everything to me to my satisfaction. I think this company has the customer's best interests at heart and works hard to get the customer's best value for their money.

I was interested in purchasing some gold and silver and came across National Gold Group. Agent, Matthew ** reached out to me. As a first time customer, I must admit I was apprehensive in the dynamics of making a purchase. Matthew was very patient, courteous and understanding with me. We actually spoke a few times (he also sent me literature to read over) before I was confident and assured in making my first purchase. Matthew kept in touch throughout the whole process until I had secured my Precious Metals. From buying to me receiving was a mere 8 days or so, which was faster than I expected.
