I'm writing a second review on this site to correct a rating I gave National Gold Group earlier this year. I had changed an original review from a 5 to 4 because of a perceived communication issue. That issue has been resolved and I would like to apologize to David for being to quick to react. David and Pam have been great to work with and deserve a 5 star.

I appreciate how thorough they were. The technician checked everything, explained the problem, and made sure the whole system was safe before leaving. Great company. I’m so glad I chose National Gold Group. They showed up promptly, fixed my rates spring fast, and didn’t try to upsell anything. Honest, reliable service every time.

National Gold Group was such a pleasure to work with! I was looking for someone to help me through the process of getting into Precious Metals after my Annuity matured. Walter and his team was so helpful and were the only ones who actually took the time to go over my options instead of just telling me what to buy, they also showed me what other companies charged online and it was more than fair. I can’t recommend their services enough and my only regret was not looking at it sooner since that Annuity didn’t make anything like I thought it would.

Walter was wonderful to work with. He patiently discussed my options and answered my questions. Just like most people, I was nervous about the process but Walter was consistent and supportive. I read that gold is a great hedge for part of your portfolio, but I knew absolutely nothing about purchasing it. After much research I reached out to National Gold Group, along with others, by email. He basically taught me all I needed to know about buying gold and silver and how to convert part of my 401K into a gold 401K. Mathew made the entire process effortless. I was interested in purchasing some gold and silver and came across National Gold Group. Agent, Matthew ** reached out to me. As a first time customer, I must admit I was apprehensive in the dynamics of making a purchase. Matthew was very patient, courteous and understanding with me. We actually spoke a few times (he also sent me literature to read over) before I was confident and assured in making my first purchase. Let me start by saying when I set out to find a way to protect the money I had been saving by investing in gold, I wanted to go through the most reliable company I could find. I found that NATIONAL GOLD GROUP was going to make sure that, I being new to all this would be protected in my investments. I dealt with Matt (Matthew **}. I call him Matt because he treats me as a friend and I him.
