Instant Tax Solutions helped us during a time of serious illness for myself and my spouse. My spouse passed away during the time period they were helping us. I had breast cancer, surgery and chemo. Each person was kind, patient and handled our tax problems with professionalism and a degree of kindness that I am so thankful to have experienced. Given all our problems both medically and financially, they dealt with us fairly and their fees were so very reasonable. We had quite a mess and the fee remained the same. Don't go anywhere else. I am so glad I found them. You will be impressed and you will be treated with kindness.

So my family and I did not file taxes for a number of years due to hardships and lack of money. We came across Instant Tax Solutions and gave them a call. Right from the start they were transparent and made sure that I was in the know when it came to what they can and cannot do. The broke it down for me as if I was in elementary school which is what I needed. They charged a flat fee and promised no hidden fees or anything. They offered payment arrangements and then went to work right away on our problem. Mind you we were in the 10s of thousands with fees and penalties including back pay. They helped us sold the problem and brought it to a manageable amount that we could afford.

I owed 85,000 to the IRS and while I was able to get a payment arrangement set up (1,085$ per month) my taxes were not decreased, I still received a lien and communication was spotty. While I’m grateful they were able to set up the payment arrangement, that’s about the only benefit I received for 2800$.

I worked with them for 6 months. They charged a large fee. They seldom answered my calls. They would not give me updates as to what they were doing. They said they did things that they didn't. They were rude and dropped me without telling me. I found out through the IRS. Don't trust this company.

On top of that, I owe the IRS $103,000 and all I have to pay them is 250 bucks. I paid Instant Tax Solutions $4,800 in full in the beginning, and it was worth every penny.

They were very upfront and even told me the cost. They said it was not a guarantee that the state would offer my compromise. But they worked with me with the money that I had to pay them. Instant Tax Solutions was the first one that I’d reached out to and I was immediately impressed with what they had to say. Their reps were excellent. Anytime I would need assistance or clarifications with any document, they were there. Mark, the one that I kept in most contact with, was really good and easy to get along with. Tax Solutions allowed me to make my payment to them instead of one lump sum. They sent me forms and contracts to sign. I sent them all my information and then just agreed upon the payment plan. I am impressed that they can work with the IRS and get things moving forward in the right directions. The cost of the service was very reasonable compared to the other companies that I called that wanted a lot more upfront. Having it took a lot of stress off of my plate. I would highly recommend them. I've already done it twice.

They told me they had a flat rate, and while it wasn't cheap for doing my taxes, they promised they could do everything. They could only do so much in any tax solution, but they were upfront, honest and they negotiated by half. And their communication was excellent. I spoke with the agents on and off all the time. They have people like Jacob who is reliable, knowledgeable, honest and customer-oriented. There was a constant pull of information back and forth. They were the ones suggesting things because they have the most information and dealings with IRS. So they would contact me and suggest to do something and they'd tell the probable outcome and they were right most of the time. They negotiated in my favor on several occasions and actually saved me a bunch of money.

I talked with two other companies, and they were all about the same price, but when I spoke to Instant’s people, they were the best. But the IRS is going to dictate what they want from me and they’re going to hit me on what they think I can pay.

The fee they charge is reasonable compare to what other companies I talked to about my situation and how much I was able to afford to lose with their help. Customer service is very important when choosing a company. You want to make sure they understand you and your situation. You do not want to go with a company that is rude and uncompassionate. That's something this company isn't. There's always a variety of different services this company and others like it offer people like me. I just pick the one I feel works for me and my family and go with it.

All options were good and I was very satisfied. The fees were even acceptable. Pleased very much. Customer support was awesome, helpful and professional. They did have a variety of services to choose from.
