I reached out to Instant Tax Solutions and they were good. When I called, I always got ahold of them. If I didn't, they called back within a couple of hours. I paid the monthly payment till I got them paid off. The only problem I had was they only did my federal tax when I thought they would do both state and federal. The state got on this and I called Instant Tax back. They said I didn't ask tehm to do state as well. I never had to ask anybody to do federal and state. They said, "We just do federal 'cause state is so different." They should have said that because I didn't know. This is the first time I've ever had to use a company like Instant Tax Solutions. Other than that, they were really nice people and I couldn't have asked for any better. When looking for a company to work on tax resolutions, make sure that you ask them if they do both taxes.

It was overpriced because they charged me a lot more than they charged my daughter who had a contract with them. But I had written all the paperwork up and they forwarded them to the IRS. It was accepted and I finished paying it off within the time frame. Their reps were honest and I appreciated their help that it got resolved quickly.

Rebekah ** was in charge of my case and provided amazing service. She was able to get my payments and penalties lowered by a significant amount. The communication with the entire staff was outstanding and the accounts department was very accommodating and allowed a payment plan that worked for me.

I had gotten myself in a jam with my taxes and decided to reach our for some help. I cannot remember exactly how I stumbled onto Instant Tax Solutions out of Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, but what I do know is, it was the best decision I have ever made. Right from the start they clearly explained the program to me, how it would work and what they would do and what my responsibilities would be to help get this resolved.

We had a Federal Tax Lien on a property we had for sale. We contacted Instant Tax Solutions (J.N.) and were assigned agents (C.H. and S.C.) who immediately began to take us through filing IRS Form 14135 to have the lien discharged from the property for sale and transferred to another property we owned. It took several months to fulfill the IRS requirements which necessitated formal appraisals and independent realtor evaluations on both properties as well as other relevant information. Our agents guided us smoothly through the entire process and handled the submission of all the relevant material to the regional IRS administrator to secure the Property Lien Discharge for us, enabling final closure of the sale of the property.

Before I called Instant Tax Solutions I was skeptical that any could help me get out of the mess I got my self into. The IRS wanted to take 80 percent of my take home pay to cover back taxes that were never filed. What a relief it was to have someone listen to my situation and then act on it immediately.
