Everything is online with ezTaxReturn. It's hard to get in contact with them. I tried to recently as I was confused with the tax return and I had a lot of questions. I got the runaround and it wasn't the right number on the website that was given. The representative should be able to access the account information to be able to answer questions and help.
We sincerely apologize about any confusion and that you feel you got the runaround. We can assure you that is not our intention. We only want to make your experience a successful one. The number we provide on the site is listed next to a note that states: For faster response, we encourage all users to submit a secure inquiry using our contact us link. We provide a Contact Us link on the top menu of our website. With that you can submit a secure inquiry with your contact information and someone from customer support will assist you. If you request a call back and give us your phone number in the inquiry then you will speak to someone in person. We spend considerable efforts to upskill our customer service every year. This year we expanded our support to 3am EST. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. It motivates us to strive to do even better.

I was gonna get to file my state taxes for free and then I ended up not doing that. The process with ezTaxReturn was so much easier and I decided to stick with them and go through with that even though it wasn't gonna be free. The reps explained everything thoroughly and walked me through step by step. I wish I would have found ezTaxReturn earlier. People should make the switch.
We are so glad you decided to stick with us. It's great to hear when customers make use of our support team and get the help they deserve. Please reach out in the future with any further questions that may arise or any additional feedback. We also wish you found us sooner BUT so grateful you found us! Welcome aboard!
