I was trying to buy a house. I saw the reviews for Crowned Credit and decided to try them out. They were nice and working with them made a really good impact. My score went up pretty quickly on top of that. In fact, it went up twice in two months during the first and second months. They also have a good price because I know people who charge way more. It was a good experience overall because now, I'm in the process of buying my house.

Crowned Credit was available when I reached out. They were friendly. They explained what they would help me with, as far as cleaning up my credit, and they actually did. So, I have no complaints with Crowned Credit. They did tell me that I could cancel at any time once my credit had reached a certain level. I wanna thank Crowned Credit because I was able to purchase my house after working with them. I did what they told me to do, and my credit did increase. So, it was a good experience.
When I first reached out to Crowned Credit, I talked to a gentleman. He told me what the process and the charge would be. He walked me through the entire process of giving them access to my credit so that they could monitor it. They had access to dispute some transactions for me that I was unable to dispute myself. I'm a busy corporate worker, so I didn't have the time to do it. But he walked me through what they would do. Every time they did a dispute, they would notify me of what they were disputing and see if I agreed with it. It was a very interactive experience. Everyone was nice and very informative on what the process would be.

I had given up on my credit. I had things showing up on my credit report that was from more than 10+ years ago and I felt like there was no way out sinking hole of credit and then a close friend recommended Crowned Credit. Crowned Credit has been the lifeboat. During my call with my credit advisor, they took the time to listen to my concerns and discuss plan to help me get credit back on track. They communicated, listen and guide you not only with your credit but provide education so you can continue to build your credit. I cannot say enough how fortunate I was to have found Crowned Credit. My father told me to check out Crowned Credit and it seemed legit. I gave them a call and they did everything that they said they were going to do. The customer support reps are always ready to help and answer all my questions. They’re very pro. It's my third month with them and my credit score has gone up. A lot of negative items I had on my credit that was already been taken care of a long time ago but it still was on there was removed. Crowned Credit was easy and accessible. It felt like talking to a bunch of friends and the rep was very friendly. I love that. Overall, it was great and people should go for it. The price was reasonable. A lot of credit companies are charging an arm and a leg. For what Crowned Credit charged me and what I received, it's amazing. It's more than a deal.

My dad recommended looking for agencies to help him fix his credit. Someone was using his Social Security under his name, and it just messed it up. We found Crowned Credit online, that was nearby where I was working at the time. Their enrollment process was pretty easy. I called in. The rep told me how much it would be and how long it would take.
However, it's been over a year now, and I don't know why it's taken so long, 'cause initially, we were given six months to a year, and it's been way past a year. But no one has told us anything. I tried putting in messages, what's the next move, what's going on, but I don't get clear messages back stating, "Oh, this is the timeline. This is how long it would take," or "This is where you're at.” So, that's where I'm a little confused. But everything else seems to have been pretty easy.

I needed to increase my credit, so I could be able to get better deals on things and not pay high interest rates. I saw Crowned Credit on social media and I read a lot of the reviews, and it seemed to be very positive. So, I decided to give them a chance. My experience has been great so far. My score was down to 400. It’s up to around 600 now. I was doing it mainly to purchase a car, and I was able to purchase a car last week. Their customer service is really good. Every month, they call you and go over everything that they have done so far. It's easy to communicate with them. Even if I have a question and they don't answer, they usually call me right back. I don't even have to leave a message. When they see my number, they'll call me back.

Honestly I was skeptical at first but Crowned Credit actually has been amazing. My credit was low 500 when I had got started 3 months ago and now all my credit reports are all above 630. I am satisfied with the results and how Crowned Credit keeps me updated every step of the way.

I signed up with Crowned Credit after seeing an ad on Instagram for them, and it's been a great experience. They were able to remove a lot of things that have been on my credit for a while. I paid someone $1,500 a few years ago to do the same thing Crowned Credit did, but that person didn't do half as much as they did. Since working with Crowned Credit, my credit went from 5 something to 752, which is pretty impressive. But my car ended up getting repoed so it affected the number. It's somewhere around 660 now. But they did an amazing job with everything else and I love them. I can't wait to work with them again. However, I don't know if they're still working with me as the communication is a little less than more. There could be more communication.
Additionally, I didn't like the smart credit app that we had to use to keep track of what was going on 'cause we had to pay $30 a month for that. They probably need to create their own platform that we can go to that's free. It could be a part of the payment that we give them initially, and if we want to further fix our credit after the fact, then we have that option to pay for that platform.

I'm about on my fifth month with Crowned Credit, and the things that they never removed off my credit are still on there. My credit score is still in the garbage. I told them when I hired them, I only had four collections and some closed accounts. They are still on that after five months, and I'm still paying. I told them that as of July, I will not gonna extend their service anymore. I'm not gonna pay them to keep going every month for nothing. So far, I'm disappointed in them.
Crowned Credit tried to run the thing by saying, “This how this goes. It goes like this every step.” But I told them, “If I had the time. I don't have the time. That’s why I hired you guys.” I'm on a call 24/7 for my job. I don't have the time to go through the legwork myself. I used ChatGPT and it showed me how to fill out the form. But Crowned Credit will fill out the form for me when I finally have the time to do all that. That was why I was hiring them. They promised my credit score would be up. I told them I was trying to buy a house. I have to move out of the place I'm living in and get an apartment. My credit score is not high enough. In the first 30 days, Crowned Credit said, “We'll get you up to where you need to be.” But that has not happened yet; my credit score is still 550. When I started with them, I was at 550 already.
I received good customer service, but they told me that I should see results after two months. But the only thing I saw was the old inquiries that they were gonna come off in April, according to the timeline. But I haven’t seen anything as far as the four collections and the three closed accounts. Then they told me that I could open up a credit card and build credit. Then somebody called me and said, “Well, you can pay your balance down on the collection.” So, I'm totally dissatisfied with their service. I could’ve just taken that money and paid it to the collection. I just threw it on the ground. I even sent an email telling them that I was not satisfied. Then somebody contacted me and said they were sorry and were working on it. But they're not working fast enough. I'm paying them every month to see results, and I don't see any.

I had two late car payments due to me having surgery and waiting on a state disability. I went with Crowned Credit, and it's been going good. It's a monthly program that I can cancel at any time but I'm still actively participating in the program. I just didn't like that when I explained that I was dealing with my mom that had a stroke and I hadn't received my direct deposit yet from the state disability, I received messages about cancellation every two, three hours, and they were automated. Somebody said they were going to disable the messages, but they were all day, every day. Other than that, I'm very happy and we're still working on some things. I am seeing results, and I hope to see even more results this month.

Crowned Credit is pretty good and they fixed my credit. I got a monthly subscription and I had to open an account with the app, SmartCredit, where I could see my credit. They raised my score and I haven't had any problems so far. They get 4 stars from me.

I'm still in the midst of working with Crowned Credit. I had three negative accounts when I started five months ago, and now I have one. One of the accounts that was negative was already paid off, and then there was something I paid off, but I did not go through the process of making sure they hadn't. So I didn't pay it off correctly. They got off another account, which was something that the creditor had pretty much written off. It was dismissed with prejudice, and so it wasn't anything that they were actively pursuing. So, that was a fairly easy one to get off.
The last one is for a Chase credit card and I haven't had any action on it for five months. They're not actively collecting, but it's reported as a collection account that they've written off. So, it's a little different from advertising, which is in 40 days, Crowned Credit can do x, y, and z. Some of that is pie in the sky, and that's where I'm at.
I talked to one of their representatives yesterday. I got an email that said they had sent out the last round of letters for this particular account. It also had my name reported differently. I don't have any middle initials. But it was being reported with different variations of my name. I had a lot of old addresses on my credit report. They were able to remove those old addresses. If Crowned Credit can get this last account off, it would be amazing. Overall, the customer service is receptive. If you call, somebody's going to answer and get back to you.

I was looking around on the internet and learned about Crowned Credit. I set up everything over the phone and it was easy working with the rep. The app is easy to use as well. I started noticing changes in my credit within about 30 days. I’ve got a couple of other places that look great but I don't know if everything was accredited through Crowned Credit. I’ve also been seeing results in a couple of other areas, although I can’t say everything is strictly tied to Crowned Credit alone.

I needed help with my credit. I was doing a lot of research and I came across Crowned Credit. I went on their website to sign up and so far, I've been a member for about a month. What they said they were going to do is working and I am seeing some results, but I need it to go a little faster. I'm trying to give them another month but to be safe, three months is the target window.

My husband signed up with Crowned Credit. It's going very well for him. But he did it without talking to me. It doesn't look good that I took out a loan and then tried to dispute it. I told my husband to stop mine. I'm not going to dispute with the people that I know I really righteously owe. There was no real consultation on my behalf.
Crowned Credit told me to get rid of Credit Karma and sign up for SmartCredit. I have to stop them because I don’t want to keep doing SmartCredit. I'm cool with Credit Karma. Because my husband did it, I didn't follow up a whole lot with Crowned Credit. They did two rounds, but once I saw how they were trying to do, I said, “I can't ask God to bless me if I'm not gonna do it the right way.” I don't want to do that. They're not bad people. Their service is good. They're doing their job.

I was scrolling through social media and found out about Crowned Credit. I saw a video with a guy talking and it sounded good. So, I made the call and spoke with Amen. He explained everything and I signed up. It was super easy and my credit has been going up ever since. I’d been in the process for three months now and what he told me is what they delivered. If I weren't where I'm at now, I would've said it’s a little pricey. But it's worth it. So, the price is not too bad. Plus, they work with you.
