Since going with Crowned Credit, I've noticed a significant change in things with my credit report. For a number of years, I've been trying to get past a certain point. But even paying things on time, there was a moment where I missed payments or had late payments during Covid, and it kept on holding me back to a certain area. I've been looking up how to do repair my credit and it's been something that I've wanted to do for a while. I've tried other services and nothing happened, so I didn't bother with them. I was a little nervous when I enrolled with Crowned Credit. I worked with a rep named Israel and he said they got a money back guarantee in case you don’t like the service. I decided that I would set up the payment and he told me other stuff to do. I gave him my info and we got it set up. I said that if 30 days come in and I don't see anything going on, I'm going to cancel the whole thing and get my money back.

They kept in touch with me when they sent off the first dispute and they updated me on what was going on. Then in a few days, I saw two things coming off. I realized that they did something. By day 30, my credit score went up. So, after that, I didn't even question it no more. I waited. But it was nerve-wracking because you don’t know who to trust. Once I saw my credit start going up on the first month, I was even getting a rental car. I met a lady in there and her credit wasn't good. She was trying to do the same thing as I was. So, I opened up the credit tracker and showed her where my credit went from and what was my current score. I turned into a salesman and told her to call Crowned Credit. I don't know if she did but I gave her their number.

I'm also starting to tell people about it. Last night, they had a Zoom call where they were starting to tell me about how my credit affects my application for a mortgage and I realized that I came to the right place. Crowned Credit has different programs, one of them starts at 299, the other is at 199 a month, then 99 a month. I wanted to go in as detailed and as long as it takes. So, it's been a great process. It's something that I would tell anybody that I meet if they have an issue. I told my mom about it and she wants to get some stuff off. So, I'm waiting for when I'm more settled with working and have some more savings, then I'll help her with the payment for hers. It's been a really good experience and it’s starting to give me a lot of peace of mind. The credit is going up, I'm paying the rent, and I've been able to save money. So, all you need is good credit and some money down, and you can start doing stuff.

Crowned Credit's program worked for me and I'd tell others not to even question it like I did. I reached out before, but I never went through with the process because I was nervous and I wasn’t making enough money to stick to the commitment. I'm paying 200 a month. Even with 100, I was worried that I was not going to have enough money to be able to stick to the payment and make it. But I spoke to my mom and I got on the authorized user because I'm over the road, so I needed to get a rental car. It would be easier if I had a credit card that I could use, then pay it back. So, I got my mom to put me on one of hers and that was how I got things set up. That's what I'm still using, but I pay it back every week or so.

They keep their foot on my neck and don't let me forget. They stay on top of thing, and send updates by text or email. If I reach out, they get right back to me. So, I haven't had a problem where it took three days for them to get back in contact with me. They get right back in a chat normally in the evening time, or I get a phone reply that following morning. So, the monitoring that they do helps me stay focused and on track of what it is that I need to be doing, because I can get lost up in the sauce. I stay on point with the two and three days ahead of time with the utilization of the credit. I learned from them about the 30% ratio, but I try to keep it under 10% credit. So, if I have a $300 credit, I'll just use $20 of that $300 credit. I have my payments up on autopay and it's very affordable. If you're in the same boat as I was, go with them. They're going to help you out.

I noticed that about 10 days, I started getting letters from different creditors that they had removed my name off of a list. So, it was already being worked. I took those letters and uploaded them to the app that I was given. I also sent that in to the account rep, and then I heard something back from them, saying, “Hey, thanks for the update on what you've been sent.” My credit score didn't change right away because I had to wait for a full month for that to cycle through. You'll notice the difference on your credit within 30 days.

They have a fully operable website. Usually, you get to websites where they just send you to another page and then the company would tell you, “Hey, open up the app, download this.” But Crowned Credit's website is completely resourceful. I also get constant updates from Crowned Credit, whether it's text message, email, or an actual phone call. But the thing that I like the most is that I'm never talked down to. I'm always spoken to in a language that's easy for me to understand. No one ever tried to use words that were too big or confuse me. It's been a class act.

It seems I'm paying a lot of money and I'm already going into my fourth round but has only gotten 30 points improvement, which isn't that much. I would have like to have gotten way more than that. I'm hoping for more improvements before I decide to cancel on the whole thing and just pull back from it. Also, a rep told me to leave a good review, forcing me to put that on there for them versus letting me do it on my own.

The customer support reps call and let me know where I'm at in the process, which is a good thing, so I can always call in there. They're available to help you. My credit has improved, so I'm able to get the things I need without the pressure of being declined because of items that shouldn't have been on my credit report to begin with. People considering Crowned Credit should give it a try, especially if they don't have the time to contact all three credit bureaus themselves. It worked for me, and the monthly price is fair.
