I used other credit repair companies and spent a lot of money, and they didn’t do anything. Then, I saw the reviews for Crowned Credit and I checked Google, and they had good reviews and seemed like a lot of people had success. I decided to use them and saw results fast. I could see things being deleted from my credit report, unlike with other companies I had used before that didn't get anything deleted. Through them, I was able to purchase a home three months ago. They're one of the few companies that actually fix people's credit instead of just taking their money and hardly doing anything. They have other tiers in the program, but I'm on the lower tier where it's month-to-month.

I had been seeing Crowned Credit on Instagram for a while, and when someone I was married to for 20 years and divorced from less than a year died suddenly, it forced me to pull it together because life is short. I needed to get my credit together because it was all messed up. I'm well-versed in cleaning my own credit, but I have so much going on, and it takes time to sit down and get those letters. An outside source would be better to give a 30,000-foot view of what was really happening. And there are some things I may not know, so I needed someone else to take it on and do it.

When I went to Crowned Credit's website, it seemed a pretty good option. I was trying to decide between three options, and they became my go-to one. My experience has been positive even at the start of it. It was a good process getting the information together then talking to another individual about what was going to happen. They were very detailed and provided really good information breakdown. They explained the details and also getting logged into the app and utilizing it. It's very user friendly. Even now, there's still communication going on about what's happening, where they're at and what they're doing.

My goal is to start growing my trucking business and I have to go over the road. I didn't have a guide with anything I'm doing, so I had to learn by mistake. Now, I've learned enough and I'm getting more knowledge. I'm at a point where I need to start working on my credit because I need to move from where I live and get into a better apartment. I also need to be able to finance a truck and I need to have better credit in order to get a lower insurance. So, when I come back home, my car insurance ain't almost $500 a month for one car.

Crowned Credit popped upon Facebook and I gave them a chance. Someone called me back and I received excellent customer service. They were very knowledgeable, too. They said that the program normally would take six months max to see any change, but I've seen a major impact within the first 60 days. I signed up in February and by March, I was at a low 416. By the next month and before the first report, I've seen a change. By that first month, on a 30-day mark, I was in the mid-five. On the second month, they worked on the second process and my score got up into the 6s. On the third month, I was at the highest I've been, which was 702. It dropped down a little because of they were doing what they do, but it maintained, and they're steadily working on the remaining items that are left on my report. They involve address changes and things of that nature, with the consistent monitoring with the dark web.

What a wonderful personality and informative conversation as to the business credits involved. Tamar made me feel very secure about choosing Crowned Credit. She was awesome! Tamar deserves nothing less than a raise and promotion. I think she could be a credible supervisor for internal affairs among the staff at Crowned Credit.

Crowned Credit is pretty good and should be trusted. My boyfriend told me about them and when I signed up, their reps were very helpful. They responded quickly when I had questions or any concerns. So far, my credit has been going up and hopefully, it continues to go up. Things are going great and I haven't had any issues with them yet.

Credit repair is a process, so the real verdict will come at the end. I'm still in the beginning stages, but the onboarding has been outstanding — exactly as promised. I'm going to come back and give a final review once I see how they actually help me with my credit.

The reps at Crowned Credit were pleasant. They had clear instructions as to how to begin and what the cost would be. It's a fair price and relatively quickly, I started seeing improvements. With that, I've been able to qualify for certain credit cards that I was previously denied for. The only thing was I had to get a SmartCredit profile, and I didn't expect that. But it's not that much more. It allows me to keep track of what they're doing, so I stay with it. I'm pleased with the progress and I have recommended a couple of people to them.

I like the integrity of the reps at Crowned Credit. It's amazing working with them. They've helped me clean up my credit. I've been with them for at least eight months now and within the first two months, I started seeing a difference. They have it set up to where you can communicate with them online. You can also monitor your credit. It's also a couple of things that they give you as far as the dark web. They have you set up where if anybody on the dark web is searching you or they find out your information is on the dark web, they send you notification and you get a chance to delete that. It's not removed right away, but it takes the process and it puts it into motion, then you get a feedback saying it has been removed.

I spoke with a couple of people that were on Google and Crowned Credit seemed they could help. I went with them but I had not been helped. My score is still the same. I would have wanted a higher score but at the end of the day, I'm still fighting. They're better than whoever I had, but I don't think they're the best. They charged me that lump sum fee to say that they can do it in 30, 60 days, but nothing has been done yet. For the first round they started on, they got a lot of things knocked off. But after that, it's been the same thing. They're sending me the same stuff back that they have already knocked off. I paid them for the check system. They were supposed to remove that and they did. Now, they're saying that I need early warning to remove two. I wouldn't recommend them. It's just about money, money, money.

I mainly reached out to Crowned Credit simply because I needed my credit fixed, because I had job loss and I was unable to pay a majority of my credit cards, and I'm paying my credit. Credit is everything. So, I wanted the opportunity to see if I can get something fixed. Plus, I had also some issues where there was addresses on my report which I never lived. So, for the most part, I just wanted a clean slate.

Crowned Credit said that they can bring my credit score up. They did some removals, but my score hasn't gone up. I'm still in the 500s after six months. But everybody's always polite. If I ask them to call me back, they call me back.

I wanted to improve my credit and heard about Crowned Credit on Facebook. They told me what it would cost to initiate the program and to start it, and it was simple. They explained to me that they would be able to help eliminate some stuff that were on my credit report. They seemed like they were really concerned and they explained to me what I could do to help increase my credit. However, I don't think they're as attentive as they were. I can't complain though. I'm the one trying to get the credit straight. My experience with the service has been up and down. They say they would do one thing, and sometimes it took a little longer than they would say. Still, I would give them 5 stars and tell people to give it a try. My credit score is going up a bit and their price is okay. It hasn't fluctuated, so I'm okay with that.

A short, true story, my credit score before Crowned Credit be like 416 or less. In a short term my credit go up and In Couple weeks I get approved for my first car and my personal credit line, my credit score now is over 700 thanks to this people. I initially saw Crowned Credit on social media. They were advertising what could possibly be done in 60 days. So, I gave it a try. I'm currently trying to see where I am. I'm supposed to talk with someone today pertaining to the work that has a lot of progress. But I've seen some improvement. It's been about two months and I've made two payments. I'm trying to get it to where I make another payment just to see where it is. I’ll know what I need to do once I've actually spoken with someone. But so far, they've been working with me. Any time I've called them or had any questions, they were available.

Crowned Credit was advertising through internet, then I reviewed the business things and read some reviews. That's where I got more information about that company and when I signed up, it was easy. The rep was very informative. He told me things and I was looking to get those things to fix my credit. It's just my third month with them right now and there have been lots of negative items that have been taken out, but they are still working on it. They promised me a lot of things, and I hope to see that done in a couple more months.

Crowned Credit's program is not bad. However, I've tried to purchase a vehicle, and also after being with them for about four months, and I have been unsuccessful. Initially, I was given a 45 days turnaround period to be where I need to be as far as my credit score. With the model scoring system, using VantageScore 3.0, my credit score has increased significantly. But with the model scoring, FICO Score 8 credit scoring system, my credit score have not moved at all. It has been poor still. I'm hoping that in the next few weeks, I will hear back some good information or my credit score will be good enough for me to purchase a home.

Crowned Credit is a company that looks over your credit and helps you delete items that should not be on there. And so far, my experience has been good. After I completed my Chapter 13 bankruptcy, there were still items on my credit report that shouldn't have been there. I didn't have time to research and dispute them myself, so I hired them to do it. They got everything removed that shouldn't have been on my credit report. I’m in my third month with them and the first results I’ve seen are about a month.

My score went up pretty quickly on top of that. In fact, it went up twice in two months during the first and second months. They also have a good price because I know people who charge way more. It was a good experience overall because now, I'm in the process of buying my house.

So, I have no complaints with Crowned Credit. They did tell me that I could cancel at any time once my credit had reached a certain level.
