The service is great. I had an issue once but Juan apologized and made it right. I don't like the credit check but I like the help and the smiling faces and service. I am trying to avoid the credit check from hitting so I am unfortunately paying off next time.

Girls in the Windsor store are always helpful and convenient, quick and easy cashing my payroll and they are excellent customer service! Friendly environment never have had an issue, always there to help me when I need their services! Will recommend.

I'm very happy with my loan experience at Mason City Check Into Cash, I have been a customer for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. The girls there are so nice and helpful and always have smiles on their faces.

All employees in Tulare are very kind and helpful whenever I go in there. I am always greeted when I enter the center and I never have to wait long in a line. If I have to cash a check it takes longer than paying my loan and taking out money again. When it is really hot they offer me money.

Ivan in Pinedale always gives the best customer service and always remembers my name when I go in. They always have water available in the hot months and offer it. I have never felt uncomfortable when doing business there. I sometimes have to send Western Union to my family and is helpful to know they are there for.

This location has excellent customer service. When I first came in April was very helpful. I was late on two payments because of a really bad car accident I was in and April was not able to reach me but when I finally came in to make my payment she was understanding and explained to me that next time someone else can come in and pay for me. One of my co-workers said that Check Into Cash was easygoing and simple, just give out some information. It was my first time and I tried a payday loan. It worked out well and I went through them all twice. The process was easy. I downloaded the app and it was easier than going through the internet. Once you go through your app one time, you can go back on and put your password in then it goes right through your account which is cool. I filled out the application on my phone and they wanted to know my pay rate, how much I was getting paid including my overall pay. I submitted it and the cash was in my account the next two days. Then I had set it up that they can take the money back every time I get paid. They always sent me an email or text me to let me know that I can always refinance. They also gave me a chance to pay a percentage off if I don’t have the money on payday.
