I walked into Check Into Cash in Covina CA and there was a customer ahead of me. The representative Victoria was helping the customer then they got into conversations that had nothing to do with the service at Check Into Cash. I still waited patiently as they went on with their conversations but what I couldn't understand was that fact that representative Victoria could not do 2 things at once talking again about their private life that wasn't interesting at all. Held me up as I went into the store to wire money to my dying aunt. The only issue I have at the Grass Valley office, is that I haven't quite figured out when they are closed for lunch. There have been several times (once when I wanted to borrow money, and two or three times when I came into town to make a payment) when the office is closed in the middle of the day. This can be a really inconvenient problem. Especially, if I'm on my lunch hour, or it's the day my payment is due and the sign on the door says "back at one" and that is the same time I gotta be back at work. Obviously, the problem could be solved by having two employees, but I know that costs money. One thing I really like, is always feel respected and the loan officers are kind and empathetic to my situation. It's hard to have to go and borrow money, and they make it a pleasant experience.

Very awesome customer from Lina. Very friendly and polite! That's why I prefer coming over here. There's Check Into Cash close to me but I prefer coming over here because of the friendly service that I get. We followed her from the Santa Ana location and we love it here.

I found Check Into Cash randomly and thought I’d give it a shot. I got a personal loan with a regular interest rate. However, the experience was terrible. I wanted to make a payment arrangement and I told them that I get paid on the first of every month. They wanted it in the middle of the month when I didn’t have money. They gave me a lot of attitude and everybody was mean. I got cussed out by two of the employees there and they talked a bunch of smack. I had to pay the loan in full then I never heard from them again.
