Always kind to me on the phone. They are patient with me. I never really have any problems with the customer service. No one likes to take a loan out. But when one does. Your team is always kind in the person's current situation.

I receive awesome service every month when I get a loan. I would rather pay the loan fees instead of bank fees when I need extra cash before payday. The emails I receive are always discreet and I'm not bothered by annoying phone calls. I am very happy.

We do business with them online. It's easy. Never had a problem and the rates are reasonable. Yes we would recommend to friends for short term loans and the deposits are the next day unless on the weekend then it is on Monday. Thanks Check Into Cash.

Upon first walking through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm and friendly welcoming into Check Into Cash. Not one of those forced script-readings where you can tell the person there has absolutely no sincerity, as if they are constantly questioning whether or not they need to keep their job. It is cool but they need to understand that with life, things happen where last minute extensions are necessary and not penalized its customers for it. Have used Check Into Cash randomly for over 2 years only for payday loans. This last time that I applied for a payday loan CIC placed a credit check on my credit report that's there to stay for approximately 2 years which caused my credit score to go down. They had never done this in the past, and I've always paid my payday loans back on time. Will never use them again.

Most of the money goes to your lenders, These loans are desperation loans. They are helpful and quick, but very dangerous, a financial downer. As you start to read this, you will think that I am going to give a bad review. A few days ago that would have been true. I had a loan that was coming due on Monday, July 31. On Friday the 28th I tried to call to set up a different arrangement because one of my clients had failed to pay me. Not your fault or problem, I understand.
