If I could put 10 stars instead of five I would! The employees are always friendly and courteous. The service is always fast and they answer any questions I may have. I have been coming here for a while and I stay because I truly enjoy the awesome atmosphere.

Went in for a title loan and was helped by a girl named Noelle. Turns out that I was her first title loan, it was a little time consuming but she was friendly and it went well. Now I come in to make my payments and both ladies that work there are very sweet.

Customer service is great but not enough tellers to help. Short staffed every time I come here but the staff you do have are warm and friendly and patient even with overbearing, inconsiderate customers. Loan process is quick and easy and I am satisfied.

I was late on two payments because of a really bad car accident I was in and April was not able to reach me but when I finally came in to make my payment she was understanding and explained to me that next time someone else can come in and pay for me. My husband and I love the service that we receive, the service we get every time we go into the store! The girls are always so pleasant and sweet to us and always help us out. I really appreciate everything they do for us and how they treat us each time we both come in! GREAT SERVICE.

Dubuque store! Excellent store. Great ladies to work with. Always very friendly! Only complaint is when they have a system update and you need certain paperwork from us there is no way for them to let us know until we get there 25 minutes drive to find out I can't write out a check for cash because the system has updated or changed so I have to go back another time. It's not Donna or her girls' fault I totally understand! Or if their money for the week is depleted you have to get it on a card!

Whenever I come into the Manteca location, all the ladies that work there are extremely friendly, professional and on top of their game. As needing a loan for the first time I was definitely nervous walking in here. I had a lot of questions and wasn't sure what to expect. As I walked in I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. A gentleman approached me and asked what brought me in. He was able to answer all my questions and wasted no time getting started on the process of the loan. He was extremely helpful and made the entire process as simple and quick as can be. The customer service here is outstanding.

So I needed to pick up money through Western Union for the first time in my life. Of course, I didn't know where to begin or what the hell I needed, but I went in and Lizette ** who happened to be working at the time helped me out and helped me fill out the form to pick up money. She exhibited exceptional customer service.
