Caribou was very clear on what I needed to do on my end, and it was easy to submit any documentation that I needed. I had no worries, and so far, everything's fine.

I've been meaning to refinance my car, and Caribou had the highest odds. I went with them and there were no hiccups during signup process. It was straightforward. If a friend is also trying to save a bit of money and trying to refinance, then I would definitely recommend Caribou.

Everything was pretty simple and the rep I worked with was a pretty decent guy. With the new rate and terms, I saved quite a bit of money, although I was hoping the interest rate would be a little bit better.

They got back to me quickly and they’ve been helpful. They told me what I needed to get it and then they got me the best possible rate. I'd tell others to go with Caribou.

When I spoke with the rep, it was very simple. Also, I was happy with the payment.

David, the rep, was awesome. He connected with me on a personal level and I liked that. The signup process with Caribou was easy and didn't take very long. There were a couple of little snags because of personal reasons on the agent’s end as well as mine. But other than that, it was great.

The experience has been good with Caribou but when they send paperwork, it needs to be very clear on the instructions. They were not clear so I had to send three FedEx packages with different paperwork. The instruction says sign your name the same as your driver's license. I signed it the same way that I signed my driver's license. My wife and I did the same thing. It should say sign your first, middle, and last name. Nobody signs their middle name in their signature. But they said there's gotta be whatever middle name on there. I kinda knew you're not supposed to white out on documents like that, but I did and signed it. Caribou couldn't take it so the third time, we had to print it out, sign it and had it overnighted through FedEx. Other than that, the experience has been fine. I already got the approval and the process is in the very last stages.

The interest rates and pre-approval that I was offered were really good and the application was reasonable and straightforward. The person who helped me, Bruno, was very nice and super helpful. He explained things really thoroughly to me so I fully understood the next steps, what was required of me, and why it was required. Also, he was very available so anytime that I reached out through an email or a phone call with a question, he answered super fast. The process was very quick and simple.

The first part, which was the sign-up process, was great and for the most part, the experience with Caribou was good. But my loan officer went on vacation and never communicated with me. So, there was a period of time that I was chasing him down. I never heard from him again, except one time. I had to contact customer service and have somebody else contact me, and I'm still waiting for my loan to fund. My new loan is supposed to be due on the 22nd of July and my old loan is due on the 18th of July, and it hasn't been paid off yet. So, I'm a little frustrated with that. I thought the process with Caribou was gonna be a lot quicker than what it ended up being.

I had a good experience with Caribou and everything worked out well. I have forgotten what I'll do to get the refund for the gas waiver with CarMax and I needed to ask them again, and everybody was very helpful.

The signup was super quick. We had it all done within two days. It was a great experience with Caribou and I would use them again.

The enrollment was excellent. It was very professional, short, and streamlined. Cameron was the rep I worked with and he was very kind, helpful, and responsive. Working with Caribou helped me with my finances and I'm saving money now.

The online portion of signing up with Caribou was very helpful because I was able to see what the estimated interest rate would be and how many months. Everybody was very responsive and they answered any questions I had about anything. So, it was great. It only took a couple of weeks for the entire process. If a friend was looking to refinance, I would definitely recommend Caribou.

The customer service and the communication were both good. Overall, it was an excellent experience with Caribou. It was fast and easy, and everything was in a speedy manner.

Signing up with Caribou was easy and straightforward, and they were not too hard to work with. The process took about two and a half weeks just to make sure a lot of the paperwork was in. The rate and terms were nice compared to a lot of the competitors out there. Caribou is fast, efficient and will get you the best deals. We still have to work with paper though and it's not completely digital. I had to turn in some information through FedEx.

They were persistent and they did pretty well. The sign-up process wasn't hard at all.

I pretty much did everything online and then got to a point where Caribou called out, “Well, here's the step…” It was pretty seamless and I did it all within a couple of hours. They also sent me some stuff that I had to get notarized, and I got it so that everything's finalized and should be good to go. It was exactly what was explained to me. However, this was way too easy and I wondered, “All right, so what's the catch here?” It was just done and I thought, “Okay, so I guess it's legit.” Great service.

I’m very pleased with what Caribou did. They lowered my interest rate. The guy who contacted me has been in the business for so long. I've got some credit issues because I don't have enough revolving credit and he found me a credit union that would lower my interest rate. I was very happy with his knowledge and his experience. He was very professional and we got things done quickly. I was very pleased with how things turned out.

The two gentlemen I spoke with when I called Caribou both helped me very quickly. They got me a lower interest rate, saved me money per month. The process took four days since it was over a weekend, which was incredibly fast. Everything was good other than signing a power of attorney and mailing that back, which is typical with car dealers. Everything was very streamlined and the service was excellent.

There was a big lull in between the process of my refi application with Caribou. I didn’t hear from anybody and didn't know what was going on. Other than that, everything went great. I texted and they said they were still working on it. After that, we got things worked out. Communication was good whenever we talked. The process took a couple of weeks. They gave me a price for everything then the PenFed said it wouldn’t do Gap. We finally got that all straightened out. The rate I got was better than it was and I save $120.

The application process was extremely easy. A representative called to tell me exactly how to do everything, and was very, very prompt and courteous. I’ve never done a transaction that was that easy, quick, and straight to the point.

When I reached out to Caribou, I had a personal rep named Zed who called me every day and asked me how my day was. He actually cared. When I told him , "I don't really want to go to FedEx and do all this stuff to get this done," he said, "Dude, I get it. I wouldn't want to either. But I'd highly recommend it." His positivity was the sole reason I wanted to work with them because it felt like a company and not just like a giant conglomerate.

The experience with Caribou was quite difficult. I had to do the sign-up process twice and we had to do some calling back. The process dealing with them was aggravating but everything finally got worked out.

Everything went smoothly with Caribou. Brad, the rep I worked with, was very informative and made everything work as needed to go. People should try Caribou. It was easy so it’d be the way to go.

The startup process was a smooth transition and Caribou was easy to work with and had good rates. The experience was great. Everything was done over the phone and through text message to get it set up. It was very convenient for me. The representative who helped me was very helpful, nice and positive. I was able to get everything done. So, I would recommend Caribou.

Everything went through fast with Caribou and they helped with everything. So, I don't have any complaints. The rep was helpful. He would ask for something I wasn’t sure and I would text him. He would get back to me right away and end up clarifying my question and answering it. I got a lower interest from Caribou. It was seven before and they lowered it to four. Then, I was paying $100 less.

I mailed back the power of attorney thing and I don’t think they got it. But that was the only thing I don’t understand. Everything else was smooth. There was also no delay on their part.

They have the lowest interest rate possible. The process was also super simple and transparent. Incredibly easy to work with, as well. They were in touch every step of the way. They told me exactly where I need to be on the payoff and things to maximize the refi. Everything went smoothly.

I'm not good with apps and texting. I'm old. At times, they didn't have the things they needed and I was like, "Is this gonna work?" There was no reassurance. It was just a shot in the dark text message. I'm also not very good with paperwork. I had to go get printer ink and get the printer going, to print the stuff that they wanted. But then, eventually, it worked out. It was a success. If I can get through it, anybody can get through it.

Overall, working with them was a good experience. But, I had to go out of my way during my work day to send all this stuff off. If there was a way to streamline the collection process of getting information from customers or a list of stuff that was already sent to me that I needed and I could just, boom, it would be better. It was back and forth to get that information. Other than that, the interest rates were amazing. I didn't know I was gonna save $160 a month. That's pretty incredible. Also, my customer service rep, Omar, was really good.

I gave Caribou the information about my vehicle, then they looked it up and said, “All right. Yeah. Cool. We can help you out.” It was fairly easy, and a lot of the work was done for me. Everything was self-explanatory, and the guy who helped me was very helpful with it. We ended up communicating back and forth for a week just ‘cause I had to get paperwork and get everything signed. I liked how everything was through text messaging. It was very flexible on one's availability, and texting is a lot easier than calling a lot of times. My overall experience was pretty good.

I was trying to refinance and Caribou came up so I called them. They had an easy process and they were helpful. I had to do a bunch of stuff that other people asked. I had just one guy and that helped a lot as I didn't have to explain myself every time. Refinance with Caribou.

My experience in the beginning was horrible. The person I was first with said she sent me a link but I never received it. So we were having a hard time. And she said, “Oh, once I send it, I can’t resend it to you.” That doesn't make any sense. I was like, “So how am I supposed to know what I got for my rate?" She said she could send me a screenshot. I said, “No, I do not feel comfortable you sending me a screenshot. How do I know if it's true or not? I was not satisfied with a screenshot. It just didn’t sound or look professional.

The rep was good and I had a good experience. He only asked me for a few things and did the rest. The process was easy and pleasant. Working with them made things easier on my payments. I'm paying $40 less a month and one month less on payment.

The process was pretty good but I had to go through a couple of people. Their rep Alex and I got everything going pretty well. But they ghosted me for a week and I didn't know what was going on. I ended up with their rep Tyler and he finished the process with me. Other than that, things went all right.

The rep was cool. He was able to communicate through text message and it worked for me ‘cause I was at work all the time. We were waiting on Caribou half the time but my interest rate ended up at 2.24 for a 3.9.

I had his personal phone number and if he was busy with another client, he called me right back and answered all my questions. I got a better rate and better terms. It saved me about $100 a month, which I appreciate.

I ended up choosing Caribou because they had a better rate and price for what I was looking for. I refinanced right in the middle of a move. So, getting all the right documents ended up being a little difficult. But that might just be my personal experience. It was good. Kelly, the rep, was very helpful. I would just message him either via text or email, and he would get back to me either same day or usually within 24 hours, unless it was a weekend. He got most of my stuff done very quickly. I was able to skip this month’s car payment because of it. Also, I'm paying less now for my car loan, which is very nice. That's exactly what I was looking for.

I’ve been accepted, and it’s happening. There’s a lot of paperwork. But it was fast. It felt fake. I didn't know if it was real until my insurance called me. And they said, “Hey, these people are trying to get some information.” I said, “Yeah, that's me. Is that weird? ‘Cause now I feel weird.” I felt fine until that. They looked the company up, and confirmed it was legitimate. And the whole process was smooth.

Arthur was extremely helpful. We had some hiccups on the way, mostly on our part. He just wanted to make sure that all the information was correct. He walked me through all that. And everything was well. The interest rate was 11.5 or somewhere in that area, and it’s now 4.7. It is a night and day difference. Check Caribou out.

The lady that I got was very easy to work with. So far, so good. Caribou is worth going with.

The process was simple for somebody who's never refinanced before. Caribou took care of me. The rep did a good job of explaining and answering a lot of the questions that I had. I was impressed with the fact that the guy gave me his personal number. I had a question on a Sunday afternoon and I texted him to make sure that he would see it on Monday before I forgot. He told me he was at his desk and to call him right away. He's got the question handled before I even could think twice about it. I liked that. My rate is a whole lot better too from 23% down to about 6% and almost 500 a month down to about 280.

My experience with Caribou was very good. My rep was extraordinary. He gave me his personal number to text him. He was very responsive and knew every answer. He took the time to answer all my questions and present me with information that he know I needed.

We had a little obstacle here and there, but we got by. I called them with my issue first thing in the morning, and they got back to me within an hour. It was resolved fairly quickly within the day. Caribou did what they said they were gonna do. My rate was 15% and now, it's 3.75%. I'd recommend Caribou.

The communication was good. At first, I thought it was gonna be a scam 'cause the way the process happens is a little odd. But they were assuring in letting me know that everything is legit. They did really well. Caribou was simple to use and helped me save money. It was quick and I'm happy.

I would recommend Caribou to a friend. The customer service was great. We went back and forth through emails for five days and the process was fast. I like my new rate. It's way better than what I had.

Caribou offered the best rates and my experience with them was outstanding. They were very professional and to the point, no extra fluff. I've been working with a guy named Rick and I've never dealt with anybody that got back to me that fast on the questions. There's no way I would tell anybody do anything different. Don't go to somebody. Get your credit online. It's so much faster and you don't have to listen to car salesmen.

It was a good experience Caribou. Everybody was very helpful. They walked me through everything necessary to get the refinancing done. My loan officer’s name was Richard and he stayed on top of things. My rate was around 8% and what I got is significantly low at around 4%.

Caribou gave me the best rate out of everybody. The rep I worked with was a super cool guy and he did a good job with disclosures. He made sure that it was very transparent and made the process really easy. Caribou has extended warranty, too, that kind of gave me up to 150K, which is a little bit more than I need. It's a big amount that adds on to the loan but I'm not really mad about that. If anything, when l trade in my car, I can get that refunded later. Caribou did a good job and everything was phenomenal.

The guy who helped me was in constant contact with me about everything. He told me how to do everything exactly. He helped me out a lot. I finished in a day or two. I got a lower rate but for a longer term length, and it ended up adding $4,000 to the total, which was over the term period. But if I paid the same now or as before, it would still be the same amount as it was before I got a refinance. I just needed a lower payment for right now. If you wanna refinance your car, go through Caribou because it was easy for me.

I talked to the reps at the beginning of the process, emailed in my documents and the funding went through very quickly. They transferred the title over and everything went without a hitch. I got a 1.99% rate for a used vehicle so I cannot argue with that. They offered a longer-term for a lower payment, but I chose the shorter term for a slightly higher payment. That's the main benefit. I still have four to five years to pay on my vehicle and I was at 6%. So getting down to 2% was the main thing. I recommend Caribou.

Everything went great with them. The guy assigned to my case was really attentive. He returned my calls if I have any questions. He made the application process really easy. Everything went so fast. Now, I have a $200-less-a-month car payment.

Another company offered me the same thing as Caribou. Caribou's rate is 2 points higher and the process was a lot faster. My rep Cole was good. If I sent an email, he'd text or email me right away. He was good about explaining the process and how fast they could get the whole situation done.

Caribou is a good place to go through. They saved me money. My rate was somewhere around 8% and now, it’s somewhere around 3.5%. The guy I dealt with was easy to deal with. If there was any information I needed, they had it. The process was streamlined, fast and simple.

My experience was very simple compared with other lenders that I was trying to refinance with. Just being so simple made me choose Caribou. I reached out to a representative and during our calls, he explained everything very thoroughly. That helped me understand the process. Caribou was very suspicious at the beginning. Then, it got a little complex afterwards. I felt that I wasn't told every single thing. I was tired of getting the power of attorney notarized. The rate was very good but a little misleading because I was told one number but once they added in all of the transaction fees, it was slightly higher. But everything else was good. I liked the rates with Caribou in comparison to the other ones that were listed. So far, the process has been easy. The rep was very professional. He helped me through the process and answered any questions that I had. The only thing is I have a couple of questions, but I'm not sure who I contact about my questions. I had a payment that was scheduled for the 5th. The sign-off letter included that payment. However, they haven't paid it off yet, so I made that payment. I want to see what the adjustment would be.

Any time I needed to reach out to him, he had a really fast turnaround time to get back to me. Working with them brought down my payments by about $80 a month. I would recommend it.

I didn't want my credit report being pulled by multiple people if I went to individual banks myself. I went with Caribou and everything seemed smooth. The experience was very cut and dried. It was mostly emails with a couple of phone calls.

We spoke with Matt and he was more personable than the other people. He gave us a good deal. He answered questions that I had and was straightforward, which I like. He didn't give me a runaround. Once we got all the information to him, we heard back from him within 48 hours. When he brought us a term agreement, we asked him if it could be extended. He told me that he could get right back with me and talk with the lender. He got back to me within 24 hours and we were able to extend it to how we wanted to. We wanted a longer term because we wanted our payment lower and it was great that he could do that for us. Overall, it was a great process. Caribou relieved some stress on our part as far as our finances go.

The initial representative was friendly and persistent. I wasn't originally going to go with Caribou because the interest rate that I had seen online wasn't low enough to warrant the transition from lenders. It was 4.5%. I thought of paying it off early and be done but somebody texted me that they could put some offers on the table. The rate ended about 2% lower than my original loan and the representative was super friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. There could have been fewer phone calls during the rate shot process, but it's kind of a Catch-22 because if they hadn't been as persistent, I wouldn't have responded.

I went through Caribou's process and everything was smooth and fast. So, I really liked the experience. The fact that I was able to do everything online made it better for me. I had to have the customer service help me out once in a while on certain documents and they were really helpful. They were also helpful in managing my time frame. Everything is straightforward.

My experience with Caribou was mostly positive. They initially had very good contact responses but once I got towards the end of filling out some paperwork, I ended up having to fill out some more papers multiple times because the contact wasn't as often. I didn't know what the next step was. But when they were talking to me, it was very good and helpful. It was easy to talk to the rep.

I liked the complete information with Caribou. I could send information online and I could text back. The person that I was dealing with was communicating constantly with me, making sure I understood, and giving me a clear understanding on the things that I didn't understand. But I would have more information on there that I could have looked at myself rather than having to reach back out to them to get more information. I needed the base payments, the ID, some type of proof of residence, etc. and all of that would have been good to know that I needed to gather those items in advance. But it was an easy process. I got a decent rate and the one that I selected was good for me.

The reps were great. They made sure everything went well. It was easy.

I was given the wrong information by one of the people at Caribou about something that was very important and my opportunity to have that one thing done passed. I missed it and I'm totally out of luck. Now that I have gotten my car refinanced through this other company that they set me up with, they're telling me that that's not at all the case and that I was told the wrong information. My stuff could have been changed by Caribou whenever they were setting everything up. I'm very frustrated because it's financially gonna put me in a bad spot.

I was skeptical at first but the process with Caribou was so easy. The gentleman that helped me was helpful, open, and honest and he gave me good feedback. He gave me a rough estimate of what the payment would be and it was fairly well close to what the rough estimate was at first. Then, they gave me another estimate and it was pretty much what he said what it’s gonna be. I was very surprised. One thing, though, is their numbers and their email didn’t look like someone from Caribou. It was like a personal email and the number the gentleman called from seemed like a Virginia number. It would help if there's transparency and if they could make sure at all times that their customer is represented by a person from Caribou, making sure that they know that. Other than that, I enjoyed the process very much.

The application process was good but the communication throughout the whole thing was not the greatest. It was very frustrating. I had a text number from the person, and so sometimes they respond, sometimes they didn't. We had a really long hold-up time. We had a couple of weeks in that I didn't necessarily hear anything, and I almost kind of decided to go with somebody else. So, it was a little bit disappointing.

I'm glad to know that Caribou is a legitimate company and I didn't get sucked into some scam. Everything was done by eSign on the phone, and I gave them my driver's license, insurance paperwork, Social Security number, address, and my age. Danny, the rep, was a wonderful guy. He was very patient and polite. I just never heard of refinancing a vehicle. When they cold-called me, I was told that even though it's gonna wind up costing me more money in the end, I'm saving money per month in my pocket. I'm living paycheck to paycheck. It's a one-income household. I do have a good job and a good salary but it's still a struggle.

It's hard to get comparative quotes on your own, so it's wise to choose Caribou. I set it up online initially and received the follow up call that same night. The rep was fantastic the whole way through. He answered every question I had and made sure that everything went through smoothly. I couldn't have been happier with the way that it went. I liked the follow up. It's extremely important to have good follow up which is kind of hard to come by nowadays. I had a good experience with Caribou overall.

The rep was very helpful in every way possible. He helped me with stuff that I needed. He set me up nicely. And he was a very nice guy.

On the Caribou side, it has been good. The rate is better than what it was. So, I'm comfortable with it and glad that I followed through with it. My former loan company, last weekend, I was told by the representative through Caribou that a check was sent out. I was also told, "Don't make your payment for this month." Because I told them it's due on the 18th. And we talked about it on the 7th. I told them I'm concerned that I'll end up with fees or that it will be charged to my credit. And it was explained to me through Caribou that because the check was sent out for the payoff of the loan that even if they get it after the day that my payment is due for this month that they should backdate it to the date of the check, which made sense to me.

Caribou's interest rate was good. And they were easy to work with. Everything went smoothly. And the rep kept in contact with me through text messages, emails and phone calls. She was very knowledgeable and took great care for me to understand what we were doing and how we would get it done. It was very simple to upload all my documents. Caribou did great.

I was a little surprised because I agreed to 2.99% and now, it looks like it's 3.47%. So, it went up half a percent but I don't know on whose end. I read the paperwork from Caribou and apparently, I signed it. When I was going to sign their lender’s papers online, it was a very user-unfriendly website for signing the documents and it kept jumping around. So, I apparently missed that they put 3.47%. But everything went smoothly with Caribou and there were no hiccups. I got return calls and everything went the way it was supposed to.

I found Caribou through Credit Karma and within a couple of minutes, I got an estimate of what my new interest rate would be for my car loan. I knocked out the paperwork in an hour max and had an account executive interacting with me. He was very helpful. He had some email and texts interactions. He gave me some options for finding a notary, which I needed to complete one of the forms. It was great. I was very happy with the interest rate, which was half of what I was paying before in terms of interest. So, it was very good. It was a little clunky though trying to get a notary to sign off on the power of attorney. I don't know if we could e-sign those documents the way you would e-sign the other ones but apparently not. Trying to find a notary in my area was a pain in the neck because I'm semi-rural. But uploading documents and using the system was very easy and straightforward.

The process with Caribou went easy and straightforward. Just upload the documents on their app and I was hooked up to a financial analyst, John. I understood what I was doing from the start to the end. He was detailed in explaining everything to me. Saved me a lot of money, especially on my interest rate because I used to have a 13.6. They brought it down to about two-point-something APR. All in all, it was a great experience for me.

It was fantastic working with Caribou. After I filled out everything online, I had a guy that was dedicated to my account and he texted me. The interface was something very easy. He told me to text him pictures of things that he needed, whether it be my registration or my odometer readings. I sent him the wrong information at first and I immediately fixed that but I also didn't happen to have the registration. I had to go to the courthouse to get a new registration because I couldn't find it for whatever reason and it took me three days but he was very patient with me. Also, he answered all my questions. I got a much lower interest rate with Caribou and I knocked off six months off the term of my loan, which is good. So, everything has been a great experience. We are going to have my son-in-law submit for a refi as well later this week.

The refinance with Caribou went faster than I expected and the rep was wonderful. She constantly kept us in contact whether it was through text message or email. We're always so nervous when we change our financing but the person who was in charge with us was understanding. She would let us know what we missed on any of the paperwork and there wasn't a part where there was a time lapse because we forgot to do something. She wasn't trying to pitch me anything. She was very simple and relaxed, and there was no pressure. She simply said what they could do and what she had to offer, and told us to call her back if we had any questions.

The rep was very informative and easy to get in contact with if I had questions. The rep was also able to answer all my questions relatively quickly and was able to help me get the information I needed to be able to complete the process. I had a great experience. My rep made it a very simple process for me.

The gentleman who helped me was diligent all the way through the end. We had communication on and off via email and all the data that they needed, I just sent online. But one thing I wasn't aware of was that there was a processing fee that was substantial. Other than that, the interest for the life of the loan is still cheaper than what I currently had. So it worked out and my loan was funded within 24 hours.

It was hard to get a hold of the guy who was handling my refinance. But we finally got it done. So, at the end of the day, I was satisfied.

I had a good experience with them. The application process was straightforward. I got a hold of them when I needed to. Caribou is a good way to go. We got our lower rate.

Caribou gave me a better rate than the one that I had. The process was easy. It took three weeks overall.

My disappointment is a lack of full disclosure. Although, I should have read the fine print that it would cost me a fee to refi and that was almost $1,300. So, I went up on my loan to offset any savings that I would have made with a slightly lower interest rate. There just wasn't a highlight of the full disclosure of, "I know you're getting a better interest rate. However, you're paying a fee and that difference will wipe out the savings." So, I would not have proceeded if I had known that. But outside of that, I don't have any issues.

I confirmed with different types of banks to see how their interest rates were and Caribou gave me the best deal. Also, the refinance process was a breeze because everything was done either through email or texting.

The process with Caribou all went really smoothly. It was an easy experience. They worked with me. They were very open on three years versus four years. They were clear on everything they were offering. We set in one plan, and then I went back and said, "Oh, no, I want to change this plan." It was no big deal for them.

The signup experience with Caribou was easy. But sometimes, we had forms to fill out, and we would do that, and then we would get more forms to fill out. We didn't know what was going on there. It also seemed to get a long time to get things through. A lot of stuff they wanted either done through the mail or through mobile phone and sometimes that didn't go too well. Sometimes it was also hard to get ahold of them. We got messages to call them, and then I would call them, but then either they didn't give me a time to call or I didn't know when they were going to be there or not. But the rep I worked with was good and helpful.

My experience has been fine so far. The lending process was automated and it was easy. It took a couple of hours.

The reps I spoke with were responsive and fast. It was pretty quick for the process and they lowered my interest rate from 10 to 3.5. For a $37,000 loan, that's pretty good.

They did everything they were supposed to and everything went as planned. They got back to me in a timely manner and they never took over a day for a response. Also, they handled everything for me and they went through a credit union. That stood out for me because I was looking for a credit union versus a bank.

Caribou was first to get through. The most difficult part was having to run around and get power of attorney signatures. And then, I had to go to a UPS to get a power of attorney signature, then I had to go find a FedEx, because Caribou works with FedEx. For the three vehicles I did, it cost me $120. I got a $50 gift card in return to try to cut me back for the 120 on the power of attorneys. So, I was still out of pocket. That was the frustrating part. The guy I was working with said I would get three different gift cards. So far, I got one for $50. So I expected more back, the way he talked.

Everyone at Caribou was super helpful and everything went really well. Logan helped me out and he made sure that I had everything done and kept asking me if I needed help. I was confused about one form and he walked me through it.

The reps were very helpful people. I'm happy about the results.

It was one of the easiest processes I've ever had. It was very efficient, and quick. Our loan officer listened. He was very helpful and friendly. He made it where it wasn't like he was trying to convince me to do something. He was educating me and walking me through the steps. So he was efficient, nice, quick and detailed. The rates and terms were really good as well and said exactly what I was trying to accomplish. He described them to me in detail and made me feel very comfortable.

The process is absolutely clear. Using the application was really easy. They put me in contact with Ryan who is an amazing person. He led me really well. Caribou is a good company. I recommend 100%.

From start to finish, the customer service was perfect. Caribou's associate who was working with me, Janet, was awesome. She helped me to stay on track with what I had to do and what to send in. The only bit of feedback I have is it was a little confusing for me that whenever I'd have to receive a call from them, it was at a different number, which I know that that's what they have to do. The agent was sending me texts and I was getting them fine, but I was not getting her calls because my phone was listing it as a suspicious call from Caribou. Apart from that, everything was good. I'm referring someone to Caribou as well to get their car refinanced.

The rep, Shawn, called me within five minutes of me applying, and he got the process started quickly for me. It was a really smooth process. When I had to upload my document files, it was a little confusing at first glance, but after uploading them and talking to Shawn, I understood it. Shawn was also texting and calling me, and he was easy to contact. Lowering my monthly payment was my main goal, and seeing the comparison between the loan that I currently had and the one that Caribou was offering me, it was an astronomical difference that I didn't even realize was available to me. It's saving me money overall and I'm grateful.

You won't regret doing business with Caribou. They took the stress right off my shoulders, and it was a really quick, simple process. It took week and a half at most, and a main part of that easiness was that I had off that day. It was early in the morning and the rep said, “Well, the sooner, the better you can get these documents over to us, we can obviously get everything started and just moving forward for you.” I said, “All right. No problems.” I don't have a printer at my place so I had a friend print out the documents. It was easy. The other doc was signing it online, which was easy as well, then I just went ahead and ran to the store to mail the documents over. As I know sometimes it's just a waiting process as well. But the rep kept me updated as much as she could, and she was very helpful and answered all questions that I had. Overall, she was definitely great.

The process was easy, and my interest rate and payment got way lower. The rep, Tracy, was very helpful, and I was impressed with his customer service and knowledge. He either knew the answer or he figured it out.

My loan officer was awesome. But I had a question on my actual payoff for my old lender and I sent her an email about it and I haven't heard back. My current balance is almost $400 higher than what I financed from my other company. The payment increased because the terms changed. But it's not a negative. It was higher because the terms are lower now. As opposed to five years, I’ll now be paying it up in three years.

Caribou said they could take the rate on me down to 3%, and I was at 17%. That was the cheapest among others so I went with them. They were pretty straightforward.

I liked Caribou's rate as well as the timeframe. Also, I like being able to text what I needed or send a picture quickly from my phone. It made it really easy. Everything was clear. If I had a question, it was quickly answered.

Caribou were the ones with the slightly better deal. I had a lady representative named Nina, who was very informative and helpful. She got it all done. And she processed everything on time, sent me the documents, everything needed and guided me through the process. I thought it would be a lot more complicated but she made it very easy. And the rest of the people who called after that were also very professional. Everything has been great, upfront, and professional. I'm very happy with Caribou so far.

I sent Caribou the documents they needed and it was done in two or three days. I've dropped my rate 3% and pretty much knocked off four payments off the truck.

The Caribou representative led me to believe that payment would be taken care of, so I wouldn't necessarily have to make a payment for a particular billing cycle. When I called the financial institution, they said, “No. It doesn't work that way.” I had put a stop to my monthly payment, but then I have to go back and restart that, and the payment didn't clear for about 7 to 10 days after. So that, for me, was very misleading. I tried to call the representative back, but I never got a call back. I didn't have an issue making the payment but I was led to believe that, “Oh, we'll take care of it within a few days. Don't worry. You don't have to make your payment because everything should be handled on our end electronically.” Things didn't go as smoothly as possible, but other than that, I don't think they did a bad job.

Caribou's process was more than I expected. I refinanced the house not too long ago and it included just a few steps, a visit here, and we were done. But this one wasn't as easy as that and it was a refinance. The problem was with the communication between me and the person that was responsible for my refinancing. He didn't make a few things clear, so I wasn't expecting to look out for certain emails. It took a day or so for me to gain full understanding the way we were communicating via text. Then, I couldn't access the emails, so we went back and forth about that a few times.

Caribou made the process very easy and simple. It took about three weeks because of some things that were not their fault like when I input the routing number incorrectly, which delayed things. The gentleman that did my thing was very informative. He was very patient to answer questions. It was my first time refinancing, so I did have quite a lot of questions.

Caribou's application process was really easy but after everything went through and they paid off my loan through Capital One, I tried to create an account through the banks that they have my loan through and I couldn't. It kept telling me that my info wasn't correct. I'm still waiting on my paperwork. I'm hoping that I get it before my first payment is due because I don't know if I have to contact Caribou about it or if I have to contact the bank. Other than that, the whole thing was really easy. Mark, the guy that I worked with was super nice and was quick to answer my questions.

I came across Caribou online and then when I got talking to Tyler, he seemed like he knew what he was doing and he's great. So, I went with Caribou. I'm pretty happy with it. It saved me about 100 bucks a month.

After I applied through Go Caribou, it was not even a day that I heard back from them. I received an email and I was kind of unsure about it at first, but then they reached out to me with a phone call. The process was relatively easy. They did a really good job communicating with me what documents I needed. I just had a couple of problems with the State of Connecticut in regards to some of the paperwork but it was nothing on Caribou's end. The other advisors I was working with through text messages and calls were really responsive.

I called and started corresponding with this guy named Austin through text. I explained to him that I don't have a whole lot of time and this would be great if I could get this done. He assured me that it would be a really quick and easy process. But it wasn't a quick and easy process. It turned out once I started to do the refinance, the insurance company had the wrong VIN for me. I got that fixed and then we got through some of the paperwork and it turned out my license had expired. For some reason, I couldn't renew it online. I had to make an appointment and drive two towns over to go to the DMV to do that. Then, on the last step in the process, I had to leave the house again because there were documents that I had to go drop off at FedEx.

It took 10 days to get all the documents sent to Caribou and confirmed. The phone number they were texting me, I called that direct. And the gentleman on the phone was able to guide me through the one little glitch that we had. The final thing they needed was a mail, a confirmation on my address. And there were very specific items they wanted. I didn't have those available, but we worked it out. It was an easy and fairly quick process, and got me a lower interest rate.

My experience with Caribou is good. They gave me good rates.

I didn't usually use the online platform very much. So I kept neglecting doing that. Then a guy named Rick reached out to me, and we were able to do a lot of it over text. He helped prepare some stuff and then I was able to go in and do the final documentation. So it made the process very easy for me. I could send Rick a picture of the VIN number by text and then he loaded it all in for me, which fit my schedule better. Rick was good. The process was pretty seamless. Also, the rates were competitive.

Caribou still refinances vehicles that are over 50,000 when most companies don't, and there are good reviews that I saw on the internet and the website. I spoke with a girl named Kelly. She was great, very patient, very informative and walked me through step-by-step. Caribou chopped my interest rate almost in half. I went from 5.2 to 2.7. So, they did a great job and they helped me get some of my money back from Chase on the gap and the extended warranty. I'm extremely happy with what they did.

Also, I got repeated requests for the same information from the lady that I was working with. She closed the file out and I called back and talked to another gentleman. Terrence has been working with me the whole time and I really appreciate working with the same person throughout the entire process. He's been great. Caribou has been great in telling me what I need to do. When they sent me the title paperwork, it was for Georgia and not where I'm living now. But Terrence got that fixed and he did notice it. But I had already left my house and gone to UPS before he noticed it. So I had to go home and then go back. But that wasn't Terrence's fault.

I talked to a representative at Caribou and he walked me through the process. As soon as he sent it over, it was already approved. The next few days, filling out forms, sending them in, mailing in the DMV, it was all lined up and it all went through. The rates and terms are 100% better than what I was paying. Caribou got me with Pentagon and they are working out everything. They will let me know what I need to pay and when I need to do it. So, everything is working out good.

I was looking to lower my interest rate and Caribou's offer was reasonable. So, I accepted it. The young man I worked with was professional, very helpful and easy to talk to. He explained himself, answered my questions, and was on point. He reached out to me and answered my questions in both timely manners. My experience was great and straightforward. Caribou exceeded my expectation. I'm very happy.

I called one other place before Caribou that had a slightly lower rate but they didn't call me back at the time that I wanted them to. So, I got ahold of Caribou and my experience was great, so I stuck with them. It was the first time I refinanced a car, but it went smooth for me. Caribou had a good interest rate and the rep was great.

The application process was very straightforward and easy to do online. We got pre-approved right away and then we were in contact with an agent. Our agent was Brian and he's been excellent. He's been in immediate contact. We only had one hiccup when we submitted our application and it got to Caribou. But Brian contacted us and he said it was something on their end. He said there was a system error and he was waiting for them to resolve that to process our application. Overall, I would definitely recommend Caribou. It's an excellent program.

Burt called us and helped us through every bit of the process. We'd have questions and we'd call him and he would stay on the phone. We would call him and he would talk us through everything. If we had something to sign, he would send us the text, and if we couldn't understand it or messed it up, he would send us another one. He was really great about helping us. It all went really smooth and we're really thankful for all the extra help that Burt went through and helped us on. We're really satisfied. We're saving about $200.

Tony was very, very helpful and I'm glad they hooked me up with him. The application process was pretty standard, but it was pretty easy. They did everything off my phone. I took a few pictures of things like my registration, my driver's license, and my insurance, and they were able to look up the VIN number and figure out what the car was. They just had to wait and see if I got financed or if I was eligible for financing because of my credit, and I was. They claimed that they have everything finished and that they cut the check to send to the manufacturer to see if things are going to happen. So, I'm just waiting on the final disposition. But overall, I'm pretty happy with what Caribou has done. They've been very easy to work with.

My consultant, Nate, was fantastic. He was very easygoing and friendly. He made the process easy. He told me exactly what was gonna happen as far as the stuff coming to my house and signing it. It was already pre-signed because you have to DocuSign, which was cool. The toughest thing was going to the bank and getting the notarized papers for the power of attorney, and that wasn't a big deal. Everything went great. I like the lower interest rate and I'm saving about 85 bucks a month.

Caribou gave me the best rate and using them was pretty simple. The hardest part was getting the paperwork, which took a week, and doing the signature from the notary. But getting approved took about less than a day and the rep I had was very responsive. He also called me back and he was very polite. The whole process took five days.

Everything was good and smooth with Caribou. But I had a rate of 3.39 and on my paperwork, it was 4.2. So they bumped it up a percentage. I noticed it today, so I was going to give them a call tomorrow. But I'm surprised I got approved for 4%, so I appreciate it. Other than that, the rep I had was a cool dude and he was really responsive.

My experience with them was very friendly and easy. Everything just moved smoothly and quickly. They met my expectations and I was very happy and satisfied. It was a pleasant and fast process.

MotoRefi's reps communicated very well and they gave me a good rate. Refinancing with them lowered my car payment but the amount was more than what I originally owed, so that was the only downside about it. Other than that, their process was smooth and easy.

I got a message from the bank that took over the refi-ed loan that I needed to prove that I have auto insurance or that I wanted to put their insurance. I didn't know I had to do that. It was a good thing I saw the email and I took care of it. But if not, my car payment would have been high and I wouldn't know why. That should have been explained by MotoRefi's rep. But other than that, everything was good with them. The loan I got is going to save a little money and the interest rate is lower.

I liked the lower interest rates that MotoRefi had and with them, my payments are a little bit lower. Their team was very professional and courteous. If I had any questions, I could either call or email or text them. They're a good company to do business with and I would recommend them.

I went through Credit Karma and MotoRefi was one of the top suggestions. So, I started with that and it went smoothly in the beginning. But there were some things that took a while and communication faltered in the middle. First, I got a phone call from someone after putting in my application and started with that person sending my information. Two or three other people called me within 24 hours about the same application and it was concerning, because I was wondering who I had been talking to. Every time I would say that so and so was handling my application, they would say that they didn’t have any notes there since I just put in the application. There needs to be something to say somebody is already working on the application so you don't alert the consumer.

The process was pretty easy. Having two people involved was more chaotic. But that's a unique situation. It was a smooth process. I'm glad I went with MotoRefi. It’s nice having a lower interest rate.

I refinanced my car loan with MotoRefi shortly after I purchased it. I was very pleased with how much money they saved me AND with the gap coverage it was still a huge savings. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of refinancing their car loan.

The staff is pushy and unknowable. They requested that I send sensitive documents in unsecured methods and were deliberately unforthcoming when discussing GAP, the necessity of GAP with low LTV, and attempted to justify it being outrageously overpriced. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to your local bank or credit union and just do it yourself. It's easier, cheaper, and most importantly safer!

My auto refi with MotoRefi was fast, easy, and done completely online and by email. I have no complaints at all about them. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm not a fan of the bank that they put me with. The bank technology isn't up to par and they are hard to get hold of and get anything done. However, overall the experience with MotoRefi was good and I would do it again.

The lady that I dealt with was very thorough and I was very pleased with how quickly MotoRefi moved. It took one afternoon and a little bit of the next morning but that was because I had to make sure I was getting the documents properly signed or notarized and back in the mail. It was approved within hours and I received the paperwork within hours too. I was in finance for 40 years and that was very unusual. I've spoken to the lender in regards with setting up my auto payment. I would recommend MotoRefi if my friends were buying cars.
