Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend to others. The whole IRA process was explained in detail but was easy to understand. Most questions were answered before I had a chance to ask. Any questions that remained, the staff was patient and answered everything that I asked. The experience overall was smooth and stress-free.

Very easy process. They were professional and knowledgeable. They answered questions freely and were transparent with info I don't have experience going forward. First time with Augusta Precious Metals...so far, so good. We'll see how the rest of the process treats me and what my experience with the broker dealer and depository are. Maybe another review will be warranted in the future but as I wrote, so far, so good.

The big thing for me when looking for a place to set up a Gold IRA and buy precious metals, was honesty, and not a giant sales pitch. There are companies out there that are heavy into the sales pitch. For some, Augusta Precious Metals' process of actually buying the metals may seem tedious, but it really isn't. They are all about educating their prospective clients and even though I am somewhat seasoned and have previously had PM's in another IRA, I could fully respect the fact that not everyone they deal with may have the same knowledge base as I do, and their presentations are tailored toward educating the prospective buyer no matter what your experience level is so that even a beginner will come away feeling comfortable and not feel like they were pressured into a sale. I did not mind going over it again and in fact, there were a few things I learned along the way.
