Very educational session. Great folks and very friendly to work with. Made rolling over a 401(K) straightforward and easy. Everything went smoothly with the transaction. From the research I did, I see why others have recommended APM.

This company answers every question before you get started. My experience was exceptional. It followed other poor experiences with others Metals companies. They addressed cost of spreads easily so you can relax. Extremely helpful allowing me to relax with my decision. I highly recommend.

$50.000 minimum order discourages small investors. I'm looking to increase my capital and hedge against inflation. I invest monthly as funds allow, but there's no way I'm investing $50k at one time.

We were told all the fees upfront and offered to watch a presentation that was extremely helpful in making our decision. We called a couple of other companies as well. They were not forthcoming in their fees. We didn't know what to ask, so we expected the representative to inform us. Disappointed in the other 2 companies on their information. So Augusta came out on top. They don't work on any commission, therefore, they are working for the customer. There was no pressure. We were very comfortable each step of the process. A complete, thorough, and informative presentation given by 4 different representatives. There was NO pressure and at every step questions were answered to my complete satisfaction. Each rep read from a prepared speech but everything was covered. There's a lot to process if you don't understand buying and selling and holding precious metals. They made it easy to roll over my IRA from one broker to them.

WOW! My first venture into precious metals started with the researching of the best company to begin the process. I found Augusta precious metals. From the minute I spoke with an Augusta representative thru the end of my transaction, I felt very informed and navigated the process seamlessly!

A process that could well have been traumatic was indeed very nice. It was well thought out to give me maximum knowledge with minimum output on my part. I have never encountered a company that won't sell me anything until I have been presented with the knowledge to enable me to rationally approach the buying of gold and silver (have you?). Counterintuitive to any business rational used by almost all companies!

Finally decided to open a self directed IRA to partially allocate some of my 401K to precious metals.
