Ten Years ago I took out a cash advance from Approved Cash Advance on Apple and called Jim on the day it was due to extend it. He said he would but then called me back to say if I didn't come in that day he would have me arrested. I called the corporate office to complain but the guy was just as rude and obnoxious. I didn't do anything else for an entire year except call corporate to tell them I was still waiting to be arrested. Finally I went to the Sherman Blvd store and made arrangements with Al to pay it off. I recently went into the store on Henry and they are now telling me that Al never reported it being paid off in 2015.

Not good at all these people are a complete rip off. They continue to raise the payments on my title loan. I would not recommend anyone to these people for a title loan. So please do not go to these people for a title loan. They will try and gut you for as much money as they can. G

I went to Approved Cash and Fairlawn Virginia. I got a title loan on my car. I need nice off the loan but I come back to hang the whole entire loan off. I've never seen my car back after Diane repossessed. I kept in touch with the ladies in Approved Cash in Fairlawn Virginia on a daily and weekly basis. When I went and paid my title loan off and get me my title then I called the repossession people and that's when I found out that they had sent my car auction in Danville Virginia. Now I'm paying I just paid over $1,000 and now I have to find a way to go get my car from Danville and hope and pray that it's still a car. So my view of Approved Cash and Fairlawn Virginia and don't ever go there.

The staff is excellent and so ready to help you. I have been a customer for a while now. I have recommended them to friends and family. My daughter recommended them to us. I go to the one at 201 Veterans Highway, Unit 104 Scottsboro AL 35768. Go see them they are awesome!

First of all the lady in the office where I was did everything she could to make the process fast and easy but she had to do what the main office told her. After being there for over 30 minutes I had to go home almost 10 miles away and get policy number and my fathers SS # and after I did that I still had to wait on home office over a hour to call the bank and approve funds so I'd have to say somebody on the other end was slacking and that the people in main office don't care about their customers returning for a second time of wasting a half day sitting there. I for one will not come back and my overall experience was terrible and the big wheels at the main office suck.

I've had the worst experience ever with Approved Cash in OKC NW 63rd and Meridian. They are very unprofessional and gave me the runaround on getting my title back. Still in the process of getting this taken care of and my loan has been paid off for over a month. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

When I walk through their doors I am always greeted by name and taking care of in a timely manner. Steve in the Mt Pleasant, MI office always goes out of his way to help anyone that walks through that door. I have had to wait multiple times and he always acknowledges who is walking in.

A lady by the of Toni waited on me. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. She took her time to make sure that everything was correct. Was very satisfied with my visit and will return if I need Services again.

Every time I went in to park a payment with this company the rules changed. First they couldn't accept checks, the next time they stopped accepting debit cards, and did cash only. Every time I went in I had to wait 20-30 minutes to make a payment because their system wouldn't let them take care of more than one customer at a time. I have never been late on a payment and chose this place. It was closer to home. I recommend going to a reputable company that can handle taking care of their customers.

I got a cash advance loan. I got laid off so I called them to see if they would pay a little each month. ** says no. So now she is harassing my friend and telling her my personal information. My friend has called the Suffolk police department to file harassment charges. PLEASE STOP CALLING MY FRIEND AND GIVING OUT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION!
