    Don't buy tickets from Stubhub! Bought three Formula 1 tickets for Miami Grand Prix where the description said "excellent visibility" of the track. That was not true. Our views were obstructed by a structure which impacted our ability to fully enjoy the event. Stubhub was notified and evidence was provided. In spite of, Stubhub refused to provide a refund, which is in violation of their policy. I'm left paying over $2,000 for these tickets. This is poor business practice and a scam!

    What a disaster. I got a fake ticket from StubHub. Spend hours on the phone. Was lied to from everybody. Only the box office broke the bad news to me. I got after again 45 min in the phone and with the help of the box office in the last min a valid ticket from StubHub. If you want to have a pleasant concert night don’t buy from StubHub.

    This is a terrible company. Do not use this company. Me and my wife drove from 3 hours away to see a play that we bought tickets for 3 months in advance. The morning of I told StubHub that I haven't received my tickets and they told me no problem I would receive shortly. We drove to West Palm and 3 hours before the event they canceled and just said sorry. They did nothing to make it right. I have heard t his happens all the time. I will never use this comp.

    I never received my tickets for my concert for the bad bunny concert in Portugal for 5/27/26. Now I have to resell because I can’t make it and I cannot re-list due to my claim to get a refund through my credit card. Then the customer service representative denied my request to speak with a supervisor and hung up on me.

    If I could give them a ZERO, I would! I will NEVER use Stub-Hub again. We purchased tickets to a local theater for a play. We also purchased PARKING tickets through Stub-Hub for $40, with an additional “convenience charge” of $15! Total cost: $55!!! We never got the parking lot ticket, therefore never used it!!! We did get a text from Stub-Hub the day of the event saying the tickets would be available that day, but we never got the tickets. The text gave us our Order #, price we paid, but not the location of the parking lot!!!

    We drove around looking for a parking lot affiliated with the theater, but couldn’t find one. So, we found another lot and paid to park… AGAIN. (P.S. There was a parking lot directly across the street from the theater with available spaces, charging $30 for the day!). After the event, I researched how to contact Stub-Hub Customer Service. When I called to request a refund, they told me that they sent me an email with my parking ticket, they could see that I never downloaded it or used it, but they couldn’t refund me because the event was over!!! I told them I never got the parking pass, couldn’t find the parking lot because their text didn’t give me an address, therefore I never used what I paid them for. They said, “Sorry… We can’t do anything about this! The event is over.” Even after I asked to speak to a Supervisor, they wouldn’t budge. What a ripoff! NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Scam! Tickets were never delivered. Show missed. Their alternative was for us to buy a gift card for the same amount we purchased the tickets, so they can use that to give us NEW and BETTER tickets. SCAM! Don’t use!

    Do not order tickets from Stubhub! I purchased tickets, and they were confirmed to the Eagles concert in Atlanta. When I tried to retrieve my tickets that had been transferred to Ticketmaster, there were no tickets; I was scammed out of the money. They refused a refund and it was very rude customer service.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with StubHub. My wife and I purchased tickets for a baseball game in Las Vegas, and we unfortunately did not realize until afterward that they were standing-room-only. This is a major problem because I am a disabled veteran and physically cannot stand for three-plus hours at a sporting event.

    Once we realized the issue, I contacted StubHub hoping they would make a reasonable exception or provide some kind of meaningful assistance. The initial customer service representative I spoke with was very polite and professional, and I want to be clear that my frustration is not with him personally. He was respectful and appeared to be doing what he could within the limits of StubHub’s policy.

    My issue is with StubHub as a company, its policy, and the way this situation has been handled. StubHub refused to provide a refund. The only option offered was to relist the tickets, which does not truly solve the problem and leaves the customer carrying the financial risk for tickets that are physically unusable for me. To make matters worse, after I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was left waiting for an extended period of time — and then the call was disconnected. Whether intentional or not, that is completely unacceptable. As someone who works as a lead technician and helps oversee a technical support/customer service team, I would never consider that an acceptable way to handle an escalated customer issue.

    I understand StubHub is a large company and that I am not the only customer needing assistance. However, leaving a customer waiting and then having the call end without resolution is unprofessional and creates the impression that the company is more interested in ending the interaction than solving the problem. This is exactly the type of situation where a company should use judgment, compassion, and common sense. Instead, StubHub appears to be hiding behind policy and offering no meaningful resolution.

    I am sharing this because I do not want anyone else — especially disabled veterans, seniors, or anyone with mobility limitations — to go through this same situation. If you purchase tickets through StubHub, be extremely careful and make sure the tickets are not standing room only. Based on my experience, if those tickets turn out to be unusable for you, StubHub may not provide meaningful help. This experience has seriously changed my opinion of StubHub, and I would not recommend them based on how this situation has been handled.

    I purchased a WWE SmackDown & RAW combo pass through StubHub (Order #**) for suite seats at T-Mobile Arena, and this turned into a complete failure of their service. StubHub stated the tickets were delivered via AXS mobile transfer, but they were never accessible. I logged into the correct AXS account associated with the purchase, and there were no tickets in my account at all—before, during, or after the event. To verify, I went directly to T-Mobile Arena, and venue staff confirmed there were no valid tickets under my name and that the tickets were mis-sold.

    Despite this:

    StubHub could not guarantee ticket delivery.
    The seller never responded.
    My case was escalated and ultimately denied for a refund.

    StubHub advertises a “FanProtect Guarantee,” but in my case, it did not provide any meaningful protection. I was left without tickets and without a resolution through their platform.

    As a result, I had to escalate the matter beyond StubHub by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and my state Attorney General, in addition to submitting a dispute through Affirm. After a full review, Affirm ruled in my favor and confirmed I was not responsible for the $955.05 charge. If I had relied solely on StubHub, I would have lost nearly $1,000 for tickets that were never delivered or usable. Be cautious when using this platform—especially for high-value tickets. If something goes wrong, you may have to go through multiple steps outside of StubHub to resolve it.

    I purchased tickets to a show last summer, show was rained out so I had the option to get a refund or get a credit on my account with an added 20% for a future show. I chose the credit - horrible mistake. I booked a show a month in advance, and supposed to get the tickets 24 hours before the show. Long story short, showed up to the show and the tickets were never released, so had to buy tickets at the event. Stub Hub credited my account back for the price. Then I booked a show 3 months in advance, again supposed to have the tickets released 24 hours prior. I did not have tickets 24 hours in advance, so because of the previous debacle I contacted Stub Hub. After several chats they said they were still coming.

    Morning of the event, still no tickets so I got back on with a chat and was assured I would have them. An hour before I was supposed to leave I still had no tickets, contacted them again. "Oh, those tickets are not available but we have an alternative option, they will be delivered and hour before the show". I confirm they will be sent because it is a 2 hour drive for me. "Yes". I am not happy but OK. I drive to the show which starts at 7. No tickets arrive, no tickets available. Tickets finally arrive to my email at 9pm - the show is over. Over the course of the next few days I talked with several people, sent documentation that the tickets did not arrive to me until 9pm. Their answer was "well the tickets were sent at 5pm Pacific time, which is 7pm central time (the time zone I am in) so they were available and we will not be refunding your $378".

    First, I booked 3 months in advance, how are the tickets all of a sudden not available the day of, and I should not be scrambling just hours ahead of the show to get tickets I booked 90 days ago. Second, I don't care when they were sent, it matters when I receive them. If I have proof I did not receive them, Stub Hub as a company, should stand behind their business model and do the right thing. All I wanted was a credit back to my account or the original cost of the original tickets to be refunded to me. I did not ask for anything extra. Stub Hub is just a third party vendor who has no control over its suppliers and just steals your money. I will never do business with them in the future and I warn anyone choosing to use them to be - buyer beware!

    I've used Stubhub before with no problem but just bought Big 12 softball tickets and they actually came from SeatGeek instead. The tickets were half the price on SeatGeek. Looks like StubHub is now buying from other sellers and doubling the price. I won't use them again. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

    Never again! Booked multiple tickets for the Sphere that got screwed up. Wanted to sit together but ended up rows apart… could we re-combine them? NOOOO.. and udles of empty seats!! Terrible run around… DON'T EVER USE THEM is all I can say…

    Do not buy tickets on StubHub! I spent around $1,000.00 on Lakers tickets. 2 days before the game I still had not received the tickets. I started reaching out to support. I was told that the tickets would arrive. 1 day before, still no tickets. I called again. I was told the issue was escalated and to keep refreshing the app that the tickets would arrive. Day of, still no tickets. I started calling in the morning and was told the issues had been escalated multiple times and not to worry. They will ensure we have tickets. 4hr before the game still no tickets. Long story short I called MANY times. Each time was told it had been escalated and not to worry. My tickets were covered by StubHub guarantee. Worse case scenario, I had to wait until 1hr before the game. If I still did not have the tickets that StubHub would issue us comparable tickets.

    We live 2hr away from the game. We made our way to the game still with no tickets, on the phone with StubHub as they reassured us they would have tickets for us. But we had to wait until 1hr before the game for them to issues us comparable tickets... You guessed it, 1hr before the game STILL NO TICKETS. On the phone with stubhub... 45min into the game having already started. STILL NO TICKETS! We were at the arena as we had been instructed by StubHub that they would issues us tickets so we should go to the game and they would solve the issue. They never did... They DID NOT resolve the issue. We drove 2hr just to turn around and drive 2hr back home because they did not even get us the replacement tickets.

    I had to endure DAYs of inconveniences calling to get my money back. I finally did get my money back thankfully! However, that wasn't the point. We were unable to attend a playoff game that we had planned for because stubhub did not actually ensure we were issued the tickets we paid for. DO NOT believe the lie that your tickets are guaranteed and they will issue you replacement tickets if the ones you bought never made it to you. Because they will NOT do this for you. I will never buy tickets on StubHub again.

    Horrible customer service; avoid using Stubhub. I purchased 3 tickets that were advertised as clear view but there was no view from two of the seats and partial view from the third. I had to purchase a new set of tixs during the event to see the show. I purchased them through the same StubHub platform so they’d have proof of the issue and when I reported it the next day they refused to extend a refund. The customer service was the worst. Their responses were scripted and didn’t even make an attempt at looking into it or issuing a credit even in the app.

    By the way the new set of tickets then wouldn’t download to Apple wallet or scan but the venue let us use them because they saw we had just purchased them. So the venue referred us to the ticket vendor for resolution which is StubHub, StubHub blamed the seller and sent me back to speak to the venue and said there was nothing they could do. Nothing but a runaround so they don’t have to do the right thing. Last time we use this StubHub.

    Approximately two weeks before the game, I purchased premium Diamond Club MVP seats through the StubHub platform. At the time of purchase, the listing stated that the tickets would be delivered on the day of the game. While I was uneasy about that arrangement, StubHub repeatedly reassured me throughout the process that my purchase was “protected.” My wife and I drove approximately three hours to Kansas City for this game and also booked a hotel room specifically for this trip. By two hours before game time, we still had not received the tickets. I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a callback within an hour. That callback never came.

    After waiting, I called again and spoke with another representative who offered replacement seats that were nowhere near comparable to the premium seats we originally purchased, or alternatively a refund. Being put in that position only an hour before the game — after traveling, booking accommodations, and planning the entire experience around these seats — was incredibly stressful and unacceptable.

    What made the situation even more frustrating was that I later checked the seats we had originally purchased and saw people sitting in them during the game. That strongly suggests the original seller either never transferred the tickets or sold them elsewhere while still fulfilling the seats for someone else. Meanwhile, we were left scrambling at the last minute after investing significant time and money into this trip. This was far more than just a ticket inconvenience. It impacted our entire weekend experience and caused unnecessary stress after substantial travel and hotel expenses had already been incurred.

    Be careful guys. StubHub is selling parking passes with operating times that do not align with the events e.g. I was going to an event until 4am and the parking would not allow us to pick up the car until 7 am. We could not use the pass and StubHub stole our money.

    They did not provide my tickets for an out of state event. I was left scrambling trying to get tickets or risk missing the show I fly to a different part of the country for! Customer service is a joke! No one can help and just kept saying they would escalate it to their managers, but never a response or any communication back. I even bought fan protect and paid extra for that. I had to go thru my credit card to receive money for the tickets that they never provided. Customer service reps were pressuring me into reselling the tickets that I originally bought that they had no intention of providing so I could default on them and pay a hefty fee. TOTAL SCAM! HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL????

    Sold a ticket on there. Got cancelled by StubHub themselves and are refusing to give me the money that they owe me. They have threatened to bring debtors to my door to pay £600 which I apparently owe them. I will not be using this service anymore as the staff are so rude. And I have been blocked on both channels via social media, email and phone so no way to respond to them. I’ve taken it to Trading Standards.

    Had an extremely disappointing experience with StubHub and will never use them again. I purchased tickets to see Russell Dickerson months in advance, along with a parking pass. I arranged and paid for a babysitter for several hours and drove over an hour to the venue, only to have everything fall apart at the last minute. The most frustrating part is that StubHub never even notified us that the tickets had been cancelled. Just 20 minutes before arriving, I received a notification from AXS (the third-party platform the tickets were transferred through) that my tickets had been cancelled by the seller. I was then told to contact StubHub.

    After spending an hour on the phone with customer service, the only resolution they offered was a refund for the tickets themselves. They did not take any responsibility for the additional costs I incurred—babysitting, gas, and the significant amount of time wasted. To make matters worse, I was initially told replacement tickets would be an “upgrade,” but the only option offered was standing-room-only in the pit, which was not comparable to the seats I originally purchased and paid more for. Even more concerning, when we spoke to the people sitting in our original seats, they told us they had purchased those tickets just a week prior—despite the fact that I had bought mine months earlier. This experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable. StubHub failed to stand behind their service when it mattered most. I would strongly caution others against using this platform if you want reliability and accountability.

    I purchased two tickets to the Temptations here in Columbus, OH. This was on the 10th of the month and the concert was scheduled for the 16th. Here it is the 25th and tickets never received. The event was also canceled. Customer service told me that their "Team" had to get on it and I would receive an email about my money. The same thing they told me about getting my tickets: you will get them in an email (never arrived}. Their "Fan" guarantee is useless as they keep tap dancing with the email line. Just went to the StubHub website to get a receipt and found my order was deleted.

    Only reason for 1 star is because it won't let you post with no stars! Do not! Do not! Dooo nooott buy tickets off StubHub! They support bait & switch practices & when you try to get a refund you will be told flat out lies. You will purchase a ticket that is advertised in ONE section at the venue & then when you receive it, it won't be anywhere near where it was listed! Then when you call to request a refund they will tell you that the seller has until the day of the event to correct it or they will honor another ticket of equal value. The day of the event is too late to resell a crappy seat! I even told a supervisor I was recording the call & he actually tried to tell me I "Wasn't allowed to record the call!" Ummm sir, maybe in your country people can't but, that does not work in the US.

    They have it incorporated in their call scripts that they are placing the call on hold for "5 to 10" while they review the information and they will keep doing it over & over. It doesn't take anyone 5 mins to look at a email. They do this thinking you will get tired of being on hold & you will just hang up. Also if you look them up on the FTC website they have multiple judgments against them! Do not use their services! I ended up finding other tickets on seatgeek & got what I paid for, plus when I called them I got a rep that was in the US!!

    StubHub promotes a “FanProtect Guarantee,” but my experience basketball shows otherwise. I paid $879.30 total ($727.35 for tickets + $151.95 in fees) for seats that had a severely obstructed view. Nearly one-third of the court was blocked for the entire game. This was never disclosed by the seller. I contacted StubHub customer service 45 minutes before game time, immediately after arriving at my seats, and clearly explained the issue. Despite this, no meaningful resolution was provided before the game started, leaving my family stuck with seats my kids couldn’t properly enjoy.

    There is no scenario where a customer would knowingly pay full price for seats with this level of obstruction. Failing to disclose that is misleading, and hiding behind the seller’s lack of disclosure is not acceptable. It’s the seller’s responsibility—and StubHub’s—to ensure accurate listings, not the buyer’s. StubHub’s response made it clear they prioritize sellers over customers and do not stand behind their own guarantee. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly caution others before relying on StubHub’s “100% FanProtect Guarantee" which is WORTHLESS.

    I had a horrible experience with StubHub and would not recommend their service. I purchased two tickets for the Wiz and could not download my tickets through their email notice. I ended up purchasing new tickets at the box office (over $600 total), and Stubhub refused to reimburse me $300 for the original tickets. Prior to the event, I clicked on the link in their email and wrote that I could not access the tickets.I also called customer service, but did not receive any help. They use a 3rd party vendor and take no responsibility if you’re unable to access your tickets. Customer Service was also unhelpful. There’s no customer protection with StubHub.

    StubHub is AWFUL!!!!! Purchased tickets and reps I called could not help me receive the tickets. They kept instructing me to transfer several times. This cause the tickets to not be transferable. I contacted the venue and they informed me what i needed to do. Apparently due to the mess StubHub reps caused due to their instruction the transfers stopped the tickets from downloading. If I have to go through StubHub again would rather not attend the events. Would never recommend make the trip to purchase tickets at the event center if possible.

    DO NOT USE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM STUBHUB! This company is a complete fraud and is robbing people through deception, fraud and theft... My wife unwittingly, purchased concert tickets from Stubhub.. After purchasing inflated priced tickets. She noticed the venue was not correct. Stubhub refused to refund the money. And said that she must resell the tickets that we never physically obtained.. then they allegedly, said that she could transfer the tickets at a loss of $183.00. And that she had just one hour to transfer the tickets.. their web app. Does not work. And always gave an error for the action...

    She reported the fraud to her bank... and Stubhub repeatedly tried to charge her for the tickets... Stubhub is purposely engaging in fraud and deception to increase pricing by repeatingly reselling tickets at the cost of trusting customers, selling fake tickets and deceptive acts to steal money from people!! This business must be destroyed and criminally charged for their illegal acts!! Never ever purchase anything from these crooks!

    4/20/26. My first experience with StubHub was a fiasco. I was so excited to go to the Bruno Mars concert. I found the perfect seats for my husband and me. I purchased them a couple of times because StubHub was having problems with the credit card I used. While investigating the problem, I discovered that the exact tickets I was buying were also being sold on Seat Geek for a higher price. I told Stub Hub customer service about this and they did nothing. They told me to use a different credit card and there was no problem with the purchase. I responded to the ticket seller. I purchased my flight, and hotel. The next day, I found out that StubHub did not sell me the tickets. I was incredulous. This sketch ticket purchase has never happened to me before in the 100+ tickets I have bought. It used to be straight forward, buy the ticket, get the ticket. The secondhand sellers would have been sentenced for fraud.

    This is what Ticketmaster and StubHub allow the secondhand sellers: 1. They sell nameless to buyer 2. They don’t even have to give the seat number, but only the row. The buyer is paying hundreds of dollars for tickets and should know the seats they’re paying for. 3. They don’t have to confirm the ticket exchange until the concert day. This could put the buyer at great risk if hotel and flight payments were purchased and the tickets were delivered late. Stub Hub tries so counter this, but after calling their customer service 4x, “Where are my tickets then?” 4. Lastly, the secondhand sellers inflate the original ticket price by any amount they choose. Initially, I was heartbroken that I didn't get my tickets. Then I received $3,000+. credits for my inflated tickets and trip purchases and realized I could go to a luxury hotel for a week instead of a 2-hour concert for the same amount of money and hassle.

    Bruno Mars broke records selling millions of tickets in a single day. Unfortunately, thousands of the tickets went to bots and not the real concert goers (no fault of his). So, I am puzzled by the fact that all 3 of the above ticket sellers currently have several unsold seats (according to their seat charts) for Mars concert in a few days, unless other customers got burned like I did. Currently, Ticketmaster and Live Nation have an FTC lawsuit for ticket inflation and bot support. I hope the government wins this one and the concert goer is able to buy directly and gets their ticket the same day of their purchase. This will solve the second seller horror stories that many of us have experienced. To be clear, the performers have nothing to do with this ticket scalping, and most of them are upset this is taking place too. It is my hope that we can all enjoy concerts of favorite singers in the future without the scalping and other ticket mishaps.

    Terrible experience. I bought 2 tickets for the 2026 Monster Energy AMA Supercross in Cleveland this past weekend. I bought the tickets way back in January, paid in full. I had no idea that they would hold the tickets or not deliver the tickets to me until the day of the race. We traveled very far for the race, and stayed in a hotel the night before. Several chats later they told me I'd receive the tickets at 11:30am day of. The qualifying for the main events takes place at 9:30-11:30. I'm sitting in the parking lot hearing the bikes race and there's nothing I can do about it.

    Once 11:30 hits, they send me an email saying, unfortunately my original tickets THAT I PAID FOR 3 MONTHS AGO, were no longer available. They sent me 3 alternatives, none of which were as good. I tried to click the links, and each one said "link no longer available". We had to scramble to the other side of the stadium to the ticket office and purchase nose-bleed seats. We didn't get into the stadium until almost noon, and missed every qualifying race. Once inside I demanded a refund, but they said that since I did in fact click a link to a different ticket, and not the "full refund" there was nothing that they could do. Just an absolute JOKE of a company to deal with. They are a third party seller, with no real office anywhere. You'll talk to some random foreigner in the chat, and get absolutely nowhere. Total scam of a company. Lesson learned I guess.

    I couldn't locate the tickets I purchased from Stub Hub. I called and gave them my email address and they said I didn't have any tickets on record. I purchased another set... then when I went to retrieve them in the affiliate site my other tickets were there. I called stub hub and asked for a refund since was ill advised that I didn't have tickets and I did and they said they would not refund me any money. I was only asking for a partial refund since I get a credit from my credit card and they still said no. They are despicable!!!! Do not use them.

    They’re absolute crooks! Sell add-ons like parking that are 20 minute walks without disclosing the timeframe you can park or the distance. When you ask for help, they do absolutely nothing. Also the ticketing process of transferring ticketing and claiming tickets is absolutely awful. Prices are jacked up to the moon. I will never do business with these people again.     What a horrible experience. I purchased 2 sets of tickets for NHL hockey games, which StubHub redirects you to an email link, where you have to click it to port over to Ticketmaster. The second game worked instantly, no issues. The first link, however, kept saying "Please try again later." Day of the game, I finally started to worry that I needed assistance from StubHub. I spent 3 hours texting their customer service feature, trying to get a handle on this. "Try deleting cookies. Try clearing your caches. Try this. Try that." Nothing worked! "Don't worry sir, you're fully covered 100% by our fan guarantee, if the tickets won't work, we will happily exchange them or send you a list of comparable tickets."

    I spoke with about 8 customer service agents, with most of them saying this to me. Eventually I asked to speak to their Supervisor (Jane), who again, reassured me that we were covered. I would be getting an email soon, and I need not worry. Fast forward, doors open in 15 minutes, still not a single thing from StubHub. I go onto Ticketmaster and purchase new tickets for $450.00. Losing out on my original for $640, and in fact ruining my experience at the game as my focus was on a refund. The reasoning they gave me is my Ticketmaster account was not functioning. The seller gets paid, but because the link wouldn't work for me, it was entirely my fault, and I was not covered at all.

    After driving 8 hours one way, missing out on going for dinner as we had hoped, being out $640 after spending another $450 for legitimate tickets, being on my phone for countless hours, and then trying to deal with them to better understand things, I got nowhere, and it is very sad to see how this company operates. I in fact will never be using them again, and I hope others share their stories on how pathetic their customer service is, and the truth that they all tell you little lies in different ways to make you feel valued and protected.

    This has been one of the most stressful purchase ever. Bought tickets, was discounted sure but they only send you paper copies that needs to be mailed out. Not very efficient transaction. They promise same-day delivery of tickets, but was delayed. You will end up with having to wait until last minute for your paper tickets until they issue any resolution, if there is any at all. Customer service not even helpful nor pleasant. Never going to purchase from Stubhub ever again!!!

    This is the worst place to purchase tickets. After I bought about $400 worth of tickets, I bought a $25 parking pass. The tickets got delivered the parking pass did not. Customer service put me through hell to try to prove I didn’t get the tickets. In the end, I gave up because $25 was not worth the time, but I’ll never again even think about using Stubhub.

But I bought good seats long ago. 2hrs before the show they message me that I haven't received my tickets, but instead of saying, "The guy who was supposed to sell to you effed you," they just made it seem like "tickets aren't available". They offer alternative comparable tickets, I click the button, it says being sent. I never received those. 20min later I see that the FanPro Gaurantee promise didn't send the other tickets. So now I click on the last option for tickets which are near the top of the venue... When I googled those seats were half the price of the seats that I originally paid for. I settled with those because I wasn't going to cancel my special night out. And thought it could be resolved with a credit for the difference. Apparently nothing could be done.     I was going to a concert at the Kia Forum. I injured my foot, so I purchased from StubHub a parking pass that was fraudulently advertised as being in the Kia "AAAA, BB, CC, LL, A, B, C, DD" lot. In fact, the pass was for a lot operated by a different operator off-site (Parking Whiz) for a lot that is further away, off the Kia Forum property. Upon receipt of the pass, I immediately notified Stubhub of the fraud (through their only way to communicate, the chat function).

    After getting through AI hell, the online agent verified that the pass was not what was advertised. and that they would honor their "Fan Protect" guaranty and email with a replacement pass or a refund before the event. They did not do that, and they acknowledged that it writing. However, after the event and when I reached out later for a refund, they say that they decided that because the other parking lot was "within 15 minutes" of the correct lot, that they had no obligation to refund, even though they did not notify me of that.

    After literally hours of time on chats with various offshore people, they said a "supervisor" would call me to resolve within an hour. Six hours later a supervisor called and pretended not to hear me. I called back once I had the number, and eventually got to a supervisor who told me that the "no refund" decision was made at a higher level, she had no authorty to escalate, and they would not let me talk to the person/group who made the decision, the decision was non-appealable, and that the "15 minute policy" is not on their guaranty or website, but was an "internal policy" that she could not provide me. Their customer service is, in my opinion, designed to frustrate you. Look at the social media regarding them and you will see that they use offshore, customer service to delay, delay, delay and then deny. I did buy a replacement pass from VividSeats and it worked fine.

    I purchased tickets for $211.33 for the Ice Cube concert on May 12, 2025. I received an email stating the concert was canceled and would be rescheduled. Disappointed, I wanted. LI called Jan 2026 about receiving a credit cause it had been half a year. Why did the Stubhub rep tell me the concert happened already. I NEVER received anything about a rescheduling. I'm too upset with these people. I have been calling them every month only to be told is escalated to EDM? And they are not responding to issue my credit. Every month it's something different. If I have to sue for friggin $211, it is what it is. THEY didn't have any problem collecting my money, but I have to jumps through hoops for my refund for a concert that was cancelled and you failed to notify it had been rescheduled! #**

    I’ve had 10–15 successful transactions on StubHub, but this experience completely changed my perception of the platform. A buyer had trouble scanning a ticket, but I responded within minutes and immediately tried to troubleshoot by calling and texting. The buyer never responded and instead purchased a replacement ticket. I contacted StubHub right away and was initially told the buyer should have contacted them before buying a new ticket. After that, everything changed. I was then told I wasn’t even allowed to communicate with the buyer, which contradicts normal expectations and prior guidance. StubHub ultimately denied my payout and charged me an additional $43, without meaningfully considering the timeline or my efforts to resolve the issue.

    What’s most frustrating is the inconsistency and lack of professionalism. I received conflicting explanations, was not allowed to escalate to a manager, and was given no real opportunity to present my case. Even attempts to provide feedback were ignored. I understand enforcing policies, but the way this was handled shows a lack of fairness and accountability. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before using StubHub as a seller.

My last set of tickets with a friend for the Feyenoord AJAX game fell through 26 minutes before kick off. We travelled to Rotterdam for this game... We are from Vancouver. They refunded the tickets at $75 less than paid for admin fee for having RIPPED poeple off. They also took $30k for World Cup tickets from me and have not guaranteed anything on their end. Just "wait for your tickets" and see what happens. TERRIBLE idea to buy from here. Never again.

    I purchased tickets months in advance through StubHub for the Brandon Lake concert on April 12, 2026. StubHub says they sent a transfer months ago, but the link expired and I never received usable tickets. On the day of the event, I contacted customer service multiple times and they refused to provide replacement tickets or a refund despite their FanProtect Guarantee. Tickets that I purchased in DECEMBER never got delivered and then they tried to offer us alternative tickets that were WORSE seats than the original ones and my son was on the Stubhub website as I am on the phone with them and seats in that same area Were available. This is a terrible service. They are liars and then takes 72 hours for your refund to come through so if you need the money to purchase new tickets you won't be able to.     This was one of the most frustrating customer‑service experiences I’ve ever had. I bought Sacramento Kings tickets on StubHub, and the seller sent them into the ClickTix system, which completely broke — I couldn’t log in, couldn’t create an account, and kept getting the same error message. StubHub’s overseas reps kept me trapped in a loop, repeating the same lines over and over without offering any real help. They couldn’t provide a transfer ID, acceptance, or any proof the tickets were actually delivered. I pushed, escalated, documented everything, sent screen shots and still got nowhere.

    In the end, I had to dispute the charge at my bank which provided a credit back to me because the tickets simply never existed in my account. I found out this is a known issue, and many people experience what I did. That makes one wonder if this is a deliberate level of fraud. It particularly happens with NBA tickets. I will never use StubHub again. I am reporting the to the BBB.

    We were on our way to Las Vegas and ordered tickets to Wizard of Oz at the Sphere for 1:45 pm showing. We ordered tickets at 12:36 pm as we were 30 minutes away. When we arrived to the Sphere at 1:15, we checked our tickets that were sent at 12:46 pm but weren’t scanning or opening up because they sent us tickets for 11:00 am show. The show is only 1 hour and 15 minutes long so show was over by 12:15 pm and we ordered tickets at 12:36 pm. We didn’t have an option to order 11:00 am tickets because show was over but that’s what we received. We spent hours talking to 5 different Stub Hub agents and supervisors trying to get our $ back for selling us tickets for a show that was over.

    They all denied our claim, saying it wasn’t under Stub Hub's Fan Protection for Fake, invalid or won’t scan policy. They had no remorse for us, different accents scripted responses and longer resolution times. Please be careful, as we will not be ordering through them anymore and warning all our friends and family. We should’ve looked at their low-rated reviews.

    About tickets to the concert then I went back on and buy tickets for parking. I paid for premier parking which was $47.68 because it’s at the location at the music hall where the concert is. When I download the ticket it was for another location 902 Washington instead of 713 Music Hall parking lot. When I contact The customer service which referred me to park hero sports hero they stated from a supervisor that the distance on Washington Avenue was close enough for me to walk to Music Hall. I explain to her that I am a senior citizen and I pay to park inside the building. The reason I paid 40 almost $50 to park there. She said they would not refund it and I would park there. Her name was Reesie **.

    I called back because someone emailed me from a different place parkway. They gave me some parking ticket on my. They stated it was a seven minute walk, but it was still a 2 mile location And I can walk so I decided to just park somewhere else and I wanted a refund. The system show $16 refund which I do not want to take because I pay $47 to park in the building. They did not offer me any acceptable resolution. I believe that’s just poor service and poor guidelines and anybody that wants something standard would not Buy ticket and I hate about the concert ticket if I wouldn’t have put my money in that I wouldn’t even go.

    BUYER BEWARE: Just had the worst experience purchasing tickets for an event. First, I'll fully admit to my own mistakes in this process. I thought I had clicked on the performer's website, not their sponsored ad link. I WISH I had gone to the artist's site, because then I could have gotten tickets SO much closer to the stage with my budget than going through StubHub.

    They recommended a parking add on, and neglected to say it was not either of the two parking lots near the venue, it was one five blocks away. The night of the event, when we learned that the lot was far from the center, it was raining.     I bought 2 separate tickets for my wife and I for the same concert in NYC. While driving 2 hours to the show, I called Stubhub because I still didn't have one of the tickets in my possession. They told me that the seller had until 4:30 to produce the ticket. At 4:30, still no ticket. I call back, and they tell me that the seller can't provide the ticket, and there were not any replacement tickets available. I scoured the internet and sure enough, no tickets available. I tried to sell the one ticket I had, but was unable to. My wife insisted that I go in without her, and she took a taxi to the train station, train ride and then an Uber ride cost us over $140. Had to call back later that week because they never applied the refund.

    I'm also a seller of tickets, and had I done this, SH would have charged my credit card a lot of money for not producing the ticket, and all I got was a refund for the initial purchase price. The worst part about it was if they dealt with this when I called at 2:00 on the day of the show, I could have gotten a replacement ticket at that point. The moral of the story is we had a terrible experience, lost money and StubHub made money on the transaction. That is not a way to treat your customers!

    I ordered tickets for 2 separate events and only 1 showed up in my acct. When I phoned, they said the seller didn’t release the tickets for the 1st event. They offered me $25.00 and tickets in the nosebleed section. I had ordered tickets on the 1st floor for about $400. There were tickets in the 1st floor available, but they were considerably higher now, and StubHub would not give me those. I will never order from StubHub again. The parking attendant would not honor the parking pass because it had no QR code. I went back and looked at all prior communication with Stubhub to find the QR code or an attachment to the emails that would provide a QR code and there were none. I contacted Stubhub customer service and they said they provided a pdf file with the QR code in the confirmation email. There was NO attachment to any of the emails.     Horrible! I will NEVER buy tickets with StubHub again. I have bought tickets from them in the past and never seemed to have a problem, until now. I bought tickets to the home opener of the Guardians/Cubs game in February and the game is in April. I finally get an email on March 14th from StubHub saying that my tickets have been released from Ticketmaster and to watch for the email to accept my mobile tickets. That email never came. I made a call and sent an email to Ticketmaster and of course they can't do anything for me because I bought them through a 3rd party. So all my communications have to be with StubHub. I called over and over and all they kept saying is they are reviewing it (not to mention it's extremely hard to understand them).

    We are literally sitting outside the ballpark (watching everyone else file in to the game) as they are telling me to wait 30 minutes to check my email, then 20 minutes check my email, etc, etc.! She explained that I would be guaranteed to get 4 tickets or my money back. I don't want my money back, I want to see the game, which is why I bought tickets! I finally get the email, there's "click here to accept your tickets", which I did. Guess what? I click it and it says..."We're sorry, there are no tickets available"! Are you kidding me?!?! So the other option is to click on "click here to get a full refund". WHICH I DID!!! StubHub, you should be ashamed of yourself! The tickets were never delivered on April 5 as said in your email; so I called to inquire what the seats were (I knew the row from stub hub email). After two hours of trying to get other comparable orchestras seats - I was told that they had tickets 7 rows back but couldn't t give me exact seat number until I bought them. They were not orchestra!!! I was transferred to a manager who told me that I could get a refund if I didn't like the new seats. Well, I didn't and called back to get a refund - quess what- they said No since I bought them. Francis, my current manager couldn't talk to the prior manager who authorized a return.     We purchased tickets on StubHub that were clearly advertised as first row seats. However, when the tickets were delivered—five days before the Cirque du Soleil show—we immediately noticed they were actually in the 15th row, which is a materially different and less valuable experience. We contacted StubHub right away upon discovering the issue. What followed was an extremely frustrating process: first dealing with their AI chat, then a live chat agent, and ultimately spending over an hour on the phone with a representative. Despite notifying them promptly and the listing being clearly inaccurate, StubHub refused to provide a refund or any meaningful resolution.

    This was a misleading listing and a failure of customer support. We acted immediately upon receiving the tickets, yet StubHub did not stand behind the transaction. The fact that we reported the issue immediately upon receipt—five days before the event—makes the lack of resolution even more unacceptable. Buyers should be cautious—if something goes wrong, don’t expect StubHub to correct it. Their customer service is all offshore and horrific. Spent over an hour on the phone – what a waste of time.

    Site refund promise is fraudulent! We purchased concert tickets, arrived at the venue and were informed our ticket had been sold to someone else. The Ticket Master gate agent informed us that Ticket Master doesn't allow third-party resales and because a third-party agent had purchased 18,000 tickets and resold them that person's account had been flagged, tickets retrieved, their money was refunded and Ticket Master resold the tickets. We phoned Stubhub from the gate, several other couples did also, and remained on the line for two hours at the venue.

    Stubhub insisted we transfer our tickets to someone else, despite speaking to the Ticket Master agent. Stubhub refused to refund our money because they said we transferred the tickets. They refused to contact the third-party seller and said we were responsible for providing proof in writing from Ticket Master before they would CONSIDER refunding our money. Thankfully, Ticket Master did provide an email confirmation and after two weeks, we finally received a refund, but Stubhub didn't help in ANY way.

    They advertise a price and then add in a ridiculous fee in tiny print on the final confirmation. My fee was 40 PERCENT OF THE ACTUAL COST. 40 PERCENT. Greedy and insane. Never again.

    I purchased tickets for the Journey concert in Kansas City. When we tried to get into the concert, we were sent to the ticket office. The office said the tickets had been sold to someone else (she said it happens all of the time). I'm attaching my original purchase invoice from my email. (We purchased new tickets that don't match the ones I purchased.) Finally, a picture of my new ticket showing my seat location. The ticket counter said never buy from StubHub, we always have problems. Now I'm out almost $300. StubHub said we had used those seats.

    I purchased tickets but when I received them they were not the ones I ordered. I was told by a StubHub agent, after several days and communications, that I qualified for a replacement or refund. Since this communication wasn't until a day before the event, I had already purchased replacement tickets so StubHub confirmed I would get a refund. I received replacement tickets via email a few minutes after I spoke to the agent so I called back and they confirmed that a refund would be issued and to ignore the replacement tickets. I did not receive a refund after the event and when I called back StubHub told me I would not get a refund, the replacement tickets that I was told to ignore met their obligation. So I am out over $1,000 and StubHub doesn't care.

    I am writing to formally express my extreme frustration regarding a recent purchase of four baseball tickets. Despite following the instructions in your email to link the tickets, they were never added to my account. My experience with your customer support has been unacceptable. Chat representatives ended my session twice without resolving the issue, leaving me with no assistance. Furthermore, the game was subsequently canceled due to storms. The only solution offered was to resell tickets that I never technically received and cannot access.     This was the worst experience ever. I purchased Dancing with the Stars tickets and never received my tickets or a link. The email stated I would get my tickets possibly up until 3 hours before the event started. I waited and never received them. When I finally called customer service, they were no help and just refunded me for the tickets at the time the event started. Keep in mind, I had already bought a hotel room, traveled, and bought food for the trip to see this show. So the refund at the exact time of the show was actually like pouring salt in the wound that now exists because of this company. I will never purchase from StubHub again, knowing that this can happen on the day and time that the event takes place.

    If you are looking for the best customer service and transparent and easy ticket transfers, consider Seek Geek or another provider over Stub Hub. The Stub Hub ticket transfer uses complex 'relay' emails, some as long as 50-60 characters, which you must input manually during the ticket transfer process, because the buyer's masked email address will not cut and paste. I missed one character in a 10:30 pm transaction, and the sale was cancelled by Stub Hub at 7:30 am the next morning, with the only notification from Stub Hub that the sale had not gone through occurring in the middle of the night. That cost me $208 income from the loss of the sale (I’m OK with that, I made the error) plus a $208 penalty from Stub Hub. I tried to get that penalty waived since I have been a good customer for six years with thousands of dollars in sales, but to no avail. Stub Hub’s customer service located offshore more often than not, doesn't help either. Choose wisely!

    Terrible experience. Purchased baseball Opening Day tickets on February 5, 2026. Bought two excellent and very expensive seats just nine rows behind our home team dugout for our 44th Anniversary. Despite frequent attempts to have tickets delivered, I didn’t receive any real help until three hours before the game. They did not deliver my tickets, but replaced tickets, telling me they were an “upgrade”. The replacement tickets were all the way out by the foul pole in right field. This company scammed me, and sold me inferior tickets. I’m not sure about my next steps, but I’m not letting this go.

    Credit card got stolen. Whoever stole it bought tickets on StubHub. So we called customer service and of course it’s in India and customer service cannot talk good English. We told them if they can cancel the transaction. They said all sales are final. We need to do something about StubHub.

    How are they even allowed to continue business practices?! I purchased club seats for a soccer match in Atlanta, GA THREE weeks prior to the event date. I didn’t like the idea of waiting until the day of the match to receive the tickets but they were cheaper than other sites (now I know why!!). Day of the event - no tickets. Escalate 2 hours before, told to wait as the seller had an hour before the game to transfer tickets. An hour before - no tickets and escalate again.

    30 minutes before the game (mind you, we traveled 3.5 hours and also got a hotel room) - notification that the seller couldn’t send the tickets. 30 minutes before kick off to have to make a pressured decision for a refund or less comparable seats for the SAME PRICE. I didn’t want to disappoint my 6 year and I accepted tickets in a haste. StubHub refuses to take accountability and even do a partial refund. I will NEVER use them again. Please save yourself the trouble and stress. They need to have a policy where tickets are transferred immediately after purchase and not allow the seller to change their mind 30 minutes before game time.

    I purchased tickets to see Zara Larsson Midnight Sun tour on 9/3/25, the day the tickets became available. I took off work, bought my outfit, booked the hotel, did my makeup, etc. My tickets were suppose to be emailed to me the day of the concert Tuesday March 31st, 3026.     If I could leave negative then stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STUBHUB. I purchased a 3-day pass to Ultra Music Festival taking place in Miami Beach. I bought these tickets in December, and Ultra takes place in April. The tickets stated they were "Mobile/Electronic tickets". As Ultra approached, I found out it is a wristband concert. I called StubHub a few weeks before the concert and asked if I would be receiving the bracelet and they said I have to wait until the day of the concert to find out if they come in mail, and if they don't, I would get a refund. I called every week and got the same answer. This was so aggravating because obviously if they didnt come, I wouldn't be able to go.

    The day comes of the festival and no wristband. I called Stubhub and told them and they told me to follow prompts in an email (a chat agent sent me) ~ mind you, I was chatting live with this agent who was instructing me what to do with this email to get a refund ... she told me to click a "blue bottom" in the email she had just sent me and so I did ... it then brought me to a page that said they are giving me replacement ticket.

    At this point, I'm past the start time of the festival, and I'm 2 hours north of miami beach. So the agent ends my chat since she said "Oh, the system gave you replacement tickets, have a good day" and ends the chat without allowing me to say no. SO I CALL/which is SO hard to find the correct StubHub number. I'm on the phone for 4 hours at this point!!!! Trying to get a refund of 480.00 but they say I can't get a refund because I was issued new tickets ... BUT THERE ARE NO TICKETS... It's a wristband concert!! I was even asked to send them a picture of proof of no tickets of which I respond "of what?? the air?? I have no tickets"!!!

    So finally, someone "escalated my case" to the "higher ups". NOW 6 hours later.... I get a call from one person without a language barrier and was SUPER SWEET, I wish I got her name. She listened to me calmly and said "I completely understand" after I told her we are now into the first day of the festival, I'm obviously not there, I have no tickets and according to Stubhub's FAN PROTECTION, I am entitled to a refund FOR SURE. She promises me she is going to explain and go over our conversations from agents and review everything, and more than likely, finally give a refund. They finally sent an email 48 hours later and refunded my money.

    I DIDN'T get to go. I spent the weeks waiting for the wristband as directed by them ~ without the choice to get another ticket, or sell mine if they were even real? and I spent the first day of the festival in my house on the phone for 6 hours speaking to another country. DO NOT BUY ON STUB HUB. TERRRRRRIBBBLLLE except for that one amazing agent at the end.

    Tickets were never released. I flew across the country for the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament and purchased my tickets months before. StubHub said the tickets would not be released until the day of. Literally 15 minutes before the event, I still didn’t have my tickets. And to “make it right” they gave me tickets that were $300 cheaper in a 200 section when I purchased tickets in the 100 section. I will never buy from here again! Terrible.

    I have been in Charlotte for 19 years & never attended an event at the Spectrum Center. I paid for parking from StubHub in advance for an event at the Spectrum Center, Charlotte, NC. Since I had a senior citizen with me, I wanted to ensure they wouldn't have to walk far. For that reason, I didn't mind paying $82 for parking. When I arrived at the address on my ticket, I was told StubHub should not be selling for this lot & i had to find and pay for another lot's parking. I chatted the next morning with someone that said they would have to escalate it. Then 3 days later I called & finally spoke with someone who escalated it again... I could not even get a partial refund and received a replacement parking ticket. NEVER AGAIN FOR ANYTHING FROM STUBHUB!

    Horrible website. Stay away from it. They tricked you with cheap price of the tickets but once you accept you figure out that they change the currency from CAD to EUR. This website is 100% scam. They even don't deserve 1 star. I booked parking for $54 CAD and checked many times the currency and they charge me in EUR 84. And of course once they steal the money they don't want to refund them. I wish google to be more precise when some websites pay them to be on the top to be sure that this website is not a legal scammer which StubHub is. STAY AWAY FROM STUBHUB - they are 100% crooks.

    I would not give StubHub one star if that was an option. Don’t go through the stress. This is the second time tickets were not transferred - First for the Formula 1 race in Vegas and now for the Savannah Banana game in Scottsdale. I will never use this platform again and I highly discourage anyone else to use them. I spent hours trying to get the tickets, calling multiple times, always put on hold, then told they couldn’t contact the seller but would call back…And nothing.

    Horrible Experience – Buyer Beware. I purchased tickets through StubHub back in November for both the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 games in Chicago at the end of March. These were supposed to be the same seats for both events, which was a big part of why I booked them. By Monday, March 23rd—just days before the Friday games—I still hadn’t received my tickets. I contacted customer service and was told they would reach out to the seller and follow up with me. That never happened. I ended up calling three more times throughout the week and received the same generic response each time: “We’ll contact the seller and keep you posted.” No updates, no accountability.

    On Friday, the day of the event, I called again. Shortly after that, I finally received tickets—or so I thought. The Friday tickets came through correctly. However, my Sunday tickets were not the same seats I purchased. Instead of aisle-adjacent seats, I was given seats further back and in the middle of the row. It’s clear my original tickets were given to someone else. StubHub advertises a “guarantee” that if tickets become unavailable, they’ll provide equal or better replacements. That did NOT happen in my case. This experience was stressful, disorganized, and completely unacceptable—especially given the cost of these tickets and the importance of the event. I will never use StubHub again. Buyer beware.

    Worst experience ever!!!! It is a platform built to exploit customers, driving up prices of tickets only to lower them later on. When trying to resale my tickets I realized what a scam their entire platform is. When finally getting someone on the phone, it was clear they were reading from a script and had absolutely no clue what they werwe even talking about. One of my tickets was being reviewed for some reason and never got relisted so I lost my money on it. This company should be shut down by legislators but I'm sure they are lining some dirty politicians pockets. Oh how wonderful capitalism is. Buy your tickets directly from the original saler and avoid these scammmers at all cost!!!!

    STAY AWAY FROM STUBHUB!!! They refuse to give me a refund! I bought tickets from StubHub in November 2025 for show on 3/15/26 in Houston, TX. On the day of the event, I couldn’t access my tickets in my StubHub account to transfer them to my Ticketmaster account. I tried several times but kept getting the same error message: “unable to cancel my transfer.” I called StubHub immediately, but they were no help. I’ve reached out multiple times by phone and live chat since March 15th, but they keep on telling me they can’t give me a refund or credit for my tickets.

    The customer service is the worst type of call center you can only imagine. They really know nothing, speak poorly English, and all say the same -- nothing - and let you down.     I purchased tickets through Stubhub for a show at the Comedy Zone in Greenville SC. I received an email a few days prior to the show saying the tickets would be available through AXS tickets the day of the show and I would receive an email from them on how to get the tickets on their app. I kept looking for an email and never received one from AXS that they had the tickets. I called AXS and they said I needed to call Stubhub because they had no order for my tickets. I called Stubhub and gave them my order # and they said the would try and contact the person who apparently purchased the tickets for sale. After waiting up to showtime, I told the representative for Stubhub just to give me a refund. They said they would and I did get refunded. However, this does not help the fact that this type of ticket purchase for events is not reliable. I will never Stubhub again for ticket purchases for events.

    I had a very disappointing experience with StubHub and would not recommend them. I purchased tickets for what was clearly listed as “Blippi.” To be extra careful, I even called StubHub beforehand to confirm it was the official Blippi show, and their support team assured me that it was. However, when I attended the event, it turned out to be “Be Like Blippi,” which was completely different from what I paid for. What’s worse, when I reported the issue, a supervisor later confirmed that I had indeed purchased “Blippi,” not “Be Like Blippi.” Despite acknowledging the discrepancy, StubHub refused to issue a refund and instead blamed the event organizers.

    As a customer, I relied on both the listing and direct confirmation from their support team. If both are inaccurate, then what can customers trust? This experience showed a lack of accountability and poor customer protection. Buyers should be very cautious, as even verified information from their support team may not be reliable.

    I bought tickets for my mom and I to attend Phantom of the Opera four months in advance. As the day came near, I was unable to Download my tickets to my mobile. I reached out to the assistant and was continually told not to worry about it and that my tickets were fine. Every day of the week leading up to the event, I tried to download my tickets with no luck. I spoke to three different people on the phone (over 1.5 hours of time) as well as the AI assistant and kept being told it was fine.

    My mother flew out to Denver for the show, we got ready, went out to dinner, and were on our way to the show when I received a phone call from Stubhub telling me to check my email. My tickets were canceled. She flew out, we were ready and on our way and Stubhub CANCELED my tickets!!!! I am quite certain that they sell tickets out from under people in order to make more money as the concert draws closer. I also purchased a parking pass through them for the event. Apparently, a refund in on the way for the concert tickets but NOT for the parking pass. I am still waiting to see if they actually refund my money. WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I WILL NOT USE STUBHUB AGAIN!!!!

    Very bad experience from communication to not receiving my tickets as they promised despite paying for it in advance. Don’t use them. It is more like a scam to me as once you pay they bombarding you with no reply auto emails saying your tickets have been sent but you never receive them. When you contact them to complain you have to sign is and chat online with a representative who never come back to you with any answers. Just a waste of time ….

I spent close to $1,000, and when I reached out for help, customer service was completely unhelpful.     I had a very disappointing experience with StubHub. I purchased a ticket for Moulin Rouge in Miami in the Orchestra section, Row K, and paid over $400 for the ticket. When I arrived at the venue, my seat was not available. I was sent to the ticket office, where I was told I had to pay an additional $35 and was issued a different seat in Row N. Because of this issue and the time it took to resolve it, I missed part of the show and was later seated in the balcony instead of the orchestra section that I originally paid for.

    After the event, I contacted StubHub customer service and requested a partial refund and reimbursement of the extra $35 I was forced to pay. They refused because I did not report the issue to StubHub on the same day, even though the problem happened at the venue when I tried to use the ticket. I paid for Orchestra seating and did not receive the seat I purchased, and I had to pay additional money due to their ticket issue. Customer service was not helpful and refused to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience. I will be very careful using StubHub in the future.

    Do not purchase parking from this company. StubHub will send you to an unsecured lot, far from the venue, and no transportation unless you Uber.     I purchased four tickets to a show in New York on Sunday, December 28, 2025, under a specific order number. As I was no longer able to attend, I listed the tickets for resale on StubHub under a separate order number. Shortly after listing, I discovered that the original seller had never fulfilled my purchase. I never received the tickets, and my order was subsequently cancelled. This left me with an active resale listing for tickets I did not possess and could not deliver.

    I contacted StubHub support by both phone and email to explain the situation. Their representatives confirmed that I would not be held liable for any fees associated with the resale listing, given that I never received the original tickets. I was instructed to submit a dispute, which I did. Documentation exists in the form of recorded phone calls and written email correspondence confirming this assurance. In January 2025, a resale fee was charged to my account and subsequently refunded.

    On March 1, 2026, StubHub charged me again across three separate transactions totaling $520 USD, despite the prior refund and the closure of my dispute. I called immediately and spoke with a supervisor on March 10, 2026.     I bought a ticket to the SEC Men's Basketball tournament on Saturday March 14. The game started at noon local time. I received an email saying I would get an email with an invitation to accept the transfer of my ticket, but that email never arrived. As game time approached, I went to their website and frantically searched for a way to get support. I could not find either a phone number or a chat. I followed links in the emails and reported that I did not receive my tickets. After 3-4 screens, I was presented with a ticket to request a re-transfer. At 12:50, 50 minutes after the game started, I received the email about the transfer. Eventually later I finally found the link to the support chat (it is well hidden). When I went to the chat, they said that their policy was that since I didn't call or do a support chat (the things I was looking for and could not find on their website), I could not get a refund.

    Throughout this process, I would receive emails inviting me to rate my experience. When I chose the lowest rating, it would bring up a web page with a 404 error. It's pretty clear that StubHub has very little interest in hearing about their customer's problems or feedback and, conveniently for them, when they don't hear from their customers they can say that "their policy" says they aren't accountable. I had a slightly different but equally frustrating experience with the parking tickets that were SUGGESTED BY STUBHUB. Turns out the parking lot was an 18 minute walk from the arena. StubHub is awful. Dishonest, unfortunately. The folks I talked to on the phone kept repeating the same talking points, including multiple lies. Avoid StubHub at all costs. They are swindlers.

    Absolute WORST company to purchase tickets through for any event! Go directly to Ticketmaster, buy them there. Between their fees and business practices, you will be lucky to get tickets in time for the event, and if you need to sell them, you generally can't, and no matter what, you will lose money and StubHub will profit. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!

    On top of that, they take no responsibility for the misrepresentation of their currency conversion. In this particular instance, the tickets I was purchasing were $7,000 MX$ ($250/ticket). They charged me $1400 US Dollars and would not refund me the difference. I spent over an hour explaining this to the agent on the phone and she told me it was my fault, that I should try to resell them on their platform, but when I listed them for the price they sold them to me for in Pesos... Their technology platform would not actually let me sell them for the price they sold them to me for. So I am out $1400 for a concert that should have been $500. I am so frustrated and this is such a scam to consumers that I taking the time to warn other people to not use this company. I will never use them again!

    On February 22, 2026, I went online intending to purchase two James Taylor tickets for Jones Beach Theatre. The first screen that came up were “tickets” called “Fast Lane Pass”, and I purchased it thinking they were the tickets. The next morning, I realized that these were actually not tickets to the concert, but some type of add on. If they were an add on, why was I able to buy them without buying actual tickets? Without the concert tickets, these “passes” (strangely also referred to as “tickets”), are WORTHLESS.

    StubHub's website is intentionally unclear and misleading by first offering these “tickets” which were really just add on passes, apparently so you don’t have to stand in line? Why would I need these without actual tickets. I was not offered to buy the actual concert tickets first, but these “Fast Lane Passes”. Stubhub refused to give me a full refund of the $120.16 for these two “Fast Lane Passes” because StubHub's website was deliberatively deceptive and did not supply what I believed I was buying, as these passes are worthless without actual concert tickets.

    I sold tickets through Stubhub for March 17th, 2026. Tickets were sold and accepted by StubHub and sent to customer. I sent tickets for wrong date, my error. All along the way everything looked fine. I never received any email or call, that there were any issues. They have my cell # and email address. It was not until I saw my cc statement that my credit card was charged for 600 by Stubhub. When I called to ask, they said that I was charged for tickets they provided the seller. So, I lost my sale and they charged me 600. I have yet to receive the wrong tickets sent back from Stubhub. So now I lost the sale, I was charged 600 and I lost my future ticket. Worse than this is the time on hold waiting for customer service to speak with an agent that is difficult to understand. In order to make increase their profit, Stubhub uses poorly qualified/trained agents to process their orders.

    If I could give a negative review, then I would. We got scammed by someone selling fake tickets on here. We contacted StubHub about it and they said we can’t get a refund because we didn’t contact them before the event even though it says in their terms and conditions that you have to contact them within 7 days after the event. This is what it says: Getting Valid Tickets

    Very disappointing experience with StubHub. I purchased tickets for the Dominican Republic vs. Venezuela World Baseball Classic game, and four days later StubHub changed my seats, calling it an ‘upgrade,’ when it absolutely was not. The new seats were in a much worse section and clearly did not match the value of the tickets I originally paid for. This is completely unacceptable. My payment had already been processed, and the tickets had already been transferred to my Ballpark account. At that point, my original purchase should have been secured. StubHub advertises ‘FanProtect,’ but in my experience, that protection meant nothing.

    To make matters worse, customer service was extremely frustrating. I called three times in one day, and the support I received was unprofessional and unhelpful. One representative was rude, and the call was disconnected without any proper resolution. Overall, this was a terrible experience. StubHub failed to honor the tickets I paid for, and their customer service made the situation even worse. I do not recommend this company.

    I would leave one star if possible. Gave my Broadway tix to them to sell. They had the seat numbers plain and simple. Each ticket costs me $250. Due to an eye injury could not make it to NYC. The tix were sold by SH for $275 and after their commission, I was to receive $450 in 5-8 working days. Day after the performance, I get a note that the tix were misrepresented and $137 was to be deducted from my payment. I gave them the tix, I did not mislead, all marketing done by SH. I never saw the show, out $500 and no payment, Dishonest, scam. Keep away. Trying to swindle an extra $137 from me or the buyer is trying to whittle his cost. Either way, disreputable as I am left with nothing.

    I bought tickets on January 12th through STUBHUB which the seats were $139 each After buying 5 tickets for the play "All things Equal" in SF at the Curran Theatre Stubhub notified me at 6:21pm on the day of the show which started at 7pm "the seller did not provide tickets". FYI I spent $697 dollars for 5 tickets for 5 of my friends for "Great Seats" which were BOGUS SCAMMER SELLER never provided tickets so I had to buy new tickets at theatre because STUBHUB did not provide replacement tickets, only said they will refund in 5 to 8 business days. We bought tickets to Monster Jam and never received the tickets. We started conversations with them at 10 am and never got a solution.     I purchased concert tickets through stubhub but my event was canceled. According to the website I should have gotten an email giving me credit toward future stubhub events and the option to ask for a cash refund. I never got that email so I called customer service. But according to customer service I was not entitled to a refund because I had purchased them from a reseller. No credit for future hubstub events. No cash refund. No concert. I had donated about 200 bucks to stubhub and got nothing in return. Apparently stubhub’s guarantee has some pretty big loopholes. I’d recommend avoiding stubhub as much as possible or at least never purchasing tickets from resellers through stubhub.

I ended having to get my tickets through Ticket Master at last minute because I was not getting my tickets and it was the day of the concert. Now I am stuck because of them with 2 separate charges.     I purchased tickets to a broadway show on Saturday and as of that morning had not received tickets. I called Stubhub and told them and they reassured me that I would have my tickets before the show. I called a hour and a half before the show time and informed them I still didn’t have tickets and I had a 30 min drive to the venue but I was worried about not having the tickets and wasting time and gas. They once again reassured me either I would get the tickets or they would give me comparable tickets. 30 minutes before the show I had to call again as I didn’t have the tickets. At this point im driving to the show and it took them 25 minutes to “resolve” my issue.

    I am now in front of the theater and my only option is to get a full refund, purchase better seats and have to wait potentially a hour before receiving them (and missing most of the show) OR accept downgraded seats with no credit or partial refund. They charged the seller for the amount they should’ve received for the transaction, and they also get the partial from the new transaction but won’t credit me back for the downgraded seats. They do not care about the customer. They got more money from the charge they got on the seller and they are content with keeping it all even though it means treating customers badly. Will not be doing business with them again.

    DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!! We had tickets through them for The Eagles at The Sphere in Las Vegas. We purchased them in October of 2025. The concert was in February of 2026. I received a confirmation of the purchase. Two weeks from the concert I started to inquire about the whereabouts of the tickets. I got a "stock" answer saying that due to a requirement of non-transferability of tickets, they would not be released until the day of the show. I trusted this after looking it up. Fast forward to the day of the concert. My wife and I flew to Las Vegas, rented a hotel room within walking distance to The Sphere. All day I watched my email for the tickets. NADA!!! We were EXTREMELY upset at the money we lost, plus the travel money to get to and stay in Las Vegas!

Ten minutes before the show started, I was receiving no resolution and nobody on the phone seemed to have any clue what they were doing. At one point someone was in the background telling the woman on the phone what to say. I finally just begged for a refund, which they eventually denied stating that I didn't return the tickets (when I have literal email confirmation from them thanking me for returning the tickets). So in addition to missing the show, I am out the money I spent for a hotel, parking, etc. I have never been so disgusted with a company and I hope they go out of business. Do not EVER EVER use StubHub.

    Terrible platform for selling tickets. If you change any option while creating your listing, the system can automatically change your price without clearly notifying you. There’s no proper confirmation of the final price, yet if the ticket sells, you’re forced to honor it — even if it was due to their system error. Very convenient. Take screenshots of everything if you use this platform. They also don’t pay you until 10 days after the event. If your event is months away, they hold both your money and the buyer’s money the entire time. This will be the last time I use this service.

    Add my experience to one of the most negative events dealing with Stubhub. I purchased tickets 10 days prior to the event. Within three days of purchase, Stubhub began sending messages "Have you accepted your tickets? Download them now." There were no tickets yet. These prompts continued up to the day prior to the event. Upon my further researching, I found that the tickets might not be released until day of event.

    On the day of the event, I again received the prompt to accept my tickets. Still not there. I contacted Customer Service at Stubhub and was told that they would refer my situation to an Escalation Team, and that I would receive an email or phone call soon. The event was scheduled for 8:00 pm. At 5:20 pm, still no tickets. At 5:30 pm I contacted Customer service again; I was informed that the seller had not released the tickets and that I would receive a link for compensation within the hour. At 7:30 pm, I contacted Customer Service a 3rd time. I was informed that "replacement tickets" had been sent via email at 5:40 pm., and since the event was still planned, no refund would be issued. Worst communications ever. Not to mention the monetary loss. Never again. Never.

    My daughter and I purchased some tickets several weeks in advance. The section for the event were good seats, but the night of the event we had several issues with the tickets. First they would not load for entry. After twenty minutes of this, they finally loaded. However, once inside we could see that that the wrong tickets were loaded. Instead of the the good tickets we purchased for a couple of hundred each we were given tickets that were worth 80 bucks, that were located on the very last row. We know this because we asked the guy sitting next to us how much he paid. We contacted Stubhub and we were promised a refund based on their Stubhub guarantee, but they did not follow through. Stubhub was terrible from beginning to end. Do not use. This was a bait and switch.

    Updated on 02/22/2026: Purchased front row seats e tickets. Total 1700.00! Never received tickets as stated in their policies "eTicket send within 24 hrs, seller has 5 days to send tickets." Luckily I used a credit card company and lots of documents to get a full dispute refund. The stress and anxiety of having to cancel hotels, transportation and not being able to know if I'd ever receive the tickets was unwarranted. We couldn't schedule back up plans and certainly no one in their right mind would wait until the night of event to see if tickets would appear! So many horror stories about broken birthday or occasions where people stood at the venue door dressed and transportation paid to leave upset and crying!

    The Texas Attorney General will be notified of this company's one star ratings and dealings. Scalping is illegal in Texas. Furthermore it's a hook and sink because you are not given ridiculous deadlines, fees and horrible customer service until after you hit the purchase button. Consumers shouldn't be held hostage, shunned and upset when using this site for tickets they paid for by this company!!!

    Do not buy event related parking through StubHub! They sold me the event ticket and then sent me emails for parking at the venue. They ended up selling me parking in a different city and then said I had no alternative but to try and sell it back. Of course, no one wanted parking in another city from the event, so that was all a waste.

    I recently attended a concert and when I got to the line of the concert, my tickets were denied because StubHub sold my tickets. I was so embarrassed me and my girlfriend sitting there waiting in line and when I call customer service, they had me waiting on alternative tickets that never came so two hours later as I’m on my way back home they text me and said that I was eligible for a refund because I had insurance on my tickets and I was later denied my refund.     I purchased tickets from StubHub Inc for the Boch Center in Boston MA for November 2026. This was the Penn & Teller show for which the stage was obstructed. Extremely disappointing. StubHub Inc. sold tickets that were clearly misrepresented as standard view. I purchased tickets advertised without restricted views, yet upon arrival at the venue the seats were undeniably obstructed. I notified StubHub immediately, and they refused to offer any remedy. Further review shows that StubHub should have known the seats were restricted and had a responsibility to disclose this. StubHub violated their own policy by not providing replacement tickets or providing a refund. No support provided at all.

    Detailed information was provided to StubHub, but refused to remedy. The info provided include: StubHub purchase confirmation showing seat details with no mention of restricted or obstructed views; A SeatView image clearly showing a pole blocking the stage; Ticketmaster (the venue’s official partner) listing the same seats as restricted view, indicating StubHub should have disclosed this; An email from the venue confirming the seats are obstructed and stating StubHub should have been aware of this at the time of sale.

    I bought 2 tickets to Backstreet Boys at the Sphere, in Vegas. Only to go there and find out the tickets were invalid. Felt cheated and betrayed. Travelled 10 hours and got in a day earlier to enjoy our experience. And imagine getting turned away from the gate after spending $1400. It was the biggest waste. DO NOT BUY FROM STUBHUB.

    Today 2/18/25 at approximately 1 PM EST I attempted to purchase tickets for The Weeknd three separate times. Each time the order appeared to go through successfully only to be cancelled hours later without explanation. No fraud alert. No bank issue. No declined payment notification. Just silent cancellation. When I contacted customer service via chat, the representative offered no meaningful assistance. I provided my order number ** and clearly explained that this had happened multiple times. Instead of investigating or escalating the issue, I was repeatedly told to try again and that they do not know why the order was cancelled. When I asked what would prevent it from happening again, the response was essentially that they do not know and to just try again.

    There was no effort to escalate to a supervisor, involve a risk or fraud team, provide a specific reason, offer an alternative solution, or take accountability. The representative eventually stated they were not sure how else they could assist, which is unacceptable from a multi million dollar company handling high value ticket purchases. If StubHub’s system is auto cancelling legitimate purchases hours after checkout, customers deserve transparency, not dismissal. This experience wasted hours of my time and created unnecessary stress over securing tickets for a high demand event. Buyer beware. If something goes wrong, do not expect real answers.

    They are criminals. I bought tickets to a concert in July 2025, the person I was taking ended up not being able to go. So I sold them back to StubHub and followed their instructions, I thought it was all good. Then they expect you to sit at your computer to try and sell your tickets after they say it's fine. They give out names and email addresses of those who want to buy the tickets and you are supposed do all of that work, which they don't tell you about. Then they will charge you for tickets that someone tried to purchase (this is all done electronically) and they will charge you for someone else trying to buy your tickets that couldn't get them because stubhole isn't up front about their policies. They've stolen at least $600.00 from me and keep trying to charge me another $174.00 every week.

    I locked all of my cards and got a new one for the account number that they originally had a few months ago. On Feb 05 they charged $174.00 on a card number that no longer exists on my new card with a new number. I lit up Capital One over this. They are giving me temporary credit and another new card while they investigate. I told them that I will close all 5 accounts that I have with them, a customer for over 25 years with an 823 credit score. I only use 2 of those accounts. They already robbed me of at least $200.00 when I got double billed for hulu for months, gave me credit then took it back. I think I'm going to get rid of them anyway because they do not work for their customers, they work for the merchants.

    Stay away from StubHub!! Bought two tickets, sold them on their website using their portal for selling tickets after discovering a calendar conflict with the event.. The first prospect buyer declined the transaction. The second buyer bought the tickets. Since the first buyer declined the transaction, I was charge what they call a "non-fulfillment" fee. Spent 1 hour with their customer service and accomplished nothing. BTW the fee charge was TWO months after the event. What a scam!!

    I bought tickets to Jo Koy at the Climate Pledge Arena on Valentine’s Day for the 5th row on the center and Stubhub sold my tickets to someone else after I fully paid for the tickets and only gave me the option to accept alternative tickets farther back in the audience at the last minute.     Do not buy from StubHub. They have scammers and they don’t care. I paid over double for parking, followed all directions, and then received a $64 parking violation. Not only did Stubhub blame me for following said instructions (they said I should have never texted the number with my license #, which were the instructions. It is an unmanned parking garage.) Stubhub did zero to refund me or more importantly, zero to ensure the scammer is identified, held accountable and removed. Their protection guarantee means nothing. I chatted w agent online, and got nowhere but excuses as to why it’s my problem and not theirs. Then I called. All assured me my experience was wrong. Each talked around it for about an hour. Second person assured me they would escalate it. 5 minutes later I received this email.

    — I’m reaching out to update you regarding the issue you reported about your parking pass. We’ve escalated the matter to our dedicated team for a full review. We’ve just received their update, and unfortunately, no further action can be taken at this stage. I truly understand how frustrating this situation has been, and I’m sorry we couldn’t provide a different outcome. —

    They did not escalate it. I called again and got the same run around. Connected to supervisor, same thing. More importantly, they did zero to ensure it wouldn’t happen to others. They said because the event was 61 days ago NO ONE in their company would have the power to do anything. I should have called sooner. I followed all the instructions for parking and only received the parking violation today. Event was 12/13. Parking violation was typed 1/21. I called 2/13, the day I received it. This is still in a timely matter but they do not care.

    My friend asked me to find the ticket price to book a event of Sphere. I proceeded to book the tickets to see if there is any service or other fees before adding parking fee.     We bought tickets through StubHub to see Matt Rife in January 2026. There were sound issues and after going to the office we were told we would get a refund along with hundreds of others.     I had purchased prime tickets from StubHub which I did not receive. From the outset, there was a challenge when I initiated a chat that did not yield any results. I was informed that my tickets were in my "wallet," despite not having set up a wallet on my phone. The representative insisted that this was where they must be located. Eventually, I contacted customer service and was assured that the seller had excellent ratings and would provide the tickets soon. However, after waiting for an extended period, I discovered two days before the event that the specific tickets were unavailable, likely to be sold at a higher price.

    The tickets I received did not match the quality of the seats I originally selected while costing the same amount of money. (To be fair, I could have asked for a refund.) In my estimation, they were the cheapest seats at the venue because I had to look sideways at the stage and did not have a clear view of the monitor. I was extremely disappointed, as I might have secured the desired tickets from another source. This experience has been a valuable lesson. Do not purchase tickets from StubHub.

    I bought tickets to a Met game at city Field for August, and after completing the purchase which went fine instead of coming out of the website on my phone a page appeared asking me about do. I want a parking pass and I thought let me look and see what they’re charging for parking passes. When I clicked on the button at the bottom the next thing I know I had bought a parking pass for $161 plus a $50 service fee came to almost $212 which is absurd. No one in their right mind would pay $212 the Park city field.

    When I contacted StubHub I spoke both to a customer service person and then super supervisor. Neither of them were willing to help me out whatsoever even though I notified them within five minutes of making this fraudulent purchase and I say fraudulent because it was why they put the screen on your phone after your purchase is ridiculous. I can imagine how many people have done the same thing as me. Oh I will be immediately contacting American Express as soon as it posts to have this charge back.

    If I could provide a negative score, I would. I bought $950 tickets on January 12th for a Knicks game on January 30th. I went to accept my tickets on the 30th. They were showing as ready to accept on the StubHub app. I unfortunately got an error message saying something went wrong in Ticketmaster. I missed the game after being on a call with the StubHub support team for 2 hours. Apparently, the link to claim your tickets can expire if you don't accept them right away with no recourse and no refund. This might be the worst tech I have ever experienced. I thought StubHub was reputable. If the link expires and I lose my tickets, I want an auto-refund. Where are the tickets? How does a tech breakdown prevent me from getting my tickets. I will never use StubHub again, nor should you.

    StubHub is the worst app I've ever used to buy tickets. I will never use them again. Not only is the app NOT ever working but not allowing you to print the tickets before the event is just plain stupid. I am NOW waiting for my complaint to escalate, and I still may have to wait until 2PM THE DAY OF THE EVENT to either get a refund or replacement tickets. I live 2hrs away from the event and Texas is 1hr ahead of NM. Honestly, this is the worst experience I've ever had purchasing tickets I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. $220.00 is a lot for me and I rarely get out, I'm completely disgusted.

    I bought 2 tickets in the 3rd row for a concert in Fort Lauderdale in May. I never heard of Stub Hub before, and thought I was dealing with the Parker Playhouse's ticketing office. The first e-mail confirmation came with no seat numbers. I used the messaging system to communicate with Stub Hub, and basically was told to go pound salt. The Stub Hub rep told me that my 2 seats probably wouldn't be next to each other. I used my Wells Fargo credit card for the purchase, and immediately contacted them. My complaint with Wells Fargo was dated 12/16/25. Yesterday, 1/28/26, I got notification from Wells Fargo that my case was closed, in my favor. I will never to business again with Stub Hub. Never, never, never!

    Don’t believe this company's LIES! I bought tickets for a play. 4 days before I still hadn’t gotten my tickets. They said to resubmit a request. I did. 3 days before I got Covid and said I wanted to try to sell my tickets. They said to list them and I should receive my tickets the next day. I listed them. 2 days before, my tickets sold, but I still didn’t have tickets. They said that they were escalating it and that I shouldn’t be charged and if I did to file a claim. 1 day before, still no tickets and if I didn’t turn over the tickets to the buying party I would get charged again. I contacted them again and they said to wait.

    The show came and went. I was charged not only for my tickets, but also for the ones I sold. Total of about $400. I filed a claim like I had been advised by customer service. I had a receipt of the purchased tickets, the charge for the sold tickets, and a screen shot of cs advising me that I would not be charged. My claim was denied. Their guarantee is bs and they don’t actually follow through with any cs advise given. Don’t buy through them!!

    Am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent ticket purchase for Dancing With the Stars, scheduled for Sunday, January 25. I purchased two tickets believing I was buying directly through Ticketmaster, only to later discover that the tickets were actually sold through a third-party reseller, StubHub—a fact that was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

    On the day of the event, a significant snowstorm occurred. Due to the weather, the show was rescheduled from 7:00 PM to 1:00 PM, which required attendees to travel during the height of unsafe road conditions. For the safety of my family, we made the difficult decision not to attend. This decision resulted in extreme disappointment, particularly for my teenagers, who were very much looking forward to the show.

    When I contacted StubHub regarding a refund, I was informed that no refund would be issued. Instead, I was offered $27.00 for tickets I originally paid $150.00 for. This offer felt unreasonable and dismissive given the circumstances—especially considering the weather emergency and the significant time change of the event. I am extremely disappointed by:

    The lack of transparency about purchasing through a third-party reseller
    The refusal to provide a fair refund under unsafe weather conditions

    The inadequate compensation offered for unused tickets

    Stubhub refused to refund me and called me a liar after I told them that our event was cancelled due to extreme winter weather. They claimed we had to wait on their "review" process that would last at least a week then we might get our refund 10 days after they change it in their system. I told them that it was dishonest to post that it was postponed when really it was cancelled. They didn't care and kept saying to wait. They still haven't fixed it going on 3 days now so far after I presented them with all the evidence in the world that it was indeed cancelled. Still not changed in their system and still no refund in sight.

    I have used StubHub three times, and each time has been worse than the experience before. Their policies are absolute trash and favor the sellers. First time was for Zach Bryan tickets in Brooklyn which I spent 3000$ for 3 tickets, only to have my tickets rejected at the gate and forced to call StubHub in the crowded entrance while the opener played… Thankfully, we got replacement tickets 10 mins before Zach took the stage. Second purchase was Maluma in Medellin, where we purchased the tickets two weeks before the show, tickets were never sent and we contact customer service multiple times with nothing being resolved, only to find out our order was cancelled for a refund 2 hours before the concert... Beyond disappointed…

    Now our third and final order, Bad Bunny in Medellin… Our worst experience and why I will never use them again. Bought our tickets almost two weeks before the day of the concert, the following day the seller contacted me directly, trying to convince me to send him money directly, and that he owns a ticket business, etc.… I told him I had already paid by PayPal to StubHub and this is not how it works… I contacted StubHub customer service, one agent was worse than the next, one spoken more broken English than the next… I explained to them what happened, sent screenshots of the seller's emails to me directly… How was trying to do something underhanded…I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the tickets… after speaking with close to a dozen customer service reps over 10 days, being assured that they are still tickets available for the show and if the seller did not send the tickets, we would be given replacement tickets.

    Again, down to the wire and finding out 1 hour before the concert that we would be refunded… Not only that, but I was refunded less money because the exchange rate was different than the day I bought them. Their business model is atrocious. I wouldn’t wish these experiences on my worst enemy. I would encourage everyone to stay far, far away from them and shop elsewhere. When I proved the seller was shady and the reps all agreed, they still had to wait until 5 pm PST before being able to give me a definitive response. The time of the show.

    This platform has no protections against scammers, because they depend on the seller to transfer tickets and StubHub doesn't verify who they are sent to or who accepts them. I ordered last-minute parking passes that were supposedly sent by the seller and accepted by me via email. No such thing happened, and StubHub refuses to refund the amount because I contacted them after the event. Fortunately, I did not buy expensive tickets through them, and I never will. Buy at your own risk. I've attached the StubHub email saying to look out for the seller email, and the next email saying to enjoy the event. I did not receive the parking pass.

    Bought tickets to see Taskmaster Live in NY months ago for a Christmas/honeymoon gift since it was $600. We both took off from work, knew it would take all day to get to a train station pay for parking/food. It was also one of the coldest day and got warm clothes. StubHub does not, let you bug them until the day of the event and even then they tell you not to ask about tickets not showing up until 3 hours before the event. Didn't get my tickets 3 hours before the event, called support and they said they couldn't get it from their contact??? Then I said ok what seats can you get since we came all this way and pretty much made a day just to get here. There were tickets available but wouldn't get them or even offer to sell them to me. Just offered a refund that's it.

    By the time I got off with their support those tickets sold so we were completely screwed and ruined what was to be a joyous christmas/honeymoon. Seems like a scam company if they can just screw you over last minute after paying months in advance. I think the scalpers just sold our tickets at a higher price. Yeah... Stubhub is just corporate scalpers it feels. Don't care about the customers.

    DO NOT BUY FROM STUB HUB! I purchased floor seats to the Timberwolves game for a special present for my father who is over 80. I spent more than I should have but wanted this to be a very special gift, I spent way too much and got seats right next to the players on an aisle. I started calling Stub Hub at 8am the day of the game because I didn't get the tickets and must have talked to them 30 times over the course of the day, I never got my original tickets so they said I could pick from 4 other spots all not even close to the floor like the tickets I paid for. I asked for a full refund, and they refused and said i need to pick one of the other options, I picked one and didn't get those tickets either until half hour after the game started.

    My father drover over 4 hours to get to my house then another 2 to the game. Stubhub kept asking me to prove I didn't get the tickets by sending them screen shot after screen shot of my email searches. We never got to eat dinner that night because I was fighting with stubhub for hours over this. Terrible customer service and if they tell you, "Don't worry we will make it right," they are lying.

    StubHub accepted over $500 for tickets, issued an order number, and then failed to provide any valid tickets when the event occurred. When the tickets showed as nonexistent, StubHub still refused to refund the purchase. Selling tickets that cannot be accessed and then keeping the customer’s money is unacceptable. This company showed zero accountability and ruined what was meant to be a Christmas gift. I would never trust StubHub again. STUBHUB SUCKS.

    I would not recommend using StubHub. I ordered tickets and reached out for over a week after not getting them and was reassured I would have them by the time my event was happening. That didn’t happen and they refuse to make it right. They don’t care about customers or how they make you feel. They have awful customer service. We drove 3 hours for our event and had to buy more expensive tickets to not disappoint the group of teenagers we were taking to the event. Using them was nothing but stressful and empty promises.

    BUYER BEWARE!!! A week before a concert we purchased 2nd row tickets for an out-of-town event through StubHub before reading their reviews. The tickets delivered to us, on the day of the concert, were in the wrong section, 10 rows back, and the seats weren't even next to one another. They were not what we paid for. We contacted StubHub and the rep told us to return the tickets to them for a refund. We returned the tickets per their instructions, and they now refuse to return the money. I wish I would have researched them prior to sending them our money. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting them. Based on all of the similar stories, there should be a class action lawsuit filed against this organization.

    We purchased two tickets for a concert in Boston. Due to a personal issue I had to cancel the trip. The StubHub recommended listing the tickets in their sales site. No news for months. Just one day before the concert they texted that someone wants to buy the tickets. I immediately went to the StubHub web page and explained them that I am going to use the tickets myself and the tickets are not on sales.

    Today (one day after the concert), I was just charged for the full amount of the tickets ($360) for penalty. Penalty for what? They said I did not delist the sales. Ok I did not de-list but when they contacted me I immediately let them know that I am keeping the tickets myself. What kind of harm did I make to the StubHub? Betrayal of their sales promise to potential buyers? If they charge this ridiculous penalty, should not they inform the customers like myself this ‘fine’ print in a more explicit way beforehand? This is a complete rip off!

    StubHub was awful. We were going to Monster Jam. It was about 45 minutes or so before the event we realized where we was going to park in did not have have any more open spots. So we went on StubHub, got a parking pass e-ticket emailed to us and when we got it, it said just to park at The Dome, but The Dome has no parking so we paid $40 for it and couldn’t use it. I called customer service. They said, "Oh you’ll get the full e ticket electronically in about 45 minutes."

    Well, the time came and gone. We didn’t get it till after the event started and it not still did not have the address of the garage where we paid for parking. It just had America’s Dome parking which The Dome does not have parking itself so it’s one of the garages around it, which we didn’t know cause I didn’t get the address. I called customer service and they said they’re trying to get a hold of the seller to get the address, but they could not get a hold of the seller. So we had to pay for parking again in a different garage because the address for the parking never was given to us.

    I purchased tickets from StubHub and the show got canceled. Per the original ticket vendor, per the venue and per the artist himself the show was CANCELED. StubHub refused to acknowledge the show was canceled and repeatedly tried to tell me the show was “rescheduled” despite concrete evidence that it was in fact , CANCELED, and refused to refund my $250.     This review documents a dispute with StubHub involving misrepresentation and failure to honor a written commitment. Following a date change for the Bad Bunny concert in Peru, StubHub emailed us confirming that resale fees would be waived for this event. We relied on this representation when attempting to resell 10 tickets. Despite this, StubHub:

    - Charged resale fees
    - Suppressed our listings unless prices were reduced by $100 per ticket
    - Denied the existence of the written promise when presented with the email
    - Required ticket custody via the Quentro app, preventing independent transfer to buyers

    - Multiple customer support interactions failed to resolve the issue or escalate appropriately.

    This review is posted to preserve an accurate public record. I am requesting refund of all fees collected in violation of StubHub’s written statement and a response from a supervisor or legal escalation team. Absent resolution, I will proceed with a Better Business Bureau complaint. I will not do business with StubHub ever again.

    We purchased tickets back in May 2025 for a show at the Murat in Indianapolis, IN. We will NEVER use Stubhub again. We were looking forward to the show and left home early to have a nice relaxing dinner downtown and then off to the show. There were NO tickets ever sent and we held up the line with the Murat staff trying to help. We finally went to the box office and they could not help. I finally tried to call the number listed for Stubhub and it hung on immediately. I tried a Chat, and I was able to have her find our tickets and she reissued them, however we missed almost 40 min of the show. We were highly encouraged to use ticket master the next time as the Murat staff has seen this happen multiple times. The third party had never sent the tickets. Embarrassing, disappointing, and almost ruined our evening.

    Horrible experience! After reading these reviews, I feel like a fool using this company. Purchased Cavs tickets for my husband’s birthday and included our children for a dad’s night out. I am unable to transfer tickets to him. Either one child not attends so I can use their ticket to get everyone in, purchase an additional ticket near them (another $200 +) or drive 1hr 10mins, pay to park, walk them in to drive another 1hr 10 mins back. My husband now just wants me to go, what a great birthday gift for him. I will never use StubHub again!
