Easy to navigate the site. Loved the detail in the seating plan. Wished I knew the seat numbers I purchased. Looking forward to seeing Kathleen Madigan. These tickets will be a great 60th Birthday gift for my husband. My husband, daughter and I will get to all laugh together.

The order did not fully disclose the actual location of the seats. Only that they would be together on row "E". The delivery charge is $7.95 and you are just sending me an email, "really" and how much can an email and minimum wage person to send it cost your organization. And to add insult to injury your "convenience fees" are totally ridiculous. $80.00 plus for 2 tickets, and you didn't have the courage to show those fees until the purchaser has gone all the way to the end of the purchase process. Shame on you people for ripping folks off in the name of the arts at the box office. (3-5% is the basic merchant cost to take a credit card.)

It would be helpful for you to show the service fee charges at the start of the process. This would help to maintain the process without oneself feeling tricked. Everything else seems perfect, very good and simple interface. Keep up the good work, you guys organize the best events and I always buy the tickets through your system.

Lady Gaga Mohegan Sun - No complaints today. Representative helped me live on the phone yesterday and that was very satisfactory. I wish that I had acted faster, though, and purchased the tickets yesterday as today I am paying $50 more and in a less desirable location. That is a bit of a letdown.

I liked how you could choose the location for seating and how clicking the location brought up the prices and seats available. Second, I understand a service fee, but at 1/3 the ticket price. That's pretty steep. I did buy a larger amount of tickets so the fee looks larger as well. It just really pushed the envelope and I would have had a bought a couple more tickets if the fees weren't as high. Other than that, my overall check out experience was a breeze and straightforward.

Easy site to use. Liked the way your seating location was color coated and showed you your seats when you selected your seats on the left of the screen. No need to jump back and forth from page pricing to seat map of the venue.

The site allowed me to easily find the tickets my mom and I wanted. And then checkout was very smooth with the PayPal option. I would definitely use this service again. We are so looking forward to the Mannheim Steamroller concert, as this will be the first time for both of us.

The service fee which adds 30% to the tickets should be disclosed before checkout. I'll probably report this to the BBB and post on Twitter and Yelp. This is a really bad business practice and the service fee is also excessive.

A processing fee of nearly $250 per ticket is absurd. Because we want to see Hamilton, let's call $250 per ticket (above seat price) a form of extortion. In this computerized world (I never interacted with a human to complete this transaction), how can you justify that level of 'fee?'

My buddy's birthday is this month. I wanted to take him to a Warriors game like I did the year before last. Turned out to be duplicate champ ring day. So bought tickets for a game on Nov. 6th. We found out the duplicate ring game is Oct 25th. l thought they were sold out for sure. I went online to eventticketscenter.com and in minutes I got great seats. It was quick and easy. Thanks.

Very easy to filter and select seats. Made the rows and seat numbers visible and I like that the seat map is on the same page! Super simple checkout, but the service fee was much higher than typical fees. Normally, it is $10-12 and I was surprised that they charge $18 per ticket. But, overall good experience!

I was pleasantly surprised in dealing with Event Tickets Center! I am used to getting jerked around via the typical outlets (ahem... cough... Ticketmaster). Despite paying over face value for my tickets (my fault for missing pre-sale), I felt the price offered was very fair; and the process to purchase was extremely smooth. So much so, I'll actually download the app.

Did not appreciate the $40.00 per ticket fee on top of the actual ticket price. $40.00 for the order would have been 1 thing but because I chose to buy 3 tickets you gigged me for 3 times that. It was still just one order... I know it's to keep everyone safe but a one time fee should do that just fine.

There should always be a seat map to help in selecting seats. I am very tall and so I have no clue if I would be comfortable in my seats. I don't feel good about this. It could also be done as a confirmatory step. Would someone please call me at ** so that I can review and maybe select two seats in the same area. I would like an aisle seat.

I had a great experience finding my tickets; however, there was a rather high service fee tagged on at the end which I did not like.. I would have appreciate if this was included in the ticket price upfront as we spent over 200$ just on that. Check was easy and quick, just upset about the service fee.

The Service Charge added at the end is ridiculous. The amount is way too high and should be show up front along with the ticket prices. Any Service Charge should be calculated and included in the ticket amount, not a separate charge unless it was a shipping fee.

We purchased section A3 row 9 and are looking forward to seeing Ed Sheeran. We were told that he puts on a really good show! While purchasing our tickets, the customer service representative was very helpful and pleasant. We are extremely excited toward our highlight event of 2018. So you advertise the tickets for $28 a piece. Ok that's fine, seems reasonable. Then after you click to buy it comes up that additional fee of $7.95 for "delivery download"! Then after you fill in your credit card info and everything else you have your "service fee per ticket" of $9.52 pop up. Really? Come on a "delivery" fee. For Christ sakes it's electronic! And a "Service Fee" at the last minute. No wonder Pearl Jam protested Ticket Master in the 90's. You all are just as crooked. Just add in your service fee to the ticket price from the get go instead of leading people to believe you have the cheapest tickets, and the "delivery fee". Come on that's just total crap and you know it! I don't mind paying good money to see a great show. Just don't ** people with lead in low prices only to add your "fluff" at the end. That's some shady underhanded **. You ticket sellers are all alike and that's a shame.

First time ordering online... worried I won't be able to download tickets (Harlem Globetrotters). I am not computer friendly. I will be very disappointed if I paid all that money for tickets and I'm not able to download tickets. I would prefer to have them sent to me.

I bought tickets for the Tampa Bay Rays versus The New York Yankees game through Event Tickets Center and it was a very good experience. Also, the tickets were delivered within the expected timeframe.

Buying the tickets was very quick and easy, but...I didn't see the $45/ticket service fee until the last possible moment. WTF!!! Are you delivering them to me on a horse drawn carriage? Are they golden tickets like in Willy Wonka? Do I at lease get free popcorn? You can believe that I will NEVER use your service again because of your service fee!

Horrified to see additional fees per ticket on top of the already scalped price of the tickets plus the $15 mailing fee. Seems exorbitant. These fees per ticket were not mentioned at all until the place my order part... Must be a better way to purchase tickets.

I was debating on ordering tickets then got an email offering 5% off... there is no place when ordering to actually get the discount so I feel that is not exactly honest advertising. Not that it's a huge discount but if it's offered it should have a place to put the discount code.

I do not understand why the service fee is 1/3 of the ticket. I think it is too much, because it is a $24 fee when the tickets are $73. I would just want to know a bit more information as to why and where the additional $24 is going. Although, the website is very easy to use.

"Service Fee" is just charging more money for no reason. 8$ for an EMAIL delivery AND 15$ service fee? That's ridiculous. I wouldn't use this website at all if the show I wanted to see wasn't sold out. I'm not sure what this "service fee" is for, but it's **.

I had a great experience until checkout. I wasn't able to see the total amount in Canadian dollars, only in US money. The conversion rate should have been shown. Next on checkout was this box asking for my thoughts and I haven't even seen if my tickets were completed...

Boyz II Men was one of my favorite groups. We've tried Event Tickets Center because of the fair ticket prices. The site is easy to navigate. The order was quick and accurate! It is also easy to print the ticket. We are so excited to watch the concert!

I was not able to observe what seats were still available for the date and time I requested (Sunday, Dec 17, 3 PM). I am still not sure where to sit and are my two seats together? That's all I have to say... Looking forward to this production. YC always puts on such amazing shows!

The information was accurate, very accurate info about the availability of tickets for sale. The seat that were available were easily chosen. Checkout was simple and accurate but the fees were very expensive and surprised that it cost that much... Fees should be drastically cheaper due to the cost of the seats.

I didn't like the $21.00 fee added to my tickets, when I order online. Why is there this fee for each tickets. There is not handling of the tickets, no mailing costs. I did order them and paid it because ti was a Christmas gift.

I purchased tickets and everything is great except the service fee is what is a bit outrageous. An extra $60 for 4 tickets. It's basically an extra ticket. The service fee should not be that much. It is an unreasonable amount.

My overall experience with Event Tickets Center was very good! The interface is user-friendly and all steps are pretty clear. The information provided during ticket booking is relevant, no commercial distracting from booking process. All events are conveniently listed in timely order. Very satisfied with customer service. This is my first order through your company. When I entered my credit card information and tried to submit my order, it threw an error indicating that my credit card, address or phone number was incorrect. I double-checked, and everything was correct, but I still got the same error. It turns out the card was being declined, due to fraud protection on the card. The error message misdirected my efforts - if it had indicated that the card was declined, I would have called the card company first. Instead, I called your support center (using your $) who decoded the message into "card was declined, call your credit card company". A more accurate message would have saved me an hour of trying, I would not have wasted your support center's time, and I would have called the correct company in the first place. Better error messages save everyone's time and sanity. Thanks!

I was impressed with the ease in ordering our seats. I would highly recommend this service to friends. I would highly recommend receiving tickets through the US Mail system. This gesture would ensure that we seniors feel much more at ease.

So I get the regular price for the ticket ($64, fair), and I understand a normal fee for processing (because you have to pay the people who process the transaction), but I find $21.12 for a service fee to be wholly unacceptable. AND PER TICKET! You're telling me that of the final price of the ticket I purchase, 33% of that price is for PROCESSING?! This was extremely easy to navigate around and quick to be able to purchase the tickets. I hope that the Thomas Rhett concert is as simple as this to get around in. I have never been to JQH Arena. I hope that the parking and walk to it is not a hassle. This will be the first concert for my children.

This site was easy to use, and it was easy to get the ticket that I was looking for. I was able to check out within 5 minutes. I understand having fees associated with purchasing the tickets. However if I was having the tickets send to me via US Postal Service, I can see the cost for all those fees.

I didn't like the hidden charges! You tell me $58 a ticket then $7.95 service charge. When I got to the total it was so much more and it took me 3 times to figure out you had extra charges and what they were! Why not state that in the beginning? Aggravating!!!

The convenience fee is outrageous. $19.96 per ticket and Delivery is $7.95. It's delivered via email which costs nothing. My total fee for 2 tickets was $37.87. That is what another ticket would cost preventing me from taking another person. Shame on these fees. And shame on the BMO center for not selling them at the box office fee free.

I thoroughly enjoyed purchasing tickets off of this very easy to use website, eventticketscenter.com. The $25 rebate option is very cool to add to orders especially for people who have not used this website to purchase event tickets in the past.

Easy to operate and search. Not accurate map of the seats available however. Seats purchased in Row B were highlighting Section B of floor map. Processing fee of $20+ PER ticket is outrageous. Maybe I should have purchased the slightly more expensive tickets from a different site with a smaller processing charge.

Was able to get tickets to see Three Dog Night at Emerald Queen Casino on NOV. 11, 2017. I am so excited to see them in Tacoma and did not have any problems with ordering the tickets and to see the best location for sitting.

I think you should disclose upfront in the ordering process what your "service fees" are going to be. It was a huge surprise to me to learn that you would be taking on $26.73 per ticket as a service fee. Not good!

Don't like the late email delivery system to theater tickets. Should be sent within a 5 days when purchased is completed. Should change policy. It's too much of a delay for a ticket purchases to actually receive them. Short of having access to email during the holidays, etc.

When ordering tickets for Rent at the Univ. of AZ Centennial Hall the seating location on the initial screen did not match the seating listed in the order window, ie Orchestra Row FF changes to Orchestra Left Row FF. Not the same location. Having a per ticket service charge of $18.50 is one thing but then to add another $15 delivery fee for electronic tickets is a ripoff. I'm very disappointed in the UA for using a ticket provider that is inaccurate and rips off the customer.

I cant believe I have to pay $38 per ticket for the service fee. I ordered online which didn't tie up any of your resources. It's insanely high priced for using your website. You must have a contract with Phillips as we could not find the tickets on any of your competitor's website. A little competition would serve the consumer well.

These people are ticket scalpers...plain and simple. I got my tickets and they were issued to some dude named Matthew ** (not my name). I paid almost triple. I went directly to Ticketmaster and bought my tickets. Unfortunately, these ticket scalpers bought up all the good seats to sell to idiots like me. I am not sure how this is legal. They are stealing money from both the artist and the patron.

Tickets to Shins in Charlotte NC. Purchased them in October for a Nov date. Was not happy how much they increased due to fees. The total price should be disclosed upfront instead of after you choose what you want.

I was hesitant to buy the tickets knowing that we could get separated. I do not usually buy tickets online, so I am not sure how buying specific seats work.

This processing fee is too expensive. I would not come back. There is no reason to charge that much money. I wouldn't recommend this website or business to anyone either. A $50+ processing fee is ridiculous. You should remove that fee or cut it in half.

Day of, I discover the order never went through and I did not have tickets to the sold out show. Getting them here was certainly more expensive than I would have initially paid, but the ease of purchase and instant remedy to my panic was satisfactory.

USC vs. Utah Utes on 10/14/2017. Easy experience, better seats than some other ticket sites, although your service fee per ticket is kinda high. If it had been lower, I would have given a 5 star review. All the same, thanks! Can't wait for the game!

We have the Broadway packager but wanted to see the Janis Joplin performance but forgot to add it our package so added it individually. Everything was great, even though the service fee is a tad high. Thank you.

I have purchased 2 tickets for the Sandler Ctr's Oct 15th performance. I know they are in row x thanks to our late order but do not know where in row x they are. It would be helpful to know since I have no idea whether we will be able to see.

I just believe the service fees charged are quite high, otherwise everything is good. Other ticketing services charge around $18 per ticket compared to your 31. The service fees charged for our two tickets almost equal a third ticket. I was in shock when I seen the total.

Selecting and purchasing tickets was very easy with ETC. I was able to quickly see seating options in the arena and move to purchasing them with minimal clicks. The only think that was not so great was the $24 service charge tacked onto each ticket right before you make the final purchase. This added over 33% to my expected costs.

If it weren't my birthday and I weren't a huge fan of This American Life, there would be no way I'd purchase these tickets on ETC. $25 to get digital tickets emailed or a will call number is crazy. There are no physical logistics to sending an email. Feels like highway robbery. In the future I will just call the theater box office and cut out the middleman!

Unable to cancel, when editing or deleting payment info still shows... Not good, if I wanted to cancel order do not see anywhere this can be done... Not good customer service. You must provide an easier and more apparent cancel tab in case someone changes their mind last minute.

The service of 40.92 is outrageous. On top of that I then was charged for a delivery fee for a download. Pretty ridiculous to add almost $50.00 to the already expensive tickets. I will try to find another place to buy tickets next time.

Bought 4 tickets to Theory of a Dead Man in Minneapolis and was excited to go and thought they would be great seats. Paid over $400 for tickets - when they were printed I see on the tickets I received as $25 each general admission. Are you kidding me? $74 per ticket plus $24.42 service fee + delivery? What has happened to human decency??? Eventticketscenter.com should really be taken down along with all the sellers. And the best part is I tried to email a complaint and got a kickback from the email they give for customer service. So if you see the name Amir ** as seller... DON'T BUY!!!

I heard about Event Tickets Center on the internet and they were the only one I called when I got the tickets for the Baltimore Orioles versus Tampa Bay event. The tickets were delivered as expected but I wasn’t able to use utilize the parking passes that I purchased.

0 Star Rating. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. General Admission tickets are framed as select seating and I paid $40 more per ticket than the actual face value (not including the $22.00 service fee per ticket). When you call to resolve this issue, the rude customer service reps say, "Sorry, it is not our job to read the entire Terms and Conditions to you". Very Rude Customer Service. Basically, the terms say that sales are final and the tickets you receive may or may not be the face value you purchased. Paid $200 for what should have been $90.00.

Like many others here, I was shocked when I was slapped with a $44 internet processing fee at the very last minute on only 2 tickets. It felt very shady how this large fee was not made more explicitly clear. Additionally, I realized later that I paid $20 more per ticket than I would have at the box office, and there is no service for reselling tickets like Ticketmaster. In the future, I will use Ticketmaster.

I received my tickets today from Event Tickets Center. I will not be a repeat customer. I see what the face value of what I would have paid thru Ticket Master, $55.00. With the service charge ($30.00/ticket) and $15.00 delivery fee, that is 75.00 in fees. The company also charged $91.00/ticket, $257.00 total for $110.00 worth of tickets. This company made one sale but are avoiding future sales. Strongly suggest NO ONE use this company.

I had $1000 on my card and I bought a couple of tickets for Bassnectar at 1st Bank Center from Event Tickets Center. All the other companies were too expensive and they were all sold out. The Event Tickets Center website was completely user-friendly and it was really easy to get the tickets. I just put in my card and my information. I purchased tickets for a baseball game from Event Tickets Center after they came up while I was looking into the computer. I didn't get my tickets downloaded in a certain period of time so I spoke with a representative and I was told to wait. I got the tickets downloaded on time and everything was good.

I was looking for Bassnectar tickets through Google search and found that Event Tickets Center had the only tickets left available for the event. The tickets were the same price as regular tickets but they included a VIP. We were in a suite and had our own access to our own bar and lounge area. I didn't have a choice for that one but that was cool. Also, a little bonus I took advantage of was those seats were only available through e-tickets. When I got there, the lady couldn't find my tickets. It was on her end so I had to call the e-tickets help desk and got them to verify with the lady that I actually purchased those tickets. She ended up finding them for me and handled it quickly. My experience with Events Ticket Center has been easy, quick, and simple to use.

Event Tickets Center was the first one that came up and got the cheapest tickets for the Dodgers. I purchased from them and I didn’t have a problem using the website. The tickets were printed offline and I wondered why they don't have the tickets to go through email or can be scanned using a cellphone. Still, it was a great experience and I would recommend Event Tickets Center.

My interest was so high when I bought tickets a month ago. If you buy a ticket for $34, you pay almost $72. I’m not going to do that anymore. I understood they had some shipping and handling. They charged and got a commission to be sent on the internet but it's so abusive. It’s the same price, doubled for the benefit to buy from home. I knew the quantity absorbed the cost but for promotions, it's too high. I understood that people want to make money but what I don't agree is abusing the consumers. The consumers need to be able to buy acceptable price.

Otherwise process went smoothly but the fact that the service fee only appears on the final page of the process is really annoying. All the fees and extras should be given upfront. Moneywise not a big deal but it hurts your reputation. Next time I'll try some other service provider.

My experience using Event Tickets Center web page to buy soccer tickets was super easy and fast. Everything from choosing the game and then choosing the seating was very easy to view as it was highlighted as you looked through the ticket prices.

I did not have any problem placing the order of my tickets. I am waiting on the email confirmation of my order so that I can check if all the information is correct. As soon as I receive the email I hope to print them out and have them ready for the event. In any case I see that the information is not correct I will notify.

This is not so good and fair. I see the retail price only in ends to the reservation! The service fare of 16.50$ per ticket is a lot with 4 Tickets. One should be able to recognize this before with the reservation!

This is my first time purchasing from this 3rd party site. I am hoping that this will be a positive experience. I usually purchase my tickets through other sites. However, I decided to try out this site because they offered really good seats at a reasonable price.

The process for selecting and ordering was very easy and we loved being able to see the picture of the actual view from the site. When we called the number for help, the person assisting us was very friendly and helpful.

So far, everything was very easy. Would be happy to use this place again for other events. Hoping to see a lot more shows with my husband as he is close to retiring and we have a LOT more time on our hands. Have been pretty lucky so far with this company in getting my tickets to Johnny Mathis and at a reasonable cost.

In purchasing our (Joel Osteen) tickets, we learn after the fact of ordering of the "processing service fee" of which is an absolute "rip-off". We understand your need to make money however, over $30.00 is ridiculous and greedy to say the least! I will attend this event, but rest assured, I will now take the time to go to the box office and purchase and not allow this "rape" of my enjoyment and pocket to ever occur again! Shame on you for being so misleading and greedy. Build the price into the tickets, at least let us decide the pricing of the tickets; without the end surprise of additional fees that line your pocket for "nothing sales"...!!!

The Tickets were $91 and a $7.95 delivery fee noted up-front. When purchasing, an additional $30+ per ticket added - was not disclosed up-front. Was very disappointed and feel like this was definitely bait and switch. $7.95 delivery is fine - $60+ in service fees for an online order is completely out of line.
