The computer locked me completely out when it was trying to update to Windows 11. The gentleman tried to help me out as best he could, and we walked through all the different steps. He sent me links and stayed on the phone with me. He was great. He understood that there was no way in heck that it was gonna be corrected by my means, so he said, "Okay, I'm gonna process you and go ahead and just send me the computer." I boxed it up and shipped it to them. Then they had it back to me in less than two weeks. They did a great job. The computer is working great. I was very thankful.
Have not came to see my sofa but when I put the claim they respond very fast and set me a date to come out to see my property and to see what they're going to do with my sofa. Other than that I’ll review.
All three USB ports on the TV stopped working. I went to Costco and gave them some information off the receipt. They gave me two choices online - one was a Samsung, one was an LG. I didn't like LG at first but I swear by them now. I had to configure everything however. It sat downstairs by the front door for three days before I had time in my schedule to do that. Other than that, Allstate Protection Plan works perfectly. I got a computer this past September and I bought the warranty for it as well.
I shouldn't have to wait this long to have my ice maker repair. I need the service of my Samsung Smart Fridge, and it shouldn't have taken this long and you guys sent me the wrong part for the Tech that was sent to repair my Fridge.

When I had to file a claim, it was very simple to go through. There was no hassle. So it worked out very well. I was very impressed by the way it was handled. It was handled very, very easily and professionally. So I went ahead and purchased another plan. The value of the protection plan was worth the purchase.
Employee Amoy offered to sign it and send it on and I will receive the check in 5 days. As of today 2/23/23 I still have not received the check and I had to go buy a new machine and pay for it. I really am disgusted with the service I have received and am telling everyone what rip off you are. Your ad says "Here to help anytime 24/7." I think that is false advertising.

Submitting a claim for my printer took five minutes. Within an hour, they sent me an e-gift card and I went out and bought a new one. I wasn't expecting it to be that fast but it was great. I suggest people to come through Allstate.
Item was mailed in for repair and was returned about 9 days after it was shipped and so far the problem no longer exists. The packaging for the return was great as far as padding and protection for the item.
The process was a little dodgy because I didn't think that it was handled fairly the way it should have been. I bought an LG TV, which is not the top of the line, but it's not the bottom either. Then, when I went to exercise my warranty, they offered me a Hisense, which in my mind is not the equal of the LG. I offered to pay the difference, but they were intransigent in their position and they would not budge.

It's easy and quick with Allstate. I submitted a claim online and then they sent me a UPS sticker. I sent the item out and they contacted me and said that it wasn't repairable. I got it through Walmart so they sent me a gift card to get a new one.
I got coverage for an earpiece. Something happened with the speaker so I sent it to them. They weren't able to fix it so they sent a new one. The process was easy.
I was experiencing some problems with my laptop. I was scrambling to look for a warranty plan, found out that it expired, but luckily, I remembered that there was also this Allstate Plans, so I decided to give that a shot. My overall experience with them was fast and helpful. The person that helped me went over the problem, too. The service was good overall.
When I got in touch with them by email, I never got a response from them. But it's easy to file a claim and get all the info that you need.
At the time, my husband decided to buy a protection plan. It was only 5 bucks, but I'm not purchasing another one. We used the protection plan recently for a weed whacker, and it was difficult when I had to go on to try to upload my information to find the place because they kept wanting everything electronic. A weed whacker's not electronics. I also had to upload the information three times and the system kept saying, "We got your information," and then the next day, I get another email saying, "We need you to upload it again." I even spoke to a person on the chat and she verified that they received the information. In the end, Allstate sent me a check, but it wasn't for the full amount. It was prorated. All in all, it was a hassle getting the money back and it wasn't worth my time. We just bought a new weed whacker.
The first few days, I tried to make a claim with Allstate but the website kept shutting me down. It kept telling me there was an error. That lasted four days so that was frustrating. When I finally made a claim, it was smooth sailing after that. They walked me through the process, and within a few days, I got my replacement TV. There was a little bit of back and forth but it wasn't horribly complicated. Allstate is better than other warranties that I've dealt with. I got a warranty with a different provider on a recliner chair. They were a horrible nightmare. It took weeks upon weeks then they didn't even honor the full warranty. Having compared to that, Allstate was amazing. I will recommend it to everybody anytime.
We purchased a protection plan on our Ooma phone base. It failed after 2+ years. We contacted Allstate and quickly resolved our claim. Very easy process! We will definitely purchase protection plans on every item we purchase. I highly recommend this product.

Had to buy another 65 inch TV 2 years ago so I bought a new TV at Walmart and then bought a 3 yr warranty with it. After 22 month this second TV lost sound so made a claim. I was highly impressed with the service I experienced making my claim. It was relatively easy and the customer support was very good. We tried a test over the phone first then it was determined I needed a replacement. Did that via the internet and received a new TV delivered to my home within 5 business days.
Glad we spent the extra money for the protection plan. Our TV died, we submitted the claim, spoke to a representative, signed an affidavit and got our money back to purchase a new tv. Definitely made sure to purchase the protection plan again with our new TV.
This is by far the best protection plan I have ever had for my products to include my iPhones. Their customer service and support is far superior to any protection plan I have ever had. They are fast and professional as well.
I will get Allstate Protection with every large purchase from now on!! Thank you. I had a couch and loveseat that were coming apart and the manufacturer closed and they were able to assist. The process was pretty simple as well.
Watch broke. Went dead in the first - Allstate coverage was for 2 years, but was told that the manufacturer's warranty would have to be used. Fitbit said watch was no longer in warranty. I sat on the warranty for another year. The day before the warranty expired, I contacted Allstate. I was offered a cash offer or could send the watch in and they would either repair it or replace it. I had a check within two weeks and no hassles. I was thrilled with the service and now check to see if items I buy on eBay offer a Allstate Warranty....Walt D.
I have had to use my Allstate Protection on two of the six products I insured. Each time went well. They were nice and fast. At first, they want to see if it can be worked out with the company who made or sold the product and if that doesn't work out then they fix the problem. No complaints.
It took over two days just to be able to file a claim. The website turned out to be useless and it took three different call center personnel over two days just to file a claim. The issue did finally get resolved but I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone else after my experience.
The customer service I received was great. Very cut and clear. Quick responses. I called a representative to assistance me with a claim and he was very knowledgeable in what I was calling about. Wait time wasn't long. Very cut and paste..
I received an initial single email from indicating I would receive a feature comparable replacement TV. The TV was not delivered and after 2 weeks and no contact from Square Trade, I found out that the TV was not shipped.

I had a recent claim for my damaged coffeemaker. They emailed me back saying that it was not possible to fix it. They were gonna keep the coffee maker that ultimately couldn’t get fixed. As soon as I gave them my receipt code on the bottom of the OR when I purchased the item, the process was quick online. That same day when I fill out all the questions and the stuff that I needed to fill out, they gave me the steps to send the damaged coffee maker back. The only thing was when they gave me the QR code or the code, I still had to pay out of pocket to get it sent over.
Also, I didn't get a notification right away when the item was with them. I was just wondering if they got it or not. I was on edge. But I trusted and checked my emails constantly. When they actually got it, I got an email saying that they weren't gonna be able to fix it. But at least there could have been a heads-up, like, “Hey, we already got the coffee maker. We’ll give you an update in a couple of days.” My nerves wouldn’t have been all over the place then. In the end, Allstate kept in contact with me and it was great. They sent me a check for what I paid for the coffee maker. I purchased another Allstate Protection plan today for the new purchase.
I have a child with autism who is very destructive, so we tend to get insurance for a lot of things that he uses on everyday basis. He uses the headphones and the Fitbit all the time so we insured them under Allstate. I've done everything online. I was given a little pamphlet and was told to log in to the website and make a profile on there. I created it. If you need to add other items on there, you just log in and add the items that you have. It's just asking for the receipt. When I first did it, I had a hard time. But after that, it was easy.
We only had our TV for a year and the TV was just giving permanent lines in the screen and then it was starting to flicker. It was easy submitting a claim with AllState. They were very helpful. It was well worth it.
We always get a plan because we've had good experience with Allstate. The most recent claim was for my cell phone. I dropped it in the mud. I was able to send it in for water damage. It wouldn't work anymore. They had a Walmart gift card refund to me within a couple of days. That was only a $50 phone, but I got my money's worth out of it and I would be able to purchase another one. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and that I could do everything online.
