The woman that helped me was very kind and tried helping me understand it all. I just can’t download anything on my phone because I have an iPhone and they won’t let me get into the Apple Store unless I pay with a credit card on file, refuse to pay for iCloud. I haven’t been able to back my phone up either.

National Debt Relief lowered my debt and they kept other phone calls, but I had a horrible experience with them and I would not recommend them to anyone. In the first little while, they were very good. Then, as my plan was coming to an end after 4 years, I had to call them approximately 10 different times to find out what was going on but I kept getting the runaround. At one point in time, I talked to four different people on one call.

Nicholas was very patient and helpful in helping me to understand the program and my options. I excited to work with him to get my credit on track.

Dan was instrumental informing me of the shortcomings of using a competitor. I signed back on to NDR and cancelled Resync and I am very glad I did.

When we reviewed all my debts… it was $30,000…. With interest it would have been $36,000…. Paying that off would have taken years…. When agent told me how much I would be paying monthly the amount was half of what I’m paying now…. plus all this paid off in 4 yrs @ 4 months…. Customer Service outstanding…The agent was very clear on all questions & doubts… The agent had great patience… I understood everything.
