I was wearing my iPad out applying for loans to help me consolidate my bills. IT was the same answer “Sorry we are not able to help you. But thank you for your application”. I’d stop looking for a week and then I would start again. I heard about National Debt Relief and thought “Why not” so I filled out the application to see if I was qualified. I got a phone call from one of the nicest man. “Steffens” he was so kind and listened to me go on and on. Once I gave him a chance to talk, He explanded how they could help and I started feeling less stressed the more I listened to him. Yes was my answer. I believe I have found the answer. Now this was just a day ago. But I slept for the first time in a while. I felt lighter. I felt like I might see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have hope again.

What began as a simple phone inquiry became the smartest step in eliminating my debt. Speaking/working with Jeff throughout the process was no-pressure and remarkably clear. He was also patient with me when I asked questions, requested clarification, and even needed time to deal with my phone technology. Jeff was thorough as he explained what I can expect to occur from beginning to end of the program. Guy was polite but mostly innattentive to a lot of the things I was saying. I understand that you have a script to read, having worked in telemarketing myself, but you should still be ready for questions to happen. Other than that, solid call.

I stepped into National Debt Relief with a certain bit of reluctance. After all, money is a major factor in our lives, and I had gotten to a point where I needed to do something to steer things in the right direction. Assisting a daughter had causes a bit of financial hardship. Talking to Andrew **, I began to feel more at ease, that this was a step forward and not something else to endure. He, on a Sunday mind you, walked me through the process, answered all my questions and never said "this is easy" or tried to make me feel stupid/uninformed. Thanks to your representative, Bryce ** and his great job and help, I chose to go with NDR. He went above and beyond to help me to get signed up. Due to his help and skills, I have great confidence that NDR will help me eliminate my debt.

David was so helpful, patient, and made the onboarding process simple. I appreciate his time and dedication to helping me, and my family, become debt-free. The onboarding process contains a lot of information as well as required personal details, but he made it very clear to understand and always ensured I was grasping the details.

All parties that talk to me were excellent and doing their job. Very knowledgeable. Very understanding and willing to help and explain things that I was asking. The application process was not very difficult. Where a few minor glitches in it, but that could have been on my end due to not having good internet access.

Yeah if you're up in years like I am at 74. These this man Joe was the best I've ever seen. He had patience of job and I really appreciated his hanging in there with me so that I could get through this process. I really appreciate everything they've done. It was a breeze.

I used this company. Almost had my $3,000 credit card debt paid down all the way, well life happened and I could no longer make the payments into my account through them and they took all my money and Ulta put that I still owe them $3,000. NEVER use this company. I am just going to file bankruptcy like I should have done years ago. Shame on y'all.
