He answered all of my questions and went through the whole process with me with great patience, as I am somewhat computer illiterate, at my age of 78. I am assured the all letters, phone calls and threats are stopped, and they have been. I just had a follow-up call from Christian and she simply called to make sure I was comfortable with the program so far. These wonderful people are making this journey great. 5 Stars

I worked with a sales rep whose name was Norman **. I had hemmed and hawed for months about calling National Debt Relief. Norman spent an enormous amount of time with me, walking me through the ins, the outs, the highs, the lows. I'm sure he could tell I was on the fence. Over the years, I have dealt with many a salesperson for one reason or the other, but never had anyone as kind, thoughtful, and patient as Norman. He clearly understood my hesitancy. He was very reassuring about the program and my reluctance. At the end of the day, I signed on the dotted line because I do need help and look very much forward to that day when I receive the email stating "paid in full" by NDR.

So far my experience with Nation Debt Relief has been great. My representatives Ijeome has answered all of my emails and questions in a timely manner. Each time another question came to mind she was on it. I appreciate the personalized attention she gives. I would recommend their services to everyone i know. The plans work in my favor and save me so much money on a monthly basis. I got off the phone feeling relieved and like I can manage my life again.

I had a great experience as I went through enrolling with NDR. My first experience with the program was with Justin, who was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule our meeting. He explained things thoroughly and was a joy to work with. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman I spoke to when I was ready to enroll- but he was nice as well. It was the same info I had received from Justin so we didn’t need to start over. Always nice when you work with a company with good communication!

I am very disappointed in this company. I signed up with them and then received a phone call from another debt relief company that gave me a better deal. Lower monthly payments and shorter period of time to pay. I immediately called National back to explain the situation and ask them to refund my $280 that they already took from my bank account. I spoke with many different people there including a supervisor and was told I would receive the entire $280 in about a week. I was happy to hear that and figured one week wasn’t so bad for a lot of money - seemed fair. That was a week ago checked my bank account and received a refund of a little over $240.

I started with five creditors in the program, with a total enrolled debt of $36,347.00. I removed two creditors from the program, which left me with a total enrolled debt of $21,008.00. From my experience, this program is not designed for people who have good credit and high FICO scores. In my case, 750. In my case, all my creditors were paid on time. But one home repair cost for my parents' home put me in a financial bind; with me on a fixed income, the payments became harder and harder to keep up. But with this program, it requires you to be 3 months behind in your payments to allow NDR to negotiate your settlement. I was told that my FICO scores would drop, but not badly. Before the process was completed and within one year they had dropped from 750 to 565. I was devastated by it!!!

The agent who contacted me from National Debt Relief, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. I left the experience feeling well taken care of. She was the best of the best!!

This company is a scam. They will do nothing but steal your money. 10 months in the program and they settled with 2 accounts only and they stole $12,000 from me. DO NOT do business with this company!!!

Jenna was so kind and took a tremendous amount of time thoroughly explaining all of the different options available to me. I felt that she took great care to understand my particular situation and then gave me the time I needed to come to a decision. Once I decided she made sure that I completely understood the process and answered any questions I had. She is a great asset to your program. She mad me feel 100% comfortable and supported with moving forward. By the time we were done I felt like a great big weight had been lifted off of my shoulders!

Excellent customer service. Easy to understand. And quick and easy process.

I started out with $15,000 in debt. I was quoted with a monthly payment plan of $281.00 a month. They came up with this figure. After about almost a year into the program, I see hidden payments above the $281.00. Over $800.00 being paid out to 2 creditors above the $281.00. I kept telling them when they called that I was not going over the set monthly amount and I got this tele-marketer type of person push for a loan to cover the $800.00 plus. They DO NOT fight to get the amount down from the creditors, but simply agree with them. NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR! Accounts are going into collection, which they were suppose to stop. Not happy at all with the service I'm getting.

They did me major service in my life-financially. I feel blessed.

I was down on my luck because I had a bunch of debt from loan places. So I started looking up ways to make it better and National Debt Relief saved the day and made my life much easier. I went from paying 1800 a month on loans to just 360 a month by using national debt relief.

I had 11 credit card and frequent offers to increase limit or get another card at same banks. Was paying more interest than on my bill each month! I received an immediate phone call from my online attempt to find the best debt relief. From National Debt. My questions were answered satisfactorily and I sign up same day without hesitation. I feel that I have help that I need. Takes a little longer to start the program but it’s okay.

The woman who talked me through it was amazing -- Empathetic, knowledgeable, respectful, focused, kind -- and spoke perfect English that I could easily understand! My previous debt relief adventure was the opposite. Every customer service person spoke a heavily accented English that also meant they did not recognize or respond to things in ways that were relevant or understandable. The premise they operated on was not explained fully and I spent way too much money getting way too little pay-down on my debt. Yay for NDR!

I need to see that some accounts have been paid. I have received notices that I am to make payments on accounts that I thought were paid by you. I had a very good visit to start this debt consolidation with Matthew. I would like to know that the ones listed have been paid. I will be very happy once I see that some creditors are paid. They are notifying me to make payments. So far & have not received anything that's been paid, except a listing from you of you you got them to discount a lot to pay. Now I do not find the listing.
