I'm starting to work with National Debt Relief. Everything looks good so far. Except they need to answer the call in Spanish faster. The people talks with knowledgement. I'm happy but I have to wait my case continuing. I'm trusting this is good co.

I think they have done a great job so far. Took care of my needs very fast and started working for me right off the bat. So I am glad I was able to turn to someone that could help me out as fast as National Debt Relief did. I will tells others that need the help I needed to call and ask if they can get help.

The team which we are working with were very good. They work really fast and they're cooperating with the people also. Recently I had a hard time, I contact them and they are very nice. They're helping. I am very much relieved and I am relaxing. I want to recommend National Debt Relief to people who are up in hardship.

I needed to do something with my bills and I also didn't want to file bankruptcy. I called National Debt Relief and I liked their service. It’s the best way to do it. The enrollment process didn’t take long. I gave all my bills and after they checked it, they told me how many months it would be and how much I had to pay then they added four more things. I like that they don't pressure me but gradually, I've been adding more money into it. It was $297, then I went to $300, then $400. Now I'm up to $500. And I really enjoy it because I don't have anybody on my back. They made it a lot better than all these collectors calling me and driving me bananas. I'm able to pay my utility bills which I got one left until I get caught up on. And that will be next month.

This has been a great and stress free process so far. The customer service has been great though I was worry about things. Everything has been smooth and easy so far. I am happy I made this decision to use their services and get relief from my stress situation.

Easy to work with! Communication a big plus! One year has passed and debt is being eliminated month by month. Very impressed with the program. The agent I worked with always kind, patient and considerate while working with me. He took the time to listen to all my questions and was always ready with an answer to them. He was very knowledgeable of the debt relief program he was offering and made sure I had full understanding. I'm extremely happy that I signed up with National Debt Relief. However, if I could offer some constructive criticism I would say: When they informed me about a settlement it wasn't clear to me that I didn't have to come up with more money and I was confused. Also, the reps that called me talked extremely fast and jumped all over the place instead of thoroughly explaining exactly how it worked. The last call I received about a settlement I thought it would be the same as my previous settlements, however it turned out that I would have to submit quite a bit more every month. Too many voice mails. I had three or four every day. I can't take personal calls at work so this became frustrating for me. Other than that I appreciate all the help I've received from National Debit Relief. Thanks.

The original debt statement did not pick up all of my debt. When I tried to add additional debt, the cost was prohibitive. I wish I had known that all debt would not appear and I would have been better able to make a cost-effective decision. Most of my debt is covered by National Debt Relief but I also have two outstanding accounts.

I wouldn't rate my experience dissatisfied or satisfied because I have had experiences of both. The model of helping is fantastic, however I have had some negative interactions and I believe the fees are extremely high, especially when settling small debts. Fees could be adjusted to still generate decent income, while providing more cash contributions to the unpaid debt.

Time will pass, you will continue to be in debt, this is such a great opportunity to get on top of your finances and get your credit score back in action! They know what they are doing and I'm so happy I used NDR's services!

Bottom line, this company has promised what we discussed when I signed up. I am 24 months into the program, and 60% of debt has been eliminated. I was very skeptical at first, but the program has done what I was told it was going to do. As long as you have funds in the account (this is how they negotiate with creditors), they will work on your behalf in reducing the debt. Yes, you might be liable for the tax (creditors will file with IRS), but you're still ahead of the game. I was told my plan is scheduled for 48 months to be debt-free, so I'm counting on them to keep their commitment to that. So far, I am very pleased with this company! I wish I would have done this sooner, seriously!!!

The bad situation was the irresponsibility of my credit use. The happy ending is that through National Debt Relief work all my creditors have been paid through the settlement process at about fifty cents on the dollar. It did take longer than I thought it was going to take but not bad.

When I was referred to a different department by my rep., the department he referred me to told me that there was nothing they can do with what I was inquiring about and that they wouldn't even lift a finger until they had a certain percentage of the money in the account. In the meantime, they were going to allow for the CC companies start the process of suing instead of calling them and trying to negotiate or at the very least let them know that it is their intention to do so.

The process was very easy from the initial phone call to the last welcome call. Everything was explained in a great detail and made sure I had no questions. I am unable to get any response from customer service. They keep running me around. Tell me that this going to happen, that's going to happen and nothing's going to happen. Been enrolled year and creditors are calling and writing me to request a payoff and I'm sending to them and they're not replying to me.

Difficult to make changes to account without calling to talk to. It would be far easier for your clients to makes changes to payments dates, change phone numbers, and actively participate in their own program if you enabled them to do so on your website.

They tend to sell more than they offer. Almost two months with them and they've yet to contact my collectors. Meanwhile, I've been handling the collection calls from my personal loans. I was told that my two collectors would be willing to settle fairly soon since I've already paid off my debt and now solely paying on interest. However, I'm still dealing with them and NDR continues to tell me to be patient. Not sure this is money well spent.

Customer service is always very helpful. They contact me whenever I fax documents to let me know received them. I haven't been in the program more than 6 months and they have already settled one of my cards. I would recommend them to anyone who is having problems.

It was a hard choice to decide to go into debt negotiations. However, NDR made it easy and really helped guide an informed decision on what the best route was. Initially it was going to take 3 years to reduce our $20,000 debt but due to some really great offers they were able to get us, it's only going to take 2 years. I have been very impressed with their website design, the way they had me fill out forms and sign documents electronically and all the ins and outs of the process. I have only been using their service for about 4 months and already have 2 accounts closed, with a savings of over $1500 of what I owed.

I feel the process did what it said but it is extremely long and on a few cards I felt that a better deal could of been made. Overall the program does pay off debt if you are ok with a bad credit score.

Wow.. They really helped me with my debts. I initially was kept updated on my debt account and was notified of any changes. Since they went to the customer self-check website I rarely heard from them (some of us do not have a computer system readily available). I much prefer the phone calls and emails. It is much too early to give you a proper rating. I just started this program a couple of months ago and have had no contact with you since my initial start-up. I will gladly give you a better rating in a few more months when I see something positive happening.

Deposited over 4K into my account, which they charge $10/month for. Just over 1k to creditors, over 3k to NDR. They will make settlements and offer creditors very low first payment, so they can then collect their fee (21%). Called me numerous times a day asking for more money, although I deposited plenty of money to make creditor payments, they had taken all their fees first so there wasn't enough left. Proving, beyond shadow of a doubt, that they are not in this to help the customer, but just another greedy organization. Oh and that 100% back guarantee? False, that's only if you have money in your account do you get any back. They keep every cent of the fees they take even though nothing with any creditor is "settled." Salesman on the phone completely glosses over this fact during initial phone call and you are rushed through paperwork to get started.

I am 100% completely satisfied with my experience. Customer service was excellent at assisting me with my needs and also very professional. Very informative on information to assist me with my decision on what would work best for me is settling my debt.

In less than one year working with NDR, my debt has been diminished by nearly one-third. They communicate quickly to questions and provide helpful advice and negotiations. Credit card companies, Chase, Discover, Wells Fargo, and Cabela's Visa refuse to follow my instructions to contact National Debt Relief because they say that they don't deal with relief companies! If there's some solution that you can administer to correct this problem I would appreciate it!

I recently contacted National Debt services about paying my fee off in total and it went from X amount to another amount that they came up with until I spoke with a supervisor that would pay me off of my agreement. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation on who, it would not be them. They say 50% of your debt will be covered. It's more like 75%. Why do they care. It's not their money I am stuck paying off now. I would not recommend them to nobody.

Yes, these people have been a great help. If you want to get out of debt without going to a bankruptcy court then here is the place. I'm so glad I choose to come to National Debt Relief first. Bankruptcy lawyers told me I would have to wipe my debt clean and start over. But I had some accounts that I was still in a good report with and I didn't want to turn my back on everything. So I was able to keep some accounts in good standing.

The service associates were friendly and helpful at enrollment. The only negative thus far is when my paydays changed and I needed to change the withdrawal date for the funds. The amount that I am paying went up and that puts a little more strain on us financially but otherwise great service so far.
