So far my experience has been great, but I just started the program. Very professional and clear of the whole process so far. I feel confident that this will resolve my financial issues. I like the fact how much they explained everything so in detail and it was very simple to get started.

All questions were answered. Thank you. The only recommendation that I would suggest is that everyone congratulated me on being enrolled in the program. Where this program will reduce my stress and make my life easier. It is not something that I'm proud to be in. Maybe use "We understand you are in a difficult time and we are here to help". Either way I appreciate the program and your ability to help me out.

The service staff were very polite and respectful and did not make me feel like I was a bad person for being in this situation. I had a very positive experience and feel confident that this is the right path for me.

When I first began this program I was losing my mind trying to figure a way to pay debts, keep my car, my home and my sanity. My credit had already taken a nose dive. After speaking with an adviser at National Debt Relief I was able to feel relief. I basically had to let go and let NDR... They set me up with an affordable bi-weekly payment based on the amount of debt I was claiming. It has been approximately 2 years when I began with over $11,000 debt. My debt is currently under $2,000. THANK YOU National Debt Relief for giving my life back. My credit is still low, but has been going up little by little.

It was very pleasant and informative. They were very nice and easy to speak with and answered all of my questions accurately. It was very pleasant speaking to somebody who acted like they understood and cared. I did not feel like I was being judged.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was really easy. When I called, they looked at how much debt I had and asked me what my income was. Next, I filled out what my living expenses were. After that, they told me how much I could pay a month, and for how many months, until I would be debt-free. Also, they're really nice and I'm impressed at how nice they were even after I'm enrolled. I had read something online and I was concerned that after it was done, it would cost me more money in the long run but they told me no and that once I reached the end of my term, it would all be done.

Debt Relief well explained. The young man who helped me, Steven **, knew what to say and how many times to say it! Although it first seems altogether too repetitive, when the repeats include... "You realize what you're doing, right?" and "How do you feel?” you know that it's for your own good, and for their satisfaction in a job well done. If I were to misinterpret anything, it would be no one's fault but my own. He was (They are) very thorough, as well as being friendly and polite. I feel confident that this was the right choice, and that I can call and ask questions if I get nervous, or forget something.

Very happy with the representative communication. And, their contact as it pertains to ongoing debt relief results with creditors. Online research of the account is easy as is transmitting documents to NDR. Phone contact is also quick and very helpful. Some creditors continue to hound quite persistently by phone only until they are satisfied with a payoff.

Very satisfied with this service. Transition was very smooth. I have not had any calls from my creditors. The welcome booklet was very helpful and I sent all notices to my creditors. Very satisfied with the whole operation. I recently recommended you to my friend and he should be signing up soon.

There was quite a bit of information that was not shared with me when my business was being sought. This information is only now coming to light (3 months later) and the impact of the information has been quite negative. There has been no support or follow-up... No personal touch as originally promised. I will be seeking help with my debt situation elsewhere and cancelling my contract with NDR. I was originally told that my contract could be cancelled. I sincerely hope this was not as false as some of the other information that was given me.

The employees at NDR have been extremely helpful and caring about my situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! When I was getting things set up, I was pretty difficult to get in touch with due to my work schedule, but Alex made things work and we got all set up.

Andrew was very professional and patient with helping me set up my financial hardship and am excited to move forward and become debt free. I was very hesitant initially with even signing up for such a program but am pleased that I took the next step as it was getting harder and harder to keep up with all my health bills.

There are legal fees, settlement fees, and other fees. I owed Citi cards $2,070 and they were able to settle this debt for $829. However, National Debt Relief is pocketing an extra $414 for their "settlement fee" services. So, if I owed $2,070 and now I have to pay "only" $829 PLUS their fee of $414, then that means I'm actually paying $1,243. So, I'm technically only saving $827 out of the original $2,070. This settlement fee doesn't include the monthly fees I am also paying and the Gitmeid legal fees I also have to pay every month. Why do I have to pay these fees every month? Their website for me to review all this information is not user friendly and it's really difficult to see which debt has been paid. I think their "settlement fees" are ridiculously high. If they are trying to help the consumer I feel like this "settlement fee" could be less. This Citi settlement fee of $414 is only one of many to come.

Having National Debt Relief is a relief because they are taking care of all my debt. They were on the first page in rankings in my Google search and I have checked reviews so I chose to work with them. Their team members are pretty good, and their response is very quick.

I had too many credit card debts and I've had things top on that I didn’t expect. So, I called and sent an email to National Debt Relief. I went over the application and everything went right through. I talked to the counselor just once for a couple minutes, and it was pretty much simple for me. I just answered a couple of questions that they asked and they did all the work, took all the debt and consolidated them. Things got straightened out, and everything is working out good so far. I have no more phone calls from the credit card companies. It's one of the best decisions I've made, and I couldn't ask for anything more than I'm getting.

Would not have chosen this if I had done more research into the process. Told I could save up to 10,000 on what was owed, and in fact when offered by their reference a loan thru Liberty Lending which I took I will be paying the same amount of the original debt. They received their fees. The accounts are all closed and paid, but my credit score has plummeted. The one good thing is I won't have the interest payment on the original debt. It was only $1.50 for each time I called but was not told this in advance. Thank you.

So far so good dealing with National Debt Relief. Representatives have been personable and respectful throughout the process and have had everything in a very timely manner. I am only a week and a half in so I will finish my review once process is completed.

Wonderful experience in an otherwise embarrassing and difficult situation to be in. Our rep was wonderful, patient and very understanding. I will (and already have!) told others about the company! Everything was put out there on what we needed to do, what steps to take and how this would affect our lives. All in all, a very good experience!

Copies of communications with debtors should be made available. Including incoming to NDR and outgoing from NDR. These should be provided or made available to the client, either by email or posting to online account. Very unprofessional, and possibly not legal. As a client, I have to call and check to see if anything was sent to debtors. I was also asked to change my mailing address for statements and other communication from debtors to a NDR P.O.Box, but NDR client services cannot locate any of the information received from Debtors. What happens to these statements and letters from Debtors? This needs to be fixed A.S.A.P.

I was scared to call and get signed up. Reviews on BBB were very mixed. I just felt like I didn't have an option. Andres was so nice, professional and calming. I really felt like he took the time to explain all of questions.

I am finding the process slow. We are receiving many calls from the credit card companies but they have not been contacted by your company. I feel worried. Hopefully things will start moving soon and the payments we are making to your company will begin being dispersed.

Have heard promises since day 1 of signing up for 2 years program that was due to end in October before I was told it's not 2 years but 3 now which with payment could almost pay my debt without them. Also have increased payment which was significant not a small amount.

My daughter first joined National Debt Relief and I worked with them too when I had too many bills to pay. Their team members were great. Christian and Bill are very caring and they answer all my questions at any given minute. Some of my bills had been taken care of already but we're still working with them. We're still waiting for other credit cards to call them back. Other than that, I would recommend them.

I would recommend this program to anyone. I have participated on other debt consolidation programs, although they did pay the creditors, they didn't actually settled for a smaller amount, they just consolidated all the bills in one monthly payment. National Debt Relief actually helped me to lower what I owed by settling the balances owed with creditors for a much smaller amount, sometimes even half of what I owed. I have seen proof of that from the statements I received by mail from creditors. Thank you!!

I was struggling financially and looked into relief help then I picked National Debt Relief. Usually, when enrolling with them, people do it on the computer but I couldn't do it because I couldn't read and write. So I went to the office in Manhattan and they did it for me in person. The guy who enrolled me was pretty nice. All they said was that they were going to try to get down my credit cards one by one. Then I have to build up my account with them and then they'd take the money out of the account and then they would negotiate with the creditor. They wanted me to sign a paper the last time just in case anything happens. I signed it then mailed it back and I haven't heard from them since. They need to hurry up in paying my bills because I have re-consolidated before and it was a little quicker than this.

Everything is good with National Debt Relief. Communication with them is great, and their reps have been all positive and helpful too. They answered my questions and made me feel that I’m getting control of my debt. With NDR, I feel less stress. I am also not carrying the burden of paying all these bills because I know that my biweekly payment secures that.

The representative was very nice, and spoke to the point of things that were important. He also explained, about the legal matters, and person that would be contacted in case I needed help. If the persons, I had to reduce my payments.

Everyone in National Debt Relief is nice and willing to work with me. It’s been a very positive experience with them. They were helpful in explaining everything to me such as how the process is and what to expect each step along the way. They also handled my situation well. They also helped me with budget better. I was in between jobs for a while, so they made sure that I make the payments I needed to and they were really great about that, so I'm able to keep going with what I'm trying to do. This experience was a little bit scary for me but I knew that it was the right thing to do. From my first call to the Welcome Call it made as easy as it could be. Now I'm hoping that it will continue to go smoothly.

I'm just satisfied with my experience. I'm disappointed that the amount negotiated to pay off debt has been less than expected. It was insinuated the percentage of actual payment for loan would be much less than what I have experienced. I would probably use a different service had I known I would be paying as much as I am.

One thing that was important to me through this process was that I was assured over and over again that nothing happens with my money without minimum of being notified. Well lo and behold I resolved my very first debt then a few months later realized my balance wasn't going up. $473 dollars went to National. I wasn't notified, not even an email or some kind of receipt, all it said were "fees". I had to call and find out where it went and why. They take 15% of your total debt which fine but after a year it slips your mind what is going to happen after a resolution of debt. They don't care to remind you. All I wanted and asked for in the beginning was to be communicated with. They won't even consider doing courtesy calls or emails.

I did not understand that bills would not be paid until an amount of money was in the account. I feel like I am paying a substantial amount of money each month and so far still have very bad credit. Was told debt would be paid in about 3 years... It has been almost 10 months and nothing has been paid yet. I am hopeful things will start happening soon.

I thought that the company would be contacting my creditors. I didn't understand that we had the potential to be sued or taken to court. When I have tried to scan and send documents to the company, they have not been received successfully.

I have not been dealing with NDR for very long. However, so far, I have very much enjoyed every bit of it. The people are always so friendly and prompt to be in touch with you and they are so willing to help and understand. I was so worried about making my upcoming payment because I had to take a leave from work due to the passing of my mom, but I called and they were so sincere and so understanding. They assured me that everything would be fine and I could skip this payment and they passed along their condolences to my family. I wasn't managing my money very well and I was in debt. I needed to do something besides bankruptcy. I saw National Debt Relief's ad on a website and I gave it a try. I filled out an online application and then someone contacted me right after that. NDR talked to my creditors and got me reduced rates or the balance was greatly reduced, which would help me take care of my debts faster. I worked with a couple of their reps and they were very helpful. They explained everything and made sure that I understood what was going on and how long it would take.

After being enrolled two years and paying into my account diligently each month, I am still being sued by one of my creditors because NDR had failed to reach out to them and settle. Terrible company. I plan to sue you in the future. I would have been better off filing for bankruptcy.

National Debt Relief is a joke. Customer service is beyond lousy and the constant calls, emails and demands on my time completely voided the usefulness of the program. I could have negotiated on my own quicker and more efficiently than National Debt Relief. I chose this route so I wouldn't have to spend the time and energy dealing with it, instead, I spent FAR MORE time and energy on it. WORST COMPANY EVER.

I found the Entry and Welcome team to be very knowledgeable and expedient in this process. I felt a great weight (stress) lifted off of my shoulders and a sense of relief right away. The employees were easy to speak with and took me through the process step by step.

It's been great since I started in this program. Would tell anyone who is having problem with pay your bills when you have a hardship to let them help you. The sooner you do the better off you will be. It will let you sleep at night.

My experience with NDR was that of a pleasant one. Communication was good, they certainly helped clear a lot of debt. About the only complaint I would have is the few times they asked for additional funding to settle a debt quicker than expected. I understand it saved me money and time, but when you have a lot of debt and live on a very limited fixed income, it is difficult to come up with the extra money. On at least one occasion, that additional funding resulted in an overdraft of my checking account, costing me $35. They were of absolutely no help in that matter. But all in all, it was a positive experience.

I was incredibly nervous to fill out the form requesting more information (worried I would be bombarded with spamming calls) but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a personalized email asking when we could talk over the phone. When I did speak with my representative, she was incredibly helpful, empathetic, and respectful! We have been put in a tough financial place, and yes, part of it was our own fault, but she never once made me feel guilty about my hardships nor did she treat me like a problem to be fixed. Her wonderful customer service made me feel very human, but also incredibly hopeful that they could actually help me. I was sold right away after our chat, and have had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders already. There is a reason these guys are rated number one, and I am so glad I went with them!

Even though I can't see them through the phone but I can still tell that they are smiling when they are talking to me and for that I am very grateful for having National Debt Relief on my side and they will help you out in your time of need. Please contact my credit card people at 1-866-702-9947. They keep calling but I don't answer their call. When I did they said Nat'l Debt Relief has not contacted them that I am working with them to clear this debt. I am afraid they are going to take me to court over this. I wish it didn't take so long for you to start working on my case and didn't have to collect so much money from me before you do.

The Agent was very professional and explicit. He was very respectful even when my doubts set in and I asked very pertinent questions. When I received my Welcome call I was hesitant and needed some reassurance that I was making a good choice.

Once a premier service provider, National Debt is presently outstanding only at collecting their negotiating fees and leaving their customers to fend for themselves thereafter. Poor customer service practices at best are to be expected. Questions are not understood or answered accurately. Administrative paperwork is not followed through, details are not clearly explained, overlooked and/or brushed aside. Questions are referred on to other areas both within and outside the company.

The staffs that help me are friendly and helpful. I sign up with the right Company. I will recommend National Debt Relief to all my friends that are desperately want to get out of debt. During the interviews the staffs treat me as nice and I don't feel like I've been judge.

Update on 12/22/2018: I use the auto payment thing through National Debt Relief, where I don’t even have to worry about what day and what time or anything that would happen. They have all that set up and that’s a convenience, over and beyond. I have a total of eight accounts and four of them are completely done and paid off without pending any issues at all. There have been occasions where I asked to decrease the actual payment that I was making because of other things. I called NDR and talked to their rep, explained it, and they handled it.

I would highly recommend them to anyone that is drowning in debt and doesn't know where to turn. They are friendly, helpful, and understanding. I am so glad that we decided to pick up the phone and call National Debt Relief. I now have a peace of mind financially.
