I am not going to write a long letter. I was well cared for and feel respected by this company. All answers were provided and time was given to ensure I was prepared to handle all issues with debtors and to see where my forms were in my email.

Great service. The representatives are always patient, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great customer experience. I cannot count how many times I spent most of my call venting about my non-financial problems. The customer service portal is an excellent service and helps me on top of my debts and payments.

I responded to an add on Facebook advertising your company. I had recently had a very bad experience with another company claiming to be a debt relief agency. I was laid off for 5 months and had to live on my credit cards. By the time I got a job I was facing about $800/mo minimum credit card payments and those payments would have taken forever to pay off the principal. In the meantime I was stressed and my credit score was tanking. These guys got my monthly payments down to $400/mo, my credit score is slowly repairing, they took care of the endless creditor calls, and it only took about 3.5yrs to work off about $18k worth of credit card debt. In addition, about $6k of the $18k was negotiated away... Meaning I didn't have to pay it.

I wrote a review earlier about the fees and process of this program. I gave NDR a three-star rating. So Costa from NDR has been trying to contact me. I finally talked to him. He was very understanding and explained to me everything that has been going on. When I originally wrote the first review I was new to the program and still am, but I am beginning to understand it a little more. Especially after talking to Costas. This program is great. It may not be for everyone, but it does save money in the long run. I was struggling so bad I had to do something and I am glad I made this choice. So far so good. Don't get too stressed out. I am finding the main thing for this program for the consumer is patience and don't hesitate to call or email with questions.

I keep getting calls while I am at work! I can get fired for taking personal calls at work!! I have repeatedly asked to only contact me through email but still get calls! That its only issue! Other than that, they are awesome!

I receive calls with new offers and these offers have been reasonable. It allows me to plan for extra payment amounts over a period of time. I am usually given at least six months to prepare for additional payments. I also had a court document on which your attorneys helped me with.

Nathan ** did a great job explaining everything. I do have a complaint which has nothing to do with Nathan. After I first made inquiries into the program I started receiving several calls a day. I told the caller on the phone and in emails that I would contact when/if we decided to go with the program. Those calls almost made me cancel the whole idea of seeking help.

I was overwhelmed and overextended so I signed up with National Debt Relief for three years but I think it's going to be way shorter than that because they have done a lot. I'm now six months in and I've got a lot of settlements that were unexpected. The team had been very professional and efficient. Hi, I'm okay with the service I am receiving with NDR. It just takes so long for the process to begin and by then my credit is completely ruined. I realize that your philosophy is holding off so when you do reach out to debtors they are ready and willing to make a settlement. But why not try before just in case they are willing to work with you/me especially since my credit was excellent before joining NDR. I just joined NDR because I was being buried in bills.

NDR is well organized and in that sense encourages a feeling of confidence in their ability. The process is slow to start, though, which makes the confidence part really necessary. I actually was not delinquent to start, but I had to BECOME delinquent in order for NDR to begin their work. The calls have stopped, but two months in nothing has been resolved or negotiated yet. I am still confident; but my crashing credit score is giving me a slight headache. When I communicate with NDR, they respond quickly, and they are very sensitive to the anxiety this process causes. They also worked out very accommodating terms for my payments; I don't really notice them at all. I am hopeful about this process.

I've always found customer service to be very helpful. I always enjoy talking with people and they're very knowledgeable and friendly. My biggest complaint is I was told I'd be out of debt years ago. I've been in the program for almost three years and my understanding was it would be more like 18mths. Also, I don't like how this negatively affected my credit report. If a person is working in a program like this the bureaus should be notified so they don't show something as a year behind.

Time frame for payments to start to debtors by NDR - Representative Mabelean was somewhat a little hastily impatient and was mostly focused on the QUESTION/Did I/she answer all my questions, again focused mostly on the question as if all she was concerned about is getting a yes from me as being the answer to her question.
