I was very happy with the experience. I just wished that the monthly communication continued throughout the entire program. Half way through the program, there was no communication unless I contacted them. Other than that I was pleased, and I'm ready for my new start. Thanks to National Debt Relief.

National Debt Relief has helped us get back on track financially. Their customer service team is extremely helpful, and they have provided the help that was promised. The only negatives I have to say is that 1) I wish they would communicate more often with the status of unsettled accounts, and 2) I wish it was easier to pay off your account early. Other than that it has been a great experience working with them. I would highly recommend the program to anybody needing the help.

At first everything was great and everything was set up quickly. After being set up, it has seemed to be out of mind for several months. It would be nice to get status updates, just to let me know if the companies are responding...

The Customer Service Reps are very good to talk with, that is a huge plus! We do believe however that the whole experience and time frame has been dragged out longer than we thought it would be. We also thought we would have received larger discounted payoff figures and a smaller percentage of payout to NDR. We just want this whole thing to get over with quickly, but it looks like it will be stretched into 2019, not good!

Fees and percentage that the company takes for their portion is too high and based on the highest amount due after they have let interest compound. The process seems to be drawn out probably for this reason. It takes forever to get through to customer service.

So far I am pleased with my services! Customer service has been great and everything has went as explained and smooth. I am looking forward to having all my debt paid off and being debt free! I would recommend National Debt Relief to any of my friends and family!

I was with NDR for last 23 months. I will leave US due to my immigration status. I requested them to hold on deposits until 1 year since I won't be able to make any due to uncertainty with my next job/work place. I was totally shut down stating they can not do that, so I requested the best options is close the account. The person I talked simply said go ahead I close the account, I will get the balance if have any.

National Debt Relief was able to assist me in lowering my debt acquired from a nasty divorce. Times were really hard and they made it easy and resolution was swift. I've recommended National Debt Relief to a family member and they too are having satisfactory results.

The team put my mind at ease when I was getting frustrated and stressed about our credit card debts. They started the process and at first I was a bit doubtful as to how good they were and how long the process took, but they came through. The debts were being paid off and settled little by little. I can rest easy now and work on my dream of owning my home.

I would of given 5 stars but I don't like them asking for additional funds. I budgeted for the amount they told me and coming up with more is really a strain. Other than that I love my experience. I especially like seeing my accounts paid in full.

They are performing the service they are being paid for. I wish I was getting periodic updates about negotiations or strategies to improve my credit when this process is complete. I look forward to the time when my repayment is complete. Some status updates would be great.

They help me consolidate everything to one payment. Will have better credit in the next year 2018/2019. Will have all credit cards paid off thanks to you guys. I had a change my job so I had to cut out some of my spending so I decided go with National Debt Relief.

They were helpful. They talked me through everything I needed to do. They worked with my creditors. And they helped get everything settled for pretty much less than what I owed. If you are in real trouble, they can help talk you through what you need to do. I am satisfied with the work they did.

I am so happy that I started with National Debt Relief. They have saved me over 2000 dollars so far and I know it's not over yet. Customer service is exceptional and I always know that when I call things are going to get taken care of fast and in a professional manner. Would recommend to anyone.

As I approached my retirement, I needed to focus on paying down or paying off my credit card debt. I am happy with how the negotiations came about and how great the Debt Relief staff were at taking matters into their own hands with every single one of my credit card companies. However, I did not like how long the repayment period was or that being a part of this program has ruined my credit score. Because I had to stop making payments to my credit cards, I was named a delinquent and my credit score was very affected by it. I do appreciate the financial help I received but I wouldn't recommend the program due to its long term credit damage.

I value the time that I spent in the program. I wish that my score wouldn't have been affected so much. I learned that I can do what they do and cut out the middle man. You still end up paying about the same amount of the original balance (w/ the negotiation charge they tack on). Over all I would like to say thank you National Debt Relief for the services you provided! =)

When I first joined up with NDR, I was very scared and a little skeptical. I put my trust in them and right now it is completely paying off. The process can be a little frustrating because there isn't a lot of information you get along the way and that can be completely maddening. By that I mean where they are with making settlements with creditors.

I have nothing but good experiences with the people at Debt Relief. They have always answered my questions to where I understand what is going on. They have handled any problems we have had with the creditors and taken the burden off of us. It was a no worry experience. I knew things were being taken care and they didn't pressure us to up the amount we deposited in our account. They worked with what they had.

From the first day I've contacted Debt Relief they have done everything possible to help me and help me they have. I ran into some financial issues and they have really worked out some great deals and kept the collectors off my back. Thumbs up!

Very disappointed. The process wasn't explained very well and I feel I paid out too many fees to Nat'l Debt. I had 3 accounts, and ended up settling the third one on my own. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This company is great until you reject an offer. Once I rejected a settlement offer I got chastised for not accepting the offer. Then the very next day they called me again with the same offer that they never sent back after I rejected the offer. I'm on the edge if I'm going to stay with this company. I would recommend to shop around for a company that puts your best interest in mind!

This whole process is expensive for me, and taking so long to negotiate. If I don't call for an update, I'm not provided with one at all. I need a break in payments, as I sometimes just need a break with nothing happening, and calling is such a long process. I just feel we are stalled and nothing is being done.

I've been enrolled for a year and I've resolved approximately a third of my debts. They keep the collection calls away and negotiate all of the settlements. I'd give them a higher rating if their fees were a little lower; but, as I said, they handle a lot, so I guess it's worth it in the long run.

I have been happy with my experience so far. I presented National with six credit cards that I was having difficulty paying on my own. As of September I will only owe on two. Unfortunately, the payments are a little high for my current income and may have to leave the program before the last two credit cards are paid off. I told Nationals reprehensive that I will contact them when that choice has to be made.

National Debit Relief has been helping me for 2 years now and over half of my debit is now gone. I will be done with this program in 2 years and so far so good. I have already recommended friend and she is using them also.

I finally spoke to Mo ** who was able to easily explain what issues remain with my account. He even offered to calculate another payment schedule that would reduce my payment for four months and still allow funds to be available to settle a current creditors account. The previous man I spoke to was rude and basically made me feel bad that I had to ask to lower my payment substantially for two months prior to this review. Mo was courteous, listened, helpful and was a gentleman.

I am still in debt... my credit score keeps going down... I can't use any of my credit cards... My payments keep going up even if I can't afford to be paying those amounts... I thought this is to help people... I am a mother who has three kids who depend on me and I barely have to have ends meet and my payments keep going up.

I've had a very positive experience with this company and I would recommend it to anyone who needs help getting out of debt. I started a relationship with National Debt Relief back in June of 2015. It has literally been the best thing I have ever done, I have had no issues with any customer service or anything. Whenever I have a question I call and they are very nice and answer anything I have to ask. As of today I have settled all 12 accounts I had and I am currently finishing paying off 3. I will be done by March of 2018.... so in less than 3 years I will have paid off $20,000 in debt that if I had done it on my own would be nowhere close to that! Looking back we may have been able to resolve our debt personally but needed a third party to lean on. They are expensive but worth the cost to get where we wanted to be. We would recommend to a friend.

National Debt Relief helped me recover from a bad situation and a large amount of debt. When I joined them it seemed impossible but they helped me pay off my credit card debt. I achieved my goal and for that I am very thankful.

My credit card debt was piling up due to being out of work for medical leave and I knew that I was going to have to do something drastic to fix it. I tried getting consolidation loans with companies that wouldn't approve me because of my credit score. (Sadly, I had high utilization yet no late payments.) After speaking with Yan and going through my options, I am on a two year process of becoming debt free. He was upfront about everything, including what the fees would be and making sure that I was aware that my credit score was going to take a major hit until the settlements started coming in. He answered all the questions that I had about the settlement process and told me what to expect in the future.

The young man who handled this case was very helpful and responded all our questions and was able to answer all questions and concerns. He was able to walk us through the process with little difficulty. I would recommend this company and especially this representative to all.

When signing up for the program I did some research and saw that people were being asked for more money to settle some of the debt. I asked our rep this and he assured us this was not going to happen; unfortunately it did. We pay a lot of money and it seems the negotiators are not doing a good job managing the money we give them. I had a settlement presented to me that did not have a lower amount owed and NDR wanted $3000 more to settle, NDR presented this 6 times. At one time they wanted $8000 more for two accounts combined. I'm paying $1704 a month and they keep asking for more. Ridiculous!!!

I had a fantastic call with my Debt Specialist and he walked me thru all aspects that I can expect. Answered all my questions and put me at ease. Enrollment specialist was great as well relaying all the required info and what I could expect with my enrollment paperwork.

Everyone at NDR are top notch - great communicators and they get what you want right away with hassle free discussions. Doesn't matter who they give you -- the answers are in moments. And keep you up to date on all agreements via every avenue of communication- VERY VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK IN MY CASE.

Very informative. Maybe a little confusion. Would like to see everything mailed instead of emailed. Other than that I think good program. We will wait to see how the future goes with the program. Hope all works out well.

It was a good feeling to talk to a person that would give me the help. I need and understand my need and willing to give me the help I needed. I am so relieved I made the phone call and I feel I got the help I needed.

The 3 people, I had the chance to talk to... all were friendly, nice, respectful. They seemed to actually like their jobs and care about the customer... They were all very thorough as well. And fast. They didn't play around with my time constraints.

The company does their best to get good settlements. They are not so receptive to the client taking an active role also. I had them draft 5000 from my account to pay a specific creditor. Last I spoke to them they had 3800 left, and no agreement had been reached with the creditor I wanted to settle with. I spoke with a supervisor on two different occasions. I'm still waiting on a resolution, meanwhile, I'm considering going with a Christian based company.

They were professional, extremely thorough, encouraged questions, and I NEVER signed anything without staff explaining in layman's terms and in great detail. Both the Debt Relief Specialist and The Underwriting Department were professional, easy to talk to, and made sure I understood the different facets of the program. They provided points of contact for each of those facets. I feel I can get help in the right area when needed. I am very hopeful this is going to be a good experience to accomplish my goals.

The only thing I could suggest is on the welcome phone call, when your representative is reading from the script, maybe have them slow down some. My rep was talking pretty fast, made it hard to understand all of the dialogue. Other than that she was very professional and helpful. I have six kids and I had too many credit cards so I was overextended. I looked online to see what the Better Business Bureau rated the best company and I went with National Debt Relief. From the first time I talked to NDR, they were all very professional, sympathetic, very nice, kind, helpful and understanding. There was no condescension. They cut our credit payments down very well. At least 50% if not more that they resolved with our creditors. I would recommend this company to anyone. They call to update our status and also call the creditors to work out agreements so we do not have to pay high interest rates with the creditors.

Great, was nonstressful and Al was very informative. I had been trying to pay down my card for a little over a year now but was not successful. Too many payments going out monthly. My overhead was keeping me from saving or doing anything extra with my family.

A little overwhelmed with the whole process but am hoping this works for. Still not sure how the service fee works but will understand better as process goes along. Agents have been very courteous and patient with my questions.

The "intake" process it was very easy; it was clearly described, documentation was available. The issue is after you setup your account with NDR. They start to pull the monthly fees out of your checking account and that is all. You do not hear anything from them for months. I started the process late April this year and now is August; I have been inundated with calls from Credit cards and even got threaten being sued (I did change the address and phone number for all accounts as instructed by NDR) and I heard nothing from NDR during this time. Are they talking to the creditors? When do they start paying the creditors? I have no visibility in any of that. So one area of clear improvement should be in the communication taking place all along the time that you work with NDR. Thank you.

I was glad that Mr. ** was thorough with explaining the process. Initially I was apprehensive to the idea of debt relief because I don't know anyone who went through this process. Looking forward to being out of debt. Will refer my family and friends.

Very easy. Kind reps. Made a difficult situation so much easier. Few thing are harder than dealing with debt. I couldn't speak at first but the rep let me deal with them via email and didn't judge or make it hard. A burden lifted.

It has been three years now and I have nothing to complain about. I only get contacted if there are news or changes and the contact is very discrete. Everybody I talked to is very friendly and knowledgeable. Every question was always answered quickly and in a "language" I could understand.

Enrollment was smooth and associates were helpful. As a new customer, we will see how the program progresses. They have online dashboard that helps with transparency of where we are on outstanding debt. You enter their number, so as to reduce the number of collection calls.

Send money every month, but never get updates. Signed up in April of 2017, make my monthly payments, but worry how this is working. I did find out that all the high ratings on here were done before any debts were settled, because most the emails are to survey you based on signing up experience and it continues. It is now August and I have not heard from NDR since I signed up and began payments. Still hoping for good results but an update would be nice at least once a month. I should not have to call them!!???

We searched online and that’s how we came across National Debt Relief. We were sitting down one day and paying our bills when we figured out how much credit card debt we had and how much was going out each month for the credit card. We couldn’t do it anymore, so that was the deciding factor for us to get National Debt Relief. Their team was very easy to get a hold of. The guy who we talked to explained everything to us in depth. He wasn’t pushy at all like most people are and gave us time to think about it. If we have any questions, we can always call him. Working with National Debt Relief has affected our lives in a good way since they’ve made deals on four of the credit cards, so far. It’s been great.

Everybody at National Debt Relief has always been really nice and helpful. I thought I would have to declare bankruptcy but they really helped me through that. It was really scary at first ‘cause I never paid my bills on time. When I started, I was drowning, but I was making the minimum requirements. That part was really scary ‘cause I just stopped paying on them. But I’ve gotten really paid off all debts in the end so it's worth it. There’s light at the end of the tunnel and so I’m happy with it. A positive experience overall.

I am very disappointed in the process of negotiations with creditors and funds being pulled from my bank account too early causing overdraft fees. I haven't had any follow up calls on my status and causing more stress with my situation. I could have been doing more by talking to my creditors and doing the work myself!

My experience with National Debt Relief has been a great one. They were very helpful when I had questions. I always spoke with a real person and if one couldn't help me they transferred me to someone who could. I have referred National Debt Relief to friends and family who need help dealing with financial complications. I'm very happy to say that in less than three years my debt of over $11,000 is gone And I continued to pay to National Debt Relief the same amount I was paying (combined) to three separate debtors for over five years (getting nowhere).

The only thing that I don't like Is the time it takes to start negotiations with your creditors that during that time your credit is going bad. That 6 months is so important, that I wish they could start negotiating something with your first payment you make to your creditors. Other than that I have been very pleased and service is top notch with very nice customer service.

I am extremely pleased with the quick results I have received since starting this process. After only 2 payments that I sent in, I had my first creditor negotiation. I sent in one more payment and received 2 more creditor negotiations to review. Prior to signing on the National Debt Relief, I had signed up with a different company who charged me a lot of money, just for administrative costs. After 3 payments to them, I still hadn't received 1 negotiation offer, I cancelled and I am SO happy I did!
