I am satisfied with my service. When I had a problem with my payments the lady I spoke to was very helpful. My total experience has been very good and I am glad to be able to pay off some of these bills. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has debt problems.

I started the program back in April and have paid every other week as planned. I have heard nothing on the status in my debt reconciliation. I am disappointed that I've had no communication. I've called once to see if I could change my plan and they denied me. I still have heard nothing about the status of my debt. It would be nice to hear monthly how far they have come with my situation.

We contacted NDR to assist us in consolidating our debt into one payment. In turn, they are to contact all creditors and work out payment arrangements. It has been several months that we have been making payment, but to date no contact has been made to our creditors.

I recently contacted your customer service to have one of my payments reschedule. The customer representative was pleasant and patient while addressing my concerns. The representative successfully resolve my issue and took it upon herself to send me a list of all future payments.

I got help from National Debt Relief two years ago and it is still in progress. They were courteous and able to answer my questions and I can’t wait to be done so I could free up my money.

I needed help and National Debt Relief is accomplishing what they said they would. However, I’m kind of disappointed that I was offered a loan from Liberty and I'm not happy with the 23% interest. But other than that, I only have one more creditor to negotiate with and they should have that done in the next week or two. I had nine altogether and NDR got eight of them so far.

We were much in debt and we didn't see a way to get out of it any easier and faster so we needed to try National Debt Relief. I call their team when I have questions and they respond and give me a satisfactory answer. National Debt Relief made my life easier and I haven't been getting a lot of calls regarding debts. We've also been able to catch up on a few things and I wish I could put more money into our debts so it could move faster. National Debt Relief has been good and I would recommend them. Danny took great care of me on signing me up. I am patiently awaiting some results now. Just lots and lots of creditors calling and my credit score tanking (he said that would happen at first). I just ignore the calls and pray this works.

I was at a point where I didn't know what to do and so I did some research and found that NDR was the best choice in the Nation (so says the internet!). So I thought I would contact them although everyone had told me not to go this route. Once I called and found out how it worked I made the move and I was signed up and ready to begin in 2 days. Today I just had a chance to begin putting the process in motion and it is bittersweet because I look at the creditors who were there when I first began getting my credit together, I have always prided myself on paying my bills on time but there was also the sweet part of beginning negotiations on the VERY HIGH interest fees I was paying. I had credit cards I had not used in over a year and the interest fees were pushing my card over the limit, doubling the monthly payments and I had nowhere to turn. So far, NDR, has made a clear vision for myself.

I really appreciate this program to help me improve my credit, by paying my creditors and giving me the financial freedom! I love the option of adding new accounts, or having the accounts deleted, due to the payment plan by National Debt Relief program.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and professional. I felt a "sigh of relief" as soon as I got off phone with them. I didn't know how they worked until talking with them and am pleased at this point. I have illness in my family and am excited to start this program.

I needed help with my credit cards so I reached out to National Debt Relief. Their team has been very pleasant, courteous and concerned with my debt situation. They told me that my credit rating would go down for at least six months plus and they will do the best in evaluating my credit card and see how it can be paid off. So far, one of my cards has been paid off last March. I still have one to go and they said it will be paid in full in 2019. I sent them an extra $4000 and another $4648 and I got a gift in return. I don't know where my extra payment puts me since my monthly payment is $648. I would have to contact them and see where I am at this point.

Getting lots of emails from the credit card companies so it's a little unnerving. We settled on one card so far! Best thing we could've done was to let you help us get out of credit card debt. Your customer service is very friendly and helpful. Thanks.

I retired in November 2016. The Office of Personnel Management held my annuity for 6 months. I received a partial payment, but it wasn't enough to pay my bills. By the time I received my full annuity, I was behind. National Debt Relief is negotiating with my creditors and helping me to become debt free. I am grateful to God for this organization!

So far so good. Every time I've spoken to a representative they have been extremely and helpful. I still have a way to go before the process is complete. I appreciate that I am kept up on the status of the progression to completion. If I were to find out that any of my friends of colleges were in need of this type of help with their credit I would certainly recommend National Debt Relief.

This business is great in answering questions and customer service great. Would recommend this business to others. It takes a while to build in escrow but the final outcome will be good. The staff are easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Rude and insensitive customer service. Felt like she was trying get a commission off me. Not the way you want to feel when dealing with a sensitive matter. I HATED the way I was spoken to. It’s a reputable company, which is why I’m hesitant to cancel but I’m pretty sure that's what will happen.

Overall, I think the experience is a satisfactory one in that I had three cards to pay off, and you have already succeeded in paying off one of them. I hope that the other two go just as well. I like how you keep in touch with me, and don't let me wallowing in the dark.

I am happy so far, I have a year to go then will be debt free. I do wish that they would contact me more often to let me know how things are going with my last credit card company. One thing no one told me was that at some point I would have to come up with lump sums of money in addition to the monthly payment they take out of my checking account.

I have been with NDR over 2 years. Had a lot of credit card debt, had encountered some health issues and had been out of work with hospital bills adding up and had difficulty paying bills. Found NDR on online search. Did some research and worked with them on a plan to pay off debt. Been a long road but almost there. I would recommend.

I don't understand why your company doesn't immediately contact all my debtors to let them know that you are handling the repayment of my debt so that I don't keep getting mail correspondence and phone calls which is very upsetting.

Very little explanation, sure helps with some of the calls. Two things annoyed me, minor in my case but important to me. One: First call and got not so much laugh at but got laughed at for before starting service for asking questions "like is this a scam?" and more critical my question on "how does this work, how do you get your money, cause you're not doing it for free."

National Debt Relief has been a blessing even though I'm still working on getting all the debts paid. Fortunately, no one has taken me to court and that I appreciate. Yes, I have collections on my credit report; however, the good side to that is the collections will disappear once I have the creditor paid-in-full. I still have a couple of years with National and hope to be able to contribute more monies than I currently am; however, I have no complaints regarding National's help. I would definitely recommend National to a friend ~ it has kept me from having to file Bankruptcy that would have been caused by a family emergency that was not in my control. So far my experience is ok. I just started in February and out of the 7 accounts enrolled, I only have that is 1 that is resolved. I was hoping for a little more confirmation that all accounts were at least contacted and the negotiations are or did take place. I still have creditors calling so I assume not all were contacted yet. I really like the fact that everything is online and you can check progress anytime. They also call to let you know that a negotiation happened so you are always in the loop. Mahalo!

I was nervous when I decided to consolidate my debt, I didn't know what company to pick until I started to take a look at customer reviews and complaints. By doing my research is how I came across NDR, and I am glad I did. They settled my first debt three months after I enrolled and now, I'm a month away from being debt free. I signed up for a three year term and all of my debt was settled in 2 years. Yes your credit will be impacted but hopefully after settling your debt you will be able to save money to hire credit experts to fix it, at least that is what I am doing.

It was a pretty fluid process, with my agent doing all the leg work and me just plugging in digits. Everyone was nice, welcoming and understanding. I was approved quickly, and to know that there would be lawyers on my side to help when companies get pushy is a great value!

I bought a house that needed a lot of renovation. I bought the house because I was tired of paying rent and watching my money go down the drain. I tried to resolve my situation using the online customer form but got computer generated replies which didn't help. I then called in and felt I was being treated rudely so I asked for a supervisor and then still felt I did not have respect. So i was transferred to quality control where I was going to cancel all future transactions. As I am still not happy that fees are taken so fast from extra money I made deposits with instead of trying to settle some of my small accounts but Brian was persistent in explaining why this was done. I wish that NDR would spread out the fees along with payments so it was an equal amount and not drain the customer's account by taking all the fees upfront. But Brian made it a better experience and will determine in the next month or so if I stay with the program or choose to settle my accounts on my own. Depends if I get any communication as what is happening with my accounts.

I had 12 credit cards. When I started this program 3 are already paid off. Now we are on card # 4. National Debt Relief has live up to their name. Their negotiations skills are on point, I trust them to have me debt free in 3 years. I would recommend National Debt Relief to a friend.

So far I am satisfied with National Debt Relief. Everyone had been kind, informative and helpful. I am trying to work on some type of budget to see if I can upgrade the deposit amount. But I'm OK with you right now and yes I would refer you to a friend for the service.

It has been a real stress relief working with National Debt Relief. No more calls, letters and emails telling me that I'm late and that I need to make a late payment. It's been a year since I've started the program and they have 4 of my 10 debts. My credit score took a hit but it is slowly recovering, and I'm more than willing to bet it would have been worse if I hadn't gotten help from this company.

Excellent customer service! Every time you speak with a rep (and when you call you get a different rep) they always know exactly what's going on with your account! They are great with follow ups both calls and emails and break down payments. Also they let you know when and how much you should deposit into your account so you won't have any payments denied! They really work around your budget!

Don't know yet. My creditors are calling me, but I have no idea what National Debt Relief has done yet. I wished I would've waited until I was already behind in payments before I called you. I could've saved 3 months of payments.

Since signing up I have not had any communication with NDR. They have not called me or sent any updated information. There has been nothing except for my credit rating going to crap. I believe at least monthly follow up should be mandatory.

I have been with the program for nearly a year. My smallest debt was resolved a few months ago which I was very happy about, and another one is being worked on currently. I still have a way to go, but it's been a relief to have National Debt Relief working on my behalf, and dealing with any issues or problems that come up.

Overall I am very happy. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is they don't listen and take forever to return email or phone calls. They also lose paperwork. My account has been standing still with no progress on the last two accounts. I would recommend to friends.

So far, so good. Still have no settlements but the phone calls have stopped. Very pleased with Randolph's professionalism but until we move to the settlement phase, I have little to no data to gauge my satisfaction. Up to now my experience is just as Randolph described it would be and that is very encouraging.

When I signed up for the program in February of 2015 I was told it would take me 33 months to pay off my debt! The harassing and threatening creditor phone calls and mail stopped and National Debt Relief handled everything for me. My last payment was last month and it only took 29 months instead. So glad that I chose to use this program.

I went into this agreement expecting for it to take some of the load (Creditors). I feel I was duped into a scam. I have done all that was recommended i.e.: account closure, closed and opened bank account's, mailed changed of addresses, ect... I have not heard from NDR to let me know of any progress they are making. I have been clobbered by my creditors by mail, by phone, and e-mail. At the time I entered into this I was not late or delinquent on any of my accounts.

I had a great experience so far. It was easy to work with my contact Max to confirm that I qualified for the program. He was helpful and the approval was quick. I recommend calling if you are in a financial spot and need help figuring it out.

They were very helpful and friendly. They know what they're talking about and was always asking if you had questions or didn't understand anything. And they were fast in their response and sending the information out. I just enrolled, hopefully that's a sign of their commitment and service.

NDR staff are willing to help out in any way and always keep me posted in my account. In the beginning, it was a little confusing due to different payments I was given over the phone, but after - everything was clarified.

The process is, at times, tedious but that is a small price to pay for the level of transparency the service provides. My agent, Teddy, was informative and up front about the initial sign up and agreements, which was appreciated. The monthly payment amount is acceptable and easily scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised that one of the creditors on my account settled as quickly as it did and it's a relief to see the monthly "thank you for your payment" emails again.

The creditor calls have gone down dramatically. My monthly payment is less than 2 of my creditor's original payments combined. Life is a little more enjoyable now. I'm still broke but a more bearable broke. A few settlements have been completed and a few more payment plans have begun. Thanks!

My wife and I contacted them in Jan of 2016. The person on the other end made it sound like, "Oh, we always win. It's so easy. They are afraid of us. We will be with you every step of the way." The high pressure sales tactics of the initial sign up should have been our 1st warning light. Whenever there is a settlement offer, they call you multiple times a day until you accept. They don't even tell you that you can deny it unless you ask. It ruins your credit. They charge you 21% of the original amount. They don't tell you about every offer, just the ones that help them make $$. Oh, and you have a decent chance of getting sued like us. Run far far away!!!
