In less than 3 months National Debt Relief settle my first credit account! Great discount on my debt. Very professionals and always willing to respond any doubt or inquiry. They even call to keep me updated. Highly recommended company for credit relief.

National Debt Relief drained my account as their fee, which I was not made aware. My balance went from $1,400 to $0 overnight. It is unfair for them to collect a large fee for something that isn't paid off yet.

When I began the program I had a lot of communication with NDR. Now I have little communication and I do not know what is happening or where I am at completing it to be debt free. When I started I was told it would take 3 years. However it's been 3 years and I'm not done yet. I have not heard from anyone in months.

We had great experience until final acct was being settled & it was hell until we paid it off early. Dont feel like we rec'd same service because our guaranteed income was drawing to an end. We couldnt get the same answer twice, extreme runaround. We still have not rec'd confirmation we have "graduated from the program".

I got a call from the reps of National Debt Relief and they explained the program to me. I was impressed with their professionalism and the fact that I would have no worries with them handling my debt resolution for me. Actually haven't had any debt relief as of yet. It's is hard with the creditors calling or sending letters stating they do not negotiate with any debt relief companies so that is the down side. However; that was told to be expected. So my feedback as of now is not to beneficial for that its only been since May for me.

NDR is very responsive and works tirelessly to get to the goal; very good experience in working with them. Was skeptical at first that they could do what I needed and they came through with flying colors. Would definitely recommend!

I never thought I would feel so peaceful knowing that National Debt Relief is working with my creditors to work something out to settle my debt. I'm so happy I chose to join the team to succeed. It has not been easy but I will get there eventually.

So far initial calls have been positive and I look forward to turning our credit around. They gave me a sense of relief. We feel like we now have a starting point in which to stop the harassing phone call and letters. Although the past two years has given us many challenges I believe that we finally have some help on the way.

I am not happy with any of the outcomes they have negotiated with and of my creditors so far. They tell you they can do this for you but when it comes down to it in end with a creditor, you come out paying the same if not more after their fee is applied.

I was told it typically takes 1 month to come to a settlement with the Credit Card companies and that this would be a simple process because all my creditors are people that National Debt work with regularly. Nothing has happened to date.

We have only been in this program for a few short months, however so far the customer service has been wonderful! The staff is always so helpful and responses have been quick! I was apprehensive at signing up in the beginning but the rep on the phone provided us with a lot of information and eased us in letting us know that we were making the best decision to become debt free!

I called and they had everything set up right away. When I speak with customer service there is always someone that answers immediately. Only issue really so far was when I called to find out why I had not received new mailing info and Global Client Solutions had not contacted me it ended up someone had my address incorrect in the National Debt Relief database. I called many times to try to find out what the issue was and finally someone figured out my address was entered wrong. So basically no one was really listening to my issue, customer service was just very quick to get me off the phone. But the program seems to be running smoothly for me.

National Debt Relief did what they said as far as communicating with the companies on my behalf and settling debt in a timely manner which was great... However I felt very misled when I was hit with a ton of fees and added payments at the end of the program. Even after all my debts had been settled, I owed NDR several thousand dollars. It was my understanding that the monthly fee added to one of my payments was the NDR fee. That's not how it was. I paid that fee every month for almost 2 years and after my program was complete they informed me of the other fees owed.

Currently National Debt has done the job they told me they would do. They have paid off some of my debt and they answer my questions. The only annoying thing is the number of times a week we get an automated call from National Debt stating if we want to speak to a representative. We will call if we need to talk. The NDR customer care really lives up to their service. I'm very satisfied with how the company worked to consolidate my debts and for me to be able to pay them with an affordable amount. The service has helped out in dealing with my debt. The personnel are always friendly and professional. They do well, taking into account that they are dealing with lenders only intent on obtaining their profits, such as DISCOVER. National Debt Relief also stepped up with legal aid when a lender decided to sue.
