So far I only have positive feed back. I started program in February 2017. So far they had paid off One credit card and 3 more in the process. Am greatly appreciated! And now my Husband had joined on to help with His credit debt. Hopefully we can start a new chapter debt free in a few years.

National Debt Relief took a big weight off my shoulders at a very bad time in my life. I would recommend them to anyone and also a BIG thank you to them. I had a bad experience with a company like them and was not sure, but they made me feel comfortable.

National Debt is very happy to sign you up, make vague promises, and take your money. They are NOT so happy to talk to you when you question what they are doing, or follow up when you have a concern. I (sadly) was desperate enough to enroll in their 'program' a couple years ago. Spoiler alert: their promises aren't quite accurate. Sure, they usually can temporarily reduce your settlement with your debtors, but don't buy into their promise that you won't be sued, have your credit score wrecked, or be reported to the IRS.

NDR helped me cut my consumer debt in half and helped me set up a fair payment plan. They provided legal assistance when a debtor took me to court. I'll be consumer debt free by the end of this year. Their fees are high, but worth it if you are in deep debt.

When I contacted National Debt Relief I was desperate to get out of the circle of paying minimum payments and getting nowhere with my balance. Thanks to National Debt Relief all of my debt has been settled and I am on my to getting my credit score back to where it used to be. Thank you for all of your help and making this process so easy!

I've been in the program 2 years, with about 1 more year remaining. I called because I was making zero progress on paying off debts with no end in sight. Now I am 85% debt-free, with only one more creditor to settle. The process sounds more complicated than it is, but they do a good job explaining it to you. Your credit takes a temporary hit, which they tell you upfront, and I've already started recovering my credit score (which didn't fall as much as they warned it might). There are tax implications, which again are explained and not as bad as it sounds. I was served a summons for one creditor, and NDR took care of that for me with no penalties or court time.

Had a great experience so far with the debt relief program. Very helpful customer service and a really speedy service. They helped us with our ongoing debt issues. Definitely recommend using National Debt Relief to relieve any stress of debt.

The process was quite easy and the NDR rep was quite clear with helping me understand the procedures. Whenever I contact them, they respond quickly. I always get confirmation when I forward debt information to them. The only suggestion I would have is instead of having one welcome phone call to go over all of the forms, etc., that it be divided up a bit. It was so overwhelming and I am still a little confused on some of the forms. I would have liked a little more explanation on the change of address/closing account form.

I went through a very difficult time. Everyone at NDR was very understanding and helpful. My accounts were handled with persistence and NDR team worked hard and got them settled. Now I am debt free and my credit score went up. Very positive experience. Thank you.

National Debt Relief does a fairly good job of settling my debts, however I find their fees are a little high. I can and have settled a couple of my debts on my own for less than .50 on the dollar with no fees. If I had it to do all over again I just settle my own debts and save some money.

I think that they are very good at what they do. But communicate little more to let customers where they stand on resolving their debt. Everyone is helpful and courteous when they do communicate with you. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with debt.

I have had great results and wish I could afford to pay more to do it faster. It would be nice if they noticed your payment consistency and over 6 MO to a year offered to finance the rest to finish the program keeping the payment back to themselves. I'm almost there thank goodness!

My experience with NDR was nothing but great. Very attentive and helped me get out of debt. They were able to settle most my debt for less than what was owed. Any court orders, they resolved for me. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend them to everyone. You will get results with them and notice a steady climb in your credit score.

Debt is such a hard issue to deal with, but when working with compassionate and kind customer representatives it makes the brutal task easy. In just a short amount of time I have been educated and fully understand the program and process of becoming debt free!

I am extremely satisfied with National Debt Relief and I am getting out of debt within the time period prescribed. They were available anytime I needed to speak with them and they made good settlement offers to me. I would refer them to family and friends.

I contacted customer service to update my budget due to decrease in salary. Not only I was told no but customer service representative raised her voice and I felt that she was blaming me for my situation. I don't think their customer service reps care. Life happens and NDR does not take into consideration changes.

Debt Relief has helped in paying off high balance credit accounts. Very pleased in resolving my debt. Contracted Debt Relief to have debt relief in two years and so far, they are on the right track. No worries when payments are due. Debt Relief makes my payments. I recommend them to anyone.

I signed up in mid June. I guess it is too early to hear anything. Would like to hear more progress. Receive 20-30 calls daily and lots of mail. Very stressful and credit score dropped 240 points. I hope National Debt relief works fast for me, I am already in a very stressful financial situation.

National Debt Relief has been wonderful with us. They settled the majority of my accounts and got some of them down to less than half of what was owed. They even battled the debt collection lawyers. When I applied they helped to be not so ashamed; even told me that my debt wasn't as bad as they usually deal with. I have referred them to family and friends.

Been an overall good experience. I'm anxious to see my debt to go away. The customer service was very informative. I feel this was the right decision for me and my family. This was a super helpful program. Everyone was good at returning my questions or concerns by phone and/or by email. It felt like they really cared about debt and how to solve it. I got updates on my status and was advised on how to relieve my debt quicker but also manageable.

I thought they were very helpful handling things for me. I had one issue settling an account but partially my fault so make sure you communicate with them at all times to keep yourself and them up to date. I've all happy with the service I received.

I called customer service to cancel my first draft. Will not have the funds available. He told me need five days. Nonsense. Neither Freddie or Harry told me I need five days to change. So please do not draft this Fri the 25th.

I read a lot of reviews about National Debt Relief before deciding to proceed. It seems the bad reviews only come from people who were, for some reason, unaware that their credit would be hit (even though the representative who signed me up mentioned it multiple times). I was well aware that resolving a debt for less than what I owed would hurt my credit. I was also well aware that stopping payments on my debts would hurt my credit. I had a 1 year vision - to clean up my debt within one year, then work on re-building my credit the next.

I am happy with the program. They keep me informed on how my file is doing and updates as well. I highly recommend to family and friends. They get right on your file and negotiate with creditors. I had 5 creditors which needed to be paid and within a few months they were able to settle with 4 of them and the other is being worked on now. Glad I found your company.

Although I have been enrolled with National Debt Relief for a month or so, my contact with different people there has proven to me that my choice of NDRP, was the right one. Every representative has demonstrated a high degree of thoroughness, empathy and service, all of which are very important to me in terms reducing my stress and anxiety that have been building for over the last 8-12 months. Not only will I recommend the company, truth is I already have! Although this process takes a long time, I trust that I will continue to experience the professionalism I have so far.

Overall I'm happy with the customer service. They were always nice and professional. I do want to say I would get numerous calls and then I'd call back only to get a customer service rep that didn't have new information because the call was just an automatic call. I really didn't save too much money because of the fees that National Debt Relief charges but I am happy to be free of debt. The last debt I ended up settling without the program because of having to get a notarized signature of release of information twice and they still wanted another one after going twice already.

It's has been most dependable and results of settlement my debt exceptionally. I appreciate the help and guidance through my financial hardship. National Debt Relief handle my inquiries with diligence and are courteous enough to clarify any concerns. I appreciate all the work and professionalism with all my creditors. They took care of everything and since they gave me all the information in advance to change my number and address on each account, I never had to deal with any harassing phone calls. I received some emails, but nothing extreme and they were attentive and answered all of my questions.

National Debt Relief was my lifeline to getting control of my debts. I had got into such a jam with credit cards and loans that my paycheck was not enough to cover my debt. So I found NDR and they soon work with me and got me back on track, negotiated and got my payment down and with making one payment to them for them to disburse took the pressure off of me. The harassing phone calls stopped and I was able to get back on track. I have almost completed the program and could not have done it on my own. You just have to be obedient and follow the steps. Credit score has improved and I have learned to manage my money better and say to no to credit card offers and loans. So grateful to them and would recommend anyone in need to this company.

Very professional. All my concerns were address. I would recommend National Debt to anyone who needs help in managing debt. There are other Debt consolidation companies to choose from as well as Law Firms that advertise debt consolidation services, but I'm glad I choose you.

Overall, I would say that National Debt Relief did an excellent job getting me enrolled into their program. However, the follow up is lacking. We submitted several requests with no answers but the requests were closed out as if there was resolution.

Logan was great to work with and outstanding in explaining how everything worked. He was very patient with all the questions that I asked and believe me I asked a lot. I would recommend this to anybody who feels like they are underwater in debt. They have taken the stress out of worrying about my debt.

At first things went pretty fast but now it has reached 24 months the time I was to be out of debt. Now I am told the 2 creditors that are left won't settle. They want what is owed to them! What do I do? Seems we aren't moving ahead anymore. I'd like to see results or get out of NDR.

Spoke with Danielle today, who was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Set up approval for additional account to be paid off, which was the reason for the call, but she then helped with some other questions and information. You said my credit score would go down a little but it went down big time so I feel that part was a lie. I have no idea where or what's happening to my account or the status of it. So as a customer I'm not real happy.

I had encountered a very drastic life change that greatly jeopardized my financial well being both in the immediate and foreseeable future. NDR has stepped in and given me the option to work out of a difficult situation with limited damage. My agent was incredible and answered every question I had during our initial phone call. I cannot recommend this service enough to those in similar situations. I am extremely pleased with my experiences thus far.

Overall, a good experience. Some problems in paper work with the one account that ended up going to court. Overall, will recommend to others. Had never been to court before and could have used some more guidance, but it all worked out. Thanks.

So far this company has been incredibly kind and fair while helping me resolve my debt. They have been effective too. So far I have been able to resolve two debts for far less than I originally owed. They have helped stop collections calls and put me and my family at peace.

My experience has been overall very good. So far so good. I just wish ALL the outstanding debt was resolved or at least had a payment plan. Or at least I know that it is trying to be resolved. There was a hiccup in the beginning but was resolved quickly.

Whenever I have needed to call or have received a call from National Debt Relief, they have always been very helpful and polite and have always been able to help me out. I would recommend their services to any one who is in need. I have been able to pay most of my debt off and look forward to finishing the rest.

I joined the program at the end of June 2017 with $22,732 in debt. In one month National Debt Relief has worked with one of my creditors to accept a debt settlement for less than half of what I owed – it will be paid off in November. It’s important to come into this program with reasonable expectations. I read a lot of reviews of this program before joining, and it was hit or miss. I think that those who are unhappy with the program didn’t fully understand what they were getting into. You didn’t go into debt in a day, and your debt isn’t going to vanish overnight. Ask a lot of questions, they’re super supportive and very patient even with my million questions, and get comfortable with your credit score going lower – it’s going to go back up once the debt is settled and paid up. Don’t worry!

I feel National Debt Relief program is great. Good customer support. I had signed up because I was in debt and I couldn't manage my accounts on my own so I sought help to avoid bk. I think it has been a great experience so far.

My experience with this company is good but initially I thought they were not doing anything for me but later realized they are doing a great job and even work with you on your payment plan. Initially your credit will drop but as times goes on it will be going higher and working with the creditors to make sure they bit the debt down to your convenience.

I am only in the beginning stages of this process; however, so far things have gone as they stated they would. All but one person that I have talked to has been great. The one person that I talked to that I was not impressed with acted like they were in a hurry and did not have time to answer questions I had.

Since signing up no contact in 3 months, just payments that I find out through bank or checking account online. No progress report. I would like to have more personal attention and dialog with the company and the function of the program. Would appreciate some more contact.

I am so thankful I found National Debt Relief! I am settling with creditors one by one, and the company is keeping me informed and watching my back the entire time. They even hired an attorney to help with one of my creditors at no charge to me! Very fast, nice and effortless... Worth the call if you're in need of help. They provide lawyers to help relief your debt, I fell on hard times due to a bad divorce. Now trying to get my debt under control.

My experience with the National Debt Relief program at first started out fantastic. I felt they were prompt with settlements and made sure I was informed as to what was happening, until I received a court summons for one of my accounts. I had forwarded my summons to NDR and the response given was that particular account had already been resolved and no action or response to the summons was given, which at the time I was relieved. However, since there was not a response sent, the judgment went to the creditor and I now have pending additional payment to make to the creditor, along with my payment to NDR. Also, the constant automated phone calls from NDR have gotten a bit too much.

I have had an excellent experience with National Debt Relief. They are very knowledgeable and encouraging. Never felt belittled because of my predicament. Soon I will be rid of a good chunk of my debt and I can't wait for that! Thanks NDR!

National Debt Relief is an amazing program. They are helping me become debt free. I was going through a divorce and I was worried about my debt until they offered me any affordable solution. Now, I know I don't have to live with debt over my head.

I thought National Debt help me get out of debt. I would let other know that the program does work. It did for me. Now I know I can pay my credit cards debt in three years instead of 10 years. That is good feeling.

I was completely satisfied with the accuracy on how the amount had drop down to almost nothing compared to what I was owing Fingerhut. National Debt had settled for as little as nothing. I was in total shock and disbelief. Fingerhut was a total disaster but now I'm almost out of debt with them.

The communication between employees and NDR is poor. We were given bad advice after bad advice. They messed up one account and didn't even get it in the program but didn't tell us. Our credit got trashed for no good reason. We finally declined the "deal" they got us and opted out of the program. We then called the creditors ourselves and we got a deal that cost less than half of theirs and it took an hour total. This was after National Debt Relief tried for over a year. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would tell them to handle it themselves because they can probably get a better deal and not have their credit screwed by the end of it. We had a horrible experience.

First off, the fact that companies like this exist, that not only help you get out of debt, but prove that credit card companies can try to bully you but won't succeed, is just amazing. Second, to have friendly people you can get in touch with quickly and not sit around going through a long automated voice, is very pleasing. I would highly recommend this company.

The customer service is always friendly and eager to help. I always do appreciate getting notified that a creditor agrees to a settlement. The initial setup was pretty lengthy and it stressed me out a little but in the end it was well worth the time and effort to get it started. I considered going bankrupt at first but I'm glad I didn't.

I used the National Debt Relief company and was 100 percent satisfied with them. They were always in touch with me before any discuss with my creditors. I was recommended to them by a friend. I highly would do the same.

I had better services with other debt companies in the past. With this company my credit score went way down and I was sued by my credit card companies. It took years before all my debt was put together. Didn’t like it very much but I'm just staying with this company because I want to get out of debt.

My experience has been a bit confusing. When I signed up for the program, I was under the impression that National Debt Relief would be contacting all of my creditors that we had discussed with them and tell them what was going on. Instead I was told to no longer pay any of those creditors and send them to contact NDR.

First I would to say the employees of this company are very friendly. I am not sure I like the way the company negotiates with your creditors. Because they do it one at a time and I was attempted to be sued by one of my creditors for non payment which cost me an additional $200.00 for a lawyer with the company to get involved and then I had to make lump sum payments to the company in addition to what I already was paying per month which was a hardship on me.

You guys been taking money out of my bank account. Can I get a monthly statement on total of money that's being deducted out of my account please. I think that's the right thing to do. Can you please contact me by phone immediately.

NDR has provided top notch customer service and the staff is very understanding of such a sensitive topic, debt. It's not easy carrying debt, but NDR has made it possible to assist in clearing up old debt. I'm at 33% complete and I would not have been there if it weren't for NDR. I recommend NDR to anyone looking to consolidate. It's not great on your credit rating initially, but I know I will regain my credit back after I complete the program. So far so good. It has been a year and they have settled all but 2 accounts. My credit score is pretty bad but I think after time it will get better with smart money management. National Debt Relief settled my credit cards to half of what I owe them.

Not satisfied with the lack of communication from the company. I want updates as things happen with my account. I want to know what the process is and how things are moving along. I never get a return call when I do try to get updates. If someone gets can you please call me with updates.

Having a considerable amount of debt and being less than a year into my estimated 48 month program I am satisfied for the most part. I started with 9 accounts. I was very pleased to get my first settlement which saved me about 6000$. The second settlement brought me back to reality and was resolved by basically paying the full amount. To reach this agreement I was forced to pay an additional amount plus my normal bi-weekly payment which I was struggling to afford by itself. The additional payments lasted for 3 or 4 payments and made it very difficult to live day to day. I do appreciate the help I am getting and I understand that the big picture is what's important. Without the help of a program like this I do know it would be a much longer and far more difficult road to become debt free.

I have been using them for over a year and they communicate weekly with you about your account. Very knowledgeable and helpful. At first you don't hear from them and think what's going on but they are waiting for all your accounts to become delinquent in order to make payment arrangements.

It takes too long for them to get services started. I'm aware they claim it could take up to four months but this is ridiculous. It doesn't take four months for them to receive payments. I'm hoping that what I'm paying for will go into action soon so that my creditors STOP calling me.

So far this was the best decision I made to call National Debt Relief. I have been with the company that long but so far it has been a smooth transitions. The customer service is great they are always willing to help to the best of their ability.

NDR keeps in contact of what is going on. They will call and E-Mail with any updates. One is never in doubt what is going on! Also with the online information, one can keep track of more details. They are always willing to help and explain any questions one may have.

It's not been a year yet and they've already cleared three of my debts. And they're working on two more. They keep me informed with everything. I'm not clueless with anything that they do as I always get an email or a phone call. And they let me know what's going to happen. It's been wonderful.

I'm still waiting for my debt to start being paid off. The money is being taken from my account but my debt still remains the same. I've called twice and I guess I'm waiting on negotiations to start. It seems like I longer process than I originally thought.

I was glad to hear that one of the creditors had settled but my bank was charged and they couldn't stop payment on Friday the 25th. So I will be charged a fee for insufficient funds and would not take my new bank draft till after the Friday.

I started with National Debt Relief around June of this year. So far, I can say that they have a good response team. I cannot say much for settling my credit accounts right now as they are still negotiating. So we shall see how they handle my debt.

When I spoke with NDR... I had apprehensive will to proceed but I'm managing A LOT of accounts and payments on my own. It gets overwhelming and sometimes unpredictable! I spoke with a consultant, we went through my debt profile with a credit report. We discussed what actions I've taken so far and if/any progress and what actions can be taken forward with NDR's help. It's really a partnership because you're still paying your debts, they're just helping to manage the coordination of funds at a rate and pace that's affordable. I'm glad I chose to work with them and while I'm still not debt free quite yet, I'm confident they'll help me through it!

When I called and began to converse with Kester ** about the NDR program, I was nervous and very apprehensive. However, at the end of our lengthy and informative conversation (in which all my doubts and fears were assuaged) I had gladly signed up and become a happy participant in the program. When I felt I was drowning without any other options, NDR held out a helping hand to help pull me out of a hold of debt. Responsible, not pushy, helpful and concerned staff all around. I'm so very glad I called them.

I've been with NDR for 4 months. And my creditors have still not been notified. When I call I get the runaround. When does action take place? Do I wait for the sheriff to show up on my doorstep with a summons? If I start to see results I will change my review. But until then I have no choice but to be dissatisfied.

I really appreciate the professional yet cordial exchange I have had with each NDR Associate. The calls are consistently handled with excellence. I would like, however, to have more detailed information about the progress of the resolutions for each creditor. I understand that some information cannot be given due to timing issues. I also wonder if some accounts are being handled in a timely manner. I did have one creditor who indicated that they had not received any information from NDR for over a year.

Well they seem to be good at responding to negotiating with the creditors in a timely manner. I have to say I am impressed with their negotiation with our accounts, but the 21% fee they charge you on top of the payments you have to make to those settled accounts is ridiculous! The whole point I thought was to get you out of debt not cause more hardship to the customer.
